Abstract

ABSTRACT The level of competition in the Indonesian automotive companies are very strict.Indonesia is a potential market for automotive companies, especially motorcycles.In addition, consumers also have different considerations and perceptions of the brand image, pricing, sales, and quality of products before making a purchase decision.The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of variable Brand Image, Price, After Sales, and Product Quality to Buying Decision Motorcycles Yamaha Nmax (Case Study on Yamaha Nmax Buyer in Yamaha Waja Gunung Agung Dealership). The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear analysis to determine the impact of variable Brand Image, Price, After Sales, and Product Quality to the BuyingDecision.The results of this study show variable Brand Image, Price, After Sales, and Product Quality, has a partial effect and significantly by 74.6% to the buying decision.

Abstract

Pengaruh sistem informasi akuntansi terhadap kinerja manajerial dan pengambilan keputusan investasi di PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI) 46 cabang Denpasar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah 1) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh sistem informasi akuntansi terhadap kinerja manajerial di PT. Bank Negara Indonesia  (BNI)  46 cabang  Denpasar,  2)  Untuk mengetahui pengaruh  sistem informasi akuntansi terhadap pengambilan keputusan investasi di PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI) 46 cabang Denpasar. Sampel penelitian yang digunakan adalah manajer di PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI) 46 cabang Denpasar  sebanyak 30 orang yang terdiri dari 29 orang manajer dan 1 orang kepala cabang.. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa sistem informasi akuntansi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja manajerial dan pengambilan keputusan investasi. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi akuntansi lebih dominan mempengaruhi pengambilan keputusan investasi di PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI) 46 cabang Denpasar.Kata Kunci: Sistem Informasi Akuntansi, Kinerja Manajerial, Pengambilan Keputusan Investasi

Abstract

Pengaruh Penerapan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Good Corporate Governance (GCG), Dan Budaya Tri Hita Karana Terhadap Kinerja Keuangan Di Koperasi Simpan Pinjam. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan corporate social responsibility (CSR), good corporate governance (GCG), dan budaya tri hita karana terhadap kinerja keuangan di koperasi simpan pinjam. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan kuesioner. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu koperasi simpan pinjam di Kota Denpasar sebanyak 109 koperasi. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 52 koperasi dan pengambilan sampel ini menggunakan metode cluster random sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yakni melalui analisis linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa corporate social responsibility (CSR), good corporate governance (GCG), dan budaya tri hita karana berpengaruh secara simultan dan parsial terhadap kinerja keuangan koperasi simpan pinjam di Kota Denpasar.

Abstract

Objective: This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the mediating role of trust in green products regarding the relationship between green product marketing awareness and product innovation on the purchase intention of environmentally friendly products.Methodology: This research is a quantitative research with the object of research are informants who already know as recycled fashion products, environmentally friendly drinking places, tissues, food containers and obtained 300 population data from distributing this questionnaire. The research instrument was distributed using a Google form. Using random sampling technique obtained 100 participants who already represent the representativeness of the data, analyzed by structural equation analysis (SEM) using the Smart PLS applicationResults: The findings of the study indicate that a direct relationship between green marketing awareness and product innovation has a positive influence on product purchase intentions. The direct relationship of trust felt by consumers has a positive influence on product purchase intentions. Mediating role Trust in products is able to mediate in awareness of green product marketing and product innovation on product purchase intentions. This means that the trust of customers must always be maintained in terms of the marketing we do and the products provided.  Conclusion: Customers' trust in products that care about the environment that does not damage the environment is realized by a green marketing system so that this becomes a driving force for customers' buying intentions.

Abstract

The growth and development of beauty and skin care products from Indonesia has advanced, therefore there are more and more competitors from well-known local brands from Indonesia. This can be seen from the competition offered such as the price offered, the quality and benefits offered and so on. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of customer relationship marketing, brand awareness, price perception on buying decisions on consumers of the SomethinC skincare brand. This research method uses quantitative research methods on 95 consumers of the SomethinC skincare brand in the Badung district, Bali Province. The results of this study state that customer relationship marketing has a positive and significant effect on buying decisions, brand awareness has a positive and significant effect on buying decisions, price perception has a positive and significant effect on buying decisions and simultaneously customer relationship marketing, brand awareness, price perception have a positive effect. and significant to the buying decision.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership, compensation, and job satisfaction on employee morale. Data were collected from 125 respondents using the Google Form format questionnaire technique. Then the data were analyzed using SEM-PLS version 3 inferential statistical analysis. From the results of the research analysis it was found that: (1) Leadership and compensation had a significant positive effect on job satisfaction with p values of 0.000 and 0.000 respectively, less than 0.05. (2) Leadership, compensation and job satisfaction have a significant positive effect on work morale with p values of 0.037 each; 0.036 and 0.001 are smaller than 0.05. (3) Job satisfaction is a partial mediation on the influence of leadership and compensation on morale.

Abstract

Hidroponik merupakan salah satu metode menanam tanpa menggunakan media tanah melainkan memanfaatkan air yang menekankan pada pemenuhan kebutuhan hara pada nutrisi tanaman. Pada tahap awal pengabdian masyarakat ditemukan bahwa masalah terbesar masyarakat di desa sesandan wanasari tabanan yaitu mengenai perekonomia sejak kondisi pandemic dan saat ingin bercocok tanam para masyarakat di desa setempat tidak memiliki lahan yang luas. Berdasarkan hasil observasi metode kegiatan yang dilakukan yaitu melakukan sosialisasi secara offline dan online, melakukan wawancara terkait pelatihan edukasi pembuatan sayuran kangkung dengan metode hidroponik, serta melakukan pengamatan selama kurang lebih 45 hari. Hasil kegiatan pelatihan pembuatan sayuran kangkung dengan metode hidroponik memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan pemhaman masyarakat dan manfaat yang dirasakan yaitu meningkat nya penghasilan masyaraat desa setempat, bisa menanam sayuran di rumah, hasilnya pun segar dan bernutrisi, serta setelah dijual banyak diminati.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the importance of human resource involvement at UD. Kariasih Mengwi Badung in achieving UD's goals. Kariasih Mengwi Badung. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational culture and work environment on employee performance both partially and simultaneously. This research was conducted at UD. Kariasih Mengwi Badung with a population of 40 employees. This study uses the census technique so that all members of the population are involved as research subjects. Primary data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. Hypothesis testing is done using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis it can be concluded that: 1) Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance as evidenced by tcount (3.121) > ttable (2.026) sig. 0.003 < α 0.05 so Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted, 2) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance as evidenced by the tcount (4,249) > ttable (2,026) sig. 0.000 < α 0.05 so Ho is rejected and H2 is accepted, 3) Organizational culture and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance as evidenced by Fcount (14,526) > Ftable (3,26) and sig 0.000> 0.05 so that Ho is rejected and H3 is accepted and concluded the results of research at UD. Kariasih Mengwi Badung is as follows organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at UD. Kariasih Mengwi Badung.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze empirically the mediation of motivation on the effect of communication, fairness and organizational commitment on employee performance. For this reason, perception data were collected from 100 employees. Employees are asked to fill out a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. Data were analyzed by SEM assisted by Smart PLSversion 4.0.9.5. Research findscommunication and organizational justice have been able to increase motivation significantly. However, high organizational commitment has not been able to increase motivation significantly. Communication and motivation by the leadership of the company has been able to significantly improve employee performance. On the other hand, organizational justice and organizational commitment have not significantly increased employee performance. In addition, it was also found that motivation does not mediate the effect of communication and organizational justice on employee performance. Meanwhile, motivation is the full mediation effect of organizational commitment on employee performance. The existence of motivation is more dominantly influenced by organizational commitment while the existence of employee performance is dominantly influenced by work motivation

Abstract

Studying while working creates its own challenges for each individual, such as the process of studying and working which takes up time and energy. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of work stress, work motivation, and time management on work life balance. The data used is primary and secondary data which will be obtained from distributing questionnaires. The number of samples used in this research was 85 respondents. The data collection technique used was in the form of a questionnaire. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression. The results of this research are that work stress, work motivation, and time management simultaneously have a significant effect on work life balance. Work stress partially has a negative and significant effect on work life balance. Work motivation partially has a positive and significant effect on work life balance. Time management partially has a positive and significant effect on work life balance
