Abstract

Pemahaman pajak adalah faktor yang melatarbelakangi tingkat kepatuhan wajib pajak dalam memenuhi kewajiban perpajakandiantaranya pengetahuan wajib pajak mengenai peraturan perpajakan digunakan oleh wajib pajak sebagai dasar untuk bertindak, mengambil keputusan dan untuk menempuh arah atau strategi tertentu sehubungan dengan pelaksanaan hak dan kewajibannya di bidang perpajakan. Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini bertujuan agar UMKM memahami kewajiban perpajakannya yaitu memperhitungkan, menyetor dan pelaporan pajak. Pelaksanaan dilakukan dengan menggunakan mekanisme sosilisasi pada bulan September 2022. Agenda awal kegiatan ini adalah melakukan koordinasi oleh panitia kegiatan melalui grup WhatsApp dengan penyebaran undangan dengan maksud agar kegiatan sosialisasi yang dilaksanakan ini dapat dihadiri oleh pelaku usaha UMKM binaan pemerintah Desa Menggala. Output kegiatan ini menjadikan pelaku UMKM sadar mengenai kewajiban pajak atas usaha yang dijalankan, paham dalam mekanisme pajak serta menghitung, menyetor dan melaporkan pajaknya

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Solvency Ratio, Liquidity Ratio and Profitability Ratio on Stock Price. The financial ratios used to measure this influence are the Debt to Equity Ratio, Current Ratio and Net Profit Margin. This type of research is associative and the sampling technique used is purposive sampling technique. The samples used were 16 Food and Beverage Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2021 period. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the multiple linear regression analysis are Y = 1.117 - 0.156 X1 - 0.032 X2 - 0.826 X3. Partially variable solvency ratio (DER) with a significance of 0.078 > 0.05, liquidity ratio (CR) with a significance of 0.142 > 0.05 and profitability ratio (NPM) with a significance of 0.209 > 0.05 showed no significant effect on stock prices. Simultaneously the solvency ratio (DER) variable, liquidity ratio (CR) and profitability ratio (NPM) with a significance of 0.002 <0.05 indicate a significant effect on stock prices

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Perbedaan Kinerja Guru yang sudah dan belum mendapatkan tunjangan sertifikasi pada SMA Negeri di Kecamatan Sandubaya. Populasi pada penelitian ini berjumlah 201 orang guru pada SMA Negeri di Kecamatan Sandubaya, terdiri dari 109 guru yang sudah mendapat tunjangan sertifikasi dan 92 orang guru yang belum mendapat tunjangan sertifikasi . Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 100 orang terdiri dari 52 orang guru yang sudah mendapat tunjangan sertifikasi dan 48 orang guru yang belum mendapatt tunjangan sertifikasi. Data diperoleh dengan menyebarkan 21 butir pertanyaan kuesioner pada 100 responden. Data dianalisis menggunakan SPSS 25. Analisis data penelitian menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dan inferensial Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata kinerja guru yang sudah mendapat tunjangan sertifikasi sebesar 4,25 masuk kategori “Sangat Baik” sedangkan rata-rata kinerja guru yang belum mendapat tunjangan sertifikasi sebesar 3,95 masuk kategori “Baik”. Untuk menguji signifikansi perbedaan kinerja guru yang sudah dan yang belum mendapatkan tunjangan sertifikasi menggunakan alat analisis uji independent sample t- test dengan hasil nilai sig 2-tailed 0,00 < 0,05 yang bermakna terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara kinerja guru yang sudah mendapatkan tunjangan sertifikasi dengan kinerja guru yang belum mendapatkan tunjangan sertifikasi, dimana kinerja guru yang sudah mendapatkan tunjangan sertifikasi lebih tinggi daripada kinerja guru yang belum mendapatkan tunjangan sertifikasi.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of ease of use of applications and shopping experience on online buying interest in shopee e-commerce sites (case study of Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi AMM Mataram students). Type associative research. Population were Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi AMM Mataram students. sample used 97 respondents. Data collection technique used questionnaire. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis shows (Y = 5.921 + 0.206X1 + 0.425X2). Based on results of hypothesis testing partially ease of use of the application does not have significant effect on buying interest with t value 1.703 < t table 1.985, and shopping experience has significant effect on buying interest with t value 3.497 > t table 1.985. Simultaneously ease of use of the application, shopping experience has significant effect on buying interest with F count 17.348> F count 3.09 with significance of 0.000. Shopping experience is most dominant variable affecting buying interest with beta value 0.385.

Abstract

The variables of this study consist of 4 (four) independent variables, namely financial knowledge (X1), financial behavior (X2), financial attitude (X3) and the dependent variable, namely personal financial management (Y). The population of this study is 173 small and medium-sized business actors in Desa gili Indah, Kabupaten Lombok Utara (KLU), the criteria for this study are respondents who have a business and have a net income of around 1-2 million and 2 million and above. The sampling technique was probability sampling with the proportionate stratified sampling method and found that the number of respondents was 63 respondents using a questionnaire. The multiple linear regression analysis method was processed using SPSS version 25. The results in this study showed that financial knowledge had no significant effect on personal financial management, financial behavior had a significant effect on personal financial management, financial attitude had no significant effect on personal financial management and the results of simultaneous tests showed that independent variables (financial knowledge, financial behavior, and financial attitude) had a significant influence on personal financial management.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of capital structure and ownership structure on the profitability of leasing finance companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2021. This type of research is associative with a sampling technique using purposive sampling. The total sample is 13 companies and the number of observations is 39 companies. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the multiple linear regression analysis are Y = -32.564 + 0.405 X1 + 1.931 X2. Based on the research results, it shows that partially the capital structure variable (DER) with a significance value of 0.000<0.05 shows that it has a significant effect on profitability. On the other hand, partial ownership structure (INST) with a significance value of 0.571>0.05 has no significant effect on profitability. Simultaneously, capital structure (DER) and ownership structure (DER) with a significance value of 0.000<0.05 have a significant effect on profitability (ROE). Among the capital structure (DER) and ownership structure (INST) variables, the most dominant influence is the capital structure variable (X1) with a beta coefficient value of 0.737.

Abstract

Pembuatan label dan kemasan produk yang masih sederhana dikarenakan minimnya informasi dan pengetahuan mengenai cara pembuatan label dan kemasan yang menarik merupakan alasan dilakukan pengabdian pada usaha abon Hj. Rohanah. Melalui pengabdian ini dapat memberikan pengetahuan dan wawasan kepada pelaku usaha yang berkaitan dengan pembuatan label dan kemasan yang menarik sehingga menarik daya beli masyarakat untuk membeli produk tersebut. Metode pengabdian dilakukan dengan beberapa tahapan Tahap persiapan, dalam tahapan persiapan dibutuhkan koordinasi dan identifikasi masalah mitra, Tahap pelaksanaan yaitu kegiatan pendampingan langsung dengan mitra sesuai dengan kebutuhan yang diinginkan meliputi pendampingan dalam labeling dan kemasan. Tahap evaluasi, dimana dalam tahap ini dilaksanakan evaluasi sampai sejauh mana mitra pengabdian sudah mengaplikasikan kegiatan pendampingan yang sudah dilaksanakan sebelumnya. Setelah dilakukan pengabdian pada usaha abon ibu Hj. Rohanah, saat ini sudah memiliki label dan kemasan yang menarik sehingga produknya mudah dikenal oleh masyarakat luas yang ingin melakukan pemesanan. Antusias dari pemilik Usaha Hj. Rohanah sangat terbantu dengan memberikan masukan terkait pelabelan produk supaya mudah dikenali konsumen atau pelanggannya.

Abstract

Financial literacy is increasingly recognized as a crucial factor influencing the success of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs), especially in developing countries. Despite the importance of financial literacy, many entrepreneurs still lack adequate knowledge, which hinders their decision-making abilities and business performance.This study aims to investigate the relationship between financial literacy and financial performance of MSMEs, with a focus on identifying mediating and moderating factors that influence this relationship. A systematic literature review (SLR) was conducted by analyzing peer-reviewed articles published between 2016 and 2024. Data were collected from leading databases, including Scopus and Web of Science. Thematic analysis was applied to synthesize findings and identify key patterns in the literature.This review reveals a positive correlation between financial literacy and business performance indicators such as profitability and revenue growth. In addition, factors such as managerial competence and access to financial resources are found to act as mediators and moderators in this relationship, enhancing the effectiveness of financial literacy in improving business outcomes.These findings emphasize the need for targeted financial literacy programs for MSMEs, which can significantly improve their financial management practices and overall performance. This study contributes to the theoretical framework of financial literacy and offers practical implications for policymakers and business educators in promoting sustainable entrepreneurship.

Abstract

The study aims to test the effects of virmarketing and online custommer review on the purchase decisions of e-commerce shopee in the mataram city generation of z's, making the study variable 2 (two) an independent viral marketing (x1), online custommer review (x2) and the dependent variable of purchase decisions (y). The sample was taken using a nonsampling method with a kind of intergalactic sampling. Data gained by disseminating and filling out the Google form links to the 96 questionnaires on the z generation of mataram. Data analysis using linear regression. The study is determined that viral marketing with at count 5.425 > 1.985 t table, values 0,000<0.05, And an online costume review known value t count 6.678 > 1.985 t table, values 0,000<0.05. Indicating that viral marketing, custommer review online affected partial and simultaneous impact on purchase decisions. And dominant inan online costume review, its value is 0.497 greater than a viral marketing variable with a value of 0.404. The study has also been able to demonstrate that independent variables (viral marketing, online custommer review) can explain dependencies (purchasing decisions) by 60.7% while the rest by 39.3% are affected by other variables of the linear regression model.

Abstract

The aim of this service is to utilize papaya fruit to make papaya chips and digitize marketing in Lelede Village, Kediri District, West Lombok Regency, NTB. We know that papaya can not only be consumed directly but can also be processed into various foods, one of which is "Papaya Chips" or "Papaya Chips". The presence of papaya chips has become a food choice that can be consumed by all groups, from children, teenagers to adults. This papaya chips product or "Papaya Chip" is considered very appropriate to meet the need for healthy snacks, because consumers are now increasingly smart and aware of health, and are willing to spend time paying attention to types of natural products, so that business opportunities are expected. This can be utilized by people who already have a business or who are about to set up a business to increase income to survive which is increasingly difficult. The method of implementing this service is carried out in three stages, namely the planning stage, implementation stage and evaluation stage. The results of the service are the activity of making papaya chips which includes the acquisition of raw materials, goods in process and finished goods with simple quality control. The production process can also be carried out in everyday life because the ingredients are easy to obtain, by using papaya fruit that is around us we can produce papaya chips and these chips can be marketed so that they can help the family's economic income.
