Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of organizational culture and individual characteristics on teacher performance, with Organizational Citizenship Behavior serving as a mediator. The research approach utilized in the article is a causal quantitative method. The sample consisted of 87 junior high school teachers from the Bukit Kerman District in Kerinci Regency, Jambi Province, and data was gathered through a questionnaire survey. The data were then analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Smart PLS 3.2.9 software. The results show that both organizational culture and individual characteristics influence teacher performance, both directly and indirectly, through the mediation of Organizational Citizenship Behavior. This research contributes valuable insights into improving teacher performance by highlighting the importance of organizational culture and individual traits.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to increase the economic value of the community through the utilization of oil palm leaf midribs that have been underutilized into export-valued handicraft products. Palm oil is a leading commodity in many regions in Indonesia, but the waste in the form of leaf midribs is often neglected. Through training and mentoring programs, the community is able to produce a variety of innovative new designs, following modern market trends. palm oil leaf midribs handicrafts not only have functional value but also a more attractive aesthetic value. In addition, this activity also includes education on international marketing strategies and export market access. The results of the activities showed an increase in community knowledge and skills in processing oil palm leaf midribs and an increase in economic income through marketing products to international markets. This activity is expected to be sustainable and become a model for local resource-based economic development.

Abstract

This research aims to find the influence of digital marketing and marketing strategies on the development of culinary businesses using a quantitative study approach. The research population was 60, who were all culinary business people at this tourist attraction. Measurement of research variables was carried out using a questionnaire with answers based on a Likert scale, then the data was processed using the SPSS and Smart-PLS applications. Regression testing shows that digital marketing has no significant effect while marketing strategy has a positive and significant effect. The implications of this research show that the use of digital marketing in a short period of time has not had an impact on business development so it needs to be carried out continuously over a long period of time. The right marketing strategy can support business development so it needs to continue to be innovated with new innovations.

Abstract

This research investigates the role of job satisfaction as a mediator in the impact of leader member exchange and work-life balance on employee loyalty at PT Batang Hari Barisan. Data were collected through surveys and questionnaires distributed to a sample of 74 respondents. Path analysis was used as the analysis method, with SmartPLS used for statistical processing. The findings show that leader member exchange and work-life balance significantly influence job satisfaction. Furthermore, leader member exchange has a significant influence on employee loyalty, while work-life balance has no direct impact on employee loyalty. Job satisfaction was found to significantly influence employee loyalty. In addition, leader member exchange impacts employee loyalty indirectly through the mediation of job satisfaction, whereas job satisfaction does not mediate the relationship between work-life balance and employee loyalty.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to explore the extent to which the influence of knowledge sharing behavior on innovative work behavior and employee job satisfaction with motivational language as a moderating variable. Hypothesis testing was tested using STATA analysis. The tests used include validity analysis, reliability analysis and regression hypothesis testing. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 45 employees at PT Serumpun Indah Perkasa. The results of the study found that knowledge-sharing behavior has a positive effect on innovative work behavior, while knowledge-sharing behavior has a negative effect on employee job satisfaction. Furthermore, motivational language is a moderating variable of the relationship between knowledge sharing behavior and innovative work behavior.
