Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1). Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Flexible Working Arrangement terhadap Kinerja Pegawai DPRD Kabupaten Barru. 2). Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Integritas terhadap Kinerja Pegawai DPRD Kabupaten Barru. 3). Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Tunjangan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai DPRD Kabupaten Barru. 4). Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh secara Simultan Flexible Working Arrangement, Integritas dan Tunjangan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai DPRD Kabupaten Barru dan 5). Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis variabel yang dominan berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pegawai DPRD Kabupaten Barru Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian dilakukan pada Kantor DPRD Kabupaten Barru dengan Populasi penelitian adalah pegawai DPRD Kabupaten Barru yang berjumlah 25 orang. Pemilihan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode sampling jenuh jumlah populasi sekaligus menjadi sampel sehingga jumlah sampel sebanyak 25 orang, tehnik pengumpulan data menggunakan kusioner dan tehnik analisis data menggunakan tehnik analisis regresi berganda. Hasil Penelitian 1).Variabel Flexible Working Arrangement (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variable Kinerja Pegawai DPRD Kabupaten Barru. 2). Variabel Tunjangan Kinerja (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel Kinerja Pegawai DPRD Kabupaten Barru. 3). variabel Integritas (X3) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel Kinerja Pegawai DPRD Kabupaten Barru. 4). Nilai sig. uji F sebesar 0,000 pada tingkat signifikan 0,05. Nilai ini lebih kecil dari 0,05 yang menunjukkan bahwa semua variabel independen yaitu teridiri dari; Flexibel Working Arrangement (X1) Tunjangan Kinerja (X2) Integritas (X3) secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pegawai (Y) pada DPRD Kabupaten Barru. 5). variabel yang paling dominan mempengaruhi Kinerja Pegawai pada Kantor DPRD Kabupaten Barru adalah Integritas.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of Indonesia’s Free Nutritious Meal (MBG) Program as a national social policy aimed at strengthening children’s food security and improving educational motivation in urban settings, focusing on Panakkukang District, Makassar City. The research aims to evaluate the operational mechanisms of the MBG program in urban schools, assess its effects on students’ learning motivation, and identify social–institutional factors shaping policy effectiveness. A literature-informed field simulation design was employed, integrating systematic review findings, policy document analysis, and secondary data interpretation to construct an evidence-based model of implementation dynamics. Findings indicate that MBG delivery follows a multi-actor governance pattern involving local authorities, schools, parents, and community groups, producing positive impacts on student concentration, attendance, and classroom engagement, particularly among low-income households. Beyond nutritional gains, the program fosters social inclusion, strengthens school–community relations, and enhances intrinsic and extrinsic learning motivation, though sustainability challenges persist related to coordination, food quality, and funding. The study’s novelty lies in applying simulation-based inquiry to an emerging welfare policy and conceptualizing MBG as a hybrid model linking food security, educational welfare, and community-based protection. The research contributes to sociological scholarship by advancing theoretical understanding of school-based social policy and offering evidence-informed recommendations to strengthen welfare interventions in urban Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis prinisip the right man n the right job Dinias penanaman modal dan  pelayanan terpadu satu pinitu di kabupaten pangkajene dan kepulauan, struktur birokrasi di dinias penanaman modal dan pelayanan terpadu satu pinitu di kabupaten pangkajene dan kepulauan, dan pengaruh prinisip the right man n the right job dalam struktur birokrasi pada dinias penanaman modal dan pelayanan terpadu satu pinitu di kabupaten pangkajene dan kepulauan. Jenis penelitian ni adalah kuantitatif dengan tipe penelitian expost facto. Data dikumpulkan dengan metode observasi, angket dan dokumentasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ni adalah keseluruhan pegawai yang bekerja di Dinias penanaman modal dan pelayanan terpadu satu pinitu di Kabupaten Pangkajene dan Kepulauan dan banyaknya sampel yaitu 28 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Prinisip The Right Man in The Right Job Dinias Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pinitu di Kabupaten Pangkajene dan Kepulauan termasuk dalam kategori cukup, (2) Struktur Birokrasi di Dinias Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pinitu di Kabupaten Pangkajene dan Kepulauan berada dalam kategori baik, (3) Terdapat Pengaruh Prinisip The Right Man in The Right Job dalam Struktur Birokrasi pada Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pinitu di Kabupaten Pangkajene dan Kepulauan. This study aimed to determine and analyze: (1) an overview of the principle of the right man in the right job investment service and one-stop integrated service in Pangkajene and Island regency, (2) an overview of the bureaucratic structure in the investment service and one-stop integrated services in Pangkajene and Island Regency, (3) the influence of the principle of the right man in the right job in the bureaucratic structure of the investment service and one-stop integrated service in Pangkajene and Islan Regency. This type of the study was quantitative with the type of expost facto study. Data was collected by observation, questionnaire and documentation methods. The population in this study were all employees who worked at the investment service and one-stop integrated service in Pangkajene and Island Regency and the number of sample was 28 people. The results of the study showed that: (1) The principle of The Right Man In The Right Job Investment Service and One-Stop Service in Pangkajene and Island Regency is included in the sufficient category, (2) Bureaucratic Structure in the investment service and one-stop integrated serviceiin the Pangkajene and  Island Regency is in the good category, (3) There is an Influence of The Right Man In The Right Job Principle in the Bureaucratic Structure of the Investment Service and One-Stop Integrated Service in Pangkajene and Island Regency.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis pelayanan pegawai dalam peningkatan kinerja Balai Pengembangan Penjaminan Mutu Pendidkan Vokasi Bidang Kelautan Perikanan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi. Untuk mengimplementasikan tujuan tersebut maka digunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan lain-lain. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelayanan pegawai sudah mendukung peningkatan kinerja Balai Pengembangan Penjaminan Mutu Pendidkan Vokasi Bidang Kelautan Perikanan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi. Aspek pengawasan dan pengendalian dalam pelaksananakan pelayanan pelatihan perlu ditingkatkan. Perlu adanya sosialisasi tentang indikator kinerja balai secara berkelanjutan kepada semua pegawai. The aim of this study was to analyze employee service and productivity in improving performance of the Vocational Education Quality Assurance Development Center in the Marine Fisheries Information and Communication Technology sector. In implementing these objectives, data collection technique was used through observation, interview, documentation and others. The analysis used was qualitative analysis. The result of the study showed  that employee service and productivity have supported the performance improvement of the Vocational Education Quality Assurance Development Center in the Marine Fisheries Information and Communication Technology Sector. Aspects of supervision and control in the implementation of training service need to be improved. It is necessary to socialize of the performance indicator on an ongoing basis to all employees.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh beban kerja dan remunerasi terhadap kinerja yang diberikan oleh Pegawai Pengadilan Militer II-16. Makassar. Beban kerja diberikan berdasarkan kapasitas dan jabatan yang diemban oleh Pegawai Pengadilan Militer II-16. Makassar. Sistem pemberian remunerasi merujuk pada peraturan presiden yang berlaku saat ni berdasarkan jenis golongan Pegawai Pengadilan Militer II-16 Makassar. Penelitian ni merupakan penelitian yang bersifat deskriptif analisis menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data yang diperoleh dari responden dari Pegawai Pengadilan Militer II-16 Makassar. Hasil penelitian ni menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja dan remunerasi berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kinerja Pegawai Pengadilan Militer II-16 Makassar. Beban kerja   yang   diberikan   terkadang   tidak sesuai dengan kemampuan maka berdampak pada penurunan kinerja pegawai. Remunerasi yang diberikan secara berkala sesuai dengan standar dapat membantu meningkatkan semangat kerja Pegawai Pengadilan Militer II-16 Makassar. Beberapa pegawai pernah mengalami pemotongan remunerasi hal ni menunjukkan ketegasan pemberian remunerasi ni berbasis kinerja. Sistem demikian dapat terus ditingkatkan dengan memperbaiki pemetaan beban kerja agar sesuai dengan kemampuan pegawai. Serta membuat ndikator khusus melalui pelatihan pegawai yang akan mengerjakan pekerjaan yang tidak  sesuai  dengan  kemampuannya.  Ketegasan  terhadap remunerasi juga patut dipertahankan. This study aimed to analyze the effect of workload and remuneration on the performance given by Military Court Employees II-16 Makassar. The workload s given based on the capacity and position held by the Military Court Employees II-16 Makassar. The system for providing remuneration refers to the current presidential regulation based on the type of class of Military Court Employees II-16 Makassar. This research was a descriptive analysis using a quantitative approach. Data obtained from respondent from Military Court Employees II-16 Makassar. The result of this study ndicated that workload and remuneration affect the performance mprovement of Military Court Employees II-16 Makassar. The workload given s sometimes not n accordance with the ability, so t has an mpact on reducing employee performance. Remuneration given periodically n accordance with standard can help mprove the morale of Military Court II-16 Makassar employee. Some employees had experienced remuneration cut, this shows the assertiveness of this performance-based remuneration. Such as system can continue to be mproved by mproving workload mapping so that t matches employee capability also creating a special ndicator through training employee who will do work that s not n accordance with their ability. Assertiveness on remuneration should also be mantained.

Abstract

Public policy serves as a framework to address public needs and interests, including the regulation of community services. Recognizing the critical importance of public services, governments are motivated to improve service quality through effective public policy implementation. This study aims to analyze the role of public policies in enhancing specific aspects of service quality, such as transparency, accountability, and professionalism. Using qualitative research methods, this study employs a literature study approach with a systematic selection of relevant sources, including peer-reviewed journals, government reports, and policy documents. Data analysis follows three stages: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the subject.  The findings indicate that public policies are instrumental in setting minimum service standards, promoting accountability and transparency, empowering communities, enhancing the professionalism of service apparatus, integrating technology into services, and enforcing compliance through penalties for providers failing to meet standards. These measures collectively contribute to significant improvements in service delivery. This research highlights the importance of policy design and implementation in fostering a responsive and efficient public service system. The findings provide actionable insights for policymakers to optimize public service frameworks and ensure community satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of additional employee income and organizational justice on employee performance at the Office of the Human Resources Development and Personnel Agency (BKPSDM) of Wajo Regency. The sample in this study is the total population, which is 43 respondents. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, documentation and questionnaires. The results of the data analysis as seen in the table show that according to the perception of respondents in general, Organizational Justice at the Bureau of Personnel and Human Resource Development Agency is included in the very good criteria of the ideal score with the number of scores obtained 1451 with details of 10 indicators. The regression model in this research is suitable to be used to predict employee performance based on the input of additional variables of employee income, organizational fairness, and other variables outside this research model. The research shows that additional income and organization justice have a simultaneous and positive effect on employees' performance. The findings can inform policymakers and organizational leaders in designing effective compensation and management strategies that foster a positive work environment and improve employee outcomes. Lastly, qualitative research methods, such as interviews or focus groups, could be employed to gain deeper insights into employee perceptions and experiences regarding additional income, enriching the understanding of these dynamics in the workplace.

Abstract

This study analyzes the effectiveness of digital technology in enhancing educational administration services at UPT SMA Negeri 10 Wajo. Using a qualitative approach, data were collected through interviews, observations, and document studies with informants including the school principal, educators, students, the school committee, and parents. The findings indicate that digital technology improves administrative efficiency, particularly in data management, scheduling, school-parent communication, and academic reporting. Supporting factors include school policies, availability of digital devices, internet access, and educators’ openness to technology adoption. However, challenges such as limited digital literacy, infrastructure constraints, and technical issues remain obstacles. Recommended solutions include digital literacy training, infrastructure enhancement, and the development of a more user-friendly administrative system. Government support and active participation from parents and the school committee are essential in creating an effective and sustainable digital ecosystem.

Abstract

Background: In the process of presenting information so that leaders can make decisions and plan policies, there must be good systems and work procedures in the archives sector. An institution, be it a state or private institution, will not be able to provide good, complete and accurate information data, if the institution does not have good and regular archive management. Aim: Unveiling and analyzing the performance of archival management services of the Polewali Mandar’s District Department of Public Works and Spatial Planning Office and the obstacles encountered in optimizing service performance carried out by the archives section of the Polewali Mandar’s Department of Public Works and Spatial Planning Office. Method: This study used a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques were observation at the Polewali Mandar’s Department of Public Works and Spatial Planning, interviews with staff at the department, and documentation (Online and offline). Data analysis was carried out through data reduction, data display, conclusion drawing, and data verification. Findings: The human resources are still very lacking, and understanding and knowledge about archive management is still very minimal, shrinkage  of an archive in the office has never been done because of the lack of knowledge of employees in managing archives, there are cultural factors of bad habits that cause the absence of responsibility and discipline that causes a deterioration in employee performance. This factor is a bad example for other employees so that the sustainability of poor performance is inevitable and has an impact on employee work results.
