Abstract

This research aims to determine the use of mathematics learning media through an Augmented Reality (AR) approach in increasing students' interest in learning at SMP 1 Menes on the topic of flat-sided solid shapes. Augmented Reality media was chosen as an innovative approach due to its ability to present interactive and engaging three-dimensional (3D) visualizations, making it easier for students to understand abstract concepts. The research method used was quantitative with a quasi-experimental design. The population in this study were grade VIII junior high school students who were divided into two groups: an experimental group that used Augmented Reality (AR) learning media and a control group that used a conventional method. Data were collected through learning interest questionnaires, observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study showed that the use of AR learning media can significantly increase students' interest in learning, with an average increase in the N-Gain Score of 72% compared to the control group which had a very low increase of 13%. This identifies that Augmented Reality media can be an effective solution for increasing students' interest in learning.

Abstract

Demam tifoid merupakan penyakit infeksi akut sistem pencernaan yang disebabkan oleh bakteri Salmonella typhi atau Salmonella paratyphi. Proses asuhan gizi terstandar adalah metode standar dalam memecahkan masalah gizi, meningkatkan kualitas dan keberhasilan asuhan gizi, membutuhkan cara berpikir kritis dan menggunakan terminologi internasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran penatalaksana proses asuhan gizi terstandar pada pasien Demam Tifoid di Rumah Sakit Umum Yarsi Pontianak. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah kualitatif dengan desain penelitian menggunakan penelitian studi kasus (case study), penelitian observasi yang hanya fokus/mendalam pada proses penatalaksaan proses asuhan gizi terstandar (PAGT) pada pasien demam tifoid yang dirawat inap sebanyak 1 pasien. Pasien mengalami penurunan nafsu makan yang dimana asupan makan pasien kurang dari kebutuhan yaitu sebesar 80-110%. Hasil pengukuran antropometri IMT pasien 18,14 kg/m2 (underweight), diagnosis pasien meliputi domain intake asupan (NI), domain clinic (NC) dan domain behaviour (NB), pada intervensi yang dilakukan pasien diberikan diet TETP dengan bentuk makanan lunak. RSU Yarsi Pontianak telah melakukan Proses Asuhan Gizi Terstandar yang meliputi Assesment seperti pengkajian, data riwayat pasien, riwayat diet, antropometri, biokimia, fisik/klinis. Diagnosis gizi seperti mencari hubungan data yang terkumpul dengan penyebab penyakit tersebut. Intervensi seperti tujuan diet dan tujuan edukasi untuk menyelesaikan masalah gizi.

Abstract

Research aim : This research aims to test the influence of perceived usefulness and perceived convenience on purchase intention with attitude as a mediating variable. This research was conducted in Tarakan City. Design/Methode/Approach : The theoretical approach used in this research is the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). This research uses a survey method with an instrument in the form of a questionnaire and a sampling method using nonprobability sampling. The validity test uses convergent validity and discriminant validity, and the reliability test uses composite reliability. Research Finding : The results of this research indicate that the variables of perceived usefulness and convenience have a positive and significant effect on the attitude variable. The attitude variable has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention. Theoretical contribution/Originality : This study strengthens the empirical foundation of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) by validating the mediating role of attitude in explaining consumer purchase intention within the digital transaction context in Indonesia. Practitionel/Policy implication : The findings provide insights for marketers and digital business practitioners to enhance user perceptions of usefulness and convenience to improve consumer attitudes and ultimately increase purchase intentions. Research limitation : This research was limited to respondents in Tarakan City; future studies are suggested to include larger samples and cross-regional comparisons to improve generalizability.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to examine how digital multilingual practices are employed on social media to negotiate identity from a critical discourse perspective. It focuses on how language choice, code-switching, and multimodal resources function as strategic tools for self-presentation, audience management, and identity construction in digital environments. Subjects and Methods: The study adopts a qualitative design grounded in Critical Discourse Analysis. The data consist of 120 publicly accessible multilingual social media posts collected from Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), and Facebook over a three-month period, as well as 15 semi-structured interviews with active multilingual social media users. Data were analyzed through a multi-stage procedure involving linguistic categorization, functional discourse analysis, identity indexing analysis, multimodal analysis, and thematic analysis of interview data. Results: The findings reveal that multilingual practices are patterned and intentional rather than random. Intra-sentential code-switching emerges as the most prominent practice, reflecting integrated multilingual expression. English is predominantly associated with professional, global, and aspirational identities, while local languages are used to express emotional authenticity, cultural belonging, and relational closeness. Users construct hybrid identities by strategically combining linguistic and visual resources. Interview data indicate a high level of metalinguistic awareness, highlighting the role of audience orientation and platform norms in shaping language choice. Conclusions: The study concludes that digital multilingual practices function as socially meaningful and multimodal resources for identity negotiation, shaped by power relations, language ideologies, and global–local dynamics in contemporary social media discourse.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of canvassing and contacting marketing strategies by marketing personnel at PT Victory International Futures Ciputra World and to assess their effectiveness in achieving company targets. This research employed a qualitative approach using a case study method. Data were collected through direct observation and in-depth interviews with two key informants who have extensive experience in marketing activities. The collected data were analyzed using the interactive model of Miles and Huberman, which includes data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that the canvassing strategy is effective in building direct relationships with potential customers, creating trust, and strengthening personal engagement, with a success rate of approximately 75%. Meanwhile, the contacting strategy is considered more efficient in reaching prospective customers through remote communication using mobile phones and digital media. Both strategies complement each other, where canvassing functions as an initial stage to open marketing opportunities, while contacting strengthens ongoing relationships toward the closing process. Therefore, the integration of these two strategies is proven to enhance the company’s marketing effectiveness in a sustainable manner. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan strategi pemasaran canvassing dan contacting oleh tenaga pemasaran di PT Victory International Futures Ciputra World serta menilai tingkat efektivitasnya dalam mencapai target perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi langsung dan wawancara mendalam terhadap dua informan utama yang merupakan tenaga pemasaran berpengalaman. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi canvassing efektif dalam membangun hubungan langsung dengan calon nasabah, menciptakan kepercayaan, serta meningkatkan keterikatan personal dengan tingkat keberhasilan sekitar 75%. Sementara itu, strategi contacting dinilai lebih efisien untuk menjangkau calon nasabah melalui komunikasi jarak jauh menggunakan telepon seluler dan media digital. Kedua strategi tersebut saling melengkapi, di mana canvassing berfungsi sebagai tahap awal untuk membuka peluang, sedangkan contacting memperkuat hubungan lanjutan hingga menuju proses closing. Dengan demikian, integrasi kedua strategi ini terbukti mampu meningkatkan efektivitas pemasaran perusahaan secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The transition toward a green economy demands a significant transformation of competencies within the vocational education sector to produce an environmentally conscious workforce. This study analyzes the integration of green skills into Indonesia's Vocational High School (SMK) curriculum while identifying structural barriers and labor market opportunities. Employing a systematic literature review (SLR) for the 2015-2025 period using the Synthesis Without Meta-analysis (SWiM) framework, the study synthesized 42 peer-reviewed articles and 5 national policy documents (RPJMN and Bappenas Green Roadmap). The results reveal a distinct competency maturity gap between teachers (scores 2.24-2.91) and students (scores 2.18-2.59) based on harmonized metrics from secondary data. Student scores remain in the low category primarily due to limited school facilities and a lack of direct exposure to green industry standards. Key integration barriers include a curriculum lacking explicit green indicators and low teacher pedagogical readiness. Conversely, labor absorption opportunities are substantial, with a projected need for 1.8 million green workers by 2030 in the renewable energy and waste management sectors, as targeted in the national green workforce roadmap. Managerial solutions suggest curriculum synchronization with circular industry standards. This research recommends that Kemendikdasmen and Bappenas strengthen Project-Based Learning (PjBL) models and Triple Helix collaboration to align vocational education with national low-carbon transformation strategies ABSTRAKTransisi menuju ekonomi hijau menuntut transformasi kompetensi yang signifikan di sektor pendidikan vokasi untuk menghasilkan tenaga kerja yang sadar lingkungan. Penelitian ini menganalisis integrasi green skills (keterampilan hijau) dalam kurikulum Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) di Indonesia, mengidentifikasi hambatan struktural, serta memetakan peluang pasar kerja. Menggunakan pendekatan tinjauan literatur sistematis (SLR) periode 2015-2025 dengan kerangka kerja Synthesis Without Meta-analysis (SWiM), studi ini menyintesis 42 artikel jurnal dan 5 dokumen kebijakan nasional (RPJMN dan Peta Jalan Bappenas). Temuan menunjukkan adanya kesenjangan kematangan kompetensi antara guru (skor 2,24-2,91) dan siswa (skor 2,18-2,59) berdasarkan harmonisasi metrik data sekunder. Skor siswa berada pada kategori rendah yang dipicu oleh keterbatasan sarana sekolah dan minimnya paparan industri hijau. Hambatan utama mencakup kurikulum yang belum memuat indikator hijau secara eksplisit serta kesiapan pedagogis guru yang rendah. Di sisi lain, terdapat peluang penyerapan 1,8~juta tenaga kerja hijau pada tahun 2030 di sektor energi terbarukan dan pengelolaan limbah sesuai target peta jalan tenaga kerja hijau nasional. Solusi manajerial yang diusulkan adalah sinkronisasi kurikulum dengan standar industri sirkular. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan agar Kemendikdasmen dan Bappenas memperkuat model pembelajaran berbasis proyek (PjBL) dan kolaborasi Triple Helix untuk menyelaraskan pendidikan vokasi dengan strategi transformasi ekonomi rendah karbon nasional

Kedua strategi tersebut saling melengkapi, di mana canvassing berfungsi sebagai tahap awal untuk membuka peluang, sedangkan contacting memperkuat hubungan lanjutan hingga menuju proses closing. Dengan demikian, integrasi kedua strategi ini terbukti mampu meningkatkan efektivitas pemasaran perusahaan secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze ADHD students at SDN RANCAGONG 2 to find out what ADHD is, what are the strengths and weaknesses of ADHD children, and how to handle them in learning. This research method is observation with a descriptive approach that is explaining the problems in the field. This data collection technique is observation, interview and document study. This population sample uses all grades 1 and II and gets 1 child in grade 1 and 2 children in grade II. The result of this research is that students with special needs in grades I and II are students with difficulty concentrating and being hyperactive while studying. This can be seen during the learning process, students can only run here and there, talk continuously, to disturb others. For adhd children in school, we must know that the way to deal with adhd children is not by scolding them in class but the teacher's role in dealing with adhd children who feel in public schools in one way, namely making the teacher a playmate for children the adhd.
