Abstract

Learning for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) must specifically cater to their specific characteristics, but learning media specifically tailored for children with ASD is unfortunately still limited. We designed and implemented interactive multimedia adopting the syntax of PECS for reading and counting in children with ASD. Students’ improvement was evaluated after learning and their behavior while learning was documented. Results showed some improvement in students' learning achievement, and all students showed an improvement in terms of behavior when learning.

Abstract

Pandeglang Regency is an area that has a large potential level of Tsunamis. This is based on the fact that Geographically Pandeglang Regency located near the Krakatau Anak Volcano and plate subduction path of Indo-Australia in the Sunda Strait cause Pandeglang Regency to become one of the regions that has a tsunami potential. Therefore, it is necessary to mitigate from an early age in order to overcome and prevent large losses. One of the steps that can be taken is to identify the potential coverage area of the inundation. The results of the calculations from these data are then entered into the Tsunami scenario modeling. Which in this case is divided into 3 scenarios, for Pandeglang Regency, the first scenario with a 100-year period the maximum tsunami height from the coastline is 7.5 meters. For the second scenario with a 2000-year period with a predicted maximum height of 15 meters and the last scenario with a period of 2500 years with a predicted height of 20 meters. The results show that in the Tsunami wave modeling 7.5 m of the widest inundation occurs in Panimbang District this is due to land cover consisting of ponds, rice fields, irrigation, plantations and gentle slopes. The conditions that occur in the well-sphere cause this area to become a flooded area with the highest area at the tsunami wave modeling of 15 m. Sumur Sub-district is also the area with the largest inundation at the 20 m tsunami wave modeling.

Abstract

Pembelajaran kolaboratif adalah pembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh dua orang atau lebih untuk belajar secara bersama-sama. Salah satu tujuan pembelajaran kolaboratif adalah memberikan kesempatan kepada siswa untuk berpartisipasi secara aktif dalam proses pembelajaran atau yang dikenal dengan istilah student center. Permasalahan yang ada pada masa apademi Covid-19 mengakibatkan pembelajaran kolaboratif sulit dilakukan karena adanya social distancing, yang mengharuskan pembelajaran dilakukan dari rumah. Salah satu melakukan pembelajaran kolaboratif secara online. Aplikasi kolaboratif online yang dibahas pada penelitian ini adalah MOOCs APTIKOM, Google Classroom dan Aplikasi Sistem Manajemen Pengetahuan. Partisipan atau student yang memanfaatkan course di MOOCs tersebut masih dibawah 100 dan MOOCs APTIKOM memberikan layanan materi bidang informatika dan komputer yang dapat diakses secara bebas. Aplikasi google classroom yang merupakan aplikasi Web 2.0 dan aplikasi sistem manajemen pengetahuan(Asmape) dapat dimanfaatkan untuk pembelajaran kolaboratif secara online hal ini dibuktikan dengan telah diimplementasikannya google classroom pada mata kuliah evaluasi pembelajaran dan aplikasi Asmape telah dimanfaatkan pada mata kuliah basis data terutama untuk tugas kelompok membuat artikel ilmiah.

Abstract

This research described the students' errors in solving story qustions in grade IV SDN Serang 8. Most students find it difficult to interpret the purpose of the calculation questions in the form of stories and often get less scores because of the errors students make when students answer calculation questions in story form. This study aimed to find out what are the causes and errors made by students, then find out how the solutions can be given and carried out by students or teachers. This research used a qualitative approach with the descriptive type of research. By using content analysis methods, namely research by examining the text of documents or books to draw conclusions based on the context of their use. The data collection procedure was carried out by giving several research instruments in the form of 4 mathematical story questions about measurement and conducting interviews to produce oral data from participants. The findings of this study indicate that there are several facts that cause this occurrence of students’ errors. They are students did not understand the concept, students made calculation errors, some students did not answer correctly, and students did not answer in a complete way until the final answer. Researcher produced data on the level of ability of grade IV SDN 8 students. There are 3 students who have high ability level, 10 students have medium ability level, and 7 students have low ability level. This research was expected to help to provide solutions so that students are able to solve story problems correctly and according to the procedure for solving them.

Abstract

The operation of multiplication counting is one of the difficult calculation operations, especially when students were working on calculating the operation of more than two or more numbers. In completing this issue, there were constraints in which because students have not memorized multiplication of 1 to 10. A technical error on working on the multiplication operation with conventional methods (stacking) students use that has been learned while sitting in grade of III. It can be done by providing new methods that can facilitate students in working with the math problem. There are many alternative methods to overcome students' difficulties. One of them is a Lattice method, a multiplication method that uses a grid to multiply two multi-digit numbers, and can reduce the level of difficulty and error. The purpose of this study was to provide an overview the influence from the use the Lattice method for calculating multiplication operations to reduce students' difficulties in solving problems. The study used a qualitative non-interactive research approach. The method used in this researcher was a literature study that collects several previous journals and researches to answer the influence of the use of the Lattice method of calculating multiplication operations against reducing students' difficulties in resolving the problems. In this study there were 14 literature studied from several journals and previous research. The results of the study there was an influence of the Lattice method of improving the learning results of mathematics, and can reduce the hardship of students in solving the trouble.

Abstract

The essence of education is a process in an effort to build people who can know themselves and explore their potential, whether from a local, national, or global scope though. One of the subjects in elementary school teaching is mathematics which is one of the studies that is always interesting to discuss because of differences in characteristics, especially between the nature of children and the nature of mathematics. For this reason, it is necessary to have a bridge that can neutralize these differences or conflicts. This research was conducted to determine the effect of Powtoon interactive multimedia on students' creative thinking ability in Solid Figure material. This study used interactive multimedia in the form of a video from the Powtoon application along with 10 essay questions. This research is a Quasi-Experimental Design in the form of a Non-Equivalent Control Group Design. The number of samples taken consisted of class V A totaling 36 students as the experimental class and class V B, totaling 36 students as the control class. The data analysis technique consisted of prerequisite tests including normality test, homogeneity test, and independent sample t-test. The results of the data from the Independent Sample T-test on the pre-test and post-test data are the sig. (2-tailed) of 0.000 0.05. Hence, it can be concluded that there are differences in the creative thinking abilities of mathematics students between the experimental class using interactive multimedia Powtoon and the control class using only conventional methods, namely power point in class V Public Elementary School 02 Muara Ciujung Timur Rangkasbitung.

Abstract

Business Intelligence yang didasarkan pada sistem informasi masih merupakan hal yang baru bagi suatuinstansi pendidikan. Umumnya Business Intelligence(BI) dilakukan oleh para pelaku bisnis/perusahaan sebagaialat bantu yang mampu mengolah data-data transaksi yang dimilikinya menjadi informasi yang bernilai lebihdan tidak hanya terpaku pada angka-angka mati. OLAP(On-Line Analytical Processing)merupakan salah satumetode yang dapat membantu penerapan Business Intelligence. OLAP berfungsi untuk melakukan analisis dataterhadap data (data warehouse) dan kemudian membuat laporannya sesuai dengan permintaan user. Untukmerealisasikan Businees Intelligence di Jurusan Teknik Informatika, maka dibuatlah rancangan sisteminformasi Business Intelligence lulusan. Dengan menerapkan lulusan sebagai objek maka akan diperolehinformasi yang dapat digunakan untuk membantu Jurusan dalam mempersiapkan mahasiswa untuk mudahmendapatkan pekerjaan. Permasalahan yang ada sekarang ini adalah belum terdapatnya data warehouselulusan sehingga diperlukan perancangan data warehouse dengan tahapan sebagai berikut mengumpulkandata-data yang berhubungan dengan lulusan, melakukan analisis data dengan membentuk cubes, dan kemudianmerancang sistem informasi Business Intelligence lulusan yang dapat digunakan sebagai dasar untukpembuatan aplikasi Business Intelligence lulusan.Keywords: Data warehouse, OLAP , Perancangan, Business Intelligence, Lulusan

Abstract

Aplikasi Self Assessment merupakan salah satu contoh media pendidikan berbasis web yang digunakanuntuk menyediakan proses test atau pengujian terhadap materi pengajaran yang telah diberikan. Test yangdiberikan memiliki sistem leveling yang dapat dijadikan sebagai ukuran kemampuan mahasiswa dalammemahami materi pengajaran. Aplikasi ini dapat digunakan oleh para pengajar untuk memberikan tes awalpada mahasiswa sebelum dimulai praktek di Laboratorium Komputer. Tahap-tahap didalam pembuatan aplikasiSelf Assessment ini dimulai dengan penentuan kebutuhan pengguna, melakukan analisa, memodelkan fungsifungsiyang akan diterapkan, perancangan sistem dengan menggunakan metode Unified Modeling Language(UML) dan Implementasi.Kata kunci: Self Assessment, UML, Leveling, Web.

Abstract

Pandeglang Regency is an area that has the potentiel to be hit by tsunamis. The plate subduction paths of Indo-Australia and Anak Krakatau Volcano make Pandeglang Regency a region with a high tsunami potential. One step that can be taken to overcome and minimize losses is to do spatial planning to protect it against potential tsunami damage. This research aimed to evaluate the spatial area of Pandeglang Regency based on the identification of potential tsunami hazards.  The concept of modelling the tsunami inundation height developed by Berryman and based on Head Regulation No.4 of 2012 of the Indonesian National Board for Disaster Management has been used to identify potential tsunami hazards. The modelling was carried out by calculating the potential distribution of tsunami wave heights in coastal areas.  Three scenarios were used to estimate the distribution. The results showed that the first scenario predicted a maximum tsunami height   of 7.5 meters above sea level with the furthest tsunami inundation reaching 1,700.12 meters. Second scenario predicted maximum height of 15 meters, with the furthest tsunami inundation reaching 3,384.62 meters. Meanwhile, the last scenario was able to predict a height of 20 meters and showed the furthest tsunami inundation reaching 5.155,11 meters. These results proved that in all scenarios, the widest inundation would occur in Panimbang Regency. This is due to the relatively small variations in roughness and slope of the surface. The same condition also occurs in the last two scenarios, in which Sumur District was the area most ffected. Therefore, the spatial plan of Pandeglang Regency needs to be evaluated and the function of residential area changed to reduce and prevent large losses.

Diterima : Direvisi :Diterbitkan : Desa Lontar memiliki kewajiban untuk mendukung program pemerintah yaitu E-Government. E-Government adalah penggunaan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) untuk memberikan kemudahan layanan dan memberikan akses informasi kepada masyarakat setempat khususnya dan membuat pemerintahan lebih bertanggung jawab kepada masyarakat. Pemerintahan desa sebagai tingkat paling bawah dalam struktur pemerintahan dituntut untuk dapat menyelenggarakan pemerintahan yang baik (good governance), salah satu solusi untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut adalah dengan menerapkan E-Government. Salah satu cara untuk menerapkan E-Government, pemerintahan desa dapat membuat sebuah situs (website) yang berisi informasi dan fasilitas-fasilitas pelayanan bagi seluruh lapisan masyarakat, pihak swasta maupun dengan pemerintah yang lain. Pembuatan website desa lontar bertujuan sebagai media pelayanan publik resmi desa, yang dibangun dan dikelola oleh tim desa setempat. Dengan memanfaatkan website penyelenggaraan pelayanan publik dapat dilakukan secara cepat dan mudah. Website desa sebagai manajemen informasi dapat digunakan sebagai media informasi publik yang dapat diakses secara online. Berdasarkan hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat mengenai rancangan website Desa Lontar yang telah diaplikasikan, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa website ini dapat berjalan dengan baik sesuai yang diharapkan sehingga dapat membantu meningkatkan performa dari pemerintahan Desa Lontar dalam pengolahan data dan memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat dengan cepat dan efisien.
