Abstract

Information technology provides development for companies, with information technology facilitating companies in the work process, starting from managing existing information at the company to employee performance. Therefore, information technology has a good impact on companies. With the existence of information technology, IT Governance is needed to align IT and business in a company, this is done so that work processes in the company run more effectively both for employees and for corporate governance, corporate governance must be managed as well as possible so that it is organized and provides a good impact on the company, for this governance a system called COBIT is needed, because COBIT can manage everything from IT needs and business needs to corporate governance. With COBIT in a company, there will be designs that are in accordance with the wishes of the company and can be controlled more by IT management.

Abstract

Di era globalisasi saat ini, rumah sakit dituntut untuk meningkatkan kinerja dan daya saing dengan merumuskan kebijakan-kebijakan strategis, termasuk efisiensi organisasi, manajemen, dan sumber daya manusia. Rumah Sakit Hermana Lembean di wilayah Minahasa Utara memiliki visi untuk menjadi pusat pelayanan kesehatan terbaik di wilayahnya. Untuk meningkatkan layanan teknologi informasi, banyak rumah sakit menerapkan kerangka kerja ITIL sebagai panduan terbaik dalam merancang, mengimplementasikan, dan mengelola layanan teknologi informasi mereka. Sistem Manajemen Teknologi Informasi (ITSM) di rumah sakit menjadi semakin penting untuk memastikan layanan kesehatan yang efektif dan efisien. Jaminan ketersediaan layanan menjadi hal yang penting, dan penanganan insiden-insiden yang tepat sangat diperlukan untuk memastikan bahwa layanan TI tetap tersedia dan dapat mendukung pelayanan kesehatan lebih efektif. Salah satu insiden atau masalah yang biasanya terjadi adalah duplikasi data pada system dan server down, yang membutuhkan evaluasi untuk meningkatkan performa layanan TI dengan mengacu pada best practice yaitu framework ITIL V3. Penerapan kerangka kerja ITIL dapat membantu Rumah Sakit Hermana Lembean dalam merancang, mengimplementasikan, dan mengelola layanan teknologi informasi mereka dengan lebih efektif. Dari hasil self-assessment menunjukkan bahwa institusi ini hanya mencapai level 1.5, sehingga disarankan agar perusahaan bisa membuat kebijakan perusahaan pada penggunaan level Prerequisites.

Abstract

Teknologi informasi sudah menjadi salah satu bagian penting bagi setiap organisasi perusahaan, sehingga tidak heran banyak perusahaan menganggap bahwa TI dapat memberikan nilai tambah bagi keberhasilan bisnis perusahaan. Dengan menerapkan TI, tidak hanya mendukung jalannya proses bisnis perusahaan tetapi bisa menjadi sumber peluang untuk mendapatkan competitive advantage. Saat ini investasi TI sudah banyak dilakukan oleh perusahaan, oleh sebab itu perlu dilakukan pengukuran terhadap pengelolaan TI, sehingga keberadaan TI dapat dirasakan kegunaannya. COBIT 2019 merupakan salah satu kerangka kerja audit yang dapat digunakan untuk mengelola dan mengontrol tata kelola teknologi informasi. PT Indonesia Comnet Plus kantor perwakilan Suluttenggo merupakan objek perusahaan dari penelitian ini dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui apakah penerapan tata kelola TI pada PT Indonesia Comnets Plus Suluttenggo telah mencapai capability level yang telah diharapkan dan bagaimana tingkat kesenjangan yang ada pada tata kelola TI di PT Indonesia Comnets Plus Suluttenggo berdasarkan framework COBIT 2019. Setelah dilakukan analisa terhadap sebelas design factor COBIT 2019, didapati 3 objectives prioritas yang memiliki target kapabilitas level 4 dengan nilai 75% yaitu EDM01, APO04, BAI02. Kemudian dilakukan perhitungan capability level for process dan didapati setiap objectives prioritas mendapatkan kapabilitas level 4 dengan kategori rating process activites yaitu fully achieved.

Abstract

The advancement of technology has ushered the world into a new era, particularly in the field of information. In this context, information technology plays a significant role in supporting and enhancing the management of companies to remain competitive. One commonly used method in managing information technology is IT governance, which is included in the framework of COBIT (Control Objective for Information and Related Technology) 2019. Until now, there has been no evaluation or research conducted on the IT performance of Hotel Sutan Raja, thus the extent of the implementation of information technology in the hotel's operations is still unknown. This project focuses on the use of information systems and IT at Hotel Sutan Raja to manage the hotel's operations and data. The project was carried out by conducting a literature study on the design factors of COBIT 2019, with the result that there are four core models with high levels of importance for the Hotel Sutan Raja governance system, namely APO06, DSS01, EDM04, and BAI07. Five core models are at level 2, while two core models are at level 1

Abstract

Indonesia merupakan negara yang kaya akan nilai-nilai budaya yang diwariskan secara turuntemurun seperti cerita rakyat. Pada saat ini, cerita rakyat menghadapi tantangan untuk tumbuh dan berkembang di masyarakat indonesia. Sampai pada saat ini, cerita rakyat hanya dikemas dalam bentuk buku cerita sederhana dan film animasi sederhana. Hal ini mengakibatkan cerita rakyat tidak lagi diminati oleh masyarakat khususnya kalangan anak-anak. Anak-anak lebih banyak tahu soal game atau apapun dari internet. Tapi tentang cerita rakyat dari daerah mereka tidak banyak tahu. Rasa cinta yang berlebihan pada budaya luar membuat budaya dari negeri sendiri malah dilupakan. Dengan menggabungkan teknologi Augmented Reality dengan cerita rakyat Burung Kekekow pada perangkat Android, cerita rakyat Burung Kekekow dapat dikemas dengan kemasan yang lebih menarik. Augmented Reality merupakan suatu teknologi yang menggabungkan objek maya dengan objek nyata dan memproyeksikan benda maya tersebut dalam waktu nyata. Dengan menggunakan teknologi augmented reality Berdasarkan hal tersebut, maka peneliti membuat sebuah aplikasi Pengenalan Cerita Rakyat Sulawesi Utara Burung Kekekow dengan menggunakan teknologi augmented reality berbasis android yang dapat menampilkan bentuk 3D dari cerita rakyat Burung Kekekow berdasarkan pada hasil deteksi marker yang ada.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang desain antarmuka pengguna (UI/UX) pada aplikasi mobile sebuah kedai makanan dan minuman yang menyediakan program loyalitas bagi pengguna dan penjual. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Design Thinking, dengan lima tahapan yang terinci: empatize, define, ideate, prototype, dan test. Hasilnya adalah aplikasi dengan UI/UX yang memfasilitasi UMKM dalam meningkatkan retensi pelanggan dan mempermudah pembeli dalam memesan. Testing task scenario memberikan hasil usability score 81, menunjukkan tingkat usability yang baik. Implikasi praktisnya adalah aplikasi ini dapat menjadi solusi inovatif sesuai kebutuhan dan harapan pengguna, serta membantu UMKM dalam mengembangkan bisnis mereka. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa penerapan Design Thinking dalam pengembangan aplikasi mobile untuk UMKM menghasilkan desain yang berfokus pada pengguna dan solusi inovatif. Hal ini menunjukkan kontribusi penelitian ini terhadap pengembangan aplikasi yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pasar dan membantu UMKM dalam bersaing di era digital.

Abstract

In today's rapidly evolving digital landscape, mobile applications have become integral to everyday life, transforming interactions across various services, including food procurement. Despite the growing popularity of online food sales, challenges persist in ensuring accessibility and user satisfaction, particularly with traditional dishes like "bakso tusuk." This research aims to address these challenges by prioritizing intuitive user interface design and enhancing user experience within a specialized food sales application for bakso tusuk. Through the effective integration of UI/UX design elements, the goal is to deliver a seamless and enjoyable online shopping experience for users, thereby fostering trust and bolstering business growth within the digital sphere. Employing the Design Thinking methodology, the study progresses through empathizing with users, defining problems, generating ideas, prototyping solutions, and testing outcomes, ultimately striving to produce a user-centric application that positively impacts the online culinary industry and enhances consumer convenience in digital food purchasing. Recommendations include broader engagement with respondents for empathy-driven problem-solving and future updates tailored for web-based platforms, ensuring ongoing enhancement and competitiveness in the dynamic market.

Abstract

In terms of technology, governance can be implemented effectively and efficiently if it can provide functionality or value that applies to businesses of all sizes and types. IT governance design can help you explore design factors that influence governance and includes a workflow for planning a governance system for your enterprise. Control Objectives for Information and Related Technologies (COBIT) is a framework created by ISACA that contains guidance or guidance documents that may be useful to auditors, users, and management. COBIT is an internationally recognized and applied best practice for information, information technology, and organizational risk which can be used to define information technology to maximize IT control. As it is required to improve IT service, the design of IT governance was conducted at the Central Unit Hospital (RSUP) Prof. Kandou, Manado, North Sulawesi, using the latest version of COBIT, COBIT 2019. The following is an explanation of the priorities of Malayang Hospital. Governance below 25 points is proficiency level 1. The results shows that there are five objectives that becomes main priority (reaching level 4): EDM03, APO12, BAI02, BAI03 and BAI05. These objectives are the ones recommended to be audited. Abstract

Information Technology can determine competitiveness and the ability to improve performace, as well as enhance effectiveness and efficienc for businesses, IT Governance can be considered successful when it aligns with organizational goals and the implementation for IT itself. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate its maturity level. COBIT 2019 is one of the audit frameworks that can be used to control the Governance of information technology. PT. Daya Adicipta Wisesa is the subject of this research, with the aim of determining whether the implemented IT Governance has the desired Capability Level and to indentify the level of gaps in IT Governance based on the COBIT 2019 framework. Ater analyzing the 11 design factors of COBIT 2019, seven priority onjectives were found to have a target capability level 4, which is 80% namely APO13, BAI04, DSS01, DSS02, DSS03, DSS04, and DSS05. Then, the capability level calculation was conducted, and the priority onbjectives were determined as follows: APO13 achieved capability level 5, BAI03 achieved capability level 4, DSS01 achieved capability level 5, DSS02 achieved capability level 5, DSS03 achieved capability level 4, DSS04 achieved capability level 5, and DSS05 acvieved capability level 4, with a rating of fully achieved for the process activity category.

Abstract

Information Technology (IT) governance is crucial for the success of companies in the current digital era. PT. Bitung Branch Fisheries, which operates in the fisheries sector in the Bitung area, faces challenges in effective IT management and governance. Adopting the COBIT 2019 framework, the company hopes to improve operational efficiency, reduce security risks, and ensure regulatory compliance. This research aims to explore the implementation of COBIT 2019 at PT. Bitung branch fisheries, identifying problems and potential improvements, as well as the impact on IT performance and governance. Focus on PT's unique context. The Bitung branch fisheries differentiate it from previous studies, hoping that the results will benefit companies and the IT governance community. Through a comprehensive literature review and research methodology, we analyze the design factors influencing IT governance and COBIT 2019 implementation. The results highlight APO04 as a priority object, indicating the company's attention to IT innovation. However, gaps were found in the current level of capability. We recommend strengthening the implementation of APO04, increasing managerial capabilities, and strategic collaboration to improve IT governance and innovation at the PT. Bitung branch of fisheries. In conclusion, this research provides valuable insights for companies and the IT governance community in implementing COBIT 2019 to improve performance and compliance in the ever-evolving digital era.
