Abstract

Sikap hospitality sangat dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat lokal ketika desa tempat tinggal mereka akan dijadikan sebagai desa wisata. Sikap ini sangat berhubungan dengan cara masyarakat dalam menyambut tamu yang datang bahkan menginap di desa wisata.  Tujuan dari program pelatihan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan hospitality pada kelompok wisata di Desa Budo, kecamatan wori Kabupaten minahasa utara. Metode pelatihan dillakukan dalam bentuk: system pengajaran, simulasi melalui bermain peran, dan pada akhir pelatihan dilakukan evaluasi terhadap keseluruhan materi yang diajarkan. Hasil yang diharapkan adalah peningkatan pengetahun dan ketrampilan dari kelompok wisata dan berdampak secara secara luas bagi masyarakat local di Desa Budo.

Abstract

The business administration study program is one part of the Business administration Department owned by the Vocational education institution at the Manado State Polytechnic, established in 1987 and aims to produce student graduates who are able to carry out functions as an administrative staff professionally in accordance with their field of expertise. As well as being able to complete administrative tasks in a relatively short time which is supported by the ability to use language, the latest technology and supported by high morals, responsibility and discipline. In carrying out the activity process has benchmarks that must be achieved in improving quality, one of which is by always producing good quality archives and at certain times it is needed for smooth activities in the Business administration study program. For this reason, the resulting archive must be managed according to the procedures used and then stored and can be found quickly and precisely when needed. The role of archives as a support for the organization in the smooth implementation of activities in accordance with its management procedures. In fact, it was found when the initial observation was made that there was a lack of complete documents manually or electronically, there was no special officer to handle the management of archives, so that when needed it was very difficult to find. A number of documents or archives available are not well organized due to the availability of equipment that is still minimal. This research was conducted with the aim that the availability of documents and a number of documents can be well organized and protected, archives can be well organized with the availability of equipment and special officers who handle it. This research will use qualitative research methods by collecting data through observation, interviews and documentation.

Abstract

The role of archives is very important for an organizational institution because archives as a source of information for memory centers cause archives to be managed properly so that if they need it, archives can be presented quickly and precisely. In Law Number 43 of 2009, Chapter 1 article 1 paragraph 3 to paragraph 9 there are active archives, where the frequency of use is high and / or continuous, whereas inactive archives are archives whose frequency of use has decreased. So far, there are still village officials who view the problem of active and inactive archives as trivial, and do not need to be followed up. The Senduk village apparatus, Tombariri District, Minahasa Regency will be used as a partner to solve this problem that he often experiences. This view results in poor ways of organizing and storing archives. This poor storage greatly affects the loss and damage to village archives or documents so that the effectiveness of services to the community does not work well. To change the paradigm of thinking that archives are absolutely necessary, the solution offered to solve the problem is in the form of training on the administration of active and inactive archives in village devices. This training is one of the methods carried out in PIM activities as an effort to increase awareness and skills in dealing with this situation considering that village officials are considered to need to get a positive impact from the existence of local government services. The purpose of this activity is to provide guidance on the administrative management of archive arrangement in the archive storage system.

Abstract

Archives are one of the important sources of information that can support changes in situations and conditions that develop quickly. In a school organization as an educational institution, information becomes a very important thing to support school activities in facing rapid change. In Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 43 of 2009 concerning Archives, records management is carried out to ensure the correct availability of archives, fast archive services, proper use designation, presentation of information that can be presented in full, and clear evidence of responsibility.Proper management of school records will create the correct school administration, so as to ensure administrative safety and security to support productivity for the school. Archives have a very important role for schools.Administrative personnel are an element that must be considered by every school organization because it is directly related to the management of school archives. The administrative personnel in the school are very helpful in managing school archives. Lack of records management from administrative personnel can make rediscovery of records very difficult to do quickly and the increase in records along with the activities of an institution that is not followed by systematic storage will result in the accumulation of records. In the initial observations, researchers found problems in structuring school records that were still not organized, how to manage records that were still ineffective, the role of administrative personnel that was not careful. The purpose is to find out the arrangement of archives, records management and the role of administrative personnel in managing archives at SMA YPKM Manado. The type of research used is a qualitative method with data collection through observation, interviews and documentation.

Abstract

Politeknik Negeri Manado telah memiliki Teaching Factory atau TEFA yang menjadi salah satu unit bisnis yang dapat memberikan manfaat ekonomi bagi institusi dan sentra kebutuhan dari mahasiswa, dosen, dan pegawai untuk memenuhi kebutuhan harian seperti makanan dan minuman, pakaian, serta kebutuhan lainnya berupa layanan lainnya. Namun keberadaan TEFA belum sepenuhnya sejalan dengan pengelolaan kegiatan administrasi usaha yang memadai khususnya administrasi database produk. Dimana pendataan barang dan transaksi barang masih dilakukan secara manual. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem administrasi usaha yang efektif dalam bentuk Database Produk melalui fasilitas Point of Sale (POS) dalam mendukung optimalisasi layanan TEFA yang ada di Politeknik Negeri Manado. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem dengan pendekatan prototipe berbasis model waterfall. Rancangan ini menyediakan sistem yang komprehensif dan efisien untuk mengelola operasi penjualan, termasuk manajemen stok, transaksi, dan audit. Pembagian peran yang jelas dan alur kerja yang terstruktur memastikan proses berjalan lancar dan kolaborasi yang efektif untuk mencapai tujuan bisnis.

Abstract

The Manado Regional VIII Regional Airport Authority Office is a government agency that has the task of carrying out the regulation, control and supervision of flight activities at airports, one of which is service in the administration of making airport PAS (Public Address System). PAS services at airports are public services with the largest number of user services at the Airport. This is because many people other than passengers who will carry out activities in the limited security area of the airport must have an airport pass. Feedback submitted by service needs to be responded to and repaired so that the quality of services and procedures can be improved. Satisfaction of service users can be used as a benchmark to see an increase in service quality. The purpose of this study is to find out how the procedure for making airport passes. Descriptive research methods through literature study observation interviesws by collecting and collecting data from previous researchers, relevant articles and journals as well as data analysis methods, namely by describing, describing, and summarizing the results of data collection. The results of this observation indicate that services in making airport passes have a very important role in improving security in limited airport areas.

Abstract

Campus business units have great potential to become innovative business laboratories.  By adopting advanced information technology, campus business units can develop unique business models that are relevant to market needs. Therefore, there is a need for innovation and business strategies that enable to compete with similar business. One strategy that can be implemented is to integrate the product database with the creation of a membership program for customers.This research employs a prototyping approach for system development. This method divides the system into several stages that are directly implemented as models. The prototype is designed through use case diagram and activity diagram of each actor that involved in the process.As a result, a proposed design is able to control 6 control components, namely: Business Unit Admin, UPT Admin, Cashier, Shopkeeper, and Customer. On the other hand, the integration between the Point of Sales System and Membership can be seen in the key activities of customers and cashiers, where both parties will collaborate in controlling the transaction status, showing availability of special offers for members in the form of points or discounts, and calculating the appropriate offers for the completed transactions.

Abstract

Since the Indonesian government's policy, rural tourism development has been prioritized. Many villages are trying to develop their villages into tourist villages. Especially with the best tourist village award, the impact is that all villages compete to get the award. Budo Village is a tourist village located in North Minahasa Regency, North Sulawesi Province, Indonesia. This village went viral because it received the award for the 50 Best Tourism Villages in Indonesia 2022. Since it was first opened, many visitors have come to the location.  The average number of visitors in one day can reach 1500 people, it is mentioned that almost between visitors cannot pass each other while walking on the mangrove track. This is because there is no limit to the number of visitors in the area. The purpose of this study is to assess the ideal number of visitors at the track, for the sustainability of the tourist site, and to preserve the tourist environment. The method used in this measurement is the Carrying Capacity of the Area. The results of this study will recommend to the tourism manager how to manage the number of visitors that will have an impact on the sustainability of the tourist attraction.

Abstract

Storytelling Marketing is usually used in marketing service products or tourism products for the purpose of emotionally influencing consumer decisions in buying the products sold. However, this is different from the usual products; in this case, the study aims to measure whether storytelling marketing effectively influences potential consumers to buy classic mocktail beverage products made from salak bean coffee. The data collection technique uses purposive sampling, with the target being mocktail connoisseurs. The data collection instrument used a questionnaire. While the data analysis method uses simple regression, correlation, and the coefficient of determination. The results showed that there was an influence between storytelling marketing and consumer purchasing decisions; besides that, the resulting correlation was strong, then the contribution of the storytelling factor was significant to consumer decisions in buying mocktails with the basic ingredients of snake fruit coffee

Abstract

Sebelum bahkan setelah melewati waktu yang panjang dengan adanya  pandemi Covid-19, industri pariwisata masih tetap menjadi andalan untuk mempercepat pemulihan ekonomi di seluruh Indonesia. Pemicu utamanya adalah dukungan dari pemerintah Indonesia yang menetapkan pariwisata sebagai leading sector,  dimana wisata desa menjadi andalan dari daerah untuk bisa tumbuh dan berkembang, menopang pariwisata secara nasional.  Namun, tampaknya kecepatan pembangunan wisata desa tidak berbanding lurus dengan kemampuan masyarakat untuk mempertahankan identitas lokal agar tetap eksis. Kasus penelitian ini adalah di salah satu desa yang masuk dalam anugerah desa wisata, desa Budo, Kabupaten Minahasa Utara. Dan tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pemahaman masyarakat desa dalam mengimplementasikan identitas lokal dalam pengembangan fasilitas wisata. Metode yang digunakan bersifat deskriptif melalui survei, dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat belum memahami peran identitas sosial budaya lokal dalam mengembangkan fasilitas wisata, dan umumnya hanya berdasarkan apriori atau firasat saja.Â
