Initial survey found that there are still many pregnant women who do not regularly attend Antenatal Care visits. The aim of this study is to identify the factors influencing the regularity of Antenatal Care visits among pregnant women in Sugio Community Health Center, Lamongan Regency. This research has an analytical correlation design with a cross-sectional approach. The population consists of all pregnant women who have recorded Antenatal Care visits at Sugio Community Health Center. Using the Consecutive Sampling technique, a total of 50 pregnant women were obtained as the sample for this study, and data were collected through a questionnaire. The collected data were then tabulated and analyzed using the chi-square test with a significance level of p=0.05. The results of the study showed that the majority of pregnant women, 38 (76%), attended Antenatal Care visits regularly, while a small portion, 12 (24%), did not attend Antenatal Care visits regularly. Based on the analysis, it was found that the factor of parity had a p-value of 0.007 (p0.05), indicating a relationship between the respondents’ parity and the regularity of Antenatal Care visits. The factor of knowledge level yielded a p-value of 0.000 (p0.05), indicating a relationship between knowledge level and the regularity of Antenatal Care visits. The factor of famil support obtained a p-value of 0.000 (p0.05), indicating a relationship between family support and the regularity of Antenatal Care visits. Lastly, the factor of healthcare provider support had a p-value of 0.010 (p0.05), indicating a relationship between healthcare provider support and the regularity of Antenatal Care visits. Based on the research findings, it is hoped that pregnant women will be able to attend Antenatal Care visits regularly to ensure good health for their fetus.

The rampant use of MSG in over-consumed foods can damage cells in children's brains. MSG can cause decreased brain function and can affect cognitive development, and nutritional balance. The purpose of the data analysis was conducted to determine the impact of MSG use on children's cognitive development. The analysis method involves a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) using a bibliometric analysis approach of literature studies with the Publish or Perish application and Google Scholar as a data source with a duration of 2010-2023. After processing the article data by selecting a special topic on “the effect of MSG use on children's cognitive development”, 200 relevant articles were obtained for review from 200 articles from the initial search results. The results of the study were then compiled meta data VOSViewer application was used to create a visualization of research trends. The results showed that the classification of analysis on the effect of MSG use on children's cognitive development into 3 clusters. (red, blue, green). All data from these clusters show that the effect of MSG on children's cognitive development is still a problem that needs attention. Therefore, parents should be more careful in providing nutritional intake to their children.

The teacher’s skill to manage a class is important. Class management is performed by teachers to create and maintain conducive classroom conditions that can enhance the teaching and learning process. This research aims at describing the teachers’ discipline dimension which is one of three dimensions in classroom management techniques. The research employs a qualitative approach by using questionnaire and focus group discussion. The findings showed that the discipline dimensions which consist of students’ involvement, reinforcement, verbal and nonverbal cues, and teacher-parents collaboration, all had been implemented by the teachers at Al MAdinah Islamic School. This has a direct impact on students’ academic success.

Implementasi program pelibatan orang tua di sekolah memiliki pengaruh dalam perkembangan anak. Namun, hal tersebut dapat menjadi masalah pada proses pendidikan apabila belum terlaksana secara optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi program pelibatan orang tua di TKIT Iqra berdasarkan Hornby model for parent participation in school. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif dan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui survei sebagai pendukung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat banyak program implementasi pelibatan orang tua di TKIT Iqra yang sudah sesuai dengan Hornby model for parent participation in school, tetapi tingkat resiliensi keluarga, skala pelibatan orang tua dan perspektif guru TKIT Iqra masih berada pada kategori sedang sehingga program pelibatan orang tua di TKIT Iqra dapat dioptimalkan pada bentuk kegiatan counselling dan support melalui pameran hasil karya dan dongeng bersama.

Tarakan City has the lowest Open Unemployment Rate compared to other major cities in Kalimantan. Therefore, it is important to examine the factors that influence this condition. This study aims to identify and analyze the impact of Economic Growth, Population Size, Inflation Rate, and the Human Development Index on the Open Unemployment Rate in Tarakan City. The independent variables in this study are Economic Growth, Population Size, Inflation Rate, and HDI, while the dependent variable is the Open Unemployment Rate. The sample was obtained using census data from the Badan Pusat Statistik. Data analysis was conducted using the Multiple Linear Regression method, with SPSS Version 30 as the analytical tool. The estimated regression equation is Y = 123.231 + 0.037X₁ + 0.112X₂ + 0.195X₃ - 1.938X₄. The analysis results indicate that the Open Unemployment Rate in Tarakan City is influenced by Population Size, Inflation Rate, and HDI but is not affected by Economic Growth. The recommendations from this research suggest that the Government of Tarakan should focus on policies aimed at reducing the unemployment rate, such as improving the quality of education and healthcare, as well as developing training and skill development programs for the community.

Perkembangan hukum dalam kehidupan dituntut untuk mampu menjawab berbagai persoalan baru yang muncul sebagai akibat dari perubahan sosial, ekonomi, dan teknologi. Ketika hukum positif yang berlaku sudah tidak lagi mampu mengakomodasi permasalahan hukum kontemporer, maka dibutuhkan suatu kajian yang bersifat ilmiah dengan kegiatan penelitian hukum. Penelitian hukum merupakan sarana utama dalam menjawab tantangan tersebut, karena melalui penelitian, pengembangan pengetahuan hukum dapat dilakukan secara konsisten sistematis, dan metodologis. Terdapat pembaruan tentang perbedaan metode penelitian hukum normatif dan empiris dalam strategi penguatan perspektif kajian ilmu hukum dalam penulisan hukum sehingga dapat menjadi tonggak utama dalam membedakan penulisan hukum normatif dan empiris. Penelitian ini mengangkat pembahasan terkait perbedaan metode penelitian hukum normatif dan empiris dalam strategi penguatan perspektif kajian ilmu hukum dan proses dan efektivitas metode penelitian hukum normatif dan empiris dalam menghadapi strategi penguatan perspektif kajian ilmu hukum. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan atau mengembangkan analisis perbedaan antara metode penelitian hukum normatif dan empiris dalam rangka menyusun strategi yang efektif guna memperkuat perspektif kajian ilmu hukum. Dalam penelitian ini, terdapat dua pendekatan utama yang digunakan dalam penelitian hukum, yakni metode normatif dan metode empiris, yang masing-masing memiliki karakteristik serta fungsi yang berbeda dalam mengungkap kebenaran penelitian hukum. In the current digital era, the amount of information shared through social media continues to increase, including patient data that is vulnerable to leakage caused by healthcare workers who use social media in their professional activities and during data collection. This situation poses risks of privacy violations and legal issues. Law No. 17 of 2023 concerning Health does not yet provide sufficient protection for patient data, as it lacks explicit provisions regarding criminal sanctions. This study examines the appropriate legal standards for protecting patients' personal data in Indonesia to address these issues. The main objective of this research is to analyse criminal sanctions for healthcare workers who disclose patients' personal information through social media. The legal gap in the current health law, which does not specifically regulate criminal sanctions for breaches of patient data privacy, is the core subject of this study. The legal analysis conducted in this research is expected to strengthen legislation related to patient privacy protection and assist health authorities in preventing the misuse of patient information on social media by medical and healthcare personnel in hospitals.
