Abstract

Within the context of the manufacturing sector in Banten, this research explores the impact that the integration of Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), conflict management, and work flexibility have on the work-life balance of employees operating in that sector. Through the use of a quantitative research methodology, data were gathered from a total of 160 samples by means of a structured questionnaire that utilized a Likert scale that ranged from 1 to 5. Through the utilization of Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS 3), the data were examined in order to determine the links that exist between the variables. According to the findings, high-resolution information system (HRIS) integration considerably improves work-life balance by optimizing human resource operations and increasing employee access to information. Effective conflict management practices are shown to mitigate workplace tensions, further contributing to a better work-life balance. Additionally, work flexibility is found to be a crucial factor in allowing employees to manage their professional and personal responsibilities more effectively. The study underscores the importance of integrating advanced HR systems, adopting robust conflict management strategies, and promoting flexible work arrangements to enhance the work-life balance of employees in the manufacturing sector.

Abstract

Knowledge sharing (KS) has been consistently recognized as essential in organizational development and employee improvement. This paper aims to expand on previous empirical research on KS by examining the effect of personality traits (PT) and perceived organizational support (POS) on one's knowledge-sharing behavior in higher education. The authors also examined perceived organizational support's moderating and mediating roles in these relationships. Using a questionnaire and data from 205 lecturers from 3 universities in Jakarta were used for research hypotheses. The results of this study reveal that personality traits (PT) and perceived organizational support (POS) have a significant influence on knowledge-sharing behavior (KS). The results also show that a higher level of perceived organizational support (POS) cannot strengthen the relationship between personality traits (PT) and knowledge-sharing behavior (KS). The teacher's desire to share knowledge can be influenced by the teacher's personality traits and the organization's role in creating supportive conditions. Organizations can provide good welfare and opportunities for their members to develop. This study shows that personality traits (PT) and perceived organizational support (POS) are essential factors influencing a person's desire to share knowledge, especially in higher education

Abstract

The entrepreneurship training for 21 members of Karang Taruna in Kapuk Village, Cengkareng was held to address low youth readiness for entrepreneurship, limited access to marketing and technology, and the need to create local employment. The program aimed to cultivate an entrepreneurial mindset, identify local business opportunities, teach a simple business model (Business Model Canvas), utilize digital technology for marketing, introduce basic financial management, and explain legal aspects and the importance of networking. Activities were delivered through interactive presentations, group discussions, practical workshops on digital marketing, HPP (cost of goods sold) calculation simulations, and guidance on NIB registration. Results showed significant improvements in conceptual understanding and practical skills: participants were able to formulate business ideas based on local potential, create basic BMCs, produce promotional content for social media, access marketplaces, and separate business from personal finances while calculating HPP. Evaluations indicated knowledge scores averaging within a good range, reflecting initial readiness for business implementation with continued mentoring. In conclusion, the intervention effectively fostered proactivity, basic technical capacity, and member collaboration. Implications include the need for follow-up programs such as mentoring, facilitation of digital market access, and legal-administrative Keywords: Entrepreneurship, Young Entrepreneurs , karang taruna
