A strong teaching ethos is the foundation of all interactions and teaching that impact the younger generation in this linear era. This research highlights the important role of teacher ethos in supporting quality and sustainable education. Factors that shape the ethos of teaching include integrity, respect, commitment, and willingness to continue learning. When teachers adopt these values, they become role models who motivate students and create an inclusive, safe, and inspiring learning environment. The importance of continuous education and training for teachers to improve their skills and insights cannot be ignored in today's lilenial world. Teachers must remain relevant to developments in education and continue to develop as professionals. The development of teacher ethos has been successfully implemented, such as handling cases of academic violations with ethics and honesty, as well as teacher collaboration in improving student learning outcomes. This article aims to discuss teacher professionalism in developing the quality of education in the millennial era. This research is a field research study, in which the preparation of data is carried out in the field to make observations of phenomena in a natural state. Data collection techniques use field observation, interview, and documentation methods. The data analysis method is to use stages starting from data refining, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. Test the validity of data through credibility tests, transferability tests, dependability tests, and comformability tests. The results of the data analysis show that teacher professionalism is an effort made to improve the level or degree of a teacher's profession concerning teacher abilities, both mastery of teaching material or mastery of teaching methodology, as well as teacher professional attitudes regarding teacher motivation and commitment in carrying out duties as teachers. Teachers must develop their profession in accordance with the quality of education in this millennial era which provides flexibility for teachers to be able to freely choose, create, use, and develop their learning

This study aims to find out the Role of PAI Teachers in Improving Student Congregational Prayer Discipline. This study uses a descriptive method with data collection techniques using field observation, interview, and documentation methods. Data analysis was carried out qualitatively consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. The results of the analysis show that PAI teachers have a very strategic role in efforts to improve the discipline of congregational prayer among students. Through a comprehensive understanding, good example, and intensive mentoring, PAI teachers can be the driving force for the formation of a strong attitude of discipline and commitment to students to perform congregational prayers. The importance of continuous education and training for teachers to improve their skills and insights cannot be ignored in today's linear series. PAI teachers must remain relevant to developments in the world of education and continue to develop as professionals. This study aims to determine the role of Islamic Religious Education teachers in instilling character values of students at Al-Ijtihad Junior High School. This study uses a type of field research. The data collection technique uses field observation, interview, and documentation methods. Data analysis was carried out qualitatively with the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the analysis show that the role of Islamic Religious Education teachers in instilling the character values of students is always active in Al-Ijtihad Junior High School. The pie teacher always guides students to always have good speech, good manners to parents and teachers, students make a habit outside the classroom, namely when meeting the teacher to say greetings, speak well and politely, respect and kiss the teacher's hand. Furthermore, teachers also always invite students to instill the value of religious character in school, namely tadarus Al-Qur'an, dhuha prayer, hajat prayer and dzuhur prayer in congregation

Supervision is the action or process of controlling, assessing, and determining deviations in the implementation of work in accordance with predetermined plans and standards. In Islam, supervision is not only carried out by humans but also by God who creates, so it is required to do in accordance with what has been planned in the organization so that what is a common goal is achieved. This study aims to determine the role of the supervisory function in Islamic education. The type of research used is field research. The data collection technique uses field observation, interview, and documentation methods. Data analysis was carried out qualitatively with the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. The results of the analysis show that supervision in Islam is carried out to correct what is not good or wrong and correct the wrong and justify the right. Supervision in Islam comes from monotheism and faith in Allah SWT. The person who has faith is sure that Allah must be watching over His servant, so he will act carefully.
