Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh jam kerja fleksibel, motivasi kerja, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada CV Coral Internasional, serta menguji peran motivasi kerja sebagai variabel mediasi. Fenomena penurunan kinerja karyawan pada CV Coral Internasional tercermin dari meningkatnya jumlah kematian barang selama periode Januari–September 2025, yang mengindikasikan perlunya strategi manajemen sumber daya manusia yang lebih efektif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis Partial Least Square – Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) melalui software SmartPLS 4.0. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh karyawan CV Coral Internasional, sehingga teknik penentuan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh, di mana semua anggota populasi dijadikan responden penelitian. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa kuesioner dengan skala Likert lima poin yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat menunjukkan bagaimana jam kerja fleksibel, motivasi kerja, dan kepuasan kerja memengaruhi kinerja karyawan, serta mengkonfirmasi apakah motivasi kerja berperan sebagai mediasi dalam hubungan antara jam kerja fleksibel dan kinerja. Temuan ini diharapkan memberikan kontribusi teoretis bagi pengembangan ilmu manajemen sumber daya manusia dan manfaat praktis bagi perusahaan dalam meningkatkan produktivitas karyawan.

Abstract

Purchasing decisions are the stages buyers go through in making choices about products from the fashion brand Elora Girl Wear. Several factors influence purchasing decisions, including celebrity endorsement, brand image, and consumer trust. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of celebrity endorsement, brand image, and consumer trust on purchasing decisions, both partially and simultaneously. The research sample for the fashion brand Elora Girl Wear used accidental sampling, with 100 respondents. Data collection was conducted through questionnaires. The data analysis techniques used in this study were Multiple Linear Regression, Analysis of Determination, Simultaneous Significance Test (F Test), and Partial Significance Test (t Test). The results showed that: (1) Celebrity endorsement has a positive effect on purchasing decisions. Brand image has a positive effect on purchasing decisions. (3) Consumer trust has a positive effect on purchasing decisions. (4) Celebrity endorsement, brand image, and consumer trust simultaneously have a positive effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The rapid growth of digital banking is accompanied by an increasing focus on sustainability and customer-driven innovation. Green marketing communications and customer experience are considered important in influencing perceptions and adoption, yet their relationship remains largely unexplored. This study aims to investigate the contribution of sustainable marketing communications and customer experience to digital banking adoption. The method used was a systematic literature review with a qualitative approach. Data were collected from peer-reviewed articles in Scopus between 2020 and 2025 through a keyword strategy and multi-stage filtering, resulting in 10 relevant articles. Analysis was conducted through a thematic synthesis and bibliometric mapping approach. The results show that green communications increase trust and ethical perceptions, while customer experience strengthens satisfaction, usability, and loyalty. Both interact to create a synergistic effect in accelerating adoption. Consequently, integrating sustainable communications with optimal customer experience is key to digital banking strategies in the sustainability era. Future research should expand the scope of bibliometric indicators and incorporate a longitudinal perspective to capture the evolving dynamics of adoption.

Abstract

The increasing volume of plastic waste has intensified environmental challenges globally, particularly in Indonesia, the second-largest contributor to marine plastic pollution. This study aims to analyze the implementation of circular economy principles in a multinational company committed to environmental sustainability, focusing on plastic waste management. A qualitative descriptive case study approach was employed, with data collected through in-depth interviews with sustainability managers, waste bank coordinators, MSMEs, and Environmental Agency officials, complemented by secondary sources including the 2024 Sustainability Report. Findings indicate that Unilever operationalizes circular economy through three key strategies: reduce, reuse, and recycle. The reduce strategy involves eco-friendly packaging innovations; the reuse strategy is implemented via the u-refill station program, promoting refill-based consumption; and the recycle strategy leverages a network of over 4,000 waste banks and advanced recycling technologies like CreaSolv®, managing over 90,000 tons of plastic by 2024. Successful implementation is influenced by economic, technological, social, regulatory, and collaborative factors, while challenges include infrastructure limitations, fluctuating recycled plastic prices, and low public awareness. The study highlights that circular economy is both a technical and social process, requiring multi-stakeholder engagement and systemic policy support to achieve sustainable circularity at scale.

Abstract

This study examines the key to success & business development strategies that can influence the success of Balinese women entrepreneurs with the challenges they face. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that are the key to success, the development strategies used and what challenges Balinese women face in running their businesses. The type of research that will be used in this study is a qualitative approach. The data collection techniques used are interviews and observations. The determination of informants in this study used 9 informants as Balinese women who came from different districts with married status but had different types of businesses and who did not work tied to the company. Data analysis in this study is data reduction, data display, and data conclusion drawing/verification. The results of the study show that the key to success is innovation and creativity, motivation, having self-efficacy, work life balance and family support. Strategies in developing a business are market development strategies and innovation strategies. The challenges faced by women entrepreneurs in running a business are in expanding the network. Apart from that, to run a business you also have to be smart in managing your time between business and household obligations as well as traditional activities such as menyama braya or other traditional ceremonies so that everything runs in balance.

Abstract

The hospitality industry, particularly in Bali’s villa sector, faces intense competition, requiring companies to focus on creating superior customer experiences to sustain satisfaction and loyalty. This study examines the effects of stay experience, villa design, facilities, price, and service quality on customer satisfaction, positive word of mouth (WOM), and revisit intention at Bali Management Villa. A quantitative research method was employed with 231 respondents who had stayed at one of ten selected villas in Seminyak, Canggu, and Kerobokan. Data were collected using questionnaires measured on a Likert scale and analyzed through Partial Least Squares (PLS) structural equation modeling. Findings reveal that all five factors stay experience, villa design, facilities, price, and service quality positively and significantly affect customer satisfaction. In turn, customer satisfaction positively influences positive WOM and revisit intention. Positive WOM also has a significant effect on revisit intention and is found to partially mediate the relationship between customer satisfaction and revisit intention. These results highlight the importance of delivering engaging stay experiences, attractive villa designs, reliable facilities, fair pricing, and excellent service quality to strengthen customer satisfaction, stimulate positive WOM, and encourage repeat visits, thereby enhancing competitiveness in Bali’s dynamic hospitality market.

Abstract

Broad access to the internet, social media, and digital financial services has made e-wallets and paylater increasingly embedded in everyday life. Transaction convenience and aggressive promotions drive consumptive behavior, especially among Gen Z, while previous studies on the influence of e-wallet usage and lifestyle on consumptive behavior have shown inconsistent findings. This study aims to analyze the effect of e-wallet usage and lifestyle on the consumptive behavior of Generation Z, with self-control as a moderating variable. The research method employed is a quantitative approach using surveys and SEM analysis on Gen Z respondents.The findings are expected to provide a comprehensive understanding of the role of digital financial technology and psychological factors in shaping young people’s consumption behavior. Furthermore, this study can serve as input for digital service providers and policymakers to encourage healthier and more sustainable consumption behavior.

Abstract

Persaingan global yang semakin ketat menuntut industri perhotelan, khususnya di Bali sebagai destinasi wisata internasional, untuk mengelola sumber daya manusia secara optimal. Kinerja karyawan menjadi faktor kunci dalam menjaga kualitas layanan dan daya saing hotel. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel mediasi di IZE Hotel Seminyak. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Populasi penelitian mencakup seluruh karyawan IZE Hotel Seminyak sebanyak 36 orang, dengan teknik sampling jenuh, serta melibatkan 154 pengunjung hotel sebagai responden tambahan, sehingga total sampel berjumlah 190 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner berskala Likert lima poin. Analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling berbasis Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja karyawan. Selain itu, kepuasan kerja terbukti berperan sebagai variabel mediasi yang memperkuat pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa peningkatan kinerja karyawan di industri perhotelan sangat dipengaruhi oleh kepemimpinan yang efektif, motivasi kerja yang kuat, serta tingkat kepuasan kerja yang tinggi. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoretis dalam pengembangan manajemen sumber daya manusia serta implikasi praktis bagi manajemen hotel dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh persepsi kualitas produk, visual merchandising, value for money, dan interaktivitas host terhadap minat beli generasi X pada platform TikTok Live di Provinsi Bali, serta menguji peran efektivitas pemasaran TikTok Live sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 120 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Responden merupakan generasi X yang lahir pada tahun 1965–1980, berdomisili di Provinsi Bali, dan menggunakan TikTok serta menonton TikTok Live minimal satu kali dalam sebulan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) dengan bantuan aplikasi SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi kualitas produk, visual merchandising, interaktivitas host, dan efektivitas pemasaran TikTok Live berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli generasi X, sedangkan value for money berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan. Visual merchandising merupakan variabel yang memiliki pengaruh paling dominan terhadap minat beli. Selain itu, interaktivitas host berpengaruh signifikan terhadap efektivitas pemasaran TikTok Live dan efektivitas pemasaran terbukti mampu memediasi hubungan antara interaktivitas host dan minat beli. Nilai R-Square sebesar 0,863 menunjukkan bahwa model penelitian memiliki kemampuan prediksi yang kuat. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi bahwa keberhasilan pemasaran melalui TikTok Live pada generasi X lebih ditentukan oleh kualitas visual, interaksi yang komunikatif, dan kemampuan membangun kepercayaan dibandingkan faktor harga semata.

Abstract

This study investigates the effects of content marketing, product quality perception, and customer engagement on purchase intention, with brand image as a moderating variable, in the context of Gen Z TikTok users of Amertha Fishing Tackle Shop. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 210 respondents via online questionnaires and analyzed through SEM-PLS using SmartPLS. Findings revealed that all three independent variables positively and significantly influence purchase intention. Brand image was found to strengthen the effect of product quality and customer engagement, but not content marketing. These results contribute to the understanding of digital consumer behavior and marketing strategy optimization.
