Abstract

Abstract—Introduction/Main Objectives: The system for recording student counseling history at SMA N 6 Tasikmalaya still uses print or manual media. This will of course lead to inefficiencies in data archiving. Apart from that, the large number of students is an obstacle for guidance and counseling teachers in guidance and counseling services, especially in handling the schedule for accepting counseling students at the same time. Similar studies have similarities but most focus only on the management of student history records in counseling guidance and students cannot interact online with guidance and counseling teachers. The aim of this research is to create an interactive system for teachers and students so that they can submit counseling schedules online via chat as well as a web-based valid student point recording system. Research Methods: This system uses the PHP programming language with the Laravel framework, the database used by MySQL for design uses the SDLC Waterfall method which uses UML, Class Diagrams, Activity Diagrams and Sequence Diagrams. Finding/Results: The results of the research show that it can increase effectiveness and efficiency in both recording and submitting counseling guidance and students can carry out online counseling via chat.

Abstract

Pendahuluan: Masalah yang terjadi di sekolah dasar adalah minimnya pengetahuan penggunaan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi dalam pembelajaran di sekolah. Penggunaan teknologi informasi dan informasi dalam pembelajaran salah satunya dengan pemanfaatan LMS (Learning Management System). Studi ini bertujuan untuk membantu guru dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran baik secara online maupun blended learning. Metode: Diskusi, simulasi, praktek dan diikuti oleh 20 guru SD di Kecamatan Parungponteng Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. Hasil: Adanya peningkatan pemahaman dan kemampuan guru sekolah dasar di Kecamatan Parungponteng Kabupaten Tasikmalaya dalam penggunaan LMS (belajar.kemdikbud.go.id dan Google Classroom). Kesimpulan: Kegiatan ini dapat memberikan manfaat kepada kepada guru-guru dalam mengimplentasikan pembelajaran salah satunya dengan pemanfaatan LMS (Learning Management System) sehingga dapat meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran dan berimbas pada peningkatan prestasi peserta didik.

Abstract

The selection of the best coffee supplier is a critical factor in ensuring the operational success and quality of products offered by Kedai Kopi Saka. A systematic and objective evaluation process is needed to identify the most suitable supplier that meets various criteria such as product quality, price, delivery punctuality, production capacity, and service quality. This study aims to develop a decision support system (DSS) using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method to assist Kedai Kopi Saka in selecting the best coffee supplier. The SAW method is employed due to its ability to handle multiple criteria and weight assignments, enabling a comprehensive evaluation of suppliers. The system evaluates suppliers based on predefined criteria, assigns weights to each criterion, normalizes the values, and calculates the final scores to rank the suppliers. The results of this system provide clear and reliable recommendations for decision-makers. The implementation of this decision support system ensures a more transparent, efficient, and accurate supplier selection process. Furthermore, this system contributes to improving the decision-making process at Kedai Kopi Saka and supports its goal of maintaining high-quality coffee offerings for its customers.

Abstract

Ngulisik adalah bus wisata di kabupaten tasikmalaya. Bus wisata ngulisik sendiri sudah mengatur tiketnya secara manual. Semakin pesatnya kemajuan teknologi informasi dan inovasi yang diadopsi dalam smartphone semakin memudahkan segala aktivitas manusia, seperti aplikasi e-ticket yang memudahkan masyarakat untuk memesan tiket hati. Perancangan aplikasi dimulai dengan desain desain antarmuka yang merupakan langkah awal implementasi ide, alur, dan cara kerja aplikasi yang dirancang pada akhirnya. Metode yang digunakan adalah design thinking. Metode design thinking terdiri dari emphatize, define, ideate, prototype dan test.Hasil uji desainer dengan 10 peserta menggunakan pertanyaan kemudahan tunggal untuk menguji kemudahan pengguna dengan hasil rank persentil tugas sebesar 89%, dan seq raw score sebesar 6.

Abstract

The information technology field continues to progress rapidly. Technological progress is kept in check with such factors as touch, sight, and sound. Each man with another man has a characteristic difference, one that can be seen is by his voice. The processing of sound is an essential concept to all kinds of systems that require human interaction in its daily activities. One of the techniques used in processing speech is classification, which has a direct effect on speech recognition systems. SimpleRNN and LSTM are models of deep learning that can be used to classify sentiment. It can process data in such a sequence as sound, video, and text. These results provide accuracy 90% of the test data and 95% accuracy to the training data.

Abstract

Corn plants have the potential to be attacked by pests or diseases that can appear at any time such as leaf blight, leaf rust and downy mildew. Obstacles facing farmers are sometimes the lack of information about the symptoms found so that sometimes the diagnosis is not correct and the treatment is wrong, resulting in reduced corn production. Along with technological advances, a technology has also been produced that can adopt the process of human thinking, namely artificial intelligence technology or AI or Artificial Intelligence. including an expert system, which is a computer-based system that adopts the knowledge and experience of an expert, and reasoning techniques to solve a problem, similar to how an expert in a particular field solves the problem. The development that will be made is "Development of a Diagnostic System for Pests and Diseases in Corn Plants Based on Damage Intensity Using the Certainty Factor Method".

Abstract

Dairy goat farming is a livestock system in which all goat-derived products, including milk, meat, urine, and feces, can be utilized. At Pure Fresh Dairy Farm, more than 120 dairy goats produced a significant amount of milk. However, the large goat population also generated substantial amounts of feces. Prior to this initiative, there had been no utilization or processing of goat feces using anaerobic technology to produce organic fertilizer or generate additional farm income. This community service program aimed to provide knowledge and training to Pure Fresh on producing organic fertilizer from dairy goat feces using the anaerobic method and enhancing its market value through e-commerce. The organic fertilizer was produced using dairy goat feces combined with dolomite lime, molasses, and EM4. The addition of these components accelerated the fermentation process, enhanced efficiency, and resulted in a higherquality fertilizer with a more balanced nutrient composition, thereby improving soil conditions. The fertilizer products were marketed to supplement Pure Fresh’s income, while a portion was allocated for community agricultural use. The final product was packaged in transparent plastic bags weighing 2 kg, branded as ‘PO-GOAT’. The initial production yielded 54 kg, which was sold at IDR10,000 per 2 kg and was planned to be marketed through e-commerce.

Abstract

The Web-Based Teacher Attendance Information System Using RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) Cards at SMPN 2 Sukahening Tasikmalaya aims to improve the efficiency and accuracy of teacher attendance recording. Currently, the attendance system at SMPN 2 Sukahening is still conducted manually, which is prone to errors, inefficient, and difficult to monitor in real-time. This research proposes the development of a web-based attendance system integrated with RFID technology to address these issues. The system is designed using PHP programming language, MySQL database, and hardware components such as RFID cards and RFID Reader. The system development method used is the Waterfall method, which includes stages of requirement analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. The results show that the system is capable of automatically recording teacher attendance, providing accurate attendance data, and enabling real-time monitoring through a web-based platform. This system is expected to enhance transparency, efficiency, and accuracy in managing teacher attendance at SMPN 2 Sukahening.

Abstract

Warehouse management in large industries and SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises) in Indonesia is a critical aspect that must be addressed seriously. Most warehouse systems still rely on manual processes, such as checking humidity, temperature, and gas levels in the storage area. This approach is inefficient as it requires significant time and manpower for regular monitoring. Manual operations using human resources have limitations in terms of labor, time efficiency, accuracy, and operational costs, such as employee wages. To address these challenges, this study proposes the development of an automated system based on the ESP32 microcontroller, which serves as a full controller, utilizing the DHT-11 sensor for temperature and humidity measurement, and the MQ-135 sensor for gas detection. Additionally, Python programming is implemented for data visualization, allowing real-time display on a laptop or computer to facilitate warehouse monitoring. The system developed is designed to read, control, and transmit sensor data. It can measure humidity, temperature, and gas concentration (PPM) and control actuators, such as a relay to activate a buzzer or light, according to the algorithm programmed into the ESP32. The results indicate that the system is capable of reading temperature and humidity with a data error rate of 6%, and gas concentration with an error rate of 2%. Abstract

Penerapan teknologi dalam pembelajaran di sekolah dasar sangat penting untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan. Salah satu teknologi yang dapat digunakan adalah Kahoot, aplikasi yang memungkinkan guru untuk membuat assessment digital interaktif. Pelatihan penggunaan Kahoot bagi guru di Kecamatan Karangnunggal, Kabupaten Tasikmalaya, bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan guru dalam menyusun dan mengoperasikan alat assessment digital. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa guru yang sebelumnya kurang terampil dalam menggunakan teknologi, kini mampu mengembangkan dan memanfaatkan Kahoot untuk penilaian yang lebih efektif, meningkatkan motivasi dan partisipasi siswa dalam proses pembelajaran. Metode dari pelatihan adalah diskusi, simulasi dan praktek dengan 20 peserta. Pelatihan penggunaan Kahoot untuk guru sekolah dasar di Kecamatan Karangnunggal bertujuan meningkatkan keterampilan dalam menyusun dan mengoperasikan assessment digital. Pelatihan ini mencakup tiga tahap: penyusunan instrumen berbasis HOTS, pengenalan aplikasi Kahoot, dan praktik pengoperasian Kahoot untuk penilaian interaktif. Hasilnya, guru mampu mengintegrasikan Kahoot dalam pembelajaran secara efektif. Pelatihan Kahoot untuk guru di Kecamatan Karangnunggal berhasil meningkatkan keterampilan digital mereka dalam menyusun dan mengoperasikan assessment digital. Guru kini lebih siap mengimplementasikan assessment berbasis teknologi, meningkatkan kualitas penilaian, serta menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang interaktif dan inovatif di tingkat pendidikan dasar. Kata Kunci : pelatihan, assessment, digital, kahoot
