Abstract

The research aimed to develop a web-based application using the certainty factor. The use of this certainty factor method allowed processing the data based on the degree of confidence from the experts and the users. The users inputted their symptoms each with the level of confidence. The inference engine drew some conclusions based on the matching process between the input and the rules in the knowledge-based. For every matching pair, the system will calculate the certainty factor. The knowledge-based was developed through discussion with three specialist physicians and literature in some previous studies. The evaluation of the system involved three specialists for validation testing and 51 respondents for BlackBox testing. The final result is displayed in the form of a percentage for each hepatitis type, explanation of first aid for hepatitis, and referral hospital for hepatitis patients. The result shows that the error rate in the diagnosis process is under 36%. Most of the respondents think that the quality of the system is good overall.

Abstract

Pendahuluan: Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja (K3) adalah suatu pemikiran dan upaya untuk menjamin minimnya terjadi kecelakaan kerja, penyakit akibat kerja, kebakaran, peledakan dan pencemaran lingkungan. K3 dapat ditingkatkan salah satu nya dengan menerapkan 5R (Ringkas, Rapi, Resik, Rawat, Rajin). 5R akan lebih optimal dengan adanya pengawasan pada saat melakukan aktivitas kerja. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui bagaimana hubungan pengawasan dengan perilaku 5R pada proyek Stasiun LRT Jatimulya Bekasi Timur tahun 2019. Metode: Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu observasionalanalitik dengan menggunakan desain cross-sectional. Responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 80 responden. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukan ρ-value=1000 pada variabel perilaku, ρ-value=0.049 pada variabel sikap dan hasil ρ-value=0.011 pada variabel sarana. Kesimpulan: Tidak terdapat hubungan antara pengawasan dengan perilaku 5R, namun terdapat hubungan antara sikap dan prasarana dengan perilaku 5R pada pekerja Proyek Stasiun LRT di Jatimulya Bekasi Timur tahun 2019.

Abstract

Introduction: Work stress is pressure experienced by everyone in living their work life, stress itself has two meanings namely positive and negative depending on how a person can deal with stress, in a positive view psychologically it will foster motivation and morale while in a negative sense it can reduce the level of employee performance. Objectives: The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between workload, work environment and work shifts on employee work stress at PT. United Young Generation Simpenan District, Sukabumi Regency in 2023. Method: This research uses a quantitative research type with a cross-sectional design totaling 113 respondents to employees who work at PT. United Young Generation (GMB). The sampling technique is Random Sampling. The data used are primary data through questionnaires and observations and secondary data derived from books and literature. Data analysis was performed univariately and bivariately with the Chi-Square Test. Results: The research results show a relationship between work shifts (p-value = 0.000), and workload (p-value = 0.000). Work environment (p-value 0.496) with work stress. Conclusion: There is a relationship between work shifts, workload and work stress. However, there is no relationship between the work environment and work stress.

Abstract

Recruitment is an effort to find and influence workers, so they want to apply for job vacancies in the organization/company. The implementation of recruitment and selection is one of the ways that companies do to find and determine prospective employees who will be accepted or rejected by the company. The purpose of the study was to describe the process of recruitment, selection and placement of employees at Pasar Minngu Hospital in 2022. This type of research used a descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. In this study, in-depth interviews were conducted with 2 informants. The method of data collection is by using interview, observation and document review techniques. Based on the results of the study, the process of job analysis stages at Pasar Minggu Hospital in conducting job analysis refers to workload analysis only. The employee recruitment process at Pasar Minggu Hospital still depends on the demand or demands of each unit in need. the employee selection process at Pasar Minggu Hospital starts from the administrative selection stage then to the MMPI test, in the selection process carried out there is still no debriefing process that aims to encourage new employees to get to know the scope of their work well. The placement of employees at Pasar Minggu Hospital is carried out using a method based on the assessment of education, experience and educational certification as well as human resource needs. At Pasar Minggu Hospital, they still have not paid attention to the development of placement criteria which aims to obtain effective and efficient results in the selection and placement recruitment process. Suggestions are expected from the hospital regarding the process of recruitment, selection and placement of employees not depending on the demands or demands of each unit in need

Abstract

Introduction: In this modern era, healthcare services have become a primary focus for society. Patients require efficient and quality services to meet their health needs. This study aims to analyze the relationship between medication service waiting time, health service performance, health information quality, and patient satisfaction levels at UPTD Puskesmas X in Depok City. Objectives: This study aims to analyze the relationship between medication service waiting time, health service performance, health information quality, and patient satisfaction levels at UPTD Puskesmas X in Depok City in 2024. Method: This type of research is quantitative with a purposive sampling design, involving a sample of 171 patient respondents. The instruments in this study use data collection techniques through questionnaires. Data analysis is conducted univariately and bivariately using the chi-square test. Result: Based on the research results, there is a significant relationship between medication service waiting time and patient satisfaction, as indicated by the chi-square test (p=0.000<0.05) with an Odds Ratio (OR) of 5.884. There is also a significant relationship between health service performance and patient satisfaction, with a chi-square test result of (p=0.002<0.05) and an OR of 2.667. Additionally, a significant relationship exists between health information quality and patient satisfaction, with a chi-square test result of (p=0.002<0.05) and an OR of 2.661. Conclution: That there is a relationship between medication service waiting time, health service performance, health information quality, and patient satisfaction levels at UPTD Puskesmas X in Depok City in 2024.

Abstract

Pelayanan kesehatan adalah satu bidang pelayanan publik yang menerapkan teknologi informasi dalam sistem pelayanan. RSUD Palmatak merupakan salah satu rumah sakit yang menerapkan sistem pendaftaran online berbasis WhatsApp untuk pasien rawat jalan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan pasien rawat jalan terhadap metode pendaftaran online berbasis WhatsApp pada pasien rawat jalan di RSUD Palmatak Kabupaten Kepulauan Anambas tahun 2023. Desain penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Penelitian dilakukan di Instalasi Rawat Jalan RSUD Palmatak Kabupaten Kepulauan Anambas. Sampel penelitian yaitu pasien rawat jalan yang melakukan pendaftaran online berbasis WhatsApp sebanyak 77 sampel. Analisis data menggunakan analisis univariat dan bivariat. Gambaran kualitas layanan rawat jalan terhadap pendaftaran online berbasis WhatsApp di RSUD Palmatak Kabupaten Kepulauan Anambas tahun 2023 menunjukkan bahwa, dimensi keandalan (reliability) responden paling banyak memberikan peniaian baik (51,9%), jaminan (assurance) paling banyak memberikan penilaian baik (53,2%), daya tanggap (responsiveness) lebih banyak memberikan penilaian baik (51,9%), empati (emphaty) paling banyak memberikan penilaian cukup (53,2%) dan bukti fisik (tangibles) responden juga paling banyak memberikan penilaian cukup (53,2%). Terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara kepuasan pasien rawat jalan terhadap metode pendaftaran online berbasis WhatsApp di RSUD Palmatak Kabupaten Kepulauan Anambas Tahun 2023 (nilai p = 0,000) dan menunjukkan hubungan yang sedang (r 0,590) dan berpola positif.

Abstract

Studi ini menyelidiki dampak promosi kesehatan terhadap penggunaan lensa sinar biru di antara pelanggan Optik Sarimbit Bogor, didorong oleh meningkatnya penggunaan perangkat digital di Indonesia. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional, studi ini mensurvei 80 pelanggan yang dipilih melalui purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian menunjukkan validitas dan reliabilitas yang tinggi (α = 0,900 untuk promosi kesehatan; α = 0,880 untuk keputusan penggunaan). Analisis regresi linier sederhana mengungkapkan pengaruh positif yang signifikan dari promosi kesehatan (X) pada penggunaan lensa blue ray (Y), dengan persamaan Y = 14,994 + 0,685X. Koefisien determinasi (R Square) 0,608 menunjukkan bahwa promosi kesehatan menjelaskan 60,8% dari variasi dalam penggunaan lensa blue ray. Temuan ini mendukung Teori Perilaku Terencana dan Model Keyakinan Kesehatan, yang menunjukkan pentingnya strategi promosi kesehatan yang efektif dalam memasarkan lensa sinar biru. Studi ini merekomendasikan untuk mengeksplorasi faktor-faktor tambahan yang memengaruhi keputusan penggunaan dalam penelitian di masa depan.

Abstract

This study evaluates risk management in organizing a food bazaar held in an open field at the Jakarta International Velodrome from May 31 to June 2, 2024. The research methodology includes direct observation, structured interviews with the organizing committee, and document analysis. The assessment results indicate that the event falls into the Very High Risk category for safety aspects, with potential hazards such as smuggling, theft, and fire. Additionally, the cleanliness of the area and healthcare facilities are deemed inadequate, categorized as High Risk. The limitations of hygiene facilities such as toilets and sinks, as well as the risk of dehydration, were also identified. This study recommends enhanced preparation and attention to risk management for similar events in the future to ensure the safety and comfort of visitors. By identifying, analyzing, and evaluating risks more comprehensively, it is hoped that event organizers can minimize potential hazards and improve the quality of future events. The study also emphasizes the importance of collaboration among various stakeholders, including the government, event organizers, security personnel, and healthcare services, to create a safe and comfortable event environment. Measures such as safety training for staff, adequate placement of healthcare facilities, and improved security systems can reduce the risks faced by visitors. Additionally, the study highlights the need for effective communication with the audience regarding safety and health protocols to be followed during the event. The implementation of technology such as crowd monitoring applications and early detection systems can also be a solution in managing risks more effectively.

Abstract

Teknologi komunikasi dan elektronik sudah sedemikian berkembang pesat, sehingga menyebabkan pendidikan juga turut mengalami peningkatan dalam hal kualitas, kecepaatan, kepraktisan dan juga kemudahan, ujian konvensional pun bergeser ke arah komputerisasi salah satunya dengan adanya ujian online. SMK Muhammadiyah 01 Bekasi bertujuan memperoleh kemudahan dalam melakukan kegiatan kegiatan ujian secara online, Sistem Informasi ini memudahkan proses – proses tersebut, sehingga proses ujian akan lebih efektif dan efisien dan memberikan kemudahan bagi guru SMK Muhammadiyah 01 Bekasi untuk menjalankan ujian secara online. Metode yang digunakan yaitu waterfall adalah metode yang menyediakan pendekatan alur hidup perangkat lunak secara sekuensial atau terurut dimulai dari analisis, desain, pengodean, pengujian, dan tahap pendukung (support). Desain Aplikasi Menggunakan sistem UML (Unified Modelling language) yaitu terdiri dari use Case Diagram, Class Diagram, Activity Diagram dan Squence Diagram. Sedangkan untuk bahasa pemrograman menggunakan Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) , Cascading Style Sheet (CSS), JavaScript, dan MySQL sebagai database. Hasil penelitian ini dapat mempermudah proses alur ujian, manajemen nilai, pendataan siswa,proses kegiatan penilaian. Dengan adanya system ujian online berbasis web ini, SMK Muhammadiyah 01 Bekasi bisa mengurangi anggaran dan waktu yang dibutuhkan relatif sedikit sehingga lebih efektif dan efisien .

Abstract

Fasilitas kesehatan tingkat pertama (FKTP), seperti klinik pratama, memainkan peran yang sangat penting dalam memberikan pelayanan kesehatan kepada masyarakat. Keberhasilan FKTP dalam menjalankan tugasnya dapat dilihat dari ketercapaian indikator mutu pelayanan, yang mencakup berbagai aspek seperti waktu tunggu, kepuasan pasien, cakupan imunisasi, dan efektivitas pengobatan. Indikator-indikator ini mencerminkan kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan dan menjadi tolok ukur keberhasilan FKTP dalam melaksanakan perannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh manajemen internal terhadap ketercapaian indikator mutu pelayanan kesehatan di salah satu fasilitas kesehatan pratama di Depok. Manajemen internal terdiri dari empat variabel utama, yaitu pengelolaan sumber daya manusia (SDM), kepatuhan terhadap standar operasional prosedur (SOP), supervisi dan evaluasi, serta budaya kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kuantitatif dengan metode regresi logistik berganda dan melibatkan 32 responden yang terdiri dari tenaga medis dan kepala FKTP (klinik x). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepatuhan terhadap SOP memiliki pengaruh paling signifikan dengan p-value 0,002 dan odds ratio 14,03 terhadap ketercapaian mutu pelayanan, diikuti oleh pengelolaan SDM, supervisi dan evaluasi, serta budaya kerja. Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini dalah pengelolaan SDM yang baik dan budaya kerja yang kondusif juga terbukti berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan. Berdasarkan temuan pada hasil penelitian ini maka disaran untuk peningkatan pengelolaan manajemen internal guna mencapai indikator mutu pelayanan yang lebih baik di masa depan.
