Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan adalah untuk mengetahui besar efisiensi thermal mesin diesel. Untuk mengetahui besar efisiensi thermal mesin diesel dengan menggunakan cyclepad. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pengambilan data praktis. Data pertama adalah data spesifikasi mesin Diesel tipe Volvo Penta D9-MH yang akan digunakan dalam perhitungan dengan menggunakan software cyclepad. Untuk memulai perhitungan diperlukan juga parameter awal yaitu proses setiap Langkah, Temperatur Awal (T), Tekanan Awal P (Tekanan Atmosfir), massa udara, nilai kalor bahan bakar dan nilai perbandingan udara dan bahan bakar. Dari hasil penelitian menggunakan sofware cyclepad yaitu efisiensi termal untuk mesin diesel tipe Volvo Penta D9-MH diperoleh sebesar 58,43%. Sedangkan efisiensi mekanis mesin sebesar 91,80%, Temperatur maksimum sebesar 3385 °C, Temperatur minimum sebesar 27 °C, Tekanan Efektif Rata-rata sebesar 1907 kPa, Tekanan maksimum sebesar 6722 kPa, Tekanan minimum sebesar 100 kPa, kalor masuk sebesar 42,17 kJ, kalor buang sebesar 17,53 kJ, kerja masuk sebesar 7,91 kJ dan kerja keluar 32,55 kJ.

Abstract

Krisis energi telah menjadikan mesin Stirling salah satu pilihan lagi, karena fleksibel terhadap bahan bakar. Mesin Stirling dapat memanfaatkan panas dari berbagai bahan bakar, termasuk biomassa, biogas, dan energi surya. Langkah pertama dalam membangun prototipe mesin Stirling adalah melakukan perhitungan berdasarkan teori Schmidt. Dari hasil perhitungan didapatkan Temperatur panas sebesar 245 °C atau 519 K, temperatur dingin sebesar 44 °C atau 317 K, sudut antara silinder panas dan dingin sebesar 90°, diameter piston ekspansi sebesar 15 mm, Panjang langkah piston ekspansi sebesar 20,06 mm, diameter piston kompresi sebesar 13 mm, Panjang langkah piston kompresi sebesar 20,06 mm, volume sisa pada piston kompresi sebesar dan volume sisa pada piston ekspansi sebesar Hasil dari pembuatan prototipe mesin Stirling dan dilakukan pengujian, mesin Stirling mampu berputar maksimal 250 rpm tanpa beban. Mesin mampu berputar selama sumber panas yang di berikan pada silinder sisi panas masih menyala. Hasil pengujian mesin dapat berputar selama 5 menit.

Abstract

Sistem injeksi bahan bakar elektronik dikembangkan untuk meningkatkan kinerja sistem bahan bakar pada motor bensin. Sistem injeksi bahan bakar elektronik adalah seperangkat alat untuk mensuplay bahan bakar yang diperlukan untuk pembakaran pada motor bensin. Sistim ini menggunakan beberapa sensor untuk mendeteksi kondisi mesin dan unit pengontrol (rangkaian elektronik). Untuk mempelajari lebih jauh tentang sistem ini maka Pendidikan tinggi yang menyelenggarakan Pendidikan vokasi jurusan Teknik khususnya Teknik otomotif membutuhkan trainer fuel injection simulator sebagai media mendukung proses pembelajaran. Oleh karena itu peneliti tertarik untuk merancang dan membuat trainer fuel injection simulator sepeda motor. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang dan membuat trainer fuel injection simulator sepeda motor yang dapat digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran, serta untuk mengetahui pengaruh malfungsi sensor terhadap sistem kerja EFI. Hasil perancangan dan pembuatan trainer fuel injection simulator sepeda motor menghasilkan sebuah alat yang dapat digunakan dalam menunjang proses pembelajaran dengan ukuran rangka tinggi panel 100 cm, tinggi meja 80 cm dan lebar 100 cm. Setelah dilakukan pengujian maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa ketika terjadi malfungsi pada throttle body maka akan berpengaruh pada injector. Dimana injector akan menyemprotkan bahan bakar lebih sedikit daripada saat kondisi normal.

Abstract

Pengangkat kendaraan sepeda motor atau sering disebut bike lift adalah alat yang berfungsi menaikan dan menurukan kendaraan sepeda motor untuk membantu, mempermudah mekanik dalam posisi berkerja sekaligus digunakan sebagai meja kerja seorang mekanik. Alat Pengangkat kendaraan sepeda motor dengan perancangan system hidrolik (manual) merupakan sistem pengerak dengan memanfaatkan tenaga pengerak berupa zat cair yang pada umumnya menggunakan zat minyak fluida yang dapat memunculkan daya angkat, sehingga dengan adanya bike lift dengan system hidrolik (manual) dapat memudahkan mekanik apabila bike lift dengan system pnuematic (otomatis) tidak dapat digunakan sewaktu-waktu. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui mendesain dan membuat alat bike lift dengan sistem hidrolik (manual). Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah alat bike lift dengan bahan besi baja alloy UNP. Ukuran panjang 1800 mm, lebar 700 mm, tinggi 770 mm, bobot 60 kg dan kapasitas angkat 139 kg. Sistem penggerak hidrolik 5 Ton. Analisis kekuatan rangka bike lift dilakukan untuk mengangkat dan menahan kendaraan pada tiga posisi yaitu: posisi bawah dengan sudut 5°, Posisi Tengah dengan sudut 20°, dan posisi terakhir posisi atas sudut 28°, menghasilkan hitungan yang menyatakan bike lift dapat bekerja dengan baik untuk mengangkat dan menahan kendaraan dengan bobot maksimum 139 kg.

Abstract

ABSTRACT: All types of alcoholic beverages, including liquor, have been around for a long time. Private consumption of liquor is considered unlawful. Law enforcers have difficulty eradicating the habit of consuming alcohol which has become embedded in society. Regional Regulation No.02 of 2015 in Maluku, especially in Salahutu District, regulates the control and distribution of alcoholic beverages. If someone does not have a business license to sell liquor, they will lose out on funds. In Maluku itself, many people sell liquor in the form of sopi illegally or without an Alcoholic Drinks Trading Business License (SIUP-MB). The aims of this research are (1) to examine and analyze law enforcement for providers or sellers of sopi type alcoholic drinks in Central Maluku, and (2) to study and analyze the concept of criminal law enforcement against providers or sellers of sopi type alcoholic drinks in Central Maluku. In this research, the author uses empirical juridical law. For resource persons, involving residents in Liang village who often consume sopi alcoholic drinks, traditional leaders, Liang village government staff, and Babinkamtibmas. Data collection techniques in research are divided into 2, namely, literature study and field study. Based on the research results, it can be seen that the penalties governing alcoholic beverages are very weak so that they do not impose criminal sanctions on sellers of illegal alcoholic beverages, only goods (sopi) are confiscated as evidence. A draft law on alcoholic beverages should be created to resolve all problems related to alcoholic beverages, including sectoral regulations, non-uniform regional regulations, and law enforcement.

Abstract

Illegal fishing sebagai kegiatan penangkapan ikan secara illegal atau melawan hukum merupakan salah satu bentuk tindak pidana di bidang perikanan. Tujuan penulisan ini adalah untuk mengkaji dan menganalisis kebijakan hukum pidana illegal fishing di perairan Maluku dan kebijakan penanggulangan illegal fishing di perairan Maluku. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini yaitu penelitian yuridis normatif. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini yakni pendekatan perundang-undangan (statute approach) dan pendekatan konseptual (conseptual approach). Sumber bahan hukum yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini, yakni bahan hukum primer, bahan hukum sekunder dan bahan hukum tersier. Teknik pengumpulan bahan hukum adalah studi kepustakaan dan selanjutnya analisis bahan hukum secara kualitatif.  Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kebijakan hukum pidana illegal fishing di perairan Maluku menggunakan UU Perikanan yang menjadi payung hukum penegakan hukum illegal fishing di Indonesia. Kebijakan hukum pidana sebagai bentuk perumusan peraturan hukum pidana yang lebih baik, tentunya UU Perikanan sebagai Hukum Pidana Administrasi (administrative penal law) memiliki sejumlah kelemahan. Untuk itu kebijakan penanggulangan iilegal fishing di perairan Maluku juga membutuhkan pendekatan non penal (tidak menggunakan hukum pidana) seperti adanya sosialisasi/edukasi kepada masyarakat tentang bahaya dan akibat hukum praktek illegal fishing atau penggunaan kearifan lokal masyarakat Maluku seperti budaya sasi laut dalam meminimalisir praktek illegal fishing. Dibutuhkan adanya pendekatan yang integral yakni keterpaduan atau keserampakan pendekatan penal dan non penal dalam penanggulangan tindak pidana illegal fishing di perairan Maluku.

Abstract

Introduction: Fulfillment of economic, social and cultural rights is a reflection of guaranteeing human rights. However, the economic, social and cultural rights of every citizen must be supported by their status as a citizen. Because a person's citizenship status has the effect of giving them a number of rights as a citizen. This problem occurs for Sangir Filipino residents whose citizenship status is unclear.Purposes of the Research: Is to examine and analyze the ideal policies taken by the government, especially the regional government of Bitung City, North Sulawesi Province, in addressing issues that provide economic, social and cultural rights for Sangir Filipino residents who have unclear citizenship status, so that this has an impact. on Providing their rights as part of providing human rights.Methods of the Research: In this research is normative juridical research using statutory regulations and a contextual approach. The sources of legal materials used in this research are primary legal materials, secondary legal materials and tertiary legal materials. This legal material was obtained through literature review and then explained qualitatively.Results of the Research: Show that the citizenship status of Sangir Filipino residents does not clearly have an impact on the provision of economic, social and cultural rights. There is a need for policies by the Regional Government and the Central Government, such as updating national laws that simplify the citizenship registration process, providing outreach to Sangir Filipino residents about the importance of a clear citizenship status, and the need for participation from all elements of society in order to overcome this problem.

Abstract

Introduction: The use of fishing gear that is not environmentally friendly in fishing activities is often carried out by people around the Seram Sea, especially fishermen in West Seram Regency. This shows the lack of public understanding of the negative impacts caused by destructive fishing activities. Even though there are various regulations governing capture fisheries activities that are not environmentally friendly.Purposes of Devotion: Community service carried out through outreach activities to the Kairatu Village community regarding the Socialization of Policies for Handling Unenvironmentally Friendly Fishing Gear in the Fisheries Sector. Method of Devotion: The method used in the First Stage: we carried out initial data collection to determine the needs of the Kairatu Village community. Second stage: we process the initial data and then present it through outreach activities. Third Stage: we provide outreach to both village officials and the community who attend. Fourth Stage: we carried out final data collection to evaluate the socialization we carried out.Results of the Devotion: As a result, the community understands the impact of using fishing gear that is not environmentally friendly in the fisheries sector as well as the legal consequences that arise if the community continues to carry out destructive fishing activities using fishing gear that is not environmentally friendly.

Abstract

The coconut-based agroforestry system in North Halmahera has been developing for a long time, but in its development some people still plant coconuts in monoculture. The purpose of this study was to determine the planting patterns developed in North Halmahera Regency and to determine the contribution of coconut-based agroforestry in North Halmahera. The method used was purposive sampling to determine the location of the study, a questionnaire to obtain social data and the analysis tool to calculate the feasibility of agroforestry businesses was financial analysis (BCR, NPV and IRR). The results showed that coconut-based land ownership in North Halmahera Regency was dominated by coconut monoculture patterns with a percentage of 80.56%. The application of coconut-based agroforestry planting patterns in North Halmahera Regency is three planting patterns, namely monoculture coconut planting patterns, mixed coconut planting patterns with nutmeg and mixed coconut planting patterns with nutmeg mixed with food crops and horticultural crops. The contribution of coconut-based agroforestry in North Halmahera Regency with an IRR value for coconut monoculture planting patterns of 48%, a coconut planting pattern mixed with lime nutmeg with an IRR value of 77% and a coconut planting pattern mixed with nutmeg mixed with food crops and horticulture with an IRR value of 117%. Therefore, it is necessary to pay special attention to the relevant agencies for the development of agroforestry planting patterns based on coconut mixed with nutmeg mixed with food crops and horticulture in the future

Abstract

Introduction: The National Police is a public security protection agency, but now many individuals are caught committing acts that disrupt security and even persecute the community. The existence of these violations adds to the long blacklist of increased violations of discipline and code of ethics committed by members of the National Police.Purposes of the Research: To analyze physical violence committed by members of the National Police against the community, this is because the police is a subsystem that is directly related to the perpetrators of crimes and the community, so that the duties and responsibilities of the police can be said to be greater than other subsystems.Methods of the Research: The method used to analyze and discuss this problem is Normative Juridical.Results of the Research: Increased police commitment to better protection and promotion of human rights at the national level. This was realized by the birth of Law No. 39 of 1999 concerning Human Rights. As stipulated in international human rights law and standards, the police have rights, but there are also limits to the powers of the police. However, different from the expected reality, the presence of the police in the midst of the community has caused a scourge for the community. There is police behavior that deviates from the expected professional ethics and there are also those that make the community miserable, such as pungli, arrogant and violent behavior. This causes a fall in public trust in the police Regardless of whether the actions of the National Police are true or not, in the institution of the National Police if there are irregularities, violations of the law and abuse of authority, then members of the National Police will be processed based on the applicable rules.
