Based on the calculation of Pearson product moment correlation coefficient obtained 0.788, meaning that the relationship of work stress factors to work productivity is classified as a relationship / strong correlation. The coefficient of determination obtained 62.1%, this shows that work productivity can be influenced by stress factors of 62.1%. While the coefficient of determination obtained 50.4%, this shows that work productivity can be influenced by motivational factors of 50.4%. From the hypothesis test in the research, the tcount value is greater than the t table value (9,162> 2,007), it means an alternative hypothesis ( Ha) accepted, the results of simple linear regression calculations obtained by the equation Y = 13.41 + 0.76X means that which shows a positive direction. Based on the calculated F test results obtained 83,622 while the F table of 4,03 from these results known F count> F table, and the significance of 0,000 or ≤ α = 0.05 so it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Abstract

This study presents a systematic literature review (SLR) aimed at synthesizing the current body of knowledge on how green marketing strategies influence consumer purchase intentions within the framework of sustainable branding. Based on an in-depth analysis of 52 peer-reviewed articles published between 2013 and 2023, the review identifies five core green marketing dimensions—eco-labeling, green advertising, sustainable product innovation, environmental brand image, and corporate environmental practices—as key drivers of consumer behavior. These strategies exert their influence through several mediating and moderating psychological constructs, including green trust, perceived value, environmental concern, brand credibility, and emotional engagement. The findings further reveal contextual variations across cultures, industries, and geographical settings that shape the effectiveness of green marketing interventions. While the theoretical foundations are supported by established models such as the Theory of Planned Behavior and signaling theory, the literature still lacks methodological diversity, particularly in terms of longitudinal and experimental research. This study contributes to theory development by offering an integrated conceptual framework and provides practical insights for marketers seeking to align sustainability initiatives with consumer values to enhance brand loyalty and environmentally responsible purchasing behavior. Keywords: Green Marketing; Sustainable Branding; Consumer Purchase Intention; Environmental Concern; Green Trust

Abstract

Abstract

The rapid growth of the culinary small and medium enterprise (SME) sector has intensified business competition, requiring firms to implement effective marketing strategies to influence consumer purchasing decisions. This study aims to analyze the effect of sales promotion and product quality on consumer purchasing decisions at the Mie Wong Solo Home Industry SME in Mamuju Regency, West Sulawesi. The research employs a quantitative approach using a descriptive verificative design. Primary data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 30 consumers selected using purposive sampling. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression supported by classical assumption tests, including normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity tests. The results show that sales promotion and product quality simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions. Partially, sales promotion has a significant influence on purchasing decisions, while product quality shows a stronger and more dominant effect. The coefficient of determination indicates that more than half of the variation in purchasing decisions can be explained by the combined influence of both variables. These findings imply that SMEs must integrate effective promotional strategies with consistent product quality improvement to strengthen competitiveness and sustain long-term customer loyalty. This study also provides practical insights for SME managers in designing balanced and sustainable marketing strategies.

Abstract

The rapid growth of digital banking is accompanied by an increasing focus on sustainability and customer-driven innovation. Green marketing communications and customer experience are considered important in influencing perceptions and adoption, yet their relationship remains largely unexplored. This study aims to investigate the contribution of sustainable marketing communications and customer experience to digital banking adoption. The method used was a systematic literature review with a qualitative approach. Data were collected from peer-reviewed articles in Scopus between 2020 and 2025 through a keyword strategy and multi-stage filtering, resulting in 10 relevant articles. Analysis was conducted through a thematic synthesis and bibliometric mapping approach. The results show that green communications increase trust and ethical perceptions, while customer experience strengthens satisfaction, usability, and loyalty. Both interact to create a synergistic effect in accelerating adoption. Consequently, integrating sustainable communications with optimal customer experience is key to digital banking strategies in the sustainability era. Future research should expand the scope of bibliometric indicators and incorporate a longitudinal perspective to capture the evolving dynamics of adoption.
