Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul tracer study alumni PG PAUD di Universitas Bengkulu. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah kesulitan data saat akreditasi program studi tentang profil lulusan. Kualitas program studi ditentukan dengan keterserapan alumni di dunia kerja dalam mencapai indikator kinerja utama. Indikator kinerja utama perguruan tinggi satu, yaitu; lulusan mendapatkan pekerjaan yang layak dengan demikian pentingnya dilakukan pelacakan alumni untuk mengetahui hal tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini, yaitu; mengetahui kesesuaian alumni dengan pekerjaan, masa tunggu dan gaji. Metode penelitian ini adalah kuntitatif deskriptif menggunakan teknik survey. Populasi alumni dua ribu dua puluh hingga dua ribu dua puluh dua. Pengambilan sampel secara acak dua puluh sembilan orang alumni yang mengisi kuisioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hasil tracer study dapat disimpulkan bahwa alumni PG PAUD UNIB dengan masa kerja kurang dari tiga tahun mampu mendapatkan pekerjaan sesuai program studi tetapi belum memperoleh penghasilan yang layak

Abstract

This study aims to understand the complexity of higher education policy transformation in Indonesia by comparing two major policy approaches: Kampus Merdeka and Diktisaintek Berdampak. Using a descriptive qualitative approach and the method of literature review, this research analyzes various secondary sources such as official policy documents, scholarly journals, academic books, and research reports. The findings indicate that Kampus Merdeka focuses on learning flexibility, institutional autonomy, and strengthening student engagement with the professional world and society, although its implementation still faces infrastructure challenges and disparities between institutions. Meanwhile, Diktisaintek Berdampak emphasizes research downstreaming, innovation commercialization, and the active role of higher education in the development of a knowledge-based economy. This shift reflects a paradigmatic change from academic autonomy toward a strategic and applicative impact orientation. In conclusion, both policies need to be synergized within an inclusive, adaptive, and collaborative higher education ecosystem to produce high-quality and competitive graduates while contributing meaningfully to national development.

Abstract

Finding out how zigzag running games affect young children's gross motor abilities is the goal of this study. Researchers employed quantitative research, or pseudo-experimental methodology. The youngsters in group B at PAUD IT Auladuna 1 Bengkulu City comprised the study population. Using random sampling, 36 children from classes B2 and B5 made up the research sample. There was testing done on the data gathering method. This data analysis method applied the t test. As expected, during the teaching and learning process, the control class learning with body exercise center games had an average value of 70.00, but the zig-zag running game had an average value of 85.56.At a significance level of 0.05, the hypothesis test results indicate that tcount> ttable is 3.909> 1.691. This indicates that, in comparison to the control class, the experimental class receiving the treatment experiences a notable change in value. The findings indicate that group B early childhood students at PAUD IT Auladuna 1 Bengkulu City had improved gross motor abilities as a result of playing zigzag running games. It is recommended that (1) educators utilize it as a substitute for instruction to help early childhood students' gross motor abilities grow and (2) future researchers use it as an inspiration to conduct research and play other games to help kids improve their gross motor skills.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how coloring activities using the Abur wipe technique affect young children's fine motor abilities. The study design is quasi-experimental design, quantitative research with an experimental approach. The study's population consisted of 11 pupils from Pamardi Siwi Kindergarten and 13 students from Pangudi Luhur Kindergarten who belonged to group A. Total sampling approach was employed in the sampling process. Methods for gathering data through testing. According to the findings, group A children in the experimental class had an average value of fine motor skills that was 88.36 points greater than the control class's average value of 74.15. The significant value of 0.000 < 0.05 indicates that the abur wipe technique has an impact on the fine motor abilities of kindergarten students in group A, according to the findings of the hypothesis test.

Abstract

Background of study: Character is an attitude that should be instilled in children from an early age. Character education for early childhood education plays an important role in shaping children's moral and social foundations from an early age. Aims and scope of paper: This study aims to determine the strategies teachers use in applying Tarakanita character values to children aged 4 to 5 years at Sint Carolus Kindergarten. Methods: This study uses a qualitative approach involving the principal and two teachers as research participants. The data collection techniques used in this study are interviews and observation. Furthermore, the data will be analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model. Result: The results of the study show that Sint Carolus Kindergarten systematically develops Tarakanita character values through three main strategies, namely learning through the integration of Tarakanita Character Education, foreign languages, experience-based learning, and technology; habit formation through practicing good behavior such as queuing and caring for the environment; and reinforcement through consistent role modeling by teachers and parents as the foundation for character building in children. Conclusion: The implementation of Tarakanita character values at Sint Carolus Kindergarten is carried out through three strategies, namely learning, habit formation, and role modeling. The teachers' strategy in applying Tarakanita character values emphasizes experience-based learning and implements a cycle of reflection and sharing with parents as an effort to provide education that is consistent between home and school.

Abstract

Anak autis memiliki gangguan dalam perkembangan berkomunikasi, oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan terapi wicara. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk 1) mengetahui tahapan pelaksanaan terapi wicara dalam menstimulasi kemampuan berkomunikasi anak autis usia 5-6 tahun di SLB Autis Center Kota Bengkulu, 2) mengetahui hambatan pada pelaksanaan terapi wicara dalam menstimulasi kemampuan berkomunikasi anak autis usia 5-6 tahun di SLB Autis Center Kota Bengkulu. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan terapi wicara sudah berjalan dengan baik. Hal ini dapat dilihat perencanaan pelaksanaan terapi wicara yang memiliki tujuan, standar pelaksanaan yang jelas dan memiliki waktu pelaksanaan yang telah terjadwal yaitu seminggu dua kali selama kurang lebih 30 menit tiap terapi. Proses pelaksanaan terapi wicara terdiri dari beberapa tahapan tergantung dengan metode yang digunakan. Adapun metode yang digunakan di Autis Center Kota Bengkulu adalah metode Glenn Doman dan Applied Behavoiural Analysis (ABA). Sarana dan prasarana yang digunakan adalah kartu-kartu bergambar yang terdiri beberapa kosa kata. Evaluasi pelaksanaan terapi wicara dilakukan pada bulan ketiga anak autis mendapat terapi wicara. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan cara membandingkan kemampuan berkomunikasi anak autis sebelum mendapat terapi wicara dengan kemampuan setelah mendapat terapi wicara. Kemampuan berkomunikasi dilihat dari aspek komunikasi repseptif dan ekspresif.Hambatan pelaksanaan terapi wicara adalah perilaku anak autis yang tidak fokus dan kurangnya ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana terapi wicara.

Abstract

Jurnal ini adalah jurnal tentang peranan permainan edukatif dalam menstimulasi perkembangan kognitif anak. Stimulasi yang baik dari pendidik akan menjadikan perkembangan anak optimal, salah satunya perkembangan kognitif. Anak membangun pengetahuannya sendiri melalui bermain. Dunia anak adalah dunia bermain yang menyenangkan, oleh karena itu dibutuhkan stimulasi yang tepat salah satunya melalui permainan edukatif. Salah satu permainan edukatif yang dapat menstimuasi perkembangan kognitif anak, yaitu smart book dan maze 3 dimensi. Permainan ini manarik bagi anak, serta menjadikan anak mampu membangun pengetahuannya sendiri.Kata Kunci : Permainan Edukatif, Perkembangan Kognitif

Abstract

Bahasa memegang peranan penting dalam kehidupan manusia umumnya dan dalam kegiatan berkomunikasi khususnya. Bromley menyatakan kemampuan berbicara merupakan suatu ungkapan dalam bentuk kata-kata. Ada yang bersifat reseptif (dimengerti dan diterima) maupun ekspresif (dinyatakan). Anak Berbicara termasuk dalam kemampuan bahasa ekspresif.  Pengembangan bicara anak yang dimaksud adalah usaha meningkatkan kemampuan anak untuk berkomunikasi secara lisan sesuai dengan situasi yang dimasukinya. Pengembangan kemampuan bicara anak pada dasarnya merupakan program kemampuan berpikir logis, sistematis, dan analitis dengan menggunakan bahasa sebagai alat untuk mengungkapkan gagasannya. Faktor yang mempengaruhi tergangunya bahasa ekspresif SP dikarenakan foktor internal yaitu genetik yaitu karena ibunya memiliki ganguan berbahasa dimana sang ibu juga memiliki  permaslahan yaitu agak cadel dalam berbicara, kemudian faktor eksternal yaitu faktor lingkungan dimana SP tidak memiliki teman sebaya saat berumur 1-4 tahun, menjadikan SP kurang dalam berkomunikasi. Kata kunci: Bahasa Ekspresif
