Learning models using computer technology should be developed in the present. Computers as a part of technology are currently developing their functions. Students can easily operate and carry out learning activities using computer technology. One of the facilities that can be used is multimedia computer technology where students can use interactive multimedia learning software. The traditional door to door marketing process has become a problem in the distribution of galunggung coffee. Then there needs to be a breakthrough by local stakeholders or entrepreneurs who work closely with farmers in the right marketing system in the distribution of Galunggung coffee. The specific purpose of this research is to expand the marketing of the Galunggung coffee business by developing an online system in the form of E-commerce. The stages of this research include a needs analysis that is preparing all needs related to the research to be conducted. The next stage is the design which includes the design of conventional marketing systems and the design of e-commerce marketing systems. Based on the results of marketing the product on social media, 1,121 people saw parentas product advertisements, and 98% of accounts that did not follow a coffee parentas account. So, marketing coffee products includes an unknown account that has an interest in coffee. there is the result of the age range that sees product advertisements on social media. Ages 24-34 have more interest in coffee after age 18-24 who have an interest in coffee and aged 35-44 have little interest in coffee. So to do better marketing in the age range 24-34.

The application of information technology has been widely implemented in various aspects of life, including the property sector. With the number of boarding houses in the city of Tasikmalaya and the high demand for consumers, namely students, students, overseas employees in using boarding house rental services for temporary housing in the city of Tasikmalaya, consumers must be careful in choosing a boarding house that matches the desired criteria. . The problem that occurs is that sometimes consumers often feel confused when they have to decide which boarding house to rent according to their wishes. Therefore, this study aims to assist consumers in determining the right boarding house and according to their needs. The system is built using a combination of AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) and WP (Weighted Product) methods. The AHP method is used to calculate the weight of each criterion, while the WP method is used in ranking to get the best boarding alternative. There are 6 criteria used in this system, namely: price, type of boarding house, facilities, location, parking area and security. While WP was chosen because it has the ability to analyze alternatives into a form of ranking with a fast and easy process. The method used in developing this application is adapted from the SLDLC (System Development Life Cycle) method. The results of this study are in the form of an application prototype that can recommend a boarding house as needed

Indonesia ranks 88th under other ASEAN countries such as Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam as countries that implement an Electronic-Based Government System (SPBE) or known as e-government. With the Covid 19 pandemic, the government service system was forced to switch to using the internet. However, Indonesia is not yet ready to implement e-government because several aspects include legal aspects of e-government. The legal aspects in question are document legality, personal data security in the use of e-government systems. Currently, Indonesia does not have a foundation to regulate these aspects, so that Indonesia has not been able to implement e-government as a government service, while with the COVID-19 pandemic, government services must switch to an electronic-based service system. Problems from various aspects can be overcome by conducting research with the target of a business model that can be used as a reference in the legality of documents, models and security of personal data. The research case study was conducted at the Tasikmalaya Government Office, West Java. The method used to build the model is the RACI chart to see the connectedness of stakeholders who play a role in the designed business model. Making a business model is made with a standard notation in making a business model, namely BPMN. The resulting model is a business model on document security and data privacy by utilizing the RSA algorithm and Qr-code scheme, and a business model for digital signatures.

Layanan bimbingan akademik maupun non akademik sangat penting untuk kemajuan pada tiap individu mahasiswa. Layanan bimbingan berpengaruh pada motivasi belajar mahasiswa dan peningkatan Indeks Prestasi mahasiswa. Universitas Perjuangan Tasikmalaya menyediakan layanan bimbingan bagi mahasiswa, namun berjalan tidak efektif. Perlu ada rekam jejak bimbingan mahasiswa agar perkembangan bisa terkontrol kearah yang lebih baik. Pengembangan sistem informasi layanan bimbingan merupakan solusi dari permasalahan yang terkait dengan bimbingan akademik bagi mahasiswa Universitas Perjuangan Tasikmalaya. Sistem informasi yang akan dikembangkan berbasis web yang dapat diakses oleh dosen maupun mahasiswa dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan MySQL sebagai pangkalan data. Proses pengembangannya meliputi beberapa tahap yaitu pertama, analisis kebutuhan adalah melakukan analisa terhadap sistem yang sudah berjalan. Kedua, perancangan yaitu melakukan perancangan awal atau mendesain sistem yang akan dibuat. Ketiga, implementasi yaitu melakukan penerapan dengan melakukan coding terhadap desain yang telah dirancang. Keempat, pengujian yaitu melakukan pengujian dengan sudut pandang pengembang sistem dan user (dosen dan mahasiswa) untuk diuji kehandalannya. Kelima, maintanence yaitu melakukan pemeliharan atau pengembangan lebih lanjut sesuai dengan kebutuhan sistem.

The industrial revolution emphasizes the definition of the speed element of information availability, which is an industrial environment in which all entities are always connected and able to share information with one another. The industrial revolution 4.0 has a big influence on the course of learning in the classroom in the future. One of the implications of technological development is that Digital learning material (DLM) is used to deliver a variety of diverse material with a variety of content such as written text, audio, audio visual, animation, and interactive practice questions. This activity is a training for teachers related to the use of DLM in elementary school learning to deal with the industrial revolution 4.0 to improve teacher competency and optimize learning activities. The method used is discussion, simulation and practice. The activity was followed by elementary school teachers in the city of Tasikmalaya at SDN 1 Gunungpereng. The results of the activity got a very good response and provided knowledge and skills for teachers using DLM in learning. With this activity the teacher is able to understand and master the use of DLM in learning in elementary schools.Keywords: DLM, industrial revolution 4.0

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mrancang sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan pemilihan karyawan terbaik SMK YASBU Al-Qomariah. Penghargaan yang diberikan oleh organisasi kepada karyawan terbaiknya dapat mendorong setiap karyawan untuk selalu memberikan kinerja yang terbaik bagi organisasi dalam melaksanakan tugas dan kewajibanya di organisasi. Pengambilan keputusan untuk menentukan karyawan terbaik dapat dilakukan organisasi dengan cara menilai kinerja yang telah dilakukan oleh karyawannya dalam jangka waktu tertentu. Oleh karena itu, seiring perkembangan teknologi informasi maka Sistem Pendukung Keputusan terhadap pemilihan karyyawan terbaik perlu dibangun dengan menggunakan metode TOPSIS (Technique For Order Preference By Similarity To Ideal Solution). Konsep dasar Metode TOPSIS adalah alternatif yang terpilih merupakan alternatif terbaik yang memiliki jarak terpendek dari solusi ideal positif dan jarak terpanjang dari solusi ideal negatif. Ada enam kriteria yang dijadikan sebagai bahan pertimbangan yaitu: Kuantitas Pekerjaan, Kualitas Pekerjaan, Pengetahuan akan pekerjaan, tingkat kreativitas, tinggkat Kerjasama.. Metode yang digunakan dalam pembangunan aplikasi ini menggunakan model System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan yaitu perototipe  sistem pendukung keputusan pemilihan karyawan terbaik. Sistem pendukung keputusan yang dikembangkan berbasis web dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan MySQL sebagai pangkalan data.

A library has a Book Search System, both search books by title, author, publisher and book subject. Book search results displayed by the system, sometimes it makes users (library members) find it difficult to choose books that match their profile. For that we need a system that can provide recommendations in the book search process to provide recommendations systematically based on previous user searches. This study aims to produce a book search recommendation. Recommendation system aims to reduce errors in getting the reference books needed. The information that comes out of the search process is right on target with user needs so that it can streamline time in searching for books. Book search recommendation system uses a user-based collaborative filtering method based on the similarity of one member to another member based on the lending pattern which is grouped based on the subject of the book being sought. This system will display the results of book search recommendations by ranking ranking from highest to lowest and provide book title solutions to users according to their profile. The development of the book search recommendation system uses the System Development life cycle (SDLC) method. Book recommendation system based on user-based collaborative filtering depends on the search for books by users by looking at the similarities of search by users.

layanan bimbingan akademik yang diberikan dosen kepada mahasiswa mempunyai peran yang sangat penting dalam kelancaran pembelajaran. Universitas Perjuangan Tasikmalaya mempunyai kendala pada laporan bimbingan akademik yang masih mengandalkan buku dalam melakukan bimbingan. Penggunaan buku membuat bimbingan tidak interkatif dan kemungkinan data yang direkap bisa hilang sehingga menyebabkan tidak terukurnya data sebagai alat pengambil keputusan. Solusi pada permasalahan tersebut yaitu dengan mengembangkan sistem informasi yang fleksibel dan bisa digunakan pada mobile device/smartphone. Sistem informasi yang akan dikembangkan berbasis android dengan menggunakan tool Android Studio dalam pembuatannya. Proses pengembangannya meliputi beberapa tahap yaitu pertama, planning adalah melakukan analisa terhadap sistem yang sudah berjalan. Kedua, design yaitu melakukan perancangan awal atau mendesain sistem yang akan dibuat. Ketiga, implementasi yaitu melakukan penerapan dengan melakukan coding terhadap desain yang telah dirancang. Keempat, testing yaitu melakukan pengujian dengan sudut pandang pengembang sistem dan user (dosen dan mahasiswa) untuk diuji kehandalannya.

Facilities at Universitas Perjuangan every period there is always repair or replacement. This happened because of the lack of control over access to classrooms at Universitas Perjuangan. This RFID automatic unlocking system based on genetic scheduling aims to manage classrooms in order to maintain existing facilities, so that unauthorized persons cannot use the room. The author completed this through several stages including data collection by observation and interviews, data analysis, design of tools and information systems, implementation of tools and information systems, trials, and integration. Based on the test results, it can be concluded that the implementation of the automatic unlock system based on genetic scheduling can work according to the designed working principle. This is shown in all circuits when working, the microcontroller can send the UID that is faced and also the information system can respond and adjust to the schedule database that is active every time.
