Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai melalui gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja, dan kepuasan kerja yang dimoderasi dengan variabel lama kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif, sampel ditetapkan sebanyak 40 responden. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan analisa data menggunakan analisis jalur dibantu dengan software SmartPLS 3. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Terdapat pengaruh signifikan gaya kepemimpinan (X1) terhadap kinerja pegawai (Z); (2) Terdapat pengaruh signifikan motivasi kerja (X2) terhadap kinerja pegawai (Z); (3) Terdapat pengaruh signifikan kepuasan kerja (X3) terhadap kinerja pegawai (Z); (4) Terdapat pengaruh signifikan lama kerja (Y) terhadap kinerja pegawai (Z); (5) Menyatakan Lama kerja (Y) - (Moderating Effect 1 – X1*Y) memoderasi pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan (X1) terhadap kinerja pegawai (Z); (6) lama kerja (Y) (Moderating Effect 2 – X2*Y) memoderasi pengaruh motivasi kerja (X2) terhadap kinerja Pegawai (Z); (7) menyatakan Lama kerja (Y) - (Moderating Effect 3 – X3*Y) memoderasi pengaruh kepuasan kerja (X3) terhadap kinerja pegawai (Y).

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of compensation and work discipline on employee performance with work motivation as an intervening variable at the Hulu Sungai Selatan Regency Ministry of Religion office. The research is quantitative in nature. The population in this study were all State Civil Apparatus at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Hulu Sungai Selatan Regency as many as 47 people with total sampling techniques. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis method used is path analysis using the Smart PLS 3.0 program. The results showed that: 1) compensation (X1) has a positive and significant effect on performance (Y); 2) work discipline (X2) has a positive but insignificant effect on performance (Y); 3) compensation (X1) has a positive but insignificant effect on motivation (Z); 4) work discipline (X2) has a positive and significant effect on motivation (Z); 5) motivation (Z) has a positive and significant effect on performance (Y); 6) compensation (X1) has no significant effect on performance (Y) through work motivation (Z) as an intervening variable; 7) work discipline (X2) has a significant effect on performance (Y) through work motivation (Z) as an intervening variable.AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan motivasi kerja sebagai variabel intervening pada kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Selatan. Penelitian bersifat kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Aparatur Sipil Negara pada Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Selatan sebanyak 47 orang dengan teknik pengambilan sampel secara total sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur (path analysis) dengan menggunakan program Smart PLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) kompensasi (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja (Y); 2) disiplin kerja (X2) berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja (Y); 3) kompensasi (X1) berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap motivasi (Z); 4) disiplin kerja (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi (Z); 5) motivasi (Z) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja (Y);  6) kompensasi (X1) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja (Y) melalui motivasi kerja (Z) sebagai variabel intervening; 7) disiplin kerja (X2) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja (Y) melalui motivasi kerja (Z) sebagai variabel intervening.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the role of political education in shaping the future of democracy in the Land of Papua. Democracy in Papua, as part of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia, faces unique challenges related to political history, cultural identity, and limited access to education. This research identifies the importance of political education as a tool to increase citizen participation, political awareness, and understanding of democratic rights. Through a qualitative approach with interviews, surveys, and literature analysis, this study analyzes the impact of political education on social and political change in Papua. The research results show that although there are structural and cultural obstacles that influence the implementation of political education in Papua, there is great potential to strengthen democracy if political education is maximized.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara Kantor Kelurahan Marabahan Kota, Kabupaten Barito Kuala dalam melaksanakan Standar Operasional Prosedur Surat Pernyataan Penguasaan Fisik Tanah, serta mengetahui kendala apa yang terjadi dalam berkerja melaksanakan Standar Operasional Prosedur Surat Pernyataan Penguasaan Fisik Tanah, dan menemukan solusi untuk mengatasi kendala kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara Kantor Kelurahan Marabahan Kota di Kabupaten Barito Kuala dalam melaksanakan Surat Pernyataan Penguasaan Fisik Tanah. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Informan kunci dalam penelitian ini adalah Kepala Kantor Kelurahan Marabahan Kota, 2 orang ASN Kantor Kelurahan Marabahan Kota sebagai informan serta dua orang masyarakat pengguna layanan. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Setelah data dikumpulkan, direduksi disajikan lalu ditarik kesimpulan. Untuk keabsahan data dilakukan dengan uji kredibilitas, uji transferabilitas, uji dependabilitas, uji obyektifitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa 1) Kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara dalam melaksanakan Standar Oprasional Prosedur Surat Pernyataan Penguasaan Fisik Tanah pada Kantor Kelurahan Marabahan Kota, Kabupaten Barito Kuala masih kurang baik, hal ini dapat dilihat dari indikator Kesesuaian jam kerja, Tingkat kehadiran, Ketepatan menyelesaikan pekerjaan, Kerja sama dan, Kepuasan, yang belum sesuai dengan undang-undang dan peraturan yang berlaku. 2) Kendala kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara dalam melaksanakan Standar Oprasional Prosedur Surat Pernyataan Penguasaan Fisik Tanah pada Kantor Kelurahan Marabahan Kota di Kabupaten Barito Kuala, yaitu rendahnya kesadaran diri aparatur terhadap kedisiplinan waktu, kedisiplinan tempat, ketepatan menyelesaikan pekerjaan, kerja sama, serta motivasi kerja yang rendah. 3) Solusi yang dilakukan adalah dengan cara : 1. Pendekatan secara personal kepada Aparatur Sipil Negara, 2. Pemberian teguran dan sanksi yang tegas dari pimpinan, 3. Melakukan Perubahan Aparatur Sipil Negara yang ada saat ini.

Abstract

Cases of violence against women and children in Indonesia continue to increase from year to year. At the same time, the government issued various policies to overcomeproblemTherefore, the government, both from the national level to the local level, has broad authority to deal with cases of violence that occur. This study explores the phenomenon that occurs in violence against women and children which is then linked to the Child Protection Index (IPA) and the Gender Development Index (IPG) which have not yet been identified to reach global achievement targets for human development based on UN and WHO indicators. This study uses a qualitative research approach to describe various phenomena related to the topic being studied. Our results show that level the province has formedDP3AKB to implement various policies, as well as development and empowerment programs for women and children. However, the performance and role of the DP3AKB institution in prioritizing women's empowerment through gender mainstreaming (PUG) and child protection have not yet reached the target as indicated by the Papua Province IPA and IPG figures which are still far behind compared to other provinces in Indonesia. The reason is that structural and cultural factors dominate in empowering women and children in Papua Province. So that to realize gender equality and the creation of justice, equality, independence, and welfare of women and children in Papua, it must be supported by consistent, targeted policies, and collaboration of stakeholders through the role of "three furnaces" (Government, Religion, and Customs) to realize justice from a gender perspective

Abstract

Community empowerment is an important effort to improve the welfare and development of a village. Bintang Ara Village, located in Gunung Bintang Awai District, has taken progressive steps by developing Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) as a tool to achieve sustainable community empowerment. This process involves several key stages that have proven effective in driving the development of this village. The first stage is the awareness stage. At the start of the journey, the people of Bintang Ara Village were invited to understand the importance of BUMDes as an instrument to drive their empowerment. Through dialogue and outreach, village residents are starting to realize the potential of local resources that can be utilized through BUMDes. The next stage is training. To ensure the success of BUMDes, village residents are given training in various aspects, such as business management, finance, marketing and relevant technical skills. This allows them to become more competent in managing BUMDes well. Mentoring is the next stage in the empowerment process. The accompanying team works together with BUMDes to help them overcome obstacles and challenges that may arise during their operations. This assistance includes monitoring progress, providing guidance, and providing practical solutions to problems that arise. Last, but not least, is the evaluation stage. The local government and community regularly evaluate the performance of BUMDes and its impact on village welfare. The evaluation results are used to design steps for further improvement and development so that BUMDes remain effective in empowering the community

Abstract

Based on the accountability report of the Kapuas Regency Archives and Library Service in 2021, this institution is still not optimal, and the unevenness of archive management and services provided is why this research was conducted. This study aims to determine the effect of work environment and competence on performance mediated by job satisfaction at the Kapuas Regency Archives and Library Service. This study uses a quantitative approach with a sample size of 40 people. Primary data was obtained by distributing questionnaires, and secondary data was obtained from documentation and data available at the research locus. The analysis was carried out in three stages: first, calculating the outer model value; second, calculating the inner model value; and third, testing the hypothesis. Respondents of this study were State Civil Apparatus (ASN) and Non Permanent Employees (PTT) who worked at the Kapuas Regency Archives and Library Office with a total of 40 people. Based on the results of this study, it is proven that the research hypothesis states (H1) that the effect of work environment on job satisfaction is positive and significant, (H2) that the effect of competence on job satisfaction is positive and significant, (H3) that the effect of work environment on performance is positive and insignificant, (H4) that the effect of competence on performance is positive and insignificant, (H5) that the effect of job satisfaction on performance is positive and significant, (H6) that job satisfaction has a positive effect and can mediate the effect of work environment on performance, and (H7) that job satisfaction has a positive effect and can mediate the effect of competence on performance.
