Abstract

The aim of this PKM program is to increase the role and participation of Pamulang University PSDKU Serang City in providing suggestions and solutions based on problems faced by the community, namely the lack of knowledge about management and modern business management. The activity implementation method consists of direct face-to-face meetings through training with SME business actors, using learning methods: Lecture, Discussion and Interaction. It is hoped that in the future SMEs will be managed professionally and become the mainstay of the people's economy. The packaging is still very simple and cannot provide information regarding the products being sold so that the scope of marketing is only local consumers. The object of this activity is the MSMEs of Sasahan Village, Waringinkurung District, Serang Regency. The long-term goal of PKM activities is to prepare MSMEs in Waringinkurung Village, Serang Regency, to have human resources who have insight and knowledge in the potential for managing MSMEs, such as machete craftsmen, melinjo and durian produce. In achieving this goal, there are several stages/strategies that are followed, one of which is related to increasing the insight and capabilities of human resources. There are 3 factors that must be considered regarding the causes of failure, especially in this case for SME entrepreneurs, namely: (1). Forty-five percent of SMEs fail due to a lack of understanding of basic marketing techniques (actually including management, namely marketing management). (2). Thirty-five percent fail due to weak management capabilities. (3). Twenty percent fail due to limited funding sources. The results of this training are that MSME actors are able to improve the local economy, improve the quality of local products, provide positive social impacts, increase creativity and innovation, increase entrepreneurial awareness, and increase the economic independence of the community in forming superior human resource characters

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang Analisis Penerapan Disiplin Dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja Pada Kantor Desa Nembol Kecamatan Mandalawangi Kabupaten Pandeglang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara terstruktur dan tidak terstruktur, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis SWOT, observasi dan wawancara langsung dengan informan kunci dan informan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan sistematika kerja pada Kantor Desa Nembol sudah cukup baik, namun dari segi disiplin kerja masih ada sebagian pegawai yang menganggap enteng, mulai dari tidak datang tepat waktu, penyalahgunaan waktu istirahat. jam kerja dan banyak penjelasan tanggung jawab kerja sesuai tugas pekerjaan masing-masing karyawan. Kinerja di Kantor Desa Nembol cukup baik, dengan adanya team work atau kolaborasi antar pegawai namun budaya organisasi yang sangat kekeluargaan ini mengakibatkan pegawai tidak profesional dalam menjalankan tugas dan tanggung jawabnya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisa Pengaruh Motivasi dan Disiplin Kerja secara parsial dan atau bersama-sama terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT.Nusa Elang Satria Divisi Security. Data penelitian diambil dari survey yang dilakukan terhadap seluruh karyawan pada PT Nusa elang satria divisi security. Dari populasi 110 karyawan dengan menggunakan rumus slovin 10% diambil sampel sebanyak 52 karyawan responden. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah secara kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa nilai koefisien determinasi 0.342% yang artinya prosentase sumbangan pengaruh variabel independen (motivasi dan disiplin kerja) terhadap variabel dependen (kinerja karyawan) sebesar 34, 2% Sisanya sebesar 65.8% dipengaruhi atau dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam model penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, variabel Motivasi dan Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Dan secara bersama-sama (simultan), terdapat pengaruh signifikan Motivasi dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT.Nusa Elang Satria Divisi Security.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of leadership and employee motivation on employee performance at PT. Astra Credit Companies TB Simatupang either partially or simultaneously. The method in this study is a quantitative method. Data analysis in this study uses validity test, reliability test, correlation coefficient analysis, classical assumption test, linear regression test, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing. The results showed that leadership (X1) had an effect on work performance (Y), with a simple linear regression equation Y = 15,743 + 0,528X and a significance value of 0.00 < 0.05. The correlation coefficient value is 0.605, which means that leadership (X1) has a strong level of relationship strength to employee performance (Y), with a coefficient of determination of 36.6% and from the t-test the value of tcount> ttable or 7.089 > 1988. Work motivation (X2) has an effect on work performance (Y) with a simple linear regression equation Y = 18,064 + 0.470X and a significance value of 0.00 <0.05. The correlation coefficient value is 0.512, which means that the work motivation variable (X2) has a moderate level of relationship strength on employee performance (Y), with a coefficient of determination of 26.2% and from the t-test, the value of tcount > ttable or 5,552 > 1,988. Leadership and work motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 15.638 + 0.515X1 + 0.017X2. The correlation coefficient value is 0.605, which means that leadership (X1) and work motivation (X2) simultaneously have a strong level of relationship strength on employee performance (Y), with a coefficient of determination of 36.6% and from the f test, the value of Fcount > Ftable or 24,849 > 3,100. This means that there is a simultaneous significant influence between leadership and work motivation on employees on employee performance at PT. Astra Credit Companies TB Simatupang.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of discipline and work environment on employee performance at PT. Cipta Kridatama, South Jakarta, either partially or simultaneously. The method used is quantitative. The sampling technique used saturated sampling and the sample obtained in this study was 62 respondents. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this research are that the influence (X1) has a significant effect on employee performance. By testing the hypothesis, the t count was obtained. There is a significant influence of work discipline on employee performance. From the results of the research conducted by the researcher, it was obtained that tcount was 1.128 < 1.672 ttable with a significance level of 0.264 > 0.05, meaning that Ho was rejected and H₁ was accepted. there is an influence of the work environment on the performance of PT employees. Create Kridatama. It is known that the significance value for the influence of the work discipline variable (X1), work environment (X2) simultaneously on the employee performance variable (Y) is 0.000 < 0.05 and the Fcount value is 16.244 > Ftable 3.156 so the author concludes that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. This means that the independent variables, namely work discipline and work environment, influence jointly or simultaneously on the performance of PT employees. Create Kridatama. Based on the output results in table 4.26, it is known that the Adjusted R Square value is 0.333. This result shows that 33.3% means that the influence of work discipline and work environment variables simultaneously influences employee performance variables. Meanwhile, the remaining 66.7% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk melihat pengaruh komunikasi dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada PT.Visionet Data Internasional Cabang Karawaci dan untuk melihat bagaimana kinerja karayawan pada PT.Visionet Data Internasional Cabang Karawaci. Penelitian ini berjenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, merupakan penelitian yang berupa data-data deskriptif yaitu kata-kata tertulis ataupun lisan dari informan penelitian serta perilaku obyek penelitian yang dilakukan penelitian.. Hasil yang didapatkan dari penelitian dibawah ini memperlihatkan bahwa komunikasi (X1) dan gaya kepemimpinan (X2) memeiliki pengaruh positif serta signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, dengan didapatkan persamaan regresinya yaitu Y = 16,610 + 0,264X1 + 0,323X2. Nilai koefisien determinasi atau kontribusi pengaruh secara bersama sama dengan nilai 0,258 atau 25,8% sementara sisanya senilai 74,2% dipengaruhi adanya faktor lain yang tidak diteliti. Uji hipotesis didapatkan nilai F hitung > Ftabel atau (13,007 > 3,12), hal ini menjadi lebih kuat penelitiannya dengan ρ value < Sig.0,05 atau (0,000 < 0,05). Oleh karenanya H0 tdak diterima dan H3 dapat diterima. Hal ini berarti bahwa ada pengaruh yang positif serta signifikan secara bersama-sama antara komunikasi dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada PT.Visionet Data Internasional Cabang Karawaci.Kata Kunci: Komunikasi, Gaya Kepemimpinan, dan Kinerja Karyawan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk melihat pengaruh motivasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan non staf baik secara sebagian maupun secara bersamaan pada PT. Permodalan Nasional Madani Divisi Pengadaan Dan Pengendalian Infrastruktur Jakarta Pusat. Kuantitatif asosiatif dengan memakai SPSS versi 22 adalah teknik yang dipakai didalam penelitian ini. Model analysis menggunakan analysis statistic melalui pengujian uji instrumen data, uji asumsi klasik, analysis deskriptif, analysis kuantitatif uji regresi linear sederhana dan uji regresi linear berganda,uji koefisien korelasi,uji koefisien determinasi,ujit dan uji F. Populasi didalam penelitian ini yaitu pegawai Non Staf PT. Permodalan Nasional Madani Divisi Pengadaan Dan Pengendalian Infrastruktur Jakarta Pusat. Dengan menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh maka yang digunakan sebanyak 62 atau keseluruhan dari jumlah populasi. didapatkan hasil signifikansi α=0,200 dimana hasil itu > nilai α=0,050 atau (0,200>0,050). Dengan begitu, maka asumsi distribusi rumus dalam uji ini yaitu data tersebut berdistribusi normal. Nilai koefisien regresi sederhana variable motivasi terhadap variable kinerja pegawai yaitu 0,585, artinya bila motivasi meningkat 1 satuan maka akan menambah kinerja karyawan sebesar 0.585 dan Nilai koefisien regresi variable disiplin kerja terhadap variabel kinerja pegawai adalah 0,670, hal ini memiliki arti bila disiplin kerja meningkat 1 satuan maka akan menambah kinerja pegawai Non Staf senilai 0,670. Hasil penelitian menunjukan persamaan regresi linear berganda persamaan regresi linier berganda dengan persamaan Y=a+b1X1+b2+X2 dengan hasil Y = 10,348 + 0,080 X1 + 0,632 X2., artinya meskipun tanpa ada pengaruh variable motivasi dan disiplin kerja, maka karyawan non staf tetap memiliki tingkat kinerja sebesar 10,328. Berdasarkan jumlah koefisien korelasi (R) adalah0,747 atau hampir 1, berarti ada korelasi yang tinggi searah antara Motivasi dan Disiplin Kerja dengan Kinerja pegawai Non Staf Pada PT. Permodalan Nasional Madani Divisi Pengadaan dan Pengendalian Infrastruktur Jakarta Pusat. Berdasarkan hasil ujit antara varaiabel motivasi dengan kinerja pegawai non staf didapatkan hasil thitung>ttabel atau (4.456 > 1.671) dan hasil ujit antara varaiabel disiplin kerja dengan kinerja pegawai non staf diperoleh nilai thitung>ttabel atau (8.663 > 1.671) yang artinya keduanya secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Non Staf, nilai Koefisien korelasi (X1) senilai 0,449 artinya variable mempunyai tingkat korelasi yang sedang dan jumlah Koefisien korelasi (X2) senilai 0,745 berarti variable mempunyai tingkat hubungan yang tinggi. Hasil penelitian koefisien determinasi menunjukan bahwa motivasi dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh dengan hasil senilai 55,9% sementara sisanya senilai 44,1% dipengaruhi variable lain yang tidak diteliti. Dan uji F dimana hasil Fhitung>Ftabel atau (37.339>3,150) hal ini juga dukuatkant dengan ρvalue < Sig.0,05atau (0,000<0,05).

Abstract

Tujuan pada penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Duta Jaya Persada Mining.Metode yang digunakan yaitu penelitian asosiatif serta menggunakan instrument questioner yang masing-masing variable memiliki 8 pernyataan dengan jumlah populasi sekaligus dijadikan sampel sebanyak 50 responden atau menggunakan sampel jenuh. Analisis data yang digunakan menggunakan regresi linear dengan bantuan software SPSS 25.Hasilnya pengolahan data menunjukkan: 1) Kepemimpinan (X1), berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja (Y) di PT. Duta Jaya Persada Mining yang dibuktikan dengan kontribusi pengaruh sebesar 44,3% dengan pengujian hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t table (6,180>2,011). Motivasi (X2), berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja (Y) di PT. Duta Jaya Persada Mining yang dibuktikan dengan kontribusi pengaruh sebesar 40,32% dengan pengujian hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t table (5,685>2,011). Dari hasil olah data tersebut perusahaan sebaiknya lebih meningkatkan kepemimpinan dan integritas karyawannya untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawannya.Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan, Motivasi Dan Kinerja Karyawan.

Abstract

This community service program was carried out at Pesantren Tahfidz RH La Tahzan, targeting early-age santri (students). The main objective was to equip them with basic leadership skills through the introduction of simple accounting using a Cash Book. The santri were introduced to easy-to-understand financial recording concepts, enabling them to manage small activities independently and responsibly. The implementation methods included lectures, hands-on practice in recording simple transactions, and group simulations of cash management. The results showed that the santri not only understood the fundamentals of accounting but also began to develop discipline, transparency, and responsibility as future leaders. This program is expected to serve as an initial step in shaping leadership character based on financial literacy within the pesantren environment, while also contributing to strengthening non-formal education relevant to the santri’s future needs.

Abstract

This study aims to understand how employee welfare programs and managerial roles contribute to performance improvement in the Credit Control Division of PT Asuransi Sinarmas, Central Jakarta. A qualitative descriptive approach was employed, with data collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The research focuses on employees' experiences with welfare program benefits and their perceptions of leadership style and managerial support. The findings indicate that welfare programs encompassing health, financial, and work–life balance aspects enhance employee motivation, loyalty, and productivity. Furthermore, managerial roles demonstrated through open communication, clear guidance, and recognition of employee achievements strengthen work engagement and organizational commitment. Welfare programs and managerial roles create a conducive work environment, thereby enabling sustainable performance improvement in the Credit Control Division. This study emphasizes that performance improvement does not solely depend on targets and control systems, but also on holistic support for employee welfare and the quality of managerial leadership. These findings are expected to provide strategic input for the company in designing more effective and sustainable human resource policies.
