Abstract

Online loans have started to spread in society through advertisements on gadgets when opening applications, watching videos from YouTube, shopping centers and sometimes even daring to offer them to homes. Not a few families are trapped because they are offered low interest with an easy and fast disbursement process. In the end, due to minimal literacy about the dangers of online loans, many customers' personal data is misused by borrowers because they are unable to pay. Good financial management is one solution for individuals and families to avoid economic conflict. Especially for people who already have families, this is very important for the welfare of life in the future. Someone may borrow money not because it is difficult to find money, but rather to buy unnecessary items to follow desires rather than needs without financial planning. This study aims to avoid - especially Muslim families, from online loans with family financial management from Islamic religious reference sources. By taking wisdom from informal interviews which are also equipped with references from books and journals to discuss in more detail the dangers of online loans and the importance of family financial management from Islamic religious sources in maintaining the integrity of the household.

Abstract

 Indonesia is a country that has abundant natural resources. We can manage natural resources to take advantage of it, for example, as a place for tourism, for example natural tourism. The implementation of this community service activity was carried out in Cijeruk Village, Kujang Hamlet, Sawah Tengah. The community service will be held on 10 August – 12 September 2021. The target of this community service is the natural resources in Cijeruk Village which have the potential to be used as a tourist spot. The purpose of this community service is to help develop Cijeruk Village and improve the economy of the people there through the construction of tourist attractions. This community service method is in the form of involving village officials, the community, and local youth organizations to be involved in the development of the Cibeet River nature tourism. The implementation carried out is revamping the Cibeet River area, making and mapping photo spots, making chairs, making access roads and others. The result of the development of the Cibeet River natural tourism is the development of the Cibeet River natural tourism, which is used as a rest area and a place to play. In conclusion, the existence of Kali Cibeet natural tourism can help the development of Cijeruk Village, which is marked by the large number of people who come to the Kali Cibeet Nature tourism and the community's economy can increase by adding new livelihoods for the community such as building stalls in tourist areas, parking lots, rental places mats, hammocks etc.

Abstract

Offline-based tutoring activities in Cijeruk Village, Dayeuhluhur District, Cilacap Regency were carried out for the UMTAS KKN-T service program targeting elementary school students living in Cijeruk Village. This activity aims to (1) assist students in understanding material that is not yet understood, (2) help with assignments given to students so that students do not experience difficulties, (3) in addition to participating in reducing corona virus clusters in the education sector, Offline-based tutoring also results in Elementary School (SD) students better understanding the material provided and being more helpful in doing schoolwork.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Arabic question items for the end of the regional joint madrasah (UAMBD) exam for Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) students for the 2017-2018 Academic Year. After conducting research using qualitative descriptive methods with purposive sampling techniques. The result showed that (1) the validity of the contents of the Arabic UAMBD MI Year 2018 shows a very high. This is showed by the level of 100% compatibility of all the items with the specified lattice; (2) UAMBD MI year 2018 Arabic questions have a high level of reliability or consistency, with a test score of 0.68 (at intervals of 0.60-0.80). It can be stated that the use of Arabic in UAMBD in 2018 can be trusted. If the results in terms of difficulties are 63.23% (0.63), it can be said to a standard test; (3) the difference in power shows it is acceptable at 31.4% and acceptable but needs to be improved at 25.7%; and (4) the distribution of 11 question items in Arabic UAMBD MI 2018 has a very good distribution of answer choices (distractors/deceivers); five good questions; six items lacking; nine bad questions; and four items are terrible.

Abstract

Based on the results of observations, the PKM team found several unique phenomena related to the empowerment of waqf land as a medium for local wisdom-based food security in Kadumekar Village, one of which is that public cemetery waqf land is still rarely used for the benefit of the community, the knowledge and behavior of the community who still blame each other regarding the use of waqf land, the harvest from the use of waqf land is used for the benefit of the community and the operation of the waqf manager. The purpose of this PKM is to carry out the empowerment of waqf land as a medium for local wisdom-based food security in Kadumekar Village. This PKM method uses observation, socialization and mentoring, monitoring and evaluation. The conclusion in this PKM is that the level of understanding of PKM partners before the implementation of mentoring activities gets a minimum score of 10/100 and the highest gets a score of 60/100, but after the implementation of mentoring activities gets a minimum score of 60/100, and a maximum score of 100/100. When averaged, the level of understanding of PKM partners has changed from an average score of 25.5 points in the category of very not understanding, changing drastically to 87 points in the category of very understanding. This achievement according to the PKM team is a very significant achievement. In addition, this PKM has a positive impact on the community in the form of understanding the definition of waqf land in detail, food security, the benefits of waqf land, utilization of waqf land based on local wisdom, challenges in utilizing waqf land, opportunities for diversification of waqf land management, waqf land management models, challenges in empowerment and knowing the positive impact of waqf land empowerment.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang dibahas dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana pembiayaan murabahah berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas, dilakukan dengan pendekatan Return On Asset (ROA). Dalam teori jika pembiayaan meningkat maka Profitabilitas suatu perusahaan yang dilihat dari ROA akan meningkat begitu juga sebaliknya, Pembiayaan murabahah mengalami peningkatan setiap tahunnya, namun pertumbuhan ROA pada tahun 2020 ROA mengalami penurunan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah field research yang dilakukan pada PT. BPRS Amanah Rabbaniah Kabupaten Kuningan dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang penulis gunakan adalah dokumentasi berupa laporan keuangan PT. BPRS Amanah Rabbaniah Kabupaten Kuningan. Teknik analisis data dengan mengguakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pembiayaan murabahah terhadap profitabilitas (ROA) pada PT. BPRS Amanah Rabbaniah Kabupaten Kuningan berpengaruh signifikan dengan koefisien korelasi antara pembiayaan murabahah dengan profitabilitas sebesar 0,705 yang berarti korelasi positif dan kuat terhadap profit sedangkan koefisien regresi linear sederhana pembiayaan murabahah terhadap profit sebesar 0,369 dan standar atas koefisien regresi sebesar 0,214. Berdasarkan kedua angka tersebut diperoleh t hitung = 4,723. Sedangkan nilai kritis menurut tabel menggunkana rumus t α df n-2 yaitu 0,05 df 5-2=3. Karena t hitung lebih kecil dari t tabel ( 4,723 > 3,182) pada taraf signifikan 0,05 maka Ho diteima artinya terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara pembiayaan murabahah dan profitabilitas (ROA) pada PT. BPRS Amanah Rabbaniah Kabupaten Kuningan.

Abstract

This study aimed to explore teachers’ didactic competencies in planning Arabic language teaching for Non-Native Speaker (NNS) students at the Islamic senior high school level. A qualitative approach with a descriptive method was used in this study. The results of this study showed that the didactic competence of Arabic language teachers in planning Arabic language teaching had not been in line with applicable regulations and guidelines, such as determining core competencies and basic competencies levels, formulating the indicators of competency achievement, setting learning objectives, and developing learning activities by integrating 4C skills in core activities. The foregoing was due to the lack of teachers’ understanding and experiences in developing syllabi and preparing lesson plans. It is hoped that this study can be a reference for Arabic language teachers at all levels of Islamic schools, especially in developing a syllabus and preparing appropriate lesson plans, so that learning processes can be carried out effectively.

Abstract

In Indonesia, the construction industry sector in the last three years has grown rapidly with increasing infrastructure development in Indonesia. This must be supported by the availability of competent human resources and good supervision of workers. This research focuses on mitigating K3L risks in coastal development projects, where complex environmental factors and operational hazards increase the potential for accidents and environmental damage. The method used in this study is a survey method combined with a research study approach. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires distributed to 30 respondents involved in construction projects along the North Coast of Java. The collected data was analyzed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) and the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) to identify, measure, and prioritize risks. SPSS was employed to test data reliability, validity, correlation, and regression, while AHP helped determine risk rankings and the consistency of the assessment. The results reveal that environmental factors pose the highest risk (0.67), followed by equipment (0.26) and human factors (0.07). The study highlights the importance of integrating comprehensive K3L strategies to minimize risks and improve project efficiency. This research offers a structured framework for construction companies to implement more effective safety measures, contributing to safer working environments and more sustainable coastal infrastructure development.

Abstract

This study aimed to reveal the semantic grammatical errors in the translation of various Arabic sentences into Indonesian. This study used a qualitative descriptive method with a content analysis model. The data sources in this study were five different Arabic sentences translated by the teacher who taught the heritage book in Islamic boarding schools, namely: jumlah muṡbatah (positive sentences), jumlah manfiyah (negative sentences), jumlah istifhamiyah (interrogative sentences), jumlah syarṭiyah (conditional sentence), and jumlah al-qasam (sentence of oath). After analyzing and discussing the data obtained, the researcher found that there were 70% morphological errors in the translated text results consisting of 51% noun errors (isim) and 19% verb errors (fi'il). Additionally, the researcher found 76% syntactic errors from the translated text, consisting of 10% word errors, 9% phrase errors, 29% clause errors, and 28% sentence errors.

Abstract

Sayuran yang merupakan tanaman hortikultura, memiliki nilai komersial yang cukup tinggi. Sebab tanaman sayuran merupakan produk pertanian yang senantiasa dikonsumsi setiap hari. Perilaku konsumen dalam membeli sayuran sangat penting dalam menentukan keberhasilan suatu pasar. Hypermart merupakan jenis pasar modern yang memiliki banyak kebutuhan. Hypermart ini dapat menerapkan one stop one shopping karena lokasinya berada di dalam mall. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk: (1)  menganalisis perilaku konsumen  sayur di pasar modern Hypermart kota jakarta selatan, (2) menganalisis  proses pengambilan keputusan konsumen dalam membeli sayuran di pasar modern Hypermart kota jakarta selatan. Metode yang telah dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif. Penelitian ini menjadikan informan dan informan kunci sebagai teknil pengambilan sampel. Penelitian ini menggunakan 2 jenis data. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini  data primer dan data skunder. Sumber data primer merupakan konsumen yang berada dilokasi dan staff Hypermart. sedangkan sumber data skunder merupakan hasil gambaran lokasi yang akan dijadikan sebagai informasi tambahan. Teknik pengambilan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara wawancara, dokumentasi, triangulasi dan observasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini konsumen sangat mementingkan kualitas sayur dan melakukan proses dalam pembelian sayuran di Hypermart.
