Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis konsep musyarakah dalam perbankan syariah berdasarkan perspektif hadis, serta mengkaji relevansinya dengan inovasi produk keuangan modern. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui metode studi pustaka, dengan data sekunder berupa Al-Qur'an, hadis, serta literatur terkait. Analisis dilakukan dengan metode syarah maudhui (tematik) terhadap hadis-hadis yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa prinsip musyarakah seperti keadilan, transparansi, amanah, dan larangan khianat dan riba merupakan landasan etis dan spiritual yang mendukung praktik perbankan syariah. Implementasi musyarakah di era modern, termasuk skema seperti musyarakah mutanaqisah dan pembiayaan modal kerja, telah memberikan fleksibilitas dan inovasi dalam produk keuangan syariah. Namun, terdapat kendala seperti kurangnya literasi keuangan syariah dan tantangan regulasi. Implikasi penelitian ini adalah penguatan landasan etis musyarakah berbasis hadis untuk mendukung pengembangan produk perbankan syariah yang lebih kompetitif dan sesuai dengan prinsip syariah, serta relevan dengan kebutuhan bisnis kontemporer. Kata Kunci: Musyarakah, Hadis, Perbankan Syariah, Inovasi Produk AbstractThis study aims to analyze the concept of musyarakah in Islamic banking from the perspective of Hadith and examine its relevance to modern financial product innovations. The research employs a qualitative approach through a literature study method, using secondary data from the Qur'an, Hadith, and related literature. The analysis is conducted using the syarah maudhui (thematic exegesis) method on relevant Hadiths. The findings of the study show that the principles of musyarakah, such as justice, transparency, trustworthiness, and the prohibition of betrayal and usury, form the ethical and spiritual foundation that supports Islamic banking practices. The implementation of musyarakah in the modern era, including schemes such as musyarakah mutanaqisah and working capital financing, has provided flexibility and innovation in Islamic financial products. However, there are challenges such as the lack of Islamic financial literacy and regulatory obstacles. The implications of this research are the reinforcement of the ethical foundation of musyarakah based on Hadith to support the development of more competitive Islamic banking products that comply with Sharia principles and are relevant to contemporary business needs. Abstract

This article studies about correlation of two books under the title Silsilah al-Ḥadīts al-Ṣaḥīḥah and Silsilah al-Ḥadīts al-Dha’īfah wa al-Mawdhū’ah, masterpieces of Muḥammad Nāṣir Al-Dīn Al-Albānī, by using comparative and content analysis methods. Two books represent collection of hadith which vary its qualities: sahih, hasan, daif, even maudhu’, without engagement with certain chapter or title. The difference among both lay in the methods used in mean region of hadith and philosophy affect numbers of hadith which are daif in quality.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the controversy of usury and bank interest through the search for various hadith about usury. This research is a library search with a descriptive qualitative approach. The data in this study are secondary data obtained from various journals and research related to the discussion. The results showed that in addition to the Qur'an the prohibition of usury has also been widely narrated in various sahih hadith. Related to usury and bank interest, there are still pros and cons between scholars because of differences in the basis and understanding of interpreting the proposition. But in essence, the prohibition of usury is very clear even though the addition is only a little bit.

Abstract

Artikel ini mebahas pentingnya nilai waktu dalam Islam, khususnya yang tercermin dalam hadits Nabi Muhammad SAW. Selain yang disebutkan dalam Al-Qur’an, Hadits Nabi Muhammad SAW jelas merupakan landasan ideal tentang perlunya menghargai waktu. Hadits-hadits tersebut memberikan isyarat yang kuat mengenai prinsip-prinsip yang dapat dijadikan landasan dalam penyelenggaraan Manajemen waktu dalam perspektif Islam. Di antara prinsip tersebut adalah pentingnya disiplin, pemanfaatan waktu secara efisien. Dimana orang-orang yang memanfaatkan waktulah yang akan berhasil. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi pustaka dan analisis tematik terhadap hadis-hadis yang relevan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa Dalam hadis yang terkenal dijelaskan tentang kerugian yang akkan diperoleh jika bermain-main dengan waktu dan keuntungan yang didapatkan bila dapat memanfaatkan waktu secara baik dan benar.

Abstract

Anak adalah karunia dan amanat dari Allah swt yang perlu dirawat dan diajarkan dengan baik oleh orang tua. Tulisan ini mengulas pentingnya pengasuhan anak dalam perspektif ajaran Islam, menekankan kewajiban orang tua untuk memberikan pendidikan yang tidak hanya memenuhi kebutuhan fisik, tetapi juga mental serta spiritual. Penelitian ini mengkaji berbagai hadis yang relevan, yang mengisyaratkan bahwa setiap anak lahir dalam keadaan fitrah Islam. Konsep pengasuhan dalam Islam, yang sering disebut sebagai parenting Islami, dijelaskan sebagai suatu pendekatan yang bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan potensi anak dalam aspek keagamaan, moral, dan kecerdasan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pengumpulan literatur dengan analisis tematik terhadap hadis-hadis yang berhubungan dengan pendidikan anak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengasuhan yang baik berdasarkan prinsip ajaran Islam bisa menghasilkan generasi yang berkualitas, berperilaku mulia, dan berguna bagi masyarakat. Kesimpulan dari tulisan ini menekankan pentingnya bagi orang tua dan pendidik untuk memahami serta menerapkan prinsip-prinsip pengasuhan yang sesuai dengan ajaran Islam demi masa depan yang lebih baik.

Abstract

The phenomenon of sensual hedonism among students is increasingly worrisome as it negatively impacts morals, academic performance, and life balance. This paper aims to analyze the correlation between character education in Islam and the hedonism of students from the perspective of hadith, specifically Bukhari’s hadith number 6436 regarding greed. The research method used is qualitative, employing a literature review approach and thematic analysis of the hadith. The results of the study indicate that this hadith contains values of character education such as asceticism, self-control, and spiritual awareness that contrast with hedonistic values. By internalizing these values through character education, students can be directed to avoid a consumerist lifestyle and harmful social imaging. This study emphasizes that hadith-based character education can serve as a preventive solution to the deeply rooted hedonistic lifestyle in the modern era.

Abstract

This study discusses hadiths related to stock investment from an Islamic perspective, focusing on a hadith narrated by al-Khamsah from ‘Amr bin Syu’aib, sourced from his father and grandfather, which has been authenticated by Tirmidzi, Ibnu Khuzaimah, and Hakim. After confirming the authenticity of the hadith, the next step is to provide syarah (explanation) to clarify its meaning. This research employs the methods of takhrij and syarah, along with a disciplinary approach that includes theological, historical, and philosophical perspectives. The study aims to answer several key questions regarding the content of the hadith on investment, the authenticity of the hadith related to investment, and the explanation of hadiths that support stock investment in Islam. The methodology used is a thematic (maudhui) approach with textual, contextual, and intertextual analysis.In conclusion, Prophet Muhammad (SAW) taught that investment should be conducted with honesty and commitment. The hadith regarding stock investment is accepted and serves as guidance for Muslim practices. Investment is encouraged in Islam, as it can create employment opportunities and prevent the accumulation of wealth. However, it must avoid prohibited elements in both the object and method of investment.

Abstract

This study examines how the instructive communication of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ recorded in the hadith can serve as a strategic model for participatory da'wah in the contemporary era, particularly from the perspective of Islamic Community Development. The Prophet's communicative principles educational, persuasive, dialogic, and humanistic hold significant relevance to the challenges of modern da'wah, which demand a more inclusive and transformative approach. Using a literature review method, this study explores the communicative values of the Prophet in authentic hadith and connects them to the principles of social participation that characterize the field of Islamic Community Development. The results of the study indicate that the Prophet's instructive communication emphasized active participation, respect for local culture, and empowerment of the community, all of which are key aspects in the process of sustainable Islamic community development.

Abstract

This study examines the concept of the “Love-based Curriculum” initiated by the Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia through the perspective of the prophetic hadiths of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). The research focuses on identifying, classifying, and analyzing hadiths that represent the values of love for God (ḥablum minallāh), love for fellow human beings (ḥablum minannās), love for the environment, and love for the homeland. Employing a qualitative approach through a library-based study, this research applies the method of takhrīj al-ḥadīth, followed by sanad and matan criticism to assess the authenticity of the hadiths utilized. This study is conducted to address the existing gap in the development of Islamic education curricula that explicitly draw upon prophetic traditions as primary sources of educational values. The findings reveal that out of 54 identified hadith, the majority are classified as ṣaḥīḥ (authentic) and are appropriate to serve as normative foundations for formulating a value-based curriculum centered on love. These traditions demonstrate a strong correlation with the values of tolerance, empathy, ecological responsibility, and national spirit. The results underscore the urgency of integrating prophetic teachings into the design of an Islamic education curriculum that is more holistic, transformative, and humanistic. A hadith-based Love Curriculum holds substantial potential in shaping a learning ecosystem that not only fosters intellectual excellence but also cultivates moral integrity, strengthens social harmony, and promotes the development of a robust national character.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pandangan syariat terkait dengan praktek outsourcing dan bagaimana prinsip-prinsip ijarah diterapkan dalam praktek outsourcing. Dengan menggunakan metode library research  dan metode takhrij al hadits ditemukan bahwa praktek outsourcing tidak melanggar syariat sepanjang terpenuhi manfaat dan kebaikan bagi semua pihak yaitu tenaga kerja outsourcing, perusahaan outsourcing, dan perusahaan pengguna. Berdasarkan hasil pelacakan hadits ditemukan bahwa prinsip kesepakatan, keadilan, manfaat, tanggung jawab, keseimbangan, dan amanah menjadi dasar yang positif dalam menjalankan muamalah outsourcing untuk menciptakan keharmonisan dalam kondisi perbedaan kepentingan.
