Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas air secara fisika, kimia dan biologi serta laju sedimentasi pada Saluran Irigasi di Kecamatan Long Mesangat. Analisis kualitas air secara fisika, kimia dan biologi dengan menggunakan Indeks Storet. Sedangkan laju sedimentasi dengan menghitung debit air saluran irigasi, dan total padatan tersuspensi (TSS). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kualitas air pada saluran irigasi adalah memenuhi standar baku mutu kelas III dan IV yang peruntukannya budidaya perikanan dan pertanian. Kualitas air memenuhi standar baku mutu untuk Kelas I, II, III dan IV yaitu Parameter fisika dengan rata-rata suhu 31,7OC, TDS : 0,016 mg/L, TSS : 19,61 mg/L, dan Kekeruhan : 62,76 NTU. Sedangkan parameter kimia adalah memiliki rerata BOD-5 1,2 mg/L, NO3 8,22 mg/L, Nitrit 0,023 mg/L, dan Sulfat 29,43 mg/L). Parameter kimia yang tidak memenuhi standar baku mutu untuk Kelas I dan II adalah rerata kadar Fe 0,94 mg/L, kadar Cl 3,91 mg/L, kadar COD 25,03 mg/L, dan DO 4,85 mg/L. Parameter biologi total coliform tidak memenuhi ( S.Primer : 513,33/100ml, S.Sekunder : 670/100ml, S.Tersier : 1126,67/100ml). Laju sedimentasi pada saluran irigasi berturut-turut adalah 0,724 ton/hari, 0,451 ton/hari dan 0,021 ton/hari.

Abstract

This research aims to develop Google Sites learning media on the subject of class X viruses to improve the communication skills and technological literacy of State High School students in Samarinda. The type of research used is Research and Development (R&D) with the Sugiyono development model. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, interviews and tests. The data analysis technique used is quantitative and qualitative data analysis. The subjects in this research were 3 expert validators, namely media, language and materials experts, 1 educational practitioner who was a biology subject teacher and class discussing viruses. The validation results from 3 expert validators obtained a score of 81.97% in the very feasible category. The practicality assessment by the teacher received a score of 97.8% in the very practical category and the assessment by students obtained a score of 85.1% in the very practical category. The use of Google Sites learning media has a significant influence on student learning outcomes with the calculated t value obtained (0.00 < 0.05) with a score gain index of 0.77 in the high category which shows that Google Sites learning media is effective in increasing students' understanding of learning materials. The results of the communication skills assessment questionnaire obtained a score of 81% in the very good category and technological literacy skills received a score of 86% in the very good category.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh penilaian kinerja guru, motivasi kerja, dan kompetensi pedagogik terhadap kinerja mengajar guru dan tenaga kependidikan di SMKN 1 Kongbeng. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan eksplanatori melalui survei kuesioner skala Likert kepada seluruh populasi (sampling jenuh) berjumlah 32 responden. Instrumen dinyatakan valid (r_hitung > r_tabel) dan reliabel (Cronbach’s Alpha 0,86–0,91). Uji asumsi klasik menunjukkan data memenuhi normalitas, bebas multikolinearitas (VIF 1,406–1,557), bebas heteroskedastisitas, serta tidak terdapat autokorelasi (DW 1,921). Analisis regresi linier berganda menghasilkan persamaan Y = 5,214 + 0,321X1 + 0,287X2 + 0,402X3, dengan koefisien determinasi R² = 0,619 yang mengindikasikan 61,9% variasi kinerja mengajar dijelaskan oleh ketiga variabel independen. Uji parsial (t) menunjukkan penilaian kinerja (β=0,321; p=0,011), motivasi kerja (β=0,287; p=0,013), dan kompetensi pedagogik (β=0,402; p=0,003) berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja mengajar. Uji simultan (F=18,742; p<0,001) menegaskan pengaruh bersama yang signifikan. Temuan menempatkan kompetensi pedagogik sebagai prediktor terkuat, diikuti penilaian kinerja dan motivasi kerja. Implikasi praktisnya, sekolah perlu memperkuat sistem penilaian kinerja yang akuntabel, program peningkatan motivasi, serta pelatihan pedagogik berbasis kebutuhan untuk mengakselerasi mutu pembelajaran kejuruan.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of policies, analyze decision-making mechanisms, and describe their contribution to the development strategy of the Islamic Education Management Study Program (MPI) at STAI Sangatta, East Kutai. The research used a descriptive qualitative approach. Study program leaders, lecturers, educational staff, and students were selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using semi-structured interviews, participant observation, and document analysis. The Miles and Huberman interactive model was used to process the data. The findings indicate that policy implementation has been incorporated in the curriculum, academic activities, research, and community service. However, limited resources have constrained its effectiveness. Decision-making is done through lecturer meetings and deliberation forums. Yet, participation is unequal due to leadership dominance and low student involvement. Consistent policy implementation and participatory decision-making have contributed significantly to the development strategy of the MPI Study Program. These efforts have strengthened curriculum alignment, enhanced lecturer competence, and expanded research and community engagement initiatives. However, their impact has not yet been optimal due to limited human resources and unequal participation in decision-making. The findings suggest that the success of the study program's development strategy depends on the integration of effective policy implementation with inclusive governance practices that ensure shared responsibility, transparency, and sustainable academic improvement.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of data-driven school policies in improving student literacy and numeracy outcomes at SMP Negeri 1 Anggana through a targeted intervention program. The primary focus of this study was evaluating the impact of supplemental numeracy tutoring provided to 45 selected students in preparation for the Computer-Based National Assessment (ANBK). The results showed that the school's numeracy achievement increased significantly from 60% in 2023 to 84.44% in 2024, reaching the Good category (95.56%) in 2025. Furthermore, the Chromebook-based literacy program and the School Literacy Movement also boosted literacy achievement to 95.56% in 2025. These findings demonstrate that technology-based interventions and intensive tutoring are effective in strengthening students' basic competencies. However, the program's limited reach, which only covers a subset of students, still creates gaps in achievement. Therefore, expanding access and program equity are priorities to ensure equitable learning for all students. The research results show that data-driven interventions and intensive mentoring significantly improve students' basic competencies. However, the effectiveness of the policy still needs to be strengthened in terms of equity, as some programs still focus on specific student groups. Therefore, expanded access and program sustainability are needed to ensure that all students receive equal and sustainable learning opportunities. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas kebijakan sekolah berbasis data dalam meningkatkan capaian literasi dan numerasi peserta didik di SMP Negeri 1 Anggana melalui program intervensi yang terarah. Fokus utama penelitian ini adalah evaluasi dampak bimbingan belajar tambahan numerasi yang diberikan kepada 45 siswa terpilih dalam menghadapi Asesmen Nasional Berbasis Komputer (ANBK). Hasil menunjukkan bahwa capaian numerasi sekolah meningkat signifikan dari 60% pada tahun 2023 menjadi 84,44% pada tahun 2024, dan mencapai kategori Baik (95,56%) pada tahun 2025. Selain itu, program literasi berbasis Chromebook dan Gerakan Literasi Sekolah juga mendorong peningkatan capaian literasi menjadi 95,56% pada tahun 2025. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa intervensi berbasis teknologi dan bimbingan intensif mampu memperkuat kompetensi dasar siswa secara efektif. Namun, keterbatasan sasaran program yang hanya mencakup sebagian siswa masih menimbulkan kesenjangan capaian. Oleh karena itu, perluasan akses dan pemerataan program menjadi prioritas untuk menjamin keadilan pembelajaran bagi seluruh peserta didik.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa intervensi berbasis data dan pendampingan intensif mampu meningkatkan kompetensi dasar siswa secara signifikan. Namun, efektivitas kebijakan masih perlu diperkuat dalam hal pemerataan, karena sebagian program masih berfokus pada kelompok siswa tertentu. Oleh karena itu, perlu perluasan akses dan keberlanjutan program agar seluruh peserta didik memperoleh kesempatan belajar yang setara dan berkelanjutan.
