Abstract

Introduction: Depression is the most common in the elderly who commit suicide as much as 15% and is one of the diseases that are often found in the elderly that can cause emotional disturbances related to psychology. Music therapy is an important and easy intervention for depressed elderly to reduce depression levels. Music therapy is a therapy to relax the mind. The purpose of this review is to determine the effect of music therapy in reducing depression in the elderly. Method: The method used in preparing the Literature Review uses PICOS. Secondary data obtained from journals with a predetermined discussion. Results Based on literature search through three databases. Researchers get 1,535 articles that match the keywords. then filtered by title, abstract, and text (n=10) which were adjusted to the inclusion criteria. Result: There are 10 journals found, this literature generally recommends giving music therapy to the elderly who are depressed by paying attention to music criteria, features and safety in giving therapy so that it can increase the improvement of therapy. Conclusion:Music therapy has an effect on alpha waves which will stimulate the release of the neurotransmitter serotonin. Serotonin hormone can cause feelings of happiness, because it is a neurotransmitter that affects feelings. Furthermore, serotonin will be converted into the hormone melatonin which has a relaxing effect and mood changes so that it can reduce depression levels.

Abstract

Introduction: Anxiety in pregnant women can cause dangerous stimulation of uterinecontractions, as a result of this condition pregnant women will have a negativeimpact, can increase blood pressure of pregnant women which can triggerpreeclampsia, premature babies, and even miscarriages in pregnant women. Theselection of interventions that can be done in reducing anxiety levels in pregnantwomen is by doing complementary therapies in the form of acupressure,aromatherapy, and 5 finger hypnosis Method: This study uses a Literature Review bysearching for journal articles conducted in November 2021 – April 2022 on theGoogle Scholar, Pubmed and Science Direct databases, with the keywords(Acupressure) or (Aromatherapy). ) or (5 finger hypnosis) and (anxiety) and(pregnant women). Result: The results obtained were 10 journal articles in accordance withthe inclusion criteria using the Quasi Experimental method as many as 6 journalarticles and a Randomized Controlled Clinical Trial as many as 4 journal articlesusing English and Indonesian Conclusion:The complementary therapy of acupressure, aromatherapy, and 5 fingerhypnosis is an easy, inexpensive, and can be done independently by pregnantwomen who experience anxiety, if done regularly and in accordance withcomplementary therapy procedures. Health services can apply complementarytherapies to pregnant women who experience anxiety and can be used by thecommunity as several forms of therapy in reducing anxiety in pregnant women withacupressure therapy, aromatherapy, and 5 finger hypnosis.

Abstract

Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) started in Wuhan, one of the largest cities in China. The COVID-19 pandemic has had a tremendous psychological impact on the public due to its high rate of infectivity and mortality—various stressors associated with COVID-19 and associated psychological stress. Interventions to reduce stress and increase environmental support are critical to lowering psychological pressure during infectious diseases such as COVID-19. The strategy to determine the selection of studies that have been found, the author uses a protocol and evaluation uses the PRISMA Checklist and is adjusted to the purpose of this literature review. Searching for literature sources in this literature review uses several databases, including PubMed, ScienceDirect. Psychological capital has a vital role in generating entrepreneurial intentions and building business mentality in students in starting startups during the COVID-19 pandemic. A person is more likely to be psychologically affected during periods of self-isolation due to loss of social connections and more excellent isolation, which usually disrupts active routines and ways of life. There are four dimensions of psychological capital, namely: self-efficacy, hope, optimism, and resilience.

Abstract

Background: Adolescence is a period of transition from childhood to adulthood. This stage of development is a transitional period of self-discovery marked by physical, emotional, and psychological changes. However, young people are often faced with poverty, sexual abuse, or violence, making teens vulnerable to mental health problems. Adolescents who live in rural areas are likely to be more susceptible to mental health problems because rural areas have a high degree of social intimacy, and the economic focus is on the agricultural sector. So, the psychological pressure on adolescents in rural areas will be heavier, and if the coping mechanism is not suitable, these adolescents will be more susceptible to depression. Objective: This study aims at reviewing and synthesizing the determinants factor of depression among adolescent in rural area. Design: This study design was a systematic review using the PICO framework. Data Sources: This data was carried out since June 2021 from various journal databases in the last five years (2017-2021), including ScienceDirect, PubMed, and Taylor & Francis. The keywords combined with Boolean operators (“AND” and “OR”) to find literatures, namely "Factor" OR “Risk Factor” AND “Depression” OR “Depressive” OR “Depress” AND “Adolescent” OR “Teens” AND “Rural”. 13 articles meet the inclusion criteria and meet the qualifications for review. Review Methods: A systematic procedure is used to collect articles, as well as a critical appraisal and data synthesis with qualitative synthesis. Results: Based on a review of several articles, factors that can influence the occurrence of depression in rural adolescents include discrimination, adverse childhood experiences, victimization, socioeconomic migration of parents, family, cellphone addiction, postpartum pregnancy, and gender in adolescents. Conclusion: Overall, these factors can cause psychological pressure and due to poor coping mechanisms resulting in depression in adolescents in rural areas.

Abstract

Cedera akibat pekerjaan di sektor pertanian telah dilaporkan lebih tinggi daripada tingkat kecelakaan rata- rata di semua industri lainnya secara bersamaan. Tingginya angka kejadian tersebut diidentifikasikan banyak kemungkinan penyebab salah satunya belum diterapkan model asuhan keperawatan agronursing. Penelirian ini bertujuaan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang menunjang pengembangan perangkat assessment keperawatan di wilayah agricultural yang berbasis complain survey. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian community based research yang melibatkan masyarakat sebagai pengguna layanan untuk melakukan pengaduan terkait komponen model asuhan keperawatan kemudian data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Populasi target dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat dan pemberi pelayanan keperawatan wilayah ponkesdes/pustu Kecamatan Kunir yang akan dipilih secara random sampling. Penelitian ini mengasilkan 5 tema meliputi pemanfaatan teknologi kesehatan, peran faktor agama dalam kesehatan, peran faktor kekerabatan dan sosial dalam kesehatan, peran nilai budaya dan keyakinan dalam kesehatan pran faktor ekonomi dalam kesehatan yang menurut partisipan memiliki peran dalam konsep sehat dan sakit mereka. Abstract

Cardiac resuscitation in the era of the COVID-19 pandemic meets its challenges; in addition to the high prevalence of cardiac and pulmonary arrest events in these patients, the transmission rate to health workers who carry out CPR assistance is also relatively high. Therefore, it is necessary to develop CPR techniques in COVID-19 patients that can increase the success of CPR and reduce transmission rates. The purpose of the study was to explain how CPR techniques are in COVID-19 patients. The literature review method through data collection with an electronic database and evaluation of the literature review will use Critical Appraisal to test validity. Data collection with electronic databases was conducted through PubMed, Tailor, Francis, and Google Scholar with the keyword "CPR," "COVID-19," and " technique. "The data was successfully collected in the database of 548 articles then filtered the inclusion and exclusion criteria into ten pieces; then the article passed the Critical Appraisal test. Hasil Literature review CPR technique in covid patients added is the use of PPE level C/3; The recommended compression depth is 2-2.4 inches (5-6cm); manual chest compression is described as effective when administered in the middle of the chest, at a rate of 100-120 minutes. , The recommended position is prone and supine.

Abstract

Background: Community based disaster risk management (CBDRM) is used to reduce disaster risk and increase community resilience to disasters that occur. Community-based disaster risk management is one of the main trends of international disaster prevention and reduction, which was firstly established in the UK in the late 1980s and has since been widely valued and applied by international, national, and local organizations. This study was to access the individual disaster preparedness of villagers in a northwestern rural community and examine the determinants of their individual disaster preparedness across multiple dimensions: place, individual sociodemographic factors, family socioeconomic status, hazard adaptation, community and environmental influences. Methods: This article was obtained from 2018 to 2023. This research is a study using the Systematic Literature Review method. The search strategy used in this literature review is to use 4 databases, including Elsevier, Science Direct, Pubmed, Plos One, and Grey Literature. The interactions between the different determinants will be discussed. The design used in this study was a systematic review using the PRISMA 2009 flowchart, namely selecting articles that did not comply with the criteria for inclusion, screening, eligibility, and downloading of articles. Results: A total of 10 articles were analyzed, this study reveal that community-based risk management can reduce disaster risk and increase community resilience to disasters that occur as well as increase community capacity to prepare themselves and increase community knowledge about disasters.
