Abstract

The problem faced by partner villages is that the added value of incense products is still low because they only focus on raw incense, do not yet have their market, because incense production is still based on orders, and the availability of biting raw materials is often lacking. The purpose of the community service program is to develop the business potential of incense in partner villages, namely Sukawati Village, Sukawati District, Gianyar Regency so that it can become the village's flagship product. The approach used in implementing this service program is Community Based Participatory Research (CBPR), which is a collaborative approach aiming to overcome community problems. The methods used are mentoring and providing education on making fragrant incense and packaging carried out by partners of successful entrepreneurs, assistance and consultation on trademark registration, and substitution of science and technology in the form of wood-biting smoothing machines into sawdust. The result of the activity is an increase in added value because it has produced and sold fragrant incense with the Gunung Katu brand marketed by business partners to the island of Bali, there is an increase in bamboo biting production because it has used the help of wood smoothing machines. The results of this service activity have an impact on increasing the income of the community in partner villages.  ---  Permasalahan yang dihadapi desa mitra adalah nilai tambah produk dupa masih rendah karena hanya fokus pada dupa mentah, belum memiliki pasar sendiri, karena produksi dupa masih berdasarkan pesanan, dan ketersediaan bahan baku biting sering kekurangan. Tujuan program pengabdian kepada masyarakat untuk mengembangkan potensi usaha dupa di desa mitra yaitu Desa Sukawati Kecamatan Sukawati Kabupaten Gianyar, agar bisa menjadi produk unggulan desa. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan program pengabdian ini adalah Community Based Participatory Research (CBPR), yaitu pendekatan kolaboratif dengan maksud mengatasi permasalahan di masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan berupa pendampingan dan memberikan edukasi mengenai pembuatan dupa wangi dan pengemasan yang dilakukan oleh mitra dari pengusaha yang sudah berhasil, pendampingan dan konsultasi pendaftaran merek, dan substitusi ipteks berupa penggunaan mesin penghalus biting kayu menjadi serbuk kayu. Hasil kegiatan adanya peningkatan nilai tambah karena telah menghasilkan dan menjual dupa wangi dengan merek Gunung Katu yang dipasarkan oleh mitra pengusaha ke pulau Bali, ada peningkatan produksi biting bambu karena telah menggunakan bantuan mesin penghalus kayu. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini memberikan dampak pada peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat di desa mitra.

Abstract

Di dunia bisnis pada era sekarang persaingan bisnis yang dilakukan sudah semakin bersaing. Terutama dalam industri kedai kopi dan restoran, dimana pengalaman pelanggan memainkan peran sentral dalam menjaga loyalitas dan mendapatkan keunggulan kompetitif. berbisnis di bidang kuliner bukanlah hal yang mudah karena berjalannya waktu persaingan industri semakin gencar, dengan adanya startegi yang dipersiapkan untuk membuat bisnis mampu bertahan. Dari hal tersebut peneliti memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui akan pengaruh dari kualitas layanan dan kualitas produk pada kepuasan pelanggan coffe shop temani kopi. Pendekatan pada penelitian ini mempergunakan kuantitatif dengan sampel yang diolah sejumlah 100 responden yang ditetapkan melalui metode accidental sampling. Metode ini digunakan dengan menyebar kuesioner berupa pertanyaaan maupun pertanyaan pada pelanggan yang berkunjung di lokasi coffe shop temani kopi secara acak. Data yang diperoleh, selanjutnya di analisis mempergunakan Teknik (SEM) berupa analsisi Partial Least sqyare (PLS). output penelitian ini berupa Kualitas Layanan mempunyai pengaruh positif tidak signifikan pada Kepuasan Pelanggan dengan output nilai T statistic menyatakan nominal angka sejumlah 1,645 < 1,96 dan dapat dibuktikan juga pada nilai P value bernilai 0.100 atau disebut lebih besar dari 0,05. Dan kualitas Produk mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan pada Kepuasan Pelanggan dengan nilai T statistic menyatakan angka sejumalah 5,633 > 1,96 dan dapat dibuktikan juga pada nilai P value bernilai 0.000 atau disebut lebih kecil dari 0,05.

Abstract

The rapid development of the current digitalization era has encouraged an increase in e-commerce users  in Indonesia. This phenomenon also triggers impulse buying behavior  for consumers, especially for Shopee consumers. However, there are inconsistencies in the results of one study related  to the influence of hedonic shopping motivation and shopping lifestyle on impulse buying, so further analysis is needed by considering the role  of sales promotion as a moderation variable. The purpose of the study was to determine whether hedonic behavior had a significant impact on impulse purchases of shopee consumers in Denpasar. (2) To determine whether the shopping lifestyle has an impact on impulse purchases, especially shopee consumers in Denpasar. (3) To determine whether the promotion of consumer behavior moderates the relationship between hedonistic motivation and impulse purchases of shopee consumers in Denpasar City. (4) To determine whether sales promotion moderates the relationship between impulse purchases and shopping made by shopee consumers in Denpasar. This study uses a quantitative approach method using non-probability sampling techniques. The data analysis techniques used were multiple regression analysis and classical assumption tests. The results and conclusions resulting from this study show that: (1) Hedonic motivation to buy has a positive and significant impact on impulse purchases. (2) A shopping lifestyle that has a positive and significant impact on impulse buying (3) The relationship between impulse buying and hedonic motivation can be strengthened or moderated by sales promotions. (4) Sales promotions can strengthen or moderate the relationship between impulse purchases and shopping habits.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of work stress and the mediating role of job satisfaction on employee turnover intention at the Anumana Ubud Hotel. This study involved 98 respondents selected using the total sampling method. Data was collected via a Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed using SEM-PLS. Hypothesis testing was carried out with a one-sided t-test. The research results show that work stress has a significant positive influence on turnover intention, as well as a significant negative influence on employee job satisfaction. Apart from that, job satisfaction has a significant negative effect on turnover intention. Job satisfaction acts as a partial mediator in the relationship between job stress and turnover intention. This research model has a predictive relevance (Q2) of 0.514 which is considered strong.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of stress and job satisfaction on turnover intention among contract employees at Anumana Hotel Ubud. This study involved 65 participants who were taken by total sampling method. A Likert scale questionnaire was used to collect data. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the data. Hypotheses were tested using t-test and F-test. The results of the study present that job satisfaction negatively affects employee turnover intention. turnover intention positively affects job stress. Jointly, job satisfaction and job stress levels affect employee turnover intention. The impact of job stress and job satisfaction together has an impact of 36.6% on turnover intention.

Abstract

This research uses a saturated sampling technique. Saturated sampling is a sample selection technique when all members of the population are used as samples. The types of data used are quantitative and qualitative data. The data analysis technique used in this research is the multiple linear regression analysis method, carried out using the SPSS program. The results of this research show that transformational leadership has a positive effect on employee performance. Work life balance has a positive effect on employee performance. Communication has a positive effect on employee performance. Transformational leadership, work life balance, and communication simultaneously influence employee performance. This means that the better the implementation of transformational leadership in the company, accompanied by a good work life balance, and the company has good communication between colleagues and superiors, the more employee performance will be able to improve. Suggestions for further research are recommended to look for larger companies with a wider range of respondents so that they can provide a more real picture of what is happening in the field and future researchers are expected to use different variables or add independent variables that can influence employee performance such as work environment and organizational culture.

Abstract

This research investigates the influence of lifestyle, promotional strategies, and price perceptions on purchasing decisions of ShopeeFood users in Denpasar City. Focusing on the dynamics of the rapidly growing online food delivery market, this research analyzes the factors that influence consumer purchasing decisions. Statistical data from respondents shows that lifestyle, promotional strategies and price perceptions significantly influence user preferences for using the ShopeeFood platform. The findings show that convenience, attractive promotional tactics, and perceived affordable prices are key factors in motivating users to choose ShopeeFood as a food delivery platform. This research reinforces previous findings about the importance of these factors in influencing consumer purchasing behavior in the online food delivery service industry.

Abstract

Training is a short educational process that uses structured and organized methods, where non-managerial employees acquire technical knowledge and skills within certain limits. Training has a significant impact on improving employee capabilities, providing motivation, and building self-confidence, so that it can improve their performance. This study aims to evaluate the role of job training and work discipline on employee performance, with work motivation as a mediator at PT. Secana Beachtown. The number of samples used was 82 employees. This study uses a quantitative method. Data analysis techniques used include validity testing, reliability testing, descriptive analysis, SEM Partial Least Square, and VAF (Variance Accepted For) for mediation testing. This study found that job training, discipline, and work motivation have a positive effect on employee performance at PT. Secana Beachtown, with work motivation as a mediating variable.

Abstract

This scientific study aims to further explore the perceived quality and atmosphere of stores that influence impulsive buying, considering the role of shopping enjoyment among OH!SOME consumers. The background of this study is based on the limitations and differences in findings from previous studies, as well as differences in focus in discussing the relationship between variables. The approach used is quantitative, with the research object focused on OH!SOME consumers in Denpasar City. Since the population size is not precisely known, the sample size was determined using Hair et al's formula, resulting in 120 respondents. Data was collected using an online questionnaire via Google Form, applying a five-point Likert scale. The data obtained was processed using SmartPLS 3.0 software. Based on the data processing results, it was found that perceived quality and store atmosphere have a positive and significant effect on impulsive purchasing, both directly and through shopping enjoyment as a mediating variable. The results of this study are focused on providing benefits and a more comprehensive understanding of how consumers' perceived quality and store environment atmosphere can shape a pleasant shopping experience while encouraging impulsive purchasing behavior among OH!SOME consumers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh harga dan kualitas produk terhadap repurchase intention dengan dimediasi oleh word of mouth (WOM) pada konsumen Pororoo Kitchen. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasarkan pada fenomena penurunan penjualan Pororoo Kitchen selama periode 2022–2024 yang mengindikasikan menurunnya minat beli ulang konsumen akibat kenaikan harga dan persepsi terhadap kualitas produk. Topik ini menarik karena di era persaingan bisnis yang semakin ketat, faktor harga, kualitas produk, dan rekomendasi antar konsumen memiliki peran penting dalam mempertahankan loyalitas pelanggan. Keunikan penelitian ini terletak pada penggunaan WOM sebagai variabel mediasi untuk menjembatani temuan dari beberapa penelitian terdahulu menunjukkan adanya ketidakkonsistenan dalam pengaruh harga dan kualitas produk terhadap repurchase intention. Menggunakan metode kuantitatif, total sampel sebanyak 160 responden konsumen Pororoo Kitchen, dan analisis dilakukan dengan SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian mwnwmukan bahwa harga, kualitas produk, dan WOM berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap repurchase intention. Selain itu, WOM terbukti mampu memediasi pengaruh harga dan kualitas produk terhadap repurchase intention. Temuan tersebut mengimplikasikan bahwa harga yang sesuai, peningkatan kualitas produk, dan penguatan WOM positif dapat meningkatkan minat beli ulang konsumen serta memperkuat posisi merek di pasar.
