Abstract

This research aimed to examine the influence of gender equality and women's empowerment and their influence on entrepreneurship training and the successful development of women-friendly and child-caring villages. The research subjects are women entrepreneurs in Sumberjambe District, Jember Regency. This research is quantitative research with an associative research approach. The research population is woman entrepreneurs in Sumberjambe District, Jember Regency. The research sample was determined by non-probability sampling as many as 95 people. For data analysis, Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis was conducted with the Partial Least Square / SEM-PLS approach. The results showed that gender equality and women's empowerment had a significant effect on entrepreneurship training. Gender equality and entrepreneurship training have a significant effect on the success of women-friendly and child-caring village development. Meanwhile, women's empowerment does not significantly affect the success of women-friendly and child-caring village development.

Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyse the influence of Service Quality, Product Quality and Location on customer satisfaction of Leo meatballs in Jember City. The data used in this study is in the form of primary data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires, interviews and observations and the use of secondary data through documentation. The population in this study is Leo Mastrip meatball consumers, while the sample size of 102 respondents using accidental sampling to Leo meatball consumers who are purchasing products. xFor dataxanalysis, the authors used multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it can be stated that ServicexQuality has a significant effect on Leo Mastrip Meatball Customer Satisfaction, Product Quality has a significant effect on Leo Mastrip Meatball Customer Satisfaction, and Location has a significant effect on Leo Mastrip Meatball Customer Satisfaction, as well as simultaneously Service Quality, xProduct Quality, andxLocation havexa simultaneous impact on Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to initiate a new marketing strategy for Meycookies by applying a SWOT analysis approach. The study adopted a descriptive qualitative approach, where data was collected through interviews and documentation. Speakers were selected using purposive sampling techniques and the validity of the data was tested through source triangulation. The results of the SWOT analysis show that Meycookies has the power that allows it to take advantage of existing opportunities. This indicates that the company is in a competitive and strong position, so it needs appropriate strategies to develop its business and maintain its growth.

Abstract

In this research, the problem that occurs is how the Entrepreneur Spirit of the owner of KATEGE Coffee Shop to target millennials in the Jember Regency area. Entrepreneur is the ability to create value for business development. Spirit Entrepreneur arises because of changes in lifestyle along with the times, especially the millennial generation which is synonymous with new things and digitalization. The purpose of this research is to explain the entrepreneurial spirit of KATEGE coffee shop owners in attracting millennial generation targets. Qualitative methods are used in this research directly by observing the object under study and conducting interviews. As for data analysis using Milles and Hubberman analysis. The results showed that the entrepreneurial spirit possessed by the coffee shop owner through a proactive attitude.

Abstract

Technological advances have had a positive impact on society, for example making interaction easier, sharing information and making it easier for people to fulfill various needs in their lives. The company that is taking advantage of this opportunity is Shopee, through the ShopeeFood service feature in its application, users can order food which will later be delivered by a courier. This research aims to determine the influence of Service Quality, Brand Image, and Price on ShoppeFood Consumer Satisfaction in Jember. This type of research is quantitative. The population in this study were all ShoppeFood users in Jember using the Ferdinand formula sampling technique. The data source in this research uses primary data, namely questionnaires. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, t test, f test, and determination test which were carried out computationally using the SPSS program. The results of this research show that Service Quality, Brand Image, and Price have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction of ShoppeFood users in Jember.

Abstract

This research aims to find out and analyze the influence of product quality, price and digital marketing on purchasing decisions at Kristanable.id in Banyuwangi. This type of research uses descriptive quantitative methods with a sample size of 95 respondents and uses data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires to respondents. The data analysis technique for this research uses instrument testing, classical assumptions and multiple linear regression. The analysis results obtained show that product quality, price and digital marketing have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions at Kristanable.id in Banyuwangi, with an influence contribution level of 0.574, which means 57.4%.

Abstract

Purpose: The purpose of the study is to examine how trust influences users' intentions to use by mediating perceived security and convenience of use. Methodology/approach: The population in this study is all users using Kopra by Mandiri Tapal Kuda Region, East Java in 2024. Based on the results of sample calculations using G*power, the minimum sample size is 472 respondents, so the researchers used 500 respondents using the proportional random sampling method or random sampling. The Structural Equation Model (SEM) is the data analysis tool used in this study. Findings: Trust and intention to use are positively impacted by perceived security and convenience of use. Use intention is positively impacted by trust. Through trust, perceived security and ease of use both positively influence the inclination to use. Practical implications: The practical implications of this research are that organizations can increase the adoption rate of their services, reduce churn rates, and build long-term relationships with users through the trust built from the ease and security of services. Originality/value: trust as an intervening variable because customer trust in using Kopra by Mandiri will have an impact on increasing intentions to use Kopra by Mandiri which is supported by perceived ease of use and security.

Abstract

Kondisi lingkungan organisasi biasanya sering mengalami perubahan eksternal dan internal yang menuntut organisasi untuk beradaptasi dengan lingkungan yang penuh perubahan, tantangan dan persaingan. Organisasi harus mampu bertahan dalam segala situasi yang tidak menentu untuk terus bertumbuh dan mencapai tujuan organisasi. Oleh karena itu, organisasi harus dijalankan oleh sumber daya manusia yang unggul dan kompetitif dalam menghadapi segala situasi dengan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kualitas sumber daya manusia dalam organisasi untuk mencapai kinerja terbaik. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari kepuasan kerja, budaya organisasi, pelatihan dan pengembangan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pengujian regresi linier berganda. Sampel yang digunakan adalah para pegawai Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Desa Kabupaten Jember sebanyak 46 responden. Adapun pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh atau sensus. Hasil uji parsial (uji t) menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja, budaya organisasi, pelatihan dan pengembangan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan secara simultan (uji f) kepuasan kerja, budaya organisasi, pelatihan dan pengembangan bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil ini memberi penekanan pada pentingnya kinerja karyawan dalam aktivitas organisasi dengan faktor-faktor pendukung yang harus menjadi perhatian sehingga dapat mempertahankan ataupun bahkan meningkatkan produktivitas kerja para karyawan.

Abstract

Indonesia gets a very large quota for Umrah pilgrims, making a lot of Umrah travel mushrooming and having intense competition in creating satisfaction for the pilgrims. The case of ignored pilgrims makes some people worry about choosing travel and having low trust in them. This study aims to analyze the satisfaction of Umrah pilgrims of Arminareka Perdana Jember with a quantitative approach. Samples were taken of 238 respondents with a simple random sampling approach. Research data was obtained by distributing digital and printed questionnaires to pilgrims who had completed Umrah. Data were analyzed using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) analysis technique. The results of the analysis show that there is a strong relationship between several research variables on the satisfaction of Umrah pilgrims, which are price perception, service quality and trust. Improvements in price perceptions, service quality and trust led to an increase in the satisfaction of Umrah pilgrims.

Abstract

In this era, lifestyle changes are increasingly occurring. The growth of culinary businesses is increasing along with changes in people's lifestyles and increasing people's incomes, especially in the community. The culinary business has become one of the businesses that is in great demand by people in Indonesia in recent years. Purchasing decisions are the main goal for business owners in a company. The purpose of this research is to find out how much influence product quality, product quality and location can influence purchasing decisions at ndower noodles in Mojosari village, Puger subdistrict, Jember. This type of research uses a quantitative research approach. The analytical method in this research is multiple liner regression analysis, the population in this research is ndower noodle customers in Mojosari village, Puger sub-district, Jember. The sample used was 105 respondents. The results of this research show that this conclusion is proven (1) product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. With a t count of 4.740 and a significance level of 0.00. (2) service quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. With a t count of 3.089 and a significance level of 0.02. (3) location has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. With a t count of 6.358 and a significance level of 0.00. The variables of product quality, service quality and location simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Mie Ndower, Mojosari village, Puger sub-district, Jember.
