Abstract

Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) adalah sebuah lembaga usaha desa yang bertujuan untuk memperkuat perekonomian desa dan dibentuk berdasarkan kebutuhan dan potensi sumberdaya yang ada di desa. Minimnya kontribusi BUMDes dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi disebabkan karena terbatasnya kualitas SDM, tata kelola BUMDes, hingga minimnya pemahaman potensi desa yang dimiliki sebagai basis usaha BUMDes. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah melakukan pengembangan kapasitas pengelolaan BUMDes yang diawali dengan melakukan riset dan pemetaan secara mendalam sehingga BUMDes dikembangkan sesuai dengan potensi lokal, memberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman bagi para stakeholder desa tentang BUMDes yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan potensi yang dimiliki oleh desa, serta mengidentifikasi potensi yang dimiliki desa dan merumuskan bentuk-bentuk usaha yang dapat dilakukan melalui BUMDes serta menginventarisasi rancangan usaha (business plan) prioritas rintisan BUMDes yang berpeluang untuk ditindaklanjuti sebagai usaha BUMDes di desa Martadah Baru. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan ini adalah dengan melakukan survey, diskusi (FGD) dalam forum pertemuan desa dan perumusan rencana (kerja) usaha. Selain dapat dapat menemukan potensi usaha, meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman stakeholder tentang pentingnya peran BUMDes, hasil kegiatan ini dapat mengidentifikasi bentuk usaha BUMDes yang sesuai dengan potensi unggulan desa dan merumuskan prioritas rencana bisnis BUMDes, dan merekomendasikan implementasi ditindaklanj untuk usaha ekonomi produktif yang dapat membantu pengembangan ekonomi ekonomi masyarakat desa.

Abstract

The type of research used in this research is quantitative research with explanatory research. The research population is all State Civil Apparatus at the Kapuas District Education Office. and samples were drawn using the Probability Sampling technique as many as 42 people using the Slovin formula. The data in this study were collected using questionnaires and interviews. In research data analysis using path analysis techniques. The research results show that study aims to determine (1) the influence of leadership on work motivation (2) the influence of leadership on performance (3) the effect of work motivation on performance, and (4) the influence of leadership on performance mediated by work motivation in the State Civil Apparatus at the Kapuas District Education Office.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze (1) the effect of discipline on compensation, (2) the influence of discipline on Performance, (3) the effect of compensation on Performance, and (4) the influence of discipline on the Performance of the Civil Servant of the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Tanah Laut Regency mediated by compensation. The method used is explanatory. The research population is all ASN in the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Tanah Laut Regency. The sampling technique used is Census taken is 58 people. The process (method) used is a questionnaire. This study's primary data is quantitative data analyzed through regression. The results of the study show: (1) There is a positive and significant influence of discipline on compensation. (2) There is a positive and significant influence of discipline. (3) there is a positive and significant effect of compensation on Performance, and (4) compensation cannot be a mediating variable between Discipline and Performance of Civil Servant at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Tanah Laut Regency.

Abstract

Public service is the provision of goods or services to meet the needs of every citizen based on established service standards. Village officials' understanding of service standards is an important factor, in order to be able to develop service standards that are in line with community expectations. However, many service products still do not yet have service standards, which is a problem in the field, so the community has the right to know the service standards provided. The activities carried out in this community service program are establishing public service standards in Nolokla Village, East Sentani District, Jayapura Regency, by actively involving the community in every stage of activity and providing assistance to village officials to set public service standards. With the dedication of the FISIP campus, Cenderawasih University, Jayapura, regarding Minimum Service Standards (SPM), which are provisions regarding the type and quality of essential services that are Mandatory Government Affairs, every citizen has the right to receive at a minimum. Implementation of SPM starting from the data collection stage, calculating the need to fulfil Basic Services, preparing plans for fulfilling Basic Services and implementing fulfilling Basic Services, and facilitating the preparation of SOPs and Village Head Regulations as a reference for Public Service Standards in Nolokla Village

Abstract

This research focuses on community participation in implementing development in the Panamas Village, Selat District, Kapuas Regency. This study is designed to measure the level of participation, understand the factors that encourage and inhibit participation, and provide recommendations for increasing community involvement in development. The research methodology was carried out through in-depth interviews and focus group discussions with various stakeholders. The research results show that the level of community participation in the development process still varies, with some segments of society being more active than others. Factors influencing this include knowledge of the development project, access to information, trust in local government, and capacity to participate. The study notes that increased communication and transparency, as well as community empowerment through education and training, can be effective strategies to deepen community participation. The results of this study are expected to contribute to the local government and civil society organizations in efforts to increase community participation in development in the Panamas Village.

Abstract

The research conducted by the author is qualitative research with an exploratory method of inductive approach. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation, interviews with three informants. The research location is SDN Kebun Bunga 5 Banjarmasin city. For data processing techniques the author uses data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of the above research, the researcher provides suggestions, namely: First, launching a Knowledge Management program in terms of overcoming the adjustments and qualifications of teachers who are still unable to carry out thematic environmentalbased teaching. Second, start developing a business incubator as a source of additional funds to accelerate the addition of school infrastructure.

Abstract

The occurrence of the Second Wave of the Covid-19 Pandemic has made the Indonesian government issued a new policy called the Emergency PPKM Policy with Health Protocols (Prokes). A policy must have an impact on people's lives, as well as scrap metal traders at Setono Betek Market in Kediri City and PKL Culinary Center and traditional market in Rungkut District, Surabaya City. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing how the impact of PPKM Darurat in the control of health protocols on the lives of iron traders who had to close their stalls for two weeks according to applicable regulations and controlling prokes by Satpol PP at the PKL at the Culinary Center in Rungkut District, Surabaya City. This type of research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. With data collection methods through interviews, documentation, field studies, and literature studies. Technical Data analysis in this study uses interactive methods through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study show that the Emergency PPKM regulation makes these iron traders must close their stalls for two weeks, namely in the initial period of July 3-July 20, 2021. As a result of this closure, scrap metal traders experienced a decrease in an average turnover of almost 90%. The social impact these iron merchants feel is also complex, especially on behavior change. An appeal to do marketing online, but still, not all merchants can take advantage of existing technology. Abstract

The title of this research is which aims to determine the description, supporting, and inhibiting factors as well as providing solutions faced in the Implementation of Presidential Regulation Number 12 of 2021 concerning the Procurement of Government Goods and Services in the City of Banjarmasin. His study uses qualitative research. The selection of information is carried out by purposive sampling, where researchers prefer to choose informants who meet certain criteria and are considered to know about what researchers expect and can be trusted with the accuracy of the information and know the problems in depth at the time of the interview. The results of this study indicate that the communication factors, resources, disposition, and approach to the implementation of Government Policy Number 12 of 2021 concerning Banjarmasin Goods and Services have not been realised optimally so that Presidential Regulation Number 12 of 2021 Procurement of goods and services has not run optimally. Factors in implementing the policy of Presidential Regulation Number 12 of 2021, namely the existence of Regional Regulations or other forms of regulations that exist at the local level as well as support for facilities and infrastructure including the availability of an operational budget determined through the APBD. On the external side, the DPRD's attention to efforts to implement the Presidential Regulation Number 12 of 2021 is very low.

Abstract

This paper discusses the erosion of the meritocratic system in the victory of Gibran, Jokowi's son, who does not yet have sufficient political experience but advanced and won in the 2020 Solo regional head election by PDIP Party. The research aims to analyze the merit system in Gibran's candidacy and the embryonic political dynasty that Jokowi is trying to build. This study used descriptive qualitative method. data sources were obtained from literature and online data searches. This research uses the theory of Meritocracy Stephen J. McNamee and the concept of a political dynasty. This research results that the degradation of democracy comes from the inconsistency of Gibran's speech and behavior, this is a problem of political ethics. Gibran's advancement in the 2020 Solo contest shows the degradation of democracy in the institutional structure of the PDIP party because the phenomenon of Gibran's candidacy ignores meritocracy. The correlation between political parties, prospective candidates and constituents must be based on a merit system. In conclusion, Gibran's victory in the 2020 Solo Mayoral Election ignores meritocracy and is a degradation of democracy. The correlation between political parties, candidates and constituents is a mutually influential relationship to the practice of merit which is the basis for political contestation.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze (1) The effect of work facilities on service quality at the West Kapuas District Office, (2) The effect of work facilities on community satisfaction at the Kapuas Bara District Office, (3) The effect of service quality on community satisfaction at the West Kapuas District Office, (4) The effect of work facilities on community satisfaction at the West Kapuas District Office mediated by service quality. The method used is explanatory. The population in this study were people who felt the service at the West Kapuas District Office. The sampling technique uses simple random sampling where the method of drawing from a population or universe in a certain way so that each member of the population or universe has the same chance of being selected or taken. So from the sampling technique, the number of samples in this study was 50 people. The results showed (1) Work facilities affect service quality at the West Kapuas District Office, (2) Work facilities affect community satisfaction at the West Kapuas District Office, (3) Apparatus service quality affects community satisfaction at the West Kapuas District Office, (4) Work facilities affect community satisfaction at the West Kapuas District Office through apparatus service quality as a mediating variable. The effect of work facilities on community satisfaction is only partially mediated by the quality of apparatus services. Keywords: Work Facilities; Service Quality; Community Satisfaction ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis (1) Pengaruh fasilitas kerja terhadap kualitas pelayanan pada Kantor Kecamatan Kapuas Barat, (2) Pengaruh fasilitas kerja terhadap kepuasan masyarakat pada Kantor Kecamatan Kapuas Bara, (3) Pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat pada Kantor Kecamatan Kapuas Barat, (4) Pengaruh fasilitas kerja terhadap kepuasan masyarakat pada Kantor Kecamatan Kapuas Barat yang dimediasi kualitas pelayanan. Metode yang digunakan adalah eksplanatori. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat yang merasakan pelayanan di Kantor Kecamatan Kapuas Barat. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling dimana metode penarikan dari suatu populasi atau semesta dengan cara tertentu sehingga setiap anggota populasi atau semesta mempunyai kesempatan yang sama untuk dipilih atau diambil. Maka dari teknik pengambilan sampel tersebut, jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 50 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) Fasilitas kerja berpengaruh terhadap kualitas pelayanan pada Kantor Kecamatan Kapuas Barat, (2) Fasilitas kerja berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan masyarakat pada Kantor Kecamatan Kapuas Barat, (3) Kualitas pelayanan aparatur berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan masyarakat pada Kantor Kecamatan Kapuas Barat, (4) Fasilitas kerja berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan masyarakat pada Kantor Kecamatan Kapuas Barat melalui kualitas pelayanan aparatur sebagai variabel mediasi. Pengaruh fasilitas kerja terhadap kepuasan masyarakat hanya dimediasi secara parsial oleh kualitas pelayanan aparatur. Kata Kunci: Fasilitas Kerja; Kualitas Pelayanan; Kepuasan Masyarakat
