Abstract

This research is at the Village Cooperative Unit (KUD) Harapan Maju Petaling Jaya Village, Batang Cenaku District, Indragiri Hulu. This research used quantitative research, where the results of the analysis are presented in the form of figures which are then explained and interpreted in a description. The data used by the author in this study is secondary data and the research method used is descriptive method. From the results of the research it shows that: Own capital has no effect and is insignificant, the volume of business has a significant effect, assets have no effect and are significant for the acquisition of Remaining Operations (SHU), own capital, business volume and assets together affect the acquisition Remaining Operating Results (SHU) and there are other variables that affect the acquisition of Remaining Operations (SHU). Which is not examined in this study.

Abstract

Financial Ratio Analysis is an analytical tool used to assess the company's financial performance. One of the profitability ratio analysis is Net Profit Margin. To find out the level of success or failure of the Net Profit margin, it is necessary to calculate the ratio analysis, such as the Debt to Equity Ratio and the Current Ratio. The research locations used as research objects are In The Koperasi Jasa Sawit Sejahtera Desa Titian Resak Kecamatan Seberida Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of the Debt to Equity Ratio and Current Ratio simultaneously on the Net Profit Margin at Koperasi Jasa Sawit Sejahtera Desa Titian Resak Kecamatan Seberida Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu. To find out the Partial Effect of Debt to Equity Ratio on Net Profit Margin in the Koperasi Jasa Sawit Sejahtera Desa Titian Resak Kecamatan Seberida Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu. To find out the partial effect of the Current Ratio on the Net Profit Margin in the Koperasi Jasa Sawit Sejahtera Desa Titian Resak Kecamatan Seberida Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu. The research method used is, Quantitative Method. The data used is secondary data. Data collection techniques used are literature study methods, documentation studies and interviews. The data analysis method used is quantitative method, namely normality test, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient and determination, f test and t test. Based on the results of the Hypothesis Testing research and discussion, it was obtained that Debt to Equity Ratio and Current Ratio simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on Net Profit Margin. The results of the Hypothesis Testing Debt to Equity Ratio partially have a positive and significant effect on Net Profit Margin. Hypothesis Test Results Current Ratio partially has no positive and significant effect on Net Profit Margin.

Abstract

Work performance is the result of carrying out the work achieved by an employee in carrying out the tasks assigned to him. The work performance of teachers at the Pasir Turtle State 1 Vocational High School, Indragiri Hulu Regency is suspected to have not been maximized. The purpose of the study was to analyze the effect of Interpersonal Communication and Competence on the work performance of teachers at the State Vocational High School 1 Pasir Turtle, Indragiri Hulu Regency. This type of research is quantitative. The method used to analyze the data is quantitative method, namely path analysis, correlation coefficient and determination, F test and t test. The results of Interpersonal Communication research affect teacher work performance and competence affect teacher work performance at the State Vocational High School 1 Pasir Turtle, Indragiri Hulu Regency. Optimal teacher interpersonal communication can make it easier for teachers to carry out their duties, both individual work and work that requires teamwork. Competence is a basic characteristic possessed by a person that has a direct effect on, or can predict, excellent work performance.

Abstract

Setiap dosen memiliki tanggung jawab untuk meningkatkan kapasitas diri baik dari segi keilmuan maupun bidang teknologi. Dosen harus menyesuaikan pembelajaran sesuai tuntutan zaman. Berdasarkan Indikator Kinerja Utama (IKU) Perguruan Tinggi Poin 7 bahwa sistem pembelajaran harus berupa belajar kolaboratif dan partisipatif. Kegiatan workshop dihadiri oleh 34 orang dosen STIE Indragiri Rengat dan kegiatan ini bertujuan menambah pengetahuan dan pemahaman dosen mengenai pembelajaran berbasis case method dan team based project. Diharapkan setiap dosen dapat mengaplikasikan metode pembelajaran yang merangsang mahasiswa untuk berpikir tingkat tinggi di kelas. Hasil dari kegiatan workshop secara umum meningkatnya kompetensi dosen dalam merekonstruksi RPS yang sesuai dengan IKU 7 dan sesuai dengan permintaan pasar kerja.

Abstract

It is suspected that the performance of the Indragiri Institute of Technology and Business Education Staff is still not optimal. This is influenced by several important factors, including the work environment, organizational culture, and the role of motivation. A less conducive work environment and an unsupportive organizational culture can reduce the enthusiasm and productivity of educational staff.This research was conducted at the Indragiri  Institute of Technology and Business. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of the work environment and organizational culture on the Performance of Education Personnel at the Indragiri Institute of Technology  and Business through their motivation.The method used in this research is a quantitative method, the sample is 59 people, census sampling method or saturated sample; Types and sources of data, types of quantitative data, primary data sources; Data collection techniques, Interviews, Questionnaires; The data analysis method used is a statistical analysis method using IBM SPSS  21 software; Instrument test; Validity test; Reliability test; Classic Assumption Test: Normality test, linearity test; Model feasibility test (F test); Path analysis (Path Analysis); Multiple correlation coefficient (R); Coefficient of determination (R2); Hypothesis test (t test). The research results show that the work environment influences motivation. Organizational culture influences motivation. The work environment influences the performance of educational staff. Organizational culture influences the performance of educational staff. Motivation influences educational staff. The work environment through motivation has no effect on the performance of educational staff. Organizational culture through motivation has no effect on the performance of educational staff.

Abstract

The reason why the author was interested in conducting this research was based on the results of observations and initial interviews that the author conducted with several employees of Kuala Cenaku Public Health Center. Initial results show that there are still several problems related to absenteeism, such as arriving late, not attending without explanation, and also fluctuations in the number of services and programs implemented each year at Kuala Cenaku Public Health Center. The author found indications that this was influenced by the level of education, work experience and also the motivation of the employees. The aim of this research is to determine the direct and indirect influence between the variables of education level and work experience which are mediated by motivation on employee performance. Sampling was carried out using the questionnaire distribution method with 62 samples as respondents. The analysis method used is quantitative, data analysis is carried out using path analysis. The research results show that there is a direct and significant influence between the variables of education level on performance, education level on motivation, work experience on performance, work experience on motivation, and motivation on performance. Meanwhile, the variable level of education on performance which is mediated by motivation and work experience on performance which is mediated by motivation shows that there is no influence between these variables.Keywords : Education Level, Work Experience, Motivation, Employee Performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Financial Performance of Cooperatives at the Manunggal Palm Oil Cooperative in 2018-2024. This type of research uses Primary Data and Secondary Data. The research method uses quantitative descriptive analysis to describe the financial performance of the Cooperative at the Manunggal Palm Oil Cooperative. Related to qualitative data in the form of descriptive data analyzed from items related to financial ratios. While quantitative data is taken from the financial statements listed in the Cooperative at the Manunggal Palm Oil Cooperative. The results of this study indicate that the financial performance of the Manunggal Palm Oil Cooperative based on the results of the liquidity ratio analysis using the Current Ratio fluctuates every year. This shows that the cooperative has a fairly high level of debt compared to the assets it owns. The financial performance of the Manunggal Palm Oil Cooperative based on the results of the solvency ratio analysis using the Debt to asset ratio where every year it always fluctuates. This shows that the cooperative has a fairly high level of debt compared to the assets it owns. The financial performance of the Manunggal Palm Oil Cooperative based on the results of the profitability ratio analysis using Return on Assets that fluctuates every year. This shows that the cooperative has a low ability to generate profits from its assets, because the cooperative is more concerned with improving the welfare of its members.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Desa Suka Damai Kecamatan Singingi Hilir Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi. Kemiskinan pada Desa Suka Damai Kecamatan Singingi Hilir Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi belum maksimal. Kemiskinan dipengaruhi oleh pendidikan, kesehatan, dan angkatan kerja. Jenis penelitian yaitu kuantitatif. Dengan data yang digunakan yaitu data primer. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh masyarakat yang ada pada Desa Suka Damai Kecamatan Singingi Hilir Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi Tahun 2024 yang berjumlah 40 orang. Dengan jumlah sampel yaitu sebanyak 40 orang. Metode yang digunakan untuk menganalisis data adalah metode kuantitatif yaitu analisis path, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi, uji F dan uji t. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan maka dapat diambil beberapa kesimpulan sebagai berikut: Pendidikan berpengaruh terhadap angkatan kerja pada Desa Suka Damai Kecamatan Singingi Hilir Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi Kesehatan berpengaruh terhadap angkatan kerja pada Desa Suka Damai Kecamatan Singingi Hilir Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi Pendidikan berpengaruh terhadap kemiskinan pada Desa Suka Damai Kecamatan Singingi Hilir Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi Kesehatan berpengaruh terhadap kemiskinan pada Desa Suka Damai Kecamatan Singingi Hilir Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi Angkatan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kemiskinan pada Desa Suka Damai Kecamatan Singingi Hilir Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi Pendidikan memediasi angkatan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kemiskinan pada Desa Suka Damai Kecamatan Singingi Hilir Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi Kesehatan memediasi angkatan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kemiskinan pada Desa Suka Damai Kecamatan Singingi Hilir Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk memahami dan menganalisis bagaimana budaya organisasi dan motivasi mempengaruhi kinerja dosen melalui kepuasan kerja pada Instutut Teknologi dan Bisnis Indragiri. Latar belakang dilakukan penelitian ini karena Kinerja dosen yang maksimal dan optimal akan berdampak dalam meningkatkan keberhasilan kinerja perguruan tinggi serta dapat berdaya saing secara lokal, nasional maupun internasional. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakkan metode pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi adalah seluruh dosen yang berjumlah 81 dosen. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak sebanyak 65 Dosen dengan secara acak sederhana (Simple Random Sampling. Pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner dengan jenis data primer yang kemudian diolah menggunakan SPSS dengan metode Path analysis. Pada penelitian ini data yang digunakan yaitu data primer, data primer, yaitu data yang sumbernya didapat darikuesioner yang diberikan kepada dosen. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja namun pengaruhnya tidak signifikan, Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, Budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen, Motivasi berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen, Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen, Budaya organisasi berpengaruh negatif secara tidak langsung terhadap kinerja dosen melalui kepuasan kerja, Motivasi terhadap kinerja dosen berpengaruh negatif secara tidak langsung terhadap kinerja dosen melalui kepuasan kerja. Adapun yang peneliti sarankan adalah pada Institut perlu ditingkatan lagi upaya internalisasi pada budaya organisasi di lingkungan kerja dan juga perlu perhatian lebih pada aspek motivasi dosen demi menciptakan kepuasan kerja dosen.

Abstract

Keterampilan berwirausaha merupakan keterampilan sesorang dalam mengelola usahanya dan manajemen pemasaran merupakan kegiatan menciptakan, menpersiapkan, melaksanakan, rencana yang dilakukan perusahaan untuk menghasilkan keuntungan. Pada kegiatan PKM ini difokuskan untuk membahas kemampuan dalam manajemen pemasaran produk khususnya produk pertanian. Mitra pada kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah SMK Negeri 1 Kelayang Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu dengan melibatkan siswa/siswi kelas XII jurusan Agribisnis Tanaman Perkebunan, Agribisnis Pengolahan Hasil Pertania dan Bisnis Daring dan Pemasaran. Metode kegiatan ini meliputi metode sosialisasi yaitu berupa pembukaan, pemaparan materi, diskusi dan tanya jawab. Pemaparan materi berisi penjelasan tentang. Kajian teori, keterampilan berwirausaha dan manajemen pemasaran. Tujuan kegiatan ini yaitu, meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan siswa/i SMK tentang pemasaran produk pertanian, membangun minat dan motivasi siswa/i SMK untuk menjadi pengusaha dibidang pertanian, dan meningkatkan daya saing produk pertanian . Hasil PKM yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan peserta tentang peningkatan keterampilan berwirausaha melalui manajemen pemasaran produk pertanian yang sesuai dengan sasaran kegiatan, sehingga hasil yang diharapkan baik dalam jangka pendek dan jangka panjang dapat tercapai dengan baik.
