Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan ketrampilan gerak dasar lokomotor lari dengan berbagai variasi gerak lari dengan menggunakan berbagai jenis permainan sederhana.Strategi dalam penelitian tindakan kelas ini dilakukan melalui 2 siklus dan pada setiap siklusnya. Sedang untuk mengaktifkan siswa dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan latihan-latihan yang diberikan kepada siswa dalam kelompok besar dan kelompok kecil. Kelas IV Sekolah Dasar Negeri 02 Lego Kulon Kecamatan Kasreman Kabupaten Ngawi tahun ajaran 2019/2020, jumlah 20 siswa dengan jumlah siswa 12 siswa putri dan 8 siswa putraMetode Penelitian Kelas ini diawali dengan perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi dan pelaksanaan tindakan, dan lakukan refleksi, dan teruskan perbaikan atau peningkatan yang diharapkan dapat diperoleh.Hasil penelitian pada nilai sikap Kompetensi Inti I (Sikap Spiritual) untuk 20 siswa, pada siklus I = 65% atau 13 siswa, dan pada siklus belajar II = 85% atau 17 siswa, dan dapat disingkirkan naik 20% atau 4 siswa. Pada nilai kompetensi Kompetensi Inti II (Sikap Sosial), pada siklus I = 60% atau 12 siswa, dan pada siklus belajar II = 85% atau 17 siswa, dan dapat disimpulkan pembelajaran naik 20% atau 5 siswa. Pada nilai kompetensi Kompetensi Inti (Aspek Pengetahuan) untuk 20 siswa, pada siklus I = 60% atau 12 siswa, dan pada siklus belajar II = 80% atau 16 siswa, dan dapat disimpulkan naik 20% atau 4 siswa.Pada nilai kompetensi Kompetensi Inti IV (Aspek Ketrampilan) untuk 20 siswa, pada siklus I = 65% atau 13 siswa, dan pada siklus belajar II = 85% atau 17 siswa, dan dapat disingkirkan naik 20% atau 4 siswa.Sekolah Dasar Negeri 02 Lego Kulon Kecamatan Kasreman Kabupaten Ngawi tahun ajaran 2019/2020.

Abstract

The problem in this study is the strength of the arm muscles to the accuracy of the service over the volleyball game is very lacking in the game. This researcher aims to examine the relationship between arm muscle strength and the accuracy of the upper serve of Madiun City male volleyball athletes. This study uses a type of correlational research. The method used is quantitative, with data collection techniques using tests and measurements. The population in this study were Madiun City male volleyball athletes, totaling 13 athletes. Determining the sample using probability sampling technique with saturated sampling method. Instruments to measure arm muscle strength using the push-up test, and upper service ability using the volleyball service test from AAHPERD. Data analysis using Pearson product moment correlation with the help of SPSS application. The results of the product moment correlation test obtained a sig value. 0.000 < 0.05 while the person correlation value is 0.863 > 0.05, it can be concluded that the relationship between arm muscle strength and the accuracy of volleyball top serves has a significant relationship.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to analyze the effect of mambe tampun modification on character building and students' healthy living awareness. This research is a type of experimental research with the form of pre-experimental designs, namely one group pretest-posttest design. The population was 210 students of SMP Negeri 7 Palangka Raya. The sample was students of SMP Negeri 7 Palangka Raya selected by purposive sampling method as many as 57 students. The data analysis technique uses a prerequisite test analysis of parametric statistical tests, namely the T test of two paired samples. The instruments used were character building questionnaires and students' healthy living awareness. The results of the pretest value P-Value analysis show that the data is normally distributed because it has met the P-Value > α criteria, namely (0.080 > 0.05). The results of the post-test value P-Value show that the data is normally distributed because it has met the criteria of P-Value > α, namely (0.077 > 0.05). The P-Value > α criterion is (0.933 > 0.05), the P-Value > α criterion is (0.069 > 0.05). The conclusion of this study is that there is an effect of modification of the Mambe Tampun game on character building and healthy living awareness of SMPN 7 Palangka Raya students.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the level of physical fitness of Muhammadiyah Palangka Raya Junior High School students using the Phase D Fitness Assessment Center (Pusmendik) instrument. The research method used was descriptive quantitative, with a sample of 30 students. The population of this study were all 8th grade students of Muhammadiyah Palangka Raya Junior High School, totaling 60 students. The data collected includes the results of the explosive power test, muscle strength test, endurance test, agility test, and coordination test. The results of the descriptive statistics analysis of the broad jump test had an average value of 1.4093 meters with a relatively small variation (standard deviation 0.28079), while the sit-up test showed a larger range of values (7-26) with an average of 16.70 and a high standard deviation (3.834), indicating a more significant variation in performance. On the beep test, the average participant score was 22.697 with a more consistent distribution (standard deviation 0.7681), while on the hand eye coordination test, the average was 12.97 showing greater variation between participants (standard deviation 2.942). Finally, in the t-test, the mean score of 15.7127 with moderate variation (standard deviation 1.59860) reflected a reasonable difference in ability between participants. Overall, these results indicate significant variation in participants' performance on different tests.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the independent learning curriculum in PJOK learning. The problem is that the Ministry of Education and Culture issued a regulation in the form of an independent learning curriculum. Methods using descriptive qualitative. Sources of data using primary data consist of school principals, PJOK teachers and students. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, documentation. Data analysis techniques use data condensation, data presentation, drawing conclusions. The data collection instrument uses a data validity test, a credibility test. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the independent learning curriculum in PJOK learning is carried out optimally. Even though there are obstacles to the teacher's knowledge regarding the understanding of independent learning curriculum learning. In addition, there is a shortage of teachers in preparing the independent learning curriculum. The key to success in implementing the independent learning curriculum in PJOK learning is that there must be a willingness to make changes in accordance with the provisions set by the government and see the potential that exists. In conclusion, planning in independent learning is not fully in accordance with the theory, it does not show CP, ATP and MA in the learning process.

Abstract

The purpose of the problem in this study is to find whether using color wood powder bullet media can further improve the learning outcomes of bullet repulsion in class V students of SDN Kasreman 2. The goal to be achieved is to further improve the learning outcomes of bullet repulsion in class V students of SDN Kasreman 2 through color wood powder bullet media. The method used in this research is class action research. The number of students in class V is 20 students, consisting of 11 male students and 9 female students. The results of the research on improving the learning outcomes of rejecting bullets through modifying color wood powder bullets that in cycle I there were 11 students who were complete or 55%. While those who have not completed are 9 students or 45%. Whereas in cycle II there were student results with a complete classification of 18 students or 90%, while only 2 students or 10% were not complete. In conclusion, from the results of the research that has been carried out, it is proven that the use of color wood powder bullet modification media can improve the learning outcomes of bullet throwing. This can be seen from the increase in achievement from cycle I to cycle II.
