Abstract

The research was conducted at the Regional Revenue Agency of Indragiri Hulu Regency. The purpose of this study is to analyze and find out how much effect the Effectiveness and contribution of Hospitality tax to the Original Revenue of Indragiri Hulu Regency both simultaneously and partially with the research period is 5 years from 2013 to 2019. This type of research is quantitative research using secondary data. The Research Method used is quantitative method with multiple linear regression equations, while the Equation is Y = 45712635725,406 - 19524572,193 X1 + 25765555,817 X2. From the results of data processing SPSS is known simultaneously known if the effectiveness and contribution of hospitality tax receipts have a significant effect on the original revenue of the region. From the SPSS results, it is known that there is partially no significant influence between effectiveness to the original revenue of the region and partially there is a significant influence between the contribution of hotel tax receipts partially to the original revenue of the region.

Abstract

Penelitian ini penulis lakukan pada Kantor Badan Pendapatan Daerah Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu, Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini mengunakan data sekunder, Regresi yang digunakan regresi linier berganda dengan rumus; y=a+bx1+bx2, dengan SPSS versi 24, untuk mengolahnya untuk mendapatkan output guna menyimpulkan hasil penelitian. Hasil penelitian Kontribusi pajak reklame rata-rata 0,63%, kontribusi pajak hiburan rata-rata 0,07%, Pengaruh variabel X1 Pajak Reklame dan variabel X2 Pajak Hiburan terhadap variabel Y, Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD), tidak signifikan, namun mempunyai hubungan yang kuat sebesar 76,6%, sedangkan 23,4% di pengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu merupakan Kabupaten induk sebelum adanya otonomi daerah dari Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi, Kabupaten Indaragiri Hulu, merupakan salah satu wilayah, memiliki sektor ekonomi unggulan yang sangat prospektif. Populasi Penelitian dalam penelitian adalah PDRB Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu dan PDRB Propinsi Riau, atas dasar hagra konstan tahun 2010. Dari tahun 2012-2016, Sampel penelitian PDRB Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu, PDRB Propinsi Riau atas harga konstan tahun 2012-2016. Tehnik pengambilan sampel purporsive sample. Metode pendekantan dalam menganalisis data dengan metode kualitatif dan kuantitatif, metode pengumpulan data yaitu dengan metode dokumentasi dan setudi pustaka. Metode analisis yang digunakan dengan menggunakan pendekatan Location Quation, Berdasarkan analisis Location Quation, Sektor-sektor yang potensial tahun 2012-2016, yang mempunyai nilai LQ>1, ada 12 sektor ekonomi, diantara 12 sektor ekonomi unggulan tersebut ada 4 sektor ekonomi yang relatif besar dalam pembentukan PDRB Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu yakni; Sektor Pengadaan Air, Pengelolaan Sampah, Limbah dan Daur Ulang, dengan nilai rata-rata LQ, 3.99, Sektor Penyediaan Akomodasi dan Makan Minum, dengan nilai rata-rata LQ, 1.70. Sektor Konstruksi, dengan nilai rata-rata LQ, 1.63. Sektor Jasa lainnya, dengan nilai rata-rata LQ, 1.52. Sektor-sektor ekonomi yang mempunyai nilai LQ kurang dari satu atau LQ<1, yaitu ada 4 sektor yaitu sektor pertambangan dan pengalian, dengan nilai rata-rata LQ, 0.53, Sektor Jasa perusahaan, dengan nilai rata-rata LQ, 0,67, Sektor pengadaan listrik dan gas, dengan nilai rata-rata LQ, 0,81. Dan Sektor informasi dan komunikasi, mempunyai rata-rata LQ, 0,84. Sektor ekonomi yang mempunyai nilai LQ sama dengan satu atau LQ=1 adalah sektor Administrasi Pemerintahan, Pertahanan dan Jaminan Sosial Wajib, dengan nilai rata-rata LQ, 1,01 atau 1. Sektor ini hanya mampu melayani pasar di Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu saja atau belum dapat memasarkan hasil sektor tersebut ke luar daerah lain. Dengan munculnya sektor ekonomi unggulan daerah akan berperan sebagai pendorong tumbuhnya perekonomian dan menambah pendapatan daerah Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu

Abstract

Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendapatan dan gaya hidup terhadap perilaku konsumtif pada Mahasiswa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 379 dengan teknik pengambilan sampel random sampling, diambil sampel berjumlah 114 responden. Sedangkan teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah analisisregresi linier berganda dan analisis (R2) sebesar 0,781 yang artinya 78,% perilaku konsumsi dipengaruhi oleh pendapatan dan gaya hidup Sedangkan sisanya 22% dipengaruhi oleh variabel bebas lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Oleh sebab itu, bagi penelitian selanjutnya agar dapat menambah variabel lain selain kedua variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini dan jadilah konsumen yang bijaksana yang mampu membedakan antara keinginan dan kebutuhan.

Abstract

This research was conducted at KUD Mekar Abadi Village Tasik Juang, Lubuk Batu Jaya District. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of accounts receivable and debt turnover on economic profitability at Kekar ​​Mekar Abadi Village Tasik Juang, Lubuk Batu Jaya District. The research was conducted with quantitative methods, namely research describing the effect of accounts receivable and debt turnover on economic profitability at KUD Mekar Abadi Village Tasik Juang, Lubuk Batu Jaya District. By analyzing the data using multiple regression, correlation coefficients, and hypothesis testing which will later be assisted by using SPSS version 21. From the results of this study shows that the accounts receivable turnover has a significant effect on economic profitability, and debt diesn’t have a significant effect on economic profitability.

Abstract

Cooperatives are not only expected to be able to produce residual business results in each period, investment activities carried out by cooperatives must be effective in producing positive added value, therefore cooperatives need to be managed as well as possible so that they can grow into a strong and independent organization, with the best performance and ability raise the welfare of its members. This research is in Kopsa. Manunggal Enterprises, Seresam Village, Seberida District, Indragiri Hulu Regency, Riau Province. The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze Cooperative Performance and Its Impact on Members' Welfare. This study used a quantitative descriptive approach, the data the authors use are primary and secondary data, primary data obtained through questionnaires distributed to research respondents to measure Cooperative Performance and Members' Welfare Levels, and secondary data obtained directly from Kopsa. Manunggal Enterprises in the form of financial statement documents. The analytical tool used to measure / assess financial performance with the viewpoint of Economic Value Added (EVA. Cooperative Performance is measured based on 6 (six) indicators of Cooperative Performance, namely: Business Entity Activities, Business Performance, Members' Cohesiveness and Participation, Orientation to Member Services, Services to the Community and contribution to Regional Development Welfare level is measured based on aspects of family income, expenditure on consumption, employment status, health conditions and the ability to access other basic needs.The results of descriptive analysis show Kopsa. Manunggal Enterprises including Cooperatives that are performing well, households Farmers who are members of Kopsa, Manunggal Enterprises are included in the welfare category and the regression analysis conducted shows that the regression coefficient is positive, meaning that there is a positive impact between Cooperative Performance and Welfare. The better the Cooperative Performance will have a positive impact on increasing yes the welfare of members, this can happen because of the monoculture community farming patterns where the main source of income of the village community, especially Kopsa members. Manunggal Business is a commodity of oil palm plantations managed by cooperatives, so the cooperative performance variable becomes very influential in influencing the ease of service, distribution of member income, access to credit and other ease of convenience.

Abstract

The research location used as the object of this research is the Central Statistics Agency of Indragiri Hulu Regency. This study aims to determine the effect of economic growth and population simultaneously on the unemployment rate, to determine the effect of economic growth partially on the unemployment rate, to determine the effect of the total population partially on the unemployment rate in Indragiri Hulu Regency. The type of data used in this study is secondary data. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression methods, with the help of SPSS version 21. Based on the results of simultaneous economic growth and population growth has a significant effect on the unemployment rate, economic growth has a partially positive and significant effect on the unemployment rate, the population has a partially positive and significant effect on the unemployment rate, and other variables affect the unemployment rate that is not examined in research

Abstract

Research is conducted at the health center in Indragiri Hulu Regency Province of Riau. To test and analyze the influence of Competence and Support infrastructure on the satisfaction of patients hospitalized patients. To test and analyze the effect of compensation on the satisfaction of patients hospitalized patients. To test and analyze the influence of Means of infrastructure on patients' satisfaction at the Indragiri Hulu Regency health center. With a population of 3,618 patients hospitalized inpatient and sample 98. The data used are primary data and secondary, collecting the data with the deployment of questionnaires and engineering documentation. Analysis of the data used in the study is that the analysis of descriptive and analytical quantitative. The data analysis technique is the Instrument Test, Validity Test, Reliability Test. Classical Assumption Test; Normality Test; Linearity Test; Multicollinearity Test; Heteroscedasticity Test. And Analysis Regression Linear Regression with program SPSS 21. The study results showed that the competence and facilities infrastructures are simultaneously influenced significantly to the satisfaction of patients hospitalized inpatient. Competence is partially influenced significantly to the satisfaction of patients hospitalized inpatient. Facility Infrastructure is partially influenced significantly to patient satisfaction in health centers in the  Indragiri Hulu Regency. The coefficient of determination(R2) contribution of variable competence and facilities infrastructure is simultaneous to the variable satisfaction of patient care hospitalization by 23.3%, and the remaining 76.7% is influenced by variables other was not examined in the study of this.

Abstract

One of the efforts to optimize smallholder plantation development programs' achievement is through a synergistic pattern of plantation development between large companies and farmer communities. The plantation partnership program with the Primary Cooperative Credit for Members (KKPA) pattern is hoped that harmonious, mutually beneficial, and sustainable plantation development can be realized. This research was conducted to compare plantation partnership cooperatives' development and performance with the Primary Cooperative for Members (KKPA) scheme in Seberida District, Indragiri Hulu Regency, Riau Province. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach; the data used are primary and secondary. Data collection methods are documentation and questionnaires. The development of cooperatives is analyzed using growth indicators in members and participation of cooperative members, development of cooperative management, and growth in capital and business volume. Cooperative performance is analyzed using the Balanced Scorecard approach. With this approach, it is expected to provide a complete picture of the performance of the KKPA Cooperative from various aspects, namely; Financial aspects, customers, internal business processes, and organizational growth and learning aspects. The results showed, although the number of members did not experience a significant increase, the participation of members, cooperative management, and the growth of capital and business volume of the KKPA cooperative periodically showed the progress that was getting better. The performance of the Balanced Scorecard in the financial aspect can show a reasonably good performance. Performance on the customer aspect, internal business process, and growth and learning aspects of the KKPA Cooperative show adequate or moderate performance. These results also explain that in the financial and non-financial aspects, the KKPA Cooperative performance is still not optimal. The KKPA Cooperative still has to strive to improve its performance by planning. Furthermore, better financial governance, making business steps and strategies that are more value-added oriented and broadening the KKPA Cooperative vision that has far-reaching capabilities in the future.

Abstract

This research was conducted on Rejosari Village,Lyrics District. In this study, whether the number of family dependents has an effect on the level of education of children in Rejosari Village,Lyrics District. Does income affect the level of education of children in Rejosari Village,Lyrics District. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of the variable Number of Family Dependents and Income on the Education Level of Children in Rejosari Village,Lyrics District. Sampling was done by accidental sampling randomly with 115 sample as respondents. The analytical method used is descriptive quantitative method, data analysis is carried out by path analysis (with the help of the IBM SPSS Stastic version 21.0 program). From the results of the study showed that the number of family dependents and income had an effect on the level of education of children in Rejosari Village,Lyrics District. The number of family dependents affects the level of children's education in Rejosari Village,Lyrics District. Income affects the level of education of children in Rejosari Village,Lyrics District
