Abstract

Do Good Corporate Governance and Corporate Social Responsibility Influence Profitability of LQ45 Listed Companies. This study aims to examine the influence of good corporate governance and corporate social responsibility on profitability of LQ45 listed companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data analyzed were secondary data in the form of annual reports and sustainability report. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of this research indicate: (1) Good corporate governance (GCG) has a significant effect on profitability of LQ45 listed companies; (2) Corporate social responsibility (CSR) does not have a significant effect on profitability of LQ45 listed companies. This research provides empirical evidence that implementation of GCG could influence profitability, while the implementation of CSR does not influence profitability. Abstract

Online-based education such as e-learning is very useful in today's new normal era. There are several international educational platforms, including those used in this study, namely Coursera, eDX and Future Learn. The purpose of this study was to explore the orchestration strategy of the normal new era education platform business organizers. This study used a qualitative approach was carried out through documentation studies method. This study indicates that the online education business platform implements an orchestration strategy with several different business partner networks. The orchestration strategy is implemented as an integral part of the business model. Through the analysis of The Business Model Canvas, this study finds that the online education business platform has the following business models: 1. Customer Segments, targeting the target group of people; 2. Value Proposition, prioritizing the value offered; 3. Channels, using channels to provide means of communication and information; 4. Customer Relationship, a good relationship with customers; 5. Revenue Streams, a source of income in business; 6. Key resource, in the form of assets of the company; 7. Key Activities, a series of activities; 8. Key Partners, a network of relationships; 9. Cost Structure, all costs incurred to operate the business. Abstract

During the COVID-19 pandemic, medical personnel received much heavier workload than normal. On top of it, stigma and low appreciation of the community for medical personnel leads to increase of both physical and psychological pressure. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of leadership, workload, and work environment on nurse satisfaction and performance. The sample in this study were 246 nurses who worked at Bali Mandara Hospital. Data was collected through questionnaire distributed online using google form platform and the data was processed using SmartPLS 3.2.1. The results of the study found that: (1) leadership, workload, and work environment had a positive and significant effect on nurses' job satisfaction; (2) leadership and nurse satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on nurse performance, workload has a negative and significant effect on nurse performance, and work environment has no effect on nurse performance; and (3) nurse job satisfaction mediates the influence of leadership, work load, and work environment on nurse performance.

Abstract

The rapid growth of buying and selling transactions, makes electronic fraud also increased so that many consumers have suffered losses due to fraud occurred. The purpose of this research is to find out the types of fraud that can occur in e-commerce and the prevention that can be done. The author presents a review with an interpretive approach to the related articles, through mapping on articles collected from Google Scholar, Elsevier, Springer, Taylor & Francis, and MDPI (Multidisciplinary Digital Publishing Institute). From these sources, the author collected 105 articles, after articles selection process based on the last 10 years and the suitability of the discussion finally the author collected 55 articles. The results of this research is the authors found various types of fraud in four categories of e-commerce, fraud in the payment system, and fraud in e-commerce involving customers. Modern methods of fraud detection are also presented in this research, such as data mining, Bayesan networks, algorithms, vector support machine, genetic programming, tress decision making, Adaptive Neuro-Fuzzy Inference Systems, Protection Assistance Websites (PAW), and Models Privacy Antecedent-Privacy Concern-Outcomes (APCO). With the explanation on the results, consumers are expected to be more careful when making transactions on e-commerce to avoid fraud.

Abstract

Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) are important economic entities in Bali, contributing significantly to local and national funds. Especially in Bali, SMEs are often interchangeably linked with tourism, in which both sectors are greatly impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. A qualitative study was performed to examine the strategies used by Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in order to manage economic crisis during COVID-19 pandemic. An in-depth structured interview was conducted with selected informants. Each interview sessions were recorded after receiving informed consent from informants, then processed into written transcripts. Written transcripts were systematically analyzed and coded into respective themes afterwards. The result of this qualitative descriptive analysis is a scientific model which describes crisis management practices of SMEs during the COVID-19 pandemic era. There were three main factors which support the survival of SMES during COVID-19 struggles; 1) strategic innovations to adapt to changing economic environment during pandemic, 2) implementation of marketing 4.0, and 3) execution of digital businesses strategy. In conclusion, the result of this study suggests the implementation of business processes through digital meanings and social media. Strategic innovations adapting to changing environment is also necessary to provide high-quality yet affordable products in accordance with consumer trend.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the perceptions, motivations and practices of CSR in the hospitality industry. Case study was conducted at Bali Dynasty Resort. To answer research questions, interviews were conducted with important policy makers who have a good understanding of CSR. The data analysis technique was carried out with four steps namely data collection, data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing / verification. In this study, the data validity test uses reference materials, member checks, triangulation of data sources and triangulation of data collection techniques. This study indicates that the perception of management of Bali Dynasty Resort (1) CSR is about how companies manage business processes to produce an overall positive impact on society; (2) CSR refers to the entrepreneur's obligation to make policies and decisions or follow the desired line of action that leads to goals that are in line with community values; (3) CSR is the way the company manages and repairs social and environmental impacts to generate value for shareholders and stakeholders by innovating strategy, organization and operations; (4) CSR is motivated by internal driven or on the basis of social and environmental responsibility; (5) CSR practices based on the philosophy of Tri Hita Karana.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengesplorasi bagaimana persepsi UMKM terhadap QRIS serta faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi intensinya menggunakan QRIS. Technology acceptance model dan theory of planned behavior digunakan sebagai panduan dalam proses penyusunan pertanyaan wawancara dan analisis data. Data dikumpulkan melalui proses wawancara mendalam semi-terstruktur yang melibatkan 16 pelaku usaha (UMKM) yang tinggal di kota Denpasar. Data kemudian dianalisis melalui proses coding dan themeing. Penelitian ini mengindikasikan bahwa UMKM memiliki persepsi positif terhadap QRIS, sebagai alternatif cara pembayaran yang mudah dan dapat mengurangi kontak fisik. Penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa intensi UMKM menggunakan QRIS dipengaruhi oleh: 1. Persepsi positif terhadap QRIS; 2. Pengaruh pihak luar, antara lain pembeli, teman dekat, dan para influencer; 3. Persepsi hambatan menggunakan QRIS, antara lain kualitas koneksi internet, biaya penggunaan, dan batas transaksi. Penelitian ini menawarkan sebuah model komprehensif untuk memahami faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi intensi UMKM menggunakan QRIS. Model ini dapat dijadikan sebagai acuan bagi penelitian berikutnya untuk mengembangkan instrumen survey dalam upaya mendapatkan bukti empiris yang dapat digeneralisasi terkait faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi intensi UMKM menggunakan QRIS. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga dapat dijadikan sebagai sumber referensi berharga bagi lembaga bank atau non-bank untuk merumuskan strategi yang tepat menarik UMKM menggunakan QRIS.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan memberikan bukti empiris akurasi salah satu indikator analisis teknikal, yaitu moving average dalam memprediksi arah pergerakan harga saham LQ45 di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Untuk mencapai tujuan penelitian, sampel 37 saham perusahaan dikumpulkan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Saham yang digunakan sebagai sampel adalah saham yang mengalami kejadian Golden Cross dan Death Cross selama periode pengamatan, yaitu Pebruari-Juli 2019. Data diperoleh melalui aplikasi Esmart. Untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian terkait keakuratan metode moving average, dilakukan uji non-parametrik Mann-Whitney yang dapat membuktikan secara statistik apakah terdapat perbedaan signifikan antara prediksi arah pergerakan harga saham yang dihasilkan metode moving average dengan kenyataannya. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan tidak ada perbedaan antara prediksi arah pergerakan harga saham yang dihasilkan metode moving average dengan kenyataannya. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini memberikan bukti empiris keakuratan metode moving average dalam memprediksi arah pergerakan harga saham yang tergabung dalam indeks LQ45, dengan periode pengamatan yang singkat. Temuan penelitian ini dapat menjadi referensi bagi investor pasar modal dalam memilih metode analisis teknikal yang dapat membantu pengambilan keputusan investasi yang lebih tepat. Abstract

Tista Tourism Village, Kerambitan District is an area that has an attraction for visiting tourists because it has many potential tourism areas. The problem that arises in Redesta Coffee is that there is no promotional media to market superior products in Tista Village. The purpose of this community service is to empower the potential in Redesta Coffee marketing  by making packaging designs, logos, and brochures for marketing media as well as branding videos  contains reviews related to tourism potential and superior products regarding Tista Tourism Village. Methods pime Frame community service activities using three stages, namely, the planning phase (problem identification, output identification and interview guide), implementation stage (application permission, observation, interview, documentation), follow-up stage (video branding, brochure). The results of these activities yaitu provides brochure design Coffee Redesta and video branding (marketing) as a marketing medium of Redesta coffee. It is hoped that this study report can be used as reference material in other places in the framework promote tourism and its superior products in Bali.

Abstract

Sampah merupakan suatu hal yang selalu ada dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Semua yang beraktivitas pasti akan menghasilkan sampah dan begitu juga yang terjadi di Desa Tegalmengkeb, Kecamatan Selemadeg Timur, Kabupaten Tabanan. Permasalahan dari kegiatan pengadian ini adalah proses pengelolaan dan pemilahan sampah yang dilakukan belum masuk dalam katagori baik dan benar, dikarenakan proses pengelolaan dan pemilahan dilakukan dengan pembuangan yang tidak pada tempatnya. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk mengoptimalkan pengelolaan sampah di Desa Tegalmengkeb, Kecamatan Selemadeg Timur, Kabupaten Tabanan. Metode pengabdian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain observasional deskriptif, melalui survey lapangan dan focus group discussion, serta studi literatur. Partisipan yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah Kepala Desa, Karang Taruna, dan Yayasan Sahaja Sawah. Hasil pengabdian ini berupa peningkatan pemahaman warga masyarakat akan upaya pemilahan dan pengelolaan sampah yang lebih baik dan benar. Kata kunci: Optimalisasi pengelolaan sampah, pemilahan sampah. ABSTRACT Garbage is something that is always there in everyday life. All those who are active will inevitably produce waste and the same thing happened in Tegalmengkeb Village, Selemadeg Timur District, Tabanan Regency. The problem identified in this community service activity is that the wastes have not been sorted and managed properly. The purpose of this service activity is to optimize waste management in Tegalmengkeb Village, Selemadeg Timur District, Tabanan Regency. The method used was a qualitative approach with a descriptive observational design, through field surveys and focus group discussions, as well as literature studies. The participants involved in this study were the Village Head, Youth Organization, and Sahaja Sawah Foundation. This community service activity results in better community understanding and ability to sort and manage waste properly.  Keywords: Waste management, waste sorting process.
