Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent of The Influence of customer value on customer loyalty users of go-food features in the go-jek application. The location of this research is in Karawang, West Java. The population is all users of the Go-Food feature. The sample is some 100 users of the Go-Food feature, the sampling technique uses the google form. Data analysis using SPSS which has been tested for validity and reliability. The results of this study state that customer value has a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty of Go-Food feature users in Indonesia.

Abstract

Studi penelitian berikut ini menguji apakah pemasaran digital dan kenyamanan penggunaan platform marketplace online Shopee secara serentak berdampak positif serta signifikan berkenaan dengan pembelian produk fashion oleh mahasiswa. Penggunaan Teknik analisis data yaitu teknik kuantitatif asosiatif beserta dukungan program SPSS IBM versi 25. Pengumpulan data primer dilakukan melalui pengisian kuesioner atau observasi, sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dari literatur, artikel, informasi online, dan sumber-sumber lainnya. Regresi linier berganda dipakai untuk menganalisis data dengan mengikutsertakan mahasiswa yang secara aktif menggunakan platform marketplace online Shopee sebagai responden. 100 responden terlibat dalam penelitian serta kuesioner yang disebarkan melalui Google Form sebagai data utama. Temuan dari penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa pemasaran digital dan aksesibilitas platform marketplace online Shopee berdampak signifikan serta positif terkait penentuan konsumen mahasiswa dalam konteks produk fashion. Untuk mempertahankan dan memperluas eksistensinya, perusahaan perlu mengidentifikasi strategi yang sesuai, serta memberi pengalaman penggunaan platform marketplace.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis mengenai pengaruh E-Trust dan E-Satisfaction terhadap Continuance Intention pada pengguna Flazz E-Money (Survei Pada Pengguna Flazz BCA di Indonesia). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan verifikatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah para pengguna Flazz BCA yang merujuk pada pernyataan Hair et al., di karenakan jumlah ukuran populasi tidak dapat diketahui secara pasti maka untuk menentukan jumlah sampel yaitu minimal 5-10 kali dari jumlah indikator sehingga didapati jumlah sampel sebanyak 250 responden. Metode sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah non-probability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis rentang skala dan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan alat bantu oleh data software SPSS 21 dan Microsoft. Hasil dari penelitian ini terdapat pengaruh parsial E-Trust  terhadap Continuance Intention yang memiliki nilai sebesar 17,1% sedangkan pengaruh parsial E-Satisfaction terhadap Continuance Intention sebesar 31,1%. Pengaruh simultan E-Trust  dan E-Satisfaction terhadap Continuance Intention memperoleh nilai sebesar 39,5% dan sisanya sebesar 60,5% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti.

Abstract

Audit delay and timeliness are important factors that influence the quality of accounting information interm of relevance. This study provides empirical evidence to answer the question of how bankruptcypossibility impacts on audit delay and timeliness. This research studies manufacturing firms listed inIndonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) in the period of 2012-2016. Data are taken from official website ofIDX. This study is a quantitative research that seek to find out relationship between independentvariable and dependent variable. External secondary data used are annual reports accessed from IDXwebsite. Measurement used is Z-Score Altman model prediction, while simple linear regression isemployed as technical analysis. This study finds that bankruptcy possibility which is measured by ZScoreis negatively influence audit delay and timeliness. Any decrease of Z-Score shows the possibilityof a company experience bankruptcy and therefore causes audit delay and timeliness.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis community service initiative aims to introduce and implement a solar-powered vertical urban farming system as an innovative solution to land scarcity, dependence on fossil fuels, and the low engagement of youth in the agricultural sector in Kutaampel Village, Karawang Regency. The program was conducted from January to December 2025 in Kutaampel Village, Batujaya District, Karawang Regency. Employing a participatory and educational approach, the initiative involved 30 participants from diverse backgrounds across four main phases: outreach and socialization, technical training, field simulation, and mentoring with evaluation. The outreach phase successfully enhanced participants’ understanding of modern agriculture and renewable energy concepts. Technical training equipped them with skills to assemble the UNSIKA Solar-Powered Hydroponic and Aeroponic System (SHIATUN), install solar panels, and operate Internet of Things (IoT)-based humidity sensors. Field simulations resulted in a functional SHIATUN prototype capable of efficiently supporting horticultural crop growth. A three-month mentoring period revealed that 70% of participants could independently manage the system, with three groups successfully replicating it in their home gardens. The program also sparked increased interest among village youth in technology-based agriculture. The outcomes demonstrate that disseminating solar-powered vertical farming technology can serve as an effective strategy for enhancing local food resilience, fostering farmer regeneration, and strengthening rural community self-reliance in the face of climate change and resource limitations.Keywords: Vertical Urban Farming, Solar Energy, Karawang Regency ABSTRAKKegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan dan menerapkan sistem urban farming vertikal berbasis tenaga surya sebagai solusi inovatif terhadap keterbatasan lahan, ketergantungan energi fosil, dan rendahnya partisipasi generasi muda dalam sektor pertanian di Desa Kutaampel, Kabupaten Karawang. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di Desa Kutaampel Kecamatan Batujaya, Kabupaten Karawang pada bulan Januari- Desember 2025. Melalui pendekatan partisipatif dan edukatif, kegiatan ini melibatkan 30 peserta dari berbagai latar belakang dalam empat tahapan utama: penyuluhan dan sosialisasi, pelatihan teknis, simulasi lapangan, serta pendampingan dan evaluasi. Penyuluhan berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman peserta terhadap konsep pertanian modern dan energi terbarukan. Pelatihan teknis membekali peserta dengan keterampilan merakit sistem Hidroponik dan Aerophonik Tenaga Surya UNSIKA (SHIATUN), menginstal panel surya, dan mengoperasikan sensor kelembaban berbasis Internet of Things (IoT). Simulasi lapangan menghasilkan prototipe urban farming (SHIATUN) yang mampu mendukung pertumbuhan tanaman hortikultura secara efisien. Pendampingan selama tiga bulan menunjukkan bahwa 70% peserta mampu mengelola sistem secara mandiri, dan tiga kelompok berhasil mereplikasi sistem di pekarangan rumah masing-masing. Kegiatan ini juga memicu peningkatan minat pemuda desa terhadap pertanian berbasis teknologi. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa diseminasi teknologi pertanian vertikal berbasis energi surya dapat menjadi strategi efektif dalam membangun ketahanan pangan lokal, mendorong regenerasi petani, dan memperkuat kemandirian masyarakat desa dalam menghadapi tantangan perubahan iklim dan keterbatasan sumber daya.Kata Kunci: Vertikal Urban Farming, Tenaga Surya, Kab. Abstract

Digital payments make it easier for people to make transactions so that they are more effective and efficient. With the existence of digital payments, people's habits have changed in making payments, where the use of non-cash or cashless payments is more popular with people today. This research aims to examine and analyze the Influence of Ease of Use and Usefulness on Users' Interest in Digital Payment at tourism destinations. This study employs a quantitative method with a descriptive and verification approach. The population consists of visitors in 2024, determined using the Barchlay, Higgins, and Thompson formula, resulting in 100 respondents. The sampling method used is Incidental Sampling. This study utilizes scale range analysis and SEM-PLS analysis with tools including Smart PLS and Microsoft Excel. The findings reveal that there is no partial influence of ease of use on user interest in digital payments.

Abstract

This study investigates the factors influencing users' continuance intention (CI) in fintech mobile payment services, particularly in the post-COVID-19 era. With the rapid adoption of digital payment methods, the research examines key determinants such as perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, trust, security and privacy, satisfaction, and habit. An explanatory quantitative research design was employed, analyzing data from 101 respondents. The results reveal that habit and satisfaction are the primary drivers of continuance intention, while traditional factors such as ease of use and trust become less significant in the post-adoption phase. These findings challenge established models and highlight the shift in user behavior towards habitual use and emotional satisfaction. This study contributes to the literature by offering an integrated model for understanding user retention in the fintech sector and provides practical insights for fintech providers to enhance customer engagement and foster long-term loyalty.
