Abstract

This study aimed to determine the development process, validity, reliability, and practicality of the 4C integrated science process skills assessment instrument in high school biology learning. This research was a type of development research with development steps including determining the purpose of preparing the instrument, looking for relevant theory or scope of material, compiling instrument item indicators, compiling instrument items, content validation, revising based on validator input, conducting tests on appropriate responses to obtain response data participants, perform validity and reliability analyses, and assemble the instrument. The subjects in this study were class X students of SMA Negeri 4 Lubuklinggau City. Data analysis was performed by analyzing content validity using the Aiken index formula, construction validity using exploratory factor analysis (EFA), and reliability using Cronbach's alpha formula. The results of this study were that the 4C integrated science process skill assessment instrument in high school biology learning which was developed was valid with an Aiken V index value of 0.87 and was included in the high category, and the developed instrument contains aspects that are feasible to use which were included in 4 factors. The instrument for assessing the 4C integrated science process skills in high school biology learning was developed to be reliable with a reliability coefficient of 0.729. The 4C integrated science process skills assessment instrument for high school biology learning was developed practically with a practical value of 85.23% which was included in the very practical category.

Abstract

Desa Jajaran Baru memiliki banyak potensi tanaman obat, salah satunya tanaman liar yang banyak ditemukan yaitu tanaman yang dikenal Daun Sungkai. Beberapa tahun terakhir ini khususnya saat pandemic COVID -19 terjadi, Daun Sungkai menjadi pusat perhatian besar beberapa peneliti karena adanyaaktivitas antibakteri dan antioksidan. Komponen antioksidan pada Daun Sungkai ternyata memiliki kekuatan yang cukup besar untuk meredam senyawa radikal bebas. Tanaman ini sangat baik untuk kesehatan, seperti darah tinggi, diabetes dan lain sebagainya. Tujuan kegiatan Pengabdian pada Masyarakat ini adalah memberikan pengetahuan dan pelatihan di Desa Jajaran baru tentang pengolahan Daun Sungkai sebagai wedang yang sehat dan menyegarkan. Metode yang digunakan dalam Pengabdian ini adalah melalui Sosialisasi, Pelatihan selama 3 bulan. Hasil PPM yang telah dicapai yaitu telah terlaksanakanya sosialisasi, praktik dan Uji Organolepti Daun Sungkai. Tim pengabdian juga berharap bahwa dalam pengabdian ini bisa dilanjutkan dengan produksi wedang Daun Sungkai dengan pasar yang lebih luas.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: i) untuk menghitung besarnya biaya pendidikan per peserta didik dengan pendekatan activity based costing (ABC) di Pondok Modern Al-Rifa’ie 2 mulai PAUD, SD, SMP, SMA dan SMK; ii) untuk menganalisis dampaknya terhadap daya saing di Pondok Modern Al-Rifa’ie 2 Gondanglegi Malang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian studi kasus dengan metode kuantitatif deskriptif. Analisis kuantitatif deskriptif dilakukan untuk memaparkan perhitungan biaya operasional pendidikan per peserta didik dengan pendekatan activity based costing (ABC). Teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perhitungan biaya pendidikan di identifikasi aktivitas penyelenggaraannya yang menghasilkan biaya operasional per peserta didik per tahun di Pondok Modern Al-Rifa’ie 2 mulai unit pendidikan: i) PAUD Rp.3.620.512, ii) SD Rp.5.927.690, iii) SMP Rp. 3.384.187, SMA iv) Rp. 6.926.608, v) SMK Rp. 9.061.897. Biaya pendidikan dalam penelitian ini di nilai berdasarkan harga (SPP) dan kualitas kelulusan NUN yang hubungannya tidak secara langsung terhadap daya saing. Dimana daya saing ini sebagai pengembangan di semua lini dalam organisasi baik dari harga SPP maupun kualitas kelulusan NUN. Apabila dinilai dari harga SPP naik dari tahun ke tahun harapannya jumlah peserta didik juga naik. Dan juga kualitas kelulusan NUN peserta didik setiap tahun juga mengalami hasil yang meningkat.

Abstract

This research aims to prove and analyze the influence of quality of work life, leadership and personality on employee engagement of village officials in Labuhan Haji sub-district, East Lombok Regency. The type of research used is explanatory research. The analysis technique is carried out using multiple linear regression. The results of this research are that simultaneously, the quality of work life, leadership and personality have a significant positive effect on employee engagement among village officials. Meanwhile, partially, quality of work life and leadership have no influence on employee engagement. Meanwhile, personality has a significant positive influence on employee engagement of village officials in Labuhan Haji sub-district, East Lombok district.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to explore and describe the performance of East Lombok Regency DPRD Secretariat Employees. This research is a type of descriptive quantitative research. The population in this study was 79 East Lombok Regency DPRD secretariat employees consisting of 40 people with ASN status and 39 people with honorary staff status. The number of samples in this study was 64 in accordance with the number of questionnaires returned. The data analysis technique used in this research is the percentage technique. The research results show that; Performance Analysis of East Lombok Regency DPRD Secretariat Employees based on indicators of productivity, service quality, responsiveness and accountability falls into the "Good" category at 74.5%.

Abstract

This study was meant 1) to determine the partial influence of compensation, organizational climate and motivation on Employee Organizational Commitment in Islamic Boarding Schools in Lenek District, East Lombok Regency. 2) to find out whether the variables Compensation, Organizational Climate, and Work Motivation simultaneously influence the Employee Organizational Commitment in Islamic Boarding Schools in Lenek District, East Lombok Regency. 3) to find out among the variables Compensation, Organizational Climate, and Motivation, which variable had the most dominant influence on the Employee Organizational Commitment in Islamic Boarding Schools in Lenek District, East Lombok Regency. This study was a causal associative research. This study was also a population study where the number of respondents who returned the questionnaire was 80 respondents. Quantitative analysis technique was used in this study with the assistance of the SPSS 20. It showed that 1) Compensation had a positive influence on the employee organizational commitment at Islamic Boarding School, Lenek District. East Lombok. 2) Organizational climate had a positive influence on the employee organizational commitment at Islamic Boarding School, Lenek District. East Lombok. 3) Motivation had a positive influence on the employee organizational commitment at the Islamic Boarding School, Lenek Regency East Lombok. 4) Compensation, Organizational Climate and Motivation had simultaneously a significant effect on Employee Organizational Commitment at Islamic Boarding School, Lenek District. East Lombok. 5) Among the three independent variables, Compensation, Organizational Climate and Motivation, Motivation influenced most significantly on Employee Organizational Commitment.

Abstract

Direktorat Jenderal Pajak mempunyai wewenang untuk menghimpun penerimaan negara dari sektor pajak sesuai dengan amanat undang-undang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi dan komitmen organisasi terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) dan kinerja pegawai Kanwil DJP Jawa Timur III. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi berpengaruh terhadap OCB pegawai Kanwil DJP Jawa Timur III. Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh terhadap OCB pegawai Kanwil DJP Jawa Timur III. Kompetensi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai Kanwil DJP Jawa Timur III. Komitmen organisasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai Kanwil DJP Jawa Timur III. OCB berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai Kanwil DJP Jawa Timur III. Kompetensi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja  pegawai Kanwil DJP Jawa Timur III melalui OCB. Hal itu berarti semakin tinggi kompetensi maka akan meningkatkan OCB dan akhirnya semakin baik kinerja pegawai. Komitmen organisasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai Kanwil DJP Jawa Timur III melalui OCB. Kesimpulan penelitian ini yaitu  kompetensi berpengaruh terhadap OCB dan kinerja pegawai Kanwil DJP Jawa Timur III. Sedangkan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh terhadap OCB tetapi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

Latar belakang: Stunting merupakan kondisi kronis yang menggambarkan terhambatnya pertumbuhan karena malnutrisi jangka panjang. Penyebab stunting sangat kompleks, salah satu penyebab utamanya adalah asupan protein yang memiliki efek terhadap level plasma Insulin Growth Factor I (IGF-I), protein matriks tulang, dan faktor pertumbuhan, serta kalsium dan fosfor yang berperan penting dalam formasi tulang.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi hubungan diet tinggi protein, diet tinggi kalsium, diet tinggi zink terhadap kejadian stunting pada balita 24 – 48 bulan di Desa Ampel Kecamatan Wuluhan Kabupaten Jember. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi seluruh balita usia 24-48 bulan di Desa Ampel Kecamatan Wuluhan  Kabupaten Jember yang berjumlah 34 balita. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah total sampling, Data yang dipakai adalah data sekunder yaitu data lembar observasi pengukuran TB dan usia anak dan data primer ( kuesioner) tentang diet tinggi protein, kalsium dan zink. Data dianalisis menggunakan SPSS  Versi 22 dengan uji chi square pada tingkat kemaknaan α0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara diet tinggi protein dengan kejadian stunting pada balita 24-48 bulan di Desa Ampel Kecamatan Wuluhan Kabupaten Jember, kesimpulan :ada hubungan antara diet tinggi kalsium,Protein,Zink dengan kejadian stunting pada balita 24-48 bulan di Desa Ampel Kecamatan Wuluhan Kabupaten Jember.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the perception and knowledge of the Muhammadiyah community - one of the largest religious organizations in Indonesia - towards Sharia principles in investing in Islamic financial products. Using a qualitative approach with Qualitative Data Analysis Software (Q-DAS), data were gathered through in-depth interviews and participatory observations with members of the Muhammadiyah community. The results indicate that the participants have a significant awareness of Sharia principles. They acknowledge the prohibition of usury and the importance of avoiding investments in industries deemed haram according to religious teachings. Participants understood Sharia principles well and used them as guidelines for making investment decisions. However, the study also revealed that the Muhammadiyah community's knowledge of Islamic financial products requires improvement. There is a need for enhanced understanding of the concepts, features, benefits, and risks associated with Islamic financial products. Factors such as access to information, education, previous experience, and religious beliefs influence people's perception and knowledge in this area. The study concludes that while the Muhammadiyah community is highly aware of Sharia principles in investing, a deeper knowledge and broader understanding of Islamic financial products are essential.

Abstract

This research aimed to investigate the effects of leadership style and empowerment on job satisfaction and performance in Madura's traditional jamu centres. The study employed a questionnaire to collect data from 69 workers. The findings, with T-Statistics (3.755) > T-Table (1.96), demonstrated that leadership style had a favourable and substantial impact on performance. However, according to T-Statistics (0.843) < T-Table (1.96), leadership style did not significantly impact satisfaction. T-Statistics (11.138) exceeded T-Table (1.96), suggesting a significant and positive influence of empowerment on performance. T-Statistics (1.167) revealed that empowerment had no discernible impact on commitment. < T-Table 1.96. T-Statistics (3.459) > T-Table (1.96) indicates a positive and significant relationship between job satisfaction and performance. Job satisfaction was a major mediating factor in the effect of empowerment on performance, but it was not a mediating factor in the impact of leadership style on performance. Madura's traditional jamu centres could benefit from this research by selecting a leadership style and giving their staff more authority.
