Abstract

This study aimed to examine the value of Indonesian Islamic banking using secondary quarterly data from quarter I of 2016 to quarter IV of 2021. The data were sourced from Sharia Banking Statistics (SPS) published by the Financial Services Authority (OJK). EViews 8 was then used to analyze economic growth with financing distributed by Islamic banking. Furthermore, the study employed a qualitative method assisted with data from OJK. The findings showed that the value, growth, and development of Islamic banking in Indonesia are better than conventional banking. Also, the profitability ratio of Indonesian Islamic banking is categorized as good. The value of Islamic banking can be analyzed using several components such as growth, risk, returns and capital and cost.

Abstract

This analysis aims to define the extent of the influence of the level of profit sharing on profitability, which takes a case study at Bank BCA Syariah in 2021. The author takes the title of this research for reasons of interest in the differences and consequences of Islamic Banking in Indonesia which has gradually evolved into a powerful competitor for conventional banks. If you look at data, which has undergone substantial growth since 2019, it becomes an attraction for the author to take the title of this research. In this study, the authors collect data through the literature study method, which comes from Bank BCA Syariah's financial information. This study aims to confine the capacity of the impact of the level of profit sharing on profitability. The upshots of this analysis are profit sharing has no significant influence on profitability.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia has significantly impacted the economy, including the banking sector. But not with Islamic banking, which instead shows a positive trend. Even though sharia banking is showing a positive direction, the penetration rate of the sharia banking market in Indonesia is still relatively low compared to conventional banking. This research was structured to interpret the opportunities and challenges faced by Islamic banks during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study uses qualitative data analysis with a descriptive-critical method and through a literature study approach. This data analysis only focuses on the opportunities and challenges of Islamic banks during the pandemic. Researchers use secondary data to obtain discussion of this research that comes from books, the internet and research journals that have the same topics as those that researchers discuss. Based on the results of this research, there are opportunities and challenges for Islamic banks during the Covid-19 pandemic. Opportunities for Islamic banks during the pandemic are related to increasing assets, expanding market penetration, and efficiency in operational costs. Meanwhile, financing and operational risks are major challenges that need attention.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of COVID-19 on MSME business income in West Wonosari Village, Bengkalis Regency. This study aims to determine the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the economic situation in the community, especially small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in West Wonosari Village. The data collection process was carried out by conducting documentation and interviews with several traders who were selling around the village of West Wonosari, such as vegetable traders, fruit traders, staple food traders and others, totaling 12 respondents. This research used a qualitative descriptive method. The results of the study show that the impact caused by the Covid-19 pandemic is the level of people's purchasing power decreases and the market situation becomes quiet. Of the 12 traders studied, it had such a big impact on MSMEs, sales decreased drastically. The average decline in income for all businesses was 73.6%, from income before Covid-19.

Abstract

The Kudap Village located in the Tasik Putri Puyu Sub-district,Meranti Islands Regency is One Of The Villages where the community is still in a developing condition. One of the ways to overcome these community problems is through community empowerment activities carried out, namely through embroidery training according to the needs of the community. The learning approach used in this training is an andragogy approach with discussion and practice methods the implementation of embroidery training activities at the home of one of the people of kudap village,tasik putri puyu district,meranti islands regency, which is carried out on august 20,2022. Mothers in the village of kudap in making embroidery thet can be used as a livelihood for the community.

Abstract

Market competition is not only in competition for goods but also in market competition; the presence of BMT, which survives and increasingly develops its market share, must have a strategy to achieve optimal profits. BMT (Baitul Mal Wal Tanwil) must determine every system appropriate for the goals, opportunities, expertise and human resources in the development of BMT for good promotion. The marketing strategy is the spearhead of a marketing plan that is made and is very necessary for a company that aims so that the projects completed can be carried out and achieved following predetermined goals, especially at BMT Permata Indonesia Pekanbaru, which is located at Jl. Rawamangun No. 67 Tangkerang Labui, Bukit Raya District, Pekanbaru. The population in this study were five people consisting of leaders, managers, marketing and two employees. The data collection technique uses purposive sampling, with descriptive data analysis such as interviews, observations, and documentation. Based on the study results, it can be concluded that the murabahah financing marketing strategy used by BMT Permata Indonesia Pekanbaru in increasing the number of members in place, product, price, promotion, people, and process—) and service. As for the weakness at BMT Permata Indonesia Pekanbaru, the lack of direct information and education from the community and understanding of the community has resulted in the absence of public interest in financing.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have an important role in a country's economy, such as overcoming several problems, such as unemployment, employment and increased innovation. So that it can provide opportunities for people to open other businesses and provide jobs, that opportunity must be accompanied by effort and cost. However, there are obstacles for micro-entrepreneurs in developing their business and increasing income, one of which is capital. This capital problem applies to all existing MSMEs; the little money experienced by MSMEs impacts operational activities becomes a serious problem and can limit the potential for business expansion and lack of innovation. The purpose of this study is to determine how important the role of Bank Syariah Indonesia is in MSME financing in improving the quality of people's lives. This study uses data collection techniques through literature and interviews. The instrument used in the primary data is interviews with informants from the Bengkalis Branch of the Indonesian Sharia Bank. Respondents revealed that Islamic banking, especially Bank Syariah Indonesia Bengkalis Branch. Play an important role in maintaining the development of SMEs' products by helping distribute government programs, namely KUR (People's Business Credit)

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of finding out how tempe management is viewed from the perspective of Islamic business ethics for tempe entrepreneurs in Resam Lapis Village. The research location will be carried out at Home Industry which is in Resam Lapis Village, Bantan District. The type of research carried out is field research. The research approach used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The population that will be taken in this study is all tempe production houses in Resam Lapis Village. In collecting data, the method that the author uses is observation by going directly to the tempe-making home industry to observe directly, interviews conducted directly with the owners of the tempe-making home industry and collecting documentation from interviews and observations in the form of writing, photos, archives, and so on related to the application of Islamic business ethics carried out by the tempe-making home industry. This study uses qualitative data analysis methods. Qualitative analysis is an effort made by working with data, finding patterns, sorting it into manageable units, determining what is important and what is learned and deciding what others can tell. The results of the study found that the implementation of Islamic business ethics in Home Industry Tempe Nursiah has been implemented, namely the principle of unity, the principle of free will, the principle of responsibility and the principle of truth (virtue and honesty). However, there is one principle that is not implemented, namely the principle of equilibrium.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini merupakan salah satu bagian dari Tri Dharma perguruan tinggi yang harus dilakukan oleh akademika khususnya bagi tenaga pendidik (dosen). Abstract

This analysis examined the phenomenon in Bengkalis District relating to purchasing 3 kg LPG gas. Researchers analyzed following Law No. 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection Against the sale and purchase of 3 kg LPG gas. In addition, the research tries to analyze the prohibition of ihtikar for staples. Many problems arise because a business actor, one of which is a business actor, reduces the contents volume of gas liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) by 3 kg. Constraints in implementing the protection of the Kosumen against the sale and purchase of gas in Bengkalis Sub-Electricity, consumers need help getting 3 kg LPG gas due to some obstacles. There are still many consumers who feel that they live in injustice carried out by business actors to sell their merchandise because many business actors are looking for profit from consumers. This study also exposed the Ihtikar prohibition for basic goods. This study uses a qualitative method based on Law No. 8 of 1999 and explores, according to Muslim scholars, the ban on the accumulation of goods
