Abstract

Instilling an entrepreneurial spirit in early childhood is an important step in forming independent and innovative attitudes, skills and thoughts. Various ways can be done, including encouraging creativity and innovation, for example cooking class activities. This study aims to explore the influence of "cooking class" activities on the cultivation of entrepreneurial spirit in students TK Diponegoro Watumas. "cooking class" is a practical activity where students participate in the cooking process, ingredient management, and sales of culinary products. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach, involving direct observation, interviews, and document analysis. Interviews head school and 5 parent. The results of the study show that "cooking class" activities can foster entrepreneurial attitudes such as creativity, teamwork, time management, and marketing skills. This activity also increases the confidence and independence of students.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze English language competency in the 4.0 era through education and learning. Data collection involved secondary data analysis through reduction and display. The findings indicate that English language competency in Indonesian elementary schools is a locally-content learning subject that enhances student skills by incorporating local wisdom as a resource for learning and development. English language skills are fostered to improve students' vocabulary, communication, and reading abilities, supporting both academic achievements and practical applications outside of education. The implementation of English language competence involves training students to enhance their communication skills in alignment with international knowledge standards. Overall, education and language serve as processes through which students develop soft skills and expand their knowledge base.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan proses penganggaran dan pengalokasian dana pendidikan gratis di Pondok Pesantren Kreatif Baitul Kilmah Bantul. Desain penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses penganggaran dan pengalokasian dana menggunakan sumber dana hasil dari penjualan karya buku para santri dan juga pengasuh. Pengelolaan keuangan dilakukan terpusat pada lembaga dengan menggunakan pengumpulan kas lembaga.

Abstract

Manajemen keuangan madrasah adalah salah satu komponen penting dalam memajukan madrasah. Implementasi manajemen keuangan seharusnya efektif, akuntabilitas dan transparan. Dengan demikian manajemen keuangan yang baik untuk memastikan bahwa lembaga dapat mencapai tujuan dan memberikan pendidikan yang berkualitas. Tujuan penelitian mengkaji implementasi manajemen keuangan di madrasah. Metodologi penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan berupa kondensasi data (data condensation), penyajian data (data display), verifikasi dan penarikan kesimpulan (drawing and verifiying conclusion). Uji Dalam keabsahan data melalui trianggulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa manajemen keuangan di madrasah masih dipusatkan di bawah naungan Yayasan, implementasi keuangan pada MA Al Qodir belum berjalan dengan baik dan tidak sistematis. Hal ini  dibuktikan dengan proses penerapan manajemen keuangan belum sesuai dengan teori-teori yang berkaitan dengan manajemen keuangan. Di samping itu, terdapat  banyak hambatan dalam pengeluaran dan pembukuan.
