Abstract

The menu reservation management information system that can be accessed online using mobile is developed using extreme programming methods with stages such as planning, designing, coding, and testing the system. The results of functional suitability testing were carried out on 10 respondents consisting of admins and consumers with the answer categories Yes valued 1 and No valued 0, then the resulting percentage was 98.18% and it can be concluded that respondents rated the system built as successful or by its function. Based on the results of the usability aspect test, the percentage of the test questionnaire, which is 92.88%, can be concluded according to respondents Strongly Agree that the development is appropriate.

Abstract

At present the filing process in Mulyasari Village is still being done manually so that it experiences problems in its management, such as letters being tucked away and difficult to find when needed. In addition, mail archives will also take up space if it continues to be done manually, so an information system is needed that can help alleviate this. In carrying out its duties, this office is involved in a lot of correspondence. About 4 to 7 incoming letters are received in a month, while 15 to 10 outgoing letters. The purpose of this research is to develop a website-based archive management information system that can assist in managing electronic records better. The design of an archive system to help manage incoming and outgoing letters in Mulyasari sub-district using the prototype method. System testing is carried out using the ISO 25010 testing method covering 2 (two) main characteristics of ISO 25010, namely Functional Suitablity and Usability. System design uses UML (Unified Modeling Language) with each diagram, namely use case diagrams, activity diagrams and class diagrams. From the calculations performed using the Likert Scale, the results obtained were 89%. So it can be concluded that the design of this system is stated to be very good to use and feasible to implement.

Abstract

Information technology is an activity of collecting, processing, managing, storing, disseminating and utilizing information. Apart from involving hardware and software, this technology also pays attention to human interests in its utilization. Car Showroom is a company engaged in buying and selling used cars. As a growing company and from its stagnant sales chart data for the last 5 years, Car Showroom took the initiative to make the internet a marketing medium. Judging from the reality, so far it has been difficult to provide information regarding the product. Making it easier to design a system that is created, as well as implementing a used car sales application in a car showroom made using the PHP programming language with the MySql database so that the information held by the showroom can be accessed by users online and in real time. With this application, it can help users find used cars online. Based on the results of the recapitulation of the 7 testing criteria that have been carried out, the results show that the number of answers from respondents has a value of 100% in accordance with testing system functionality using blackbox testing.

Abstract

Decision Support System or DSS is a computer system designed to help make complex and problem-oriented decisions. SAW method is one of the methods used in multi-criteria decision making to sort and select alternatives based on an assessment of several criteria. The SAW method uses a simple summation approach of weighted weights assigned to each criterion. Rank sum weighting is one method used in decision support systems to sort alternatives based on assessments on specific criteria. The results of this study are the selection of the best suppliers using the simple additive weighting method and applying the rank sum weighting model in determining the weight of the criteria used, namely price, product quality, delivery time, packaging form, and the number of shipments. Ranking results for rank 1 were obtained by Supplier B with a value of 0.846, for rank 2 were obtained by Supplier E with a value of 0.837, for rank 3 were obtained by Supplier C with a value of 0.787, for rank 4 were obtained by Supplier A with a value of 0.723, for rank 5 were obtained by Supplier B with a value of 0.698.
