Abstract

Standardization of work systems is necessary both for companies and for workers, standardization makes it easier for companies to make company plans and targets. For workers, standardization is a guide in making it easier for workers to do their work. This study aims to integrate the results of research conducted from 2022 and try it out, resulting in standardization of work systems in the shoe industry at CV. Civani which includes the specifications and physical form of the facilities used, work methods for each work station and the physical work environment that meets the job requirements. By standardizing the work system, it is hoped that workers will be more comfortable and safe in doing their jobs and help in achieving targets.

Abstract

Laptop adalah salah satu dari perkembangan teknologi yang banyak digunakan untuk kebutuhan belajar maupun bekerja. Laptop dengan kondisi pemakaian pertama atau second tidak kalah daripada laptop baru. Banyak pelanggan yang mencari laptop dengan kondisi second tetapi masih memiliki spesifikasi yang dapat digunakan sesuai kebutuhan. Namun banyak pelanggan yang mengalami kesulitan dalam menentukan pilihan laptop second yang akan digunakan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangakan sistem rekomendasi laptop second yang dapat memberikan saran kepada pengguna dan dapat membuat pelayanan toko menjadi lebih efektif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Content Based Filtering dengan pengumpulan data dengan observasi, wawancara dan studi literatur. Melalui studi kasus yang dilakukan di The Master Computer Sukoharjo. Teknik keyword matching dan cosine similarity untuk pencocokan inputan user dan menilai kemiripan terhadap atribut item yaitu merek, prosesor, ram, storage, gpu, dan keyword (deskripsi) produk. Sistem ini dapat memudahkan pelanggan dalam mengambil keputusan pilihan laptop second sesuai dengan keinginan. Output dari sistem ini berupa website yang dapat memberikan rekomendasi laptop second dengan menampilkan detail spesifikasi dan harga yang diharapkan pelanggan.

Abstract

Tofu and sugarcane juice drinks are in great demand because they taste delicious and affordable. These drinks can be contaminated with pathogenic bacteria due to hygiene and poor environment. Contamination of pathogenic bacteria that are resistant to antibiotics is a serious health threat.  The objective of this study is to identify and provide antibiotic resistance bacteria from tofu and sugarcane juice drinks overview. This Study is a descriptive-observation with a cross-sectional design. Bacterial identification is carried out by culture, while resistance testing is carried out by Kirby-Bauer. Penicillin, amoxicillin, ampicillin, ciprofloxacin, chloramphenicol, gentamicin, tetracycline, and vancomycin were used. 43 samples of tofu water drink and 70 samples of sugarcane juice drink were selected by purposive sampling. Staphylococcus aureus, Salmonella typhi, Enterobacter aerogenes, and Klebsiella pneumoniae founds in tofu drinks, while Enterobacter aerogenes, Salmonella typhi, Shigella dysenteriae, and Escherichia coli founds in sugarcane juice. Staphylococcus aureus resistant to penicillin (100%), Salmonella typhi resistant to penicillin (66.6%), Enterobacter aerogenes resistant to tetracycline (70%), Klebsiella pneumoniae resistant to penicillin (100%), Shigella dysenteriae resistant to ampicillin and gentamicin (100%), and Escherichia coli resistant to vancomycin (100%). Pathogenic-resistant bacteria in tofu and sugarcane juice drinks show the risk of spreading resistant bacteria which can trigger bacterial resistance with a wider spectrum.
