Abstract

The research was conducted at PT. Sri Indrapura Sawit Lestari, Siak Regency, Riau Province. This company operates in the field of oil palm plantations and CPO management. With the aim of knowing the partial influence of supervision, compensation and work discipline variables on employee work productivity variables at PT. Sri Indrapura Sawit Lestari. The research used quantitative data and primary data sources taken using interview and questionnaire techniques. Data collection was carried out using the census method or saturated sample to all employees at PT. Sri Indrapura Sawit Lestari, Kerinci Kanan District, which become the population and sample with a total of 83 people. The data analysis method started with instrument tests, classical assumption tests, F tests, path analysis and ends with the t test. The data analysis was also assisted with the help of the IBM SPSS program 21. The research results showed that employee supervision, compensation and work discipline partially influence work productivity at PT. Sri Indrapura Sawit Lestari, Kerinci Kanan District

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kinerja keuangan, kepuasan anggota dan upaya meningkatkan kinerja keuangan dan kepuasan anggota Koperasi Sawit (Kopsa) Usaha Manunggal. Metode survey. Sampel sederhana (Simple Random Sampling) yaitu terhadap 41 orang anggota KOPSA. Model analisis yang digunakan dalam mengukur kinerja keuangan adalah Rasio Likuditas, Rasio Solvabilitas dan Rasio Profitabilitas. Untuk menganalisis kepuasan anggota model IPA dan CSI. Hasil, Analisis kinerja keuangan KOPSA Usaha Manunggal dari tahun 2020-2024 menunjukkan kemampuan yang baik dalam membayar kewajiban jangka pendek. Rata-rata current ratio adalah 108,11, quick ratio 104,00, dan cash ratio 0,20. Ini mengindikasikan kemampuan koperasi membayar utang jangka pendek dengan aset lancar. Namun, rasio solvabilitas menunjukkan sebagian besar aset dibiayai utang (Total Asset To Debt Ratio 80,61%), Dept to Equity Ratio 415,96% ini mengindikasikan bahwa untuk setiap satu rupiah modal yang dimiliki oleh anggota (ekuitas), koperasi memiliki lebih dari empat rupiah utang. Dari segi rentabilitas, koperasi mampu menghasilkan laba bersih 1,13% dari aset (ROA) dan 8,47% dari modal sendiri (ROE) Net Profit Margin 10,09%. Hasil IPA mengidentifikasi beberapa atribut dengan prioritas rendah yang perlu diperbaiki, yaitu penampilan pengurus, kelengkapan fasilitas, kemudahan akses informasi, ketepatan waktu pembayaran hasil penjualan, kejujuran pengurus, dan biaya sosial. Nilai CSI mencapai 80,78%, menunjukkan kepuasan yang Puas terhadap kinerja keuangan Koperasi Sawit (KOPSA) Usaha Manunggal. Upaya peningkatan kinerja keuangan dan kepuasan anggota dengan mengurangi jumlah piutang tidak tertagih, penghematan dalam pengalokasian biaya, meningkatkan kualitas produk yang dijual (Tandan Buah Segar-TBS)This study aims to analyze the financial performance, member satisfaction, and efforts to improve the financial performance and satisfaction of members of the Palm Oil Cooperative (Kopsa) Usaha Manunggal. The survey method. Simple Random Sampling, namely 41 KOPSA members. The analytical models used in measuring financial performance are the Liquidity Ratio, Solvency Ratio, and Profitability Ratio. To analyze member satisfaction, the IPA and CSI models were used. Results: Analysis of KOPSA Usaha Manunggal's financial performance from 2020-2024 shows a good ability to pay short-term obligations. The average current ratio is 108.11, quick ratio 104.00, and cash ratio 0.20. This indicates the cooperative's ability to pay short-term debt with current assets. However, the solvency ratio shows that most of the assets are financed by debt (Total Asset To Debt Ratio 80.61%), Dept to Equity Ratio 415.96% indicates that for every one rupiah of capital owned by members (equity), the cooperative has more than four rupiah of debt. In terms of profitability, the cooperative is able to generate a net profit of 1.13% of assets (ROA) and 8.47% of equity (ROE) Net Profit Margin 10.09%. The IPA results identified several low priority attributes that need to be improved, namely the appearance of the management, completeness of facilities, ease of access to information, timeliness of payment of sales proceeds, honesty of management, and social costs. The CSI value reached 80.78%, indicating Satisfaction with the financial performance of the Palm Oil Cooperative (KOPSA) Usaha Manunggal. Efforts to improve financial performance and member satisfaction by reducing the number of uncollectible receivables, saving on cost allocation, and improving the quality of products sold (Fresh Fruit Bunches - FFB).

Abstract

This research was in SMK Negeri 01 Seberida, Indragiri Hulu. This research purpose to know the influence of motivation and career development to teacher work quality at SMK Negeri 01 Seberida, Indragiri Hulu, partially and simultaneously. This research used interview and questioner by using multiple linear regression. The result of this research was obtained equation as follow  Y = -23.015 + 0.389X1 + 0.357X1 it means that motivation and career development is 0, so teacher work quality (Y) value is -23.015. Coefficient regression motivation variable (X1) is 0.389. It means that if motivation increase one unit, so the teacher work quality will increase to 0.389. The higher the motivation (X1) so the teacher work quality will get higher as well (Y). Coefficient regression variable career development (X2) is 0.357 it means that if independent variable increase by 1 unit, so the other independent variable’s value is constant and career development will increase by 1 unit so teacher work quality (Y) will increase by 0.357. F test simultaneous shows that Fcount is 3.192 with significance as 0.056. So, Fcount < Ftable (3.192<3.34) or Sig F > 5% (0.056>0.05). Because the F significancy value smaller than significance level 0.05 and Fcount < Ftable so Ho accepted and Hi rejected. It means that motivation and career development doesn’t influenced the teacher work quality simultaneously. It was obtained the R equal to 0.0431 closer to 0, so it shows that motivation and career development to teacher work quality having a weak and positive relation. By using the table analysis, R2 (R Square) or coefficient determination is 0.186. It means 18.6% teacher work quality variable was influenced by motivation and career development. And the 81,4%  was influenced by another variable that not include in this research

Abstract

This research was carried out in Petaling Jaya Village, Batang cenaku, Indragiri Hulu Regency. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of community participation and village development on public welfare in Petaling Jaya Village, Batang Cenaku, Indragiri Hulu Regency, both simultaneously and partially. This research used interview and questionnaire, and by using multiple linear regression analysis methods. The sampling method using purposive sampling method with a total sample of 75 respondents. Results: Community participation and village development have a significant effect on community welfare simultaneously, community participation (X1) has a significant effect on public welfare (Y) partially, partially the village development (X2) significantly affects the public welfare (Y), community participation and village development simultaneously has very strong and positive effect on public welfare. While based on the analysis table obtained the number R2 (R Square) or called the coefficient of determination is equal to 0.847. It means that 84.7% shows the percentage contribution of independent variables. Community participation and village development on the dependent variable of public welfare is able to explain 84.7% of the variation of the dependent variable of public welfare, while the 15.3% is influenced by other variables which wasn’t examined in this research
