Abstract

Supplier merupakan mitra bisnis yang memiliki peran krusial dalam menjamin ketersediaan barang pasokan yang dibutuhkan oleh perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Supplier battery terbaik dari beberapa Supplier yang bekerja sama dengan PT. XYZ menggunakan metode FAHP dan mengaplikasikan metode Fuzzy AHP dengan software expert choice 11 guna menghasilkan keputusan yang lebih akurat. Hasil penelitian menghasilkan proses perengkingan dengan menampilkan Supplier yang terpilih sebagai Supplier terbaik dengan memperoleh nilai tertinggi. Supplier terbaik pertama Supplier 3 dengan bobot 36,9%. Nilai didapatkan melalui dengan tahapan metode Fuzzy AHP/ FAHP dan didukung menggunakan software expert choice 11. Kata Kunci : Fuzzy AHP, Expert Choice, Pemilihan Supplier Terbaik

Abstract

UMKM Keripik Cabe Melur is a business operating in the snack food sector located in Dumai City. UMKM Keripik Cabe Melur continues to develop in terms of equipment which now uses machines but in running its business it experiences problems with sales not reaching targets. This research aims to analyze the business model description and propose alternative strategies for developing UMKM Keripik Cabe Melur. This research uses the Business Model Canvas method and SWOT Analysis method which will provide strategy proposals starting with carrying out BMC analysis, IFE matrix, IFE Matrix, IE matrix, SWOT matrix analysis and eventually proposed a feasible BMC. Alternative strategies proposed are identifying most potential customer segments (need to reach online resellers), value propositions (increasing purchasing media on social media and e-commerce and being able to increase production according to demand), channels (marketing and promotion via social media, gift shops and e-commerce such as Tik Tok shop, Shopee, Lazada, Instagram and Facebook with special prices), key activities (Sales and promotions via social media and e-commerce with attractive posters), Key resources (requires a smartphone to support sales and promotions on social media and e-commerce), Key partners (cooperating with goods delivery services) and cost structure (incurring promotion and internet service costs).Keywords - Business Model Canvas Method, Development Strategy, Keripik Cabe, UMKM, SWOT Method.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the quality of patient services at the XYZ Health Center and determine the level of importance that is useful for obtaining priorities for improving the quality of health services and making proposals for improving the quality of health services. The methods used are Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and Potential Gain in Costumer Value (PGCV). The problems in this study are that the time for examination and consultation with doctors is too short due to the large number of queues, officers are less friendly in serving patients, information about drugs and diagnoses of diseases explained by officers is less clear due to patients who are in a hurry and do not read existing information and patients wait too long to be examined for more than an hour. The results of the calculation of the IPA and PGCV methods show that the attributes that need to be improved are P6, P8, P14 and P15. Recommendations for improvement are adding doctors, synchronizing schedules between the puskesmas and the doctors concerned, rewarding health workers and giving sanctions in the form of reprimands for officers who are not polite and friendly and reducing waiting times and delays in providing health services to patients.

Abstract

Rumah Butik Galuh kids merupakan salah satu usaha industri yang bergerak di bidang penjualan pakaian anak-anak maupun orang dewasa, Dalam hal ini penelitian ini diambil dikarenakan adanya penurunan penjualan setiap bulan dan tahunnya. Dimana hal ini disebabkan oleh faktor internal dan eksternal pada pemasaran yang dilakukan hanya menggunakan social media yang hanya beberapa saja pengikutnnya dan berdampak pada pemasaran pada usaha tersebut. Promosi yang dilakukan hanyalah pada saat waktu tertentu saja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui permasalahan apa saja yang dapat menurunkan penjualan di Rumah Butik Galuh Kids dengan dapat nya permasalahan di rumah butik galuh kids dilakukanlah penelitian dengan menggunakan metode SOAR dan QSPM untuk alternatif strategi apa yang digunakan demi menunjang penghasilan setiap tahun kedepannya, berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan didapat pada matriks IE berada pada dalam kolom V yaitu strategi hold and maintain yaitu pengembangan pasar dan pengembangan produk. Pada Matriks SOAR yaitu menghasilkan 8 alternatif strategi, begitu hasil dari SOAR maka dilakukan analisis matriks menggunakan metode QSPM.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify the analysis of the internal and external conditions of Mokey MSMEs and to design the best alternative strategy proposals to increase sales and maintain the business being run using the SWOT matrix (Strength, Weakness, Threat, Opportunity) and the QSPM method (Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix). The results of the study showed that there are 7 (seven) strategies that Mokey MSMEs can use to increase sales and maintain the business.

Abstract

The primary focus of this research revolves around the measurement of productivity and the factors that impact Crude Palm Oil (CPO) production which currently faces challenges in assessing whether existing productivity falls into the 'satisfactory' category. The contribution of this study is conducting a comprehensive productivity assessment, focusing on metrics and identifying the causes of productivity decline, especially potential points of failure. The measurement indicators use the Objective Matrix (OMAX) method which includes five ratios, including raw material utilization, energy consumption, labor efficiency, optimization of production targets, and production capacity utilization. The Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) is used to assign relative weight to factors that contribute to overall productivity. In addition, Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) functions as a tool to determine the causes of decreased productivity by considering the potential for failure to occur. The research results show that productivity reached its highest point in March at 219.93% and the lowest in July at -67.33%. Based on the score assessment, this decline was mainly caused by the lack of optimal achievement of production targets, symbolized by a ratio of 4 to a score of 45. Potential causes for this ratio include non-compliance in selecting FFB that meets standards, and production standards that are too ambitious. targets, and mental and physical fatigue and stress. To improve overall performance, proposed improvements include the application of Internet of Things (IoT) technology, such as the use of sensors and automation systems in production processes, as well as investment in agricultural technology as a monitoring system. This increase is aimed at achieving higher production targets and overall efficiency.

Abstract

The condition during pandemic generally has significant impact to all the aspect in society. This condition is also occurring in Desa Kualu Nenas, that most of the people activities are as farmers and fish breeders. The high cost of fish feed is one of the main problems faced by almost all fish farmers. This community service aims to plan and prepare the need of a comprehensive solution, started from maggot cultivation, practice/workshop, and outreach to the community. It was carried out with all the limited conditions and try to utilizing the existing local resources. Maggot cultivation itself can be a new business opportunity for the community, with an ease of manufacture, cultivation process and the large number of market demands. For pellet ingredients, it is using a semi-automatic pelletizing machine has also been produced which has succeeded in making pellets, although it is still in progress of developing to make it more optimal. The results of the service raise hope from the community who want that this empowerment activity can be carried out sustainably in the form of assistance.
