Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) the effect of salary on employee performance, (2) the effect of benefits on employee performance, (3) the effect of work facilities on employee performance, (4) the effect of salary, benefits and work facilities on employee performance. In this study using associative research type with a total population and sample of 30 people who are employees at Karya Sepakat Metro Kso in Central Lombok Regency. The data collection technique used in this study was in the form of a statement in the form of a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques used are measuring scales, instrument tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear analysis, hypothesis testing and the coefficient of determination (R2) using SPSS 25. The results show that: (1) Salary does not significantly affect employee performance because the calculated t value is smaller than t table (0.620 < 2.05553), (2) Benefits are not significant to employee performance because the calculated t calculated value is greater than the t table value (0.650 < 2.05553), (3) Facilities work has a significant effect on employee performance because the calculated t value is greater than t table (2.710 > 2.05553). (4) Salary, Benefits and Work Facilities have a significant effect on employee performance because the F value is greater than F table (14,161 > 2.95).

Abstract

Digital-based marketing assistance for Astan Corn at UD. Beriuk Maju, Jagagaraga Village, West Lombok is an implementation of community service carried out by STIE AMM Mataram lecturers. This assistance is in order to increase the group's understanding of the problems that arise in carrying out the Astan Corn business. The problem that arises during mentoring is that the development of the Astan Corn business does not yet have a clear plan so that the goals and objectives of the Astan Corn business to be achieved are not clear, there is no marketing promotion using digitization and there is a lack of access to collaborate or in the form of cooperation with other parties. The method of implementing this service uses counseling and mentoring for business groups. The result obtained from this service is that the group understands business management. The group understands marketing using digitization and the group will try to collaborate with other parties to develop the astan corn business.

Abstract

Mikrokontroler Arduino telah digunakan untuk meningkatkan minat pelajar dalam mempelajari sistem otomasi. Pelatihan sistem otomasi berbasis Arduino dilakukan dengan metode studi berkelompok dan berbasis proyek. Peserta diajarkan untuk memahami berbagai perintah dan logika yang dapat digunakan dalam pengkodean integrated development environment (IDE) Arduino. Peserta juga merakit dan merancang rangkaian light emitting diode (LED) yang terdiri dari rangkaian LED tunggal dan rangkaian LED yang terdiri dari minimal 4 buah LED. Proyek yang dihasilkan adalah rangkaian smart home berbasis voice recognition yang dapat dikendalikan menggunakan koneksi Bluetooth melalui smartphone Android. Berdasarkan hasil kuesioner yang dibagikan, ditemukan bahwa 80,5% responden menyatakan belum pernah belajar Arduino sebelumnya. Kemudian, terdapat 67,1% responden yang menyatakan memahami materi yang disampaikan dan 19,5% sangat memahami. Menariknya, terdapat 59,8% responden yang menyampaikan bahwa materi yang disampaikan menarik dan 39% menyatakan bahwa materi tersebut sangat menarik. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa peserta pelatihan telah mendapatkan pengetahuan baru yang telah meningkatkan minat peserta untuk mempelajari bidang sistem otomasi.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors influencing Generation Z’s investment interest in the Islamic capital market, identify the dominant factor, and provide strategic recommendations for stakeholders. A quantitative approach was employed using purposive sampling of 100 Generation Z respondents in Mataram City. Data were collected through a 5-point Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The findings reveal that, simultaneously, Islamic financial literacy, risk perception, religiosity, and digital access have a significant effect on investment interest. However, partially, only digital access has a positive and significant effect, while Islamic financial literacy, risk perception, and religiosity show no significant impact. Digital access is confirmed as the dominant factor influencing Generation Z’s interest in Islamic capital market investment. These results imply the importance of developing user-friendly, secure, and digital-oriented Islamic investment platforms accompanied by tailored education programs to enhance Generation Z’s participation in Islamic investment.

Abstract

Community Service activities in the form of outreach are a strategic step to encourage the use of digitalization in public services and MSME innovation in Dasan Tereng Village. The objectives of this activity are as follows: 1) To increase the understanding of village officials in utilizing digital technology for public services and the optimal use of other social media; 2) To increase the understanding of MSMEs in utilizing digital technology for business activities and encourage MSME business innovation through online marketing; 3) To encourage collaboration between universities, village governments, and business actors in implementing digitalization programs at the local level. The method used was preparation, namely conducting surveys, identifying problems, implementing activities, and finally, evaluating them. The results of this activity were: 1) Increased understanding of village officials in utilizing digital technology for public services (e.g., online administration, village websites, and service applications) and the optimal use of other social media; 2) Increased understanding of MSMEs in utilizing digital technology for business activities (e-commerce and other business applications) and encouraged MSME business innovation through online marketing (internet and digital technology); 3) Establishing a sustainable partnership between STIE AMM, village government, and MSME actors in developing the digital economy.

Abstract

This study explores the implementation of Student-Centered Learning (SCL) and Collaborative Learning (CL) in the context of Arabic language education. As educational paradigms shift from traditional teacher-centered approaches to more interactive and learner-driven methods, the need to understand and apply SCL and CL becomes increasingly relevant. Through a qualitative descriptive approach, this research reviews literature and educational practices that demonstrate how these two strategies contribute to improving learner engagement, autonomy, communication skills, and critical thinking in Arabic classrooms. The findings indicate that integrating SCL and CL not only enhances the effectiveness of Arabic language acquisition but also encourages active participation and cooperative problem-solving among students. However, challenges such as classroom management and unequal student involvement require careful planning and teacher facilitation. The study concludes by emphasizing the importance of these approaches in modern language pedagogy and provides recommendations for future research and classroom implementation.
