Abstract

Do Good Corporate Governance and Corporate Social Responsibility Influence Profitability of LQ45 Listed Companies. This study aims to examine the influence of good corporate governance and corporate social responsibility on profitability of LQ45 listed companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data analyzed were secondary data in the form of annual reports and sustainability report. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of this research indicate: (1) Good corporate governance (GCG) has a significant effect on profitability of LQ45 listed companies; (2) Corporate social responsibility (CSR) does not have a significant effect on profitability of LQ45 listed companies. This research provides empirical evidence that implementation of GCG could influence profitability, while the implementation of CSR does not influence profitability. Abstract

Online-based education such as e-learning is very useful in today's new normal era. There are several international educational platforms, including those used in this study, namely Coursera, eDX and Future Learn. The purpose of this study was to explore the orchestration strategy of the normal new era education platform business organizers. This study used a qualitative approach was carried out through documentation studies method. This study indicates that the online education business platform implements an orchestration strategy with several different business partner networks. The orchestration strategy is implemented as an integral part of the business model. Through the analysis of The Business Model Canvas, this study finds that the online education business platform has the following business models: 1. Customer Segments, targeting the target group of people; 2. Value Proposition, prioritizing the value offered; 3. Channels, using channels to provide means of communication and information; 4. Customer Relationship, a good relationship with customers; 5. Revenue Streams, a source of income in business; 6. Key resource, in the form of assets of the company; 7. Key Activities, a series of activities; 8. Key Partners, a network of relationships; 9. Cost Structure, all costs incurred to operate the business. Abstract

During the COVID-19 pandemic, medical personnel received much heavier workload than normal. On top of it, stigma and low appreciation of the community for medical personnel leads to increase of both physical and psychological pressure. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of leadership, workload, and work environment on nurse satisfaction and performance. The sample in this study were 246 nurses who worked at Bali Mandara Hospital. Data was collected through questionnaire distributed online using google form platform and the data was processed using SmartPLS 3.2.1. The results of the study found that: (1) leadership, workload, and work environment had a positive and significant effect on nurses' job satisfaction; (2) leadership and nurse satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on nurse performance, workload has a negative and significant effect on nurse performance, and work environment has no effect on nurse performance; and (3) nurse job satisfaction mediates the influence of leadership, work load, and work environment on nurse performance.

Abstract

Tista Tourism Village, Kerambitan District is an area that has an attraction for visiting tourists because it has many potential tourism areas. The problem that arises in Redesta Coffee is that there is no promotional media to market superior products in Tista Village. The purpose of this community service is to empower the potential in Redesta Coffee marketing  by making packaging designs, logos, and brochures for marketing media as well as branding videos  contains reviews related to tourism potential and superior products regarding Tista Tourism Village. Methods pime Frame community service activities using three stages, namely, the planning phase (problem identification, output identification and interview guide), implementation stage (application permission, observation, interview, documentation), follow-up stage (video branding, brochure). The results of these activities yaitu provides brochure design Coffee Redesta and video branding (marketing) as a marketing medium of Redesta coffee. It is hoped that this study report can be used as reference material in other places in the framework promote tourism and its superior products in Bali.

Abstract

Sampah merupakan suatu hal yang selalu ada dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Semua yang beraktivitas pasti akan menghasilkan sampah dan begitu juga yang terjadi di Desa Tegalmengkeb, Kecamatan Selemadeg Timur, Kabupaten Tabanan. Permasalahan dari kegiatan pengadian ini adalah proses pengelolaan dan pemilahan sampah yang dilakukan belum masuk dalam katagori baik dan benar, dikarenakan proses pengelolaan dan pemilahan dilakukan dengan pembuangan yang tidak pada tempatnya. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk mengoptimalkan pengelolaan sampah di Desa Tegalmengkeb, Kecamatan Selemadeg Timur, Kabupaten Tabanan. Metode pengabdian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain observasional deskriptif, melalui survey lapangan dan focus group discussion, serta studi literatur. Partisipan yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah Kepala Desa, Karang Taruna, dan Yayasan Sahaja Sawah. Hasil pengabdian ini berupa peningkatan pemahaman warga masyarakat akan upaya pemilahan dan pengelolaan sampah yang lebih baik dan benar. Kata kunci: Optimalisasi pengelolaan sampah, pemilahan sampah. ABSTRACT Garbage is something that is always there in everyday life. All those who are active will inevitably produce waste and the same thing happened in Tegalmengkeb Village, Selemadeg Timur District, Tabanan Regency. The problem identified in this community service activity is that the wastes have not been sorted and managed properly. The purpose of this service activity is to optimize waste management in Tegalmengkeb Village, Selemadeg Timur District, Tabanan Regency. The method used was a qualitative approach with a descriptive observational design, through field surveys and focus group discussions, as well as literature studies. The participants involved in this study were the Village Head, Youth Organization, and Sahaja Sawah Foundation. This community service activity results in better community understanding and ability to sort and manage waste properly.  Keywords: Waste management, waste sorting process.

Abstract

Desa sesetan adalah desa yang terletak di Kecamatan Denpasar Selatan, yang merupakan daerah padat penduduk. Hal tersebut menyebabkan mudahnya penyebaran virus Covid-19. Berdasarkan hasil observasi masyarakat yang berada di daerah Desa Adat Sesetan, cukup banyak ditemukan masyarakat yang tidak mengikuti peraturan protokol kesehatan 3M (menggunakan masker, menjaga jarak, mencuci tangan). Hal ini disebabkan oleh masyarakat yang kurang paham tentang protokol kesehatan 3M, sehingga penyebaran virus Covid-19 tidak dapat dikendalikan. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan sosialisasi tentang protokol kesehatan 3M kepada masyarakat, agar masyarakat dapat mengetahui serta menerapkan protokol kesehatan 3M dengan baik. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat  ini  dilakukan dengan metode observasi, sosialisasi secara langsung dan daring menggunakan video. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pemahaman yang lebih baik kepada masyarakat terkait protokol kesehatan 3M. Kata kunci: Sosialisasi protokol kesehatan 3M, komunikasi digital. ABSTRACT Sesetan village is a village located in South Denpasar District, which is a densely populated area. This makes it easy for the Covid-19 virus to spread. Based on the results of community observations in the Sesetan Traditional Village area, quite a lot of people were found who did not follow the 3M health protocol regulations (wearing masks, keeping distance, washing hands). This is due to people who do not aware of the importance of 3M health protocol, so the spread of the Covid-19 virus cannot be controlled. This community service activity aims to spreading information and building awareness of the importance of 3M health protocol to the community, so that the public could apply the 3M health protocol properly. Abstract

This study explores how Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) based on local wisdom ‘tri hita karana’ are implemented to develop a sustainable community-based tourism. This study uses a qualitative case study approach conducted at Sangeh Monkey Forest (MF) tourism object. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews and then analyzed by using coding and themeing technique. This research indicates that Sangeh MF tourism object implemented CSR in three major areas, namely: 1. Social (people and ‘pawongan’ in ‘tri hita karana’); 2. Environment (planet and ‘palemahan’ in ‘tri hita karana’); 3. CSR related to business operation and religious activities (profit and ‘parahyangan’ in ‘tri hita karana’). CSR based on ‘tri hita karana’ principles were also implemented through participation of local community in managing the tourism object. All income generated from the operational of tourism object were given back to the community. The informant of this study perceived CSR as socially responsible business practices and as philanthropic actions. This research offers an insight into how CSR could be implemented based on local wisdom ‘tri hita karana’ to develop a sustainable community-based tourism object. Several recommendations on how to further improve CSR practices by integrating business, social, and environment goals are also offered.

Abstract

Banjar Pisang Kaja is located in Taro Village, Tegalalang District, Gianyar Regency, where some people work as farmers with one of the agricultural products they own, namely chayote. The problems mentioned by partners are limited knowledge in making food product innovations to increase selling value and attractive packaging strategies to increase consumer purchasing power. So that the chayote is only a daily food ingredient is also used as animal food. Then there is this problem; an activity will be carried out in the form of training in the processing of chayote based ingredients into creative and innovative food products, namely chayote jam. This activity aims to assist partners in increasing their knowledge and skills in making food product innovations and attractive packaging strategies. The method used is through the implementation of activities in the form of training in product manufacturing and packaging. The results of this activity are partners who are able to increase knowledge and develop creativity in processing chayote into innovative food products, namely into jam. Partners also add color variations from natural ingredients that are around to make jam more attractive, and partners already know how to pack attractive products. The existence of this activity is expected to foster an entrepreneurial spirit to improve the community's economy. --- Banjar Pisang Kaja terletak di Desa Taro, Kecamatan Tegalalang, Kabupaten Gianyar yang sebagian masyarakatnya bermata pencaharian sebagai petani dengan salah satu hasil pertanian yang dimiliki yaitu labu siam. Masalah yang dihadapi mitra yaitu keterbatasan pengetahuan dalam membuat inovasi produk pangan untuk menambah nilai jual dan strategi pengemasan yang menarik untuk meningkatkan daya beli konsumen. Sehingga labu siam hanya diolah menjadi bahan makanan sehari-hari, dan juga dijadikan sebagai makanan ternak. Maka adanya masalah tersebut akan dilakukan suatu kegiatan berupa pelatihan pengolahan berbahan dasar labu siam menjadi produk pangan kreatif dan inovatif yaitu menjadi selai labu siam. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk membantu mitra dalam menambah pengetahuan dan keterampilannya dalam membuat inovasi produk pangan dan strategi pengemasan yang menarik. Metode yang digunakan yaitu melalui pelaksanaan kegiatan berupa pelatihan pembuatan dan pengemasan produk. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah mitra mampu menambah pengetahuan dan mengembangkan kreatifitasnya dalam mengolah labu siam menjadi produk pangan yang inovatif yaitu menjadi selai. Mitra juga menambahkan variasi warna dari bahan dasar alami yang ada di sekitar untuk membuat selai menjadi lebih menarik, dan mitra sudah mengetahui cara pengemasan produk yang menarik. Adanya kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat menumbuhkan jiwa kewirausahaan untuk meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat.

Abstract

One of the products in skin care and beauty is scrubs. An example is a traditional scrub made from natural ingredients. This activity will provide training to partners in the process of making traditional scrub products, measuring partner ability in processing traditional scrub products, as well as packaging and giving logos to products using the potential use of bidara leaves. The purpose of this activity is to develop the potential of bidara leaves (bekul) into traditional beauty products made from natural bidara leaves in Kutuh Village, South Kuta, Badung, Bali. Methods of implementing activities are methods of observation, planning and preparation, and production. The result of the implementation of this activity is the creation of an output in the form of traditional bidara leaf scrub products. This product is able to provide benefits in skin rejuvenation and get more natural results. This study report is expected to be an input for other people regarding efforts to empower bidara leaves into a product that is useful in addition to being used as a beauty product, it can also be used as herbal medicine. --- Salah satu produk dalam perawatan dan kecantikan kulit adalah lulur. Contohnya adalah lulur tradisional yang terbuat dari bahan alami. Kegiatan ini akan memberikan pelatihan kepada mitra dalam proses pembuatan produk lulur tradisional, pengukuran kemampuan mitra dalam pengolahan produk lulur tradisional, serta pengemasan dan pemberian logo pada produk menggunakan pemanfaatan potensi daun bidara. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk mengembangkan potensi daun bidara (bekul) menjadi produk kecantikan lulur tradisional berbahan dasar alami daun bidara di Desa Kutuh, Kuta Selatan, Badung, Bali. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan adalah metode observasi, perencanaan dan persiapan, dan produksi. Hasil dari pelaksanaan kegiatan ini adalah terciptanya suatu output berupa produk lulur tradisional daun bidara. Produk ini mampu memberikan manfaat dalam peremajaan kulit dan mendapatkan hasil yang lebih natural. Laporan kajian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi bahan masukan untuk masyarakat lain mengenai upaya pemberdayaan daun bidara menjadi suatu produk yang bermanfaat selain dijadikan sebagai produk kecantikan, juga dapat dijadikan sebagai obat herbal.

Abstract

Regular rainy seasons nowadays cause many social problems in communities, including stagnant water. Because of the lack of reclaimed water available, the drain could not hold excess water capacity and would cause the water to rise to the surface. As a result of this work, it involves using a biopic sinkhole method. To address partners' problems, the work of educating the public on this biopori method was done. Education is being made to add insight and knowledge to villagers to be more aware of their surroundings to overcome the water problem. These methods of carrying out this dedicated activity are observation, socialization, biopic hole work, and socialization through video campaigns. And the results of this devoted work are improved rural communities' understanding of education activities, where they are no longer found as rising water from experiments in biopori folkholes, and enhanced social media knowledge through video campaigns related to the methods. --- Musim hujan yang sering terjadi saat ini menimbulkan banyak sekali permasalahan social yang terjadi di masyarakat, salah satunya genangan air. Karena kurangnya daerah resapan air yang ada, maka saluran pembuangan tidak dapat menampung kapasitas air yang berlebihan dan mengakibatkan air tersebut akan menggenang ke permukaan. Dengan itu upaya yang dilakukan yaitu dengan menggunakan metode lubang resapan biopori. Untuk mengatasi berbagai permasalahan mitra, maka dilakuakannya penyuluhan kepada masyarakat tentang metode biopori ini. Penyuluhan dilakukan bertujuan untuk menambahkan wawasan dan pengetahuan masyarakat desa untuk lebih sadar akan lingkungan sekitar sebagai langkah awal mengatasi permasalahan genangan air. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah observasi, sosialisasi, percobaan pembuatan lubang biopori, dan sosialisasi melalui video campaign. Dan hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini yaitu peningkatan pemahaman masyarakat desa dalam kegiatan penyuluhan, tidak lagi terjadi genangan air dari hasil percobaan pembuatan lubang resapan biopori, dan peningkatan pengetahuan pengguna sosial media melalui video campaign terkait metode tersebut.
