Abstract

COVID-19 is still a pandemic throughout the country. The spread of COVID-19 is influenced by community activities, namely one market that has a high potential for the space of COVID-19, which must be a concern when health practices are implemented. The purpose of this study is to find out what factors influence COVID-19 prevention behavior. This research is quantitative research with a cross-sectional research design. The population in this study were all traders in the Pasir Putih People's Market, South Jambi District, Jambi City, totaling 132 people, and sampling was done using purposive sampling. In this study, the analysis was carried out univariately and bivariate by using the Chi-Square test, and the research instrument was a questionnaire. The results showed that there was a relationship between knowledge (p = 0.006), attitude (p = 0.000), facilities and infrastructure (p = 0.002), and the behavior of COVID-19 prevention at the Pasir Putih People's Market, South Jambi District, Jambi City in 2022, and there was no relationship between social support (p = 0.097) and COVID-19 prevention behavior. This study found that knowledge, attitudes, facilities, and infrastructure are closely related to the behavior of COVID-19 prevention at the Pasir Putih People's Market, South Jambi District, Jambi City.

Abstract

In the global era, that becomes indicators of succcess of health service is a inpatient satisfaction. Patient will fell satisfied if they gain the health service more than their hope. There are five indicators of inpatient satisfaction are reliability, tangibles, responsiveness, assurance, emphaty. This research was the quantitative reserch with design cross sectional that has towards to know the influence of service quality perseption with inpatient satisfaction at Mayjen H.A Thalib Hospital Kerinci. Sample technique was propotional sampling, the samples were 95 respondens. Data were tested by chi-square test.The result was the patient felt satisfied with the servis health that given from Mayjen H.A Thalib Hospital Kerinci, and there were influence between perseption of service quality dimensions of reliability, responsiveness, assurance andemphaty toward inpatient satisfaction with the p-value 0.000, in addition there was no influence between perseption of service quality dimension of tangible with the p-value 0.647. Researcher hope that the hospital can set the schedule to medicinal treatment, with the result that the patient will not wait too long.

Abstract

Data from the World Health Organization (WHO) in 2015 showed that around 1.13 billion people in the world have hypertension, meaning that 1 in 3 people in the world are diagnosed with hypertension. The number of people with hypertension continues to increase every year, it is estimated that by 2025 there will be 1.5 billion people affected by hypertension, and it is estimated that each year 9.4 million people die from hypertension and its complications. Measurement of blood pressure in children and adolescents is needed to detect whether there is a tendency for hypertension in children and adolescents. The management of hypertension in children and adolescents can reduce the prevalence of hypertension in adulthood. This study aims to analyze the risk factors of Behavioral Risk Factors for Prevention of Hypertension in Adolescents in the Work Area of ​​the Mendahara Public Health Center, Tanjung Jabung Timur Regency 2019. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey research type with a cross sectional design with 117 adolescents in the working area of ​​the Puskesmas. The treasurer is 13-18 years old. The sampling technique is random sampling. Data collection used a questionnaire and was carried out in August 2020. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between behavioral risk factors and efforts to prevent adolescent hypertension in the work area of ​​Mendahara Public Health Center, Tanjabtim Regency ((p <0.05). The results of this study are expected to be a reference for the Puskesmas Treasurer for early detection of the risk of hypertension in adolescents in an effort to prevent hypertension in adulthood

Abstract

Customer satisfaction is important for service providers, customers will disseminate their satisfaction to prospective customers, thereby increasing the reputation of service providers. It is important for BPJS health, to continuously pay attention to the development of patient satisfaction. Of the 238 administrative complaints at the Jambi branch of the BPJS Health Office, there were 25 complaints of lack of information from frontline officers about the rights, obligations, and utilization of JKN cards so that customers felt less satisfied. This study aims to determine the level of satisfaction with the quality of frontline services at the Jambi Branch BPJS Health Office. The study was descriptive-analytic with a cross-sectional design. The sample of the study was 96 customers who visited the Jambi branch of the Health BPJS office and were taken by accidental sampling. The instrument is a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). The study was conducted at the Jambi branch BPJS Office from January 26 to February 1, 2019. The level of customer satisfaction on tangible indicators was 84%, reliability was 83%, responsiveness was 88%, assurance was 92% and empathy was 88% and the average value - the suitability of all dimensions is 87%. Tangible and reliability indicators are still not satisfying customers. For this reason, it is hoped that the Jambi branch of BPJS Health will develop SOPs for frontline services and hold administrative service roleplay activities once a week.

Abstract

Fokus proses ini menekankan pada pencapaian efisiensi dan efektivitas dalam proses organisasi. Sistem kerja pada puskesmas merupakan satu kesatuan pelayanan dari berbagai kegiatan program pelayanan kesehatan dasar yang saling berinteraksi dan bekerja sama, saling tergantung, masing-masing mempunyai fungsi spesifik, mendukung fungsi lainya dan berbegerak mencapai tujuan Puskesmas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan fokus proses dengan mutu pelayanan di Puskesmas Koni Kota Jambi Tahun 2020. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian analitik kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 3 - 5 Februari 2020. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah Total Sampling. Sampel yang diambil adalah sebanyak 39 orang. Teknik pengambilan data melalui wawancara menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis univariat dan bivariat. Hasil dari penelitian ini dianalisa dengan uji chi-square diperoleh nilai p-value = 0,036 (p < 0,05). Uji ini menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan yang bermakna antara fokus proses dengan mutu pelayanan. Hipotesis adanya hubungan yang berarti antara fokus proses dengan mutu pelayanan di Puskesmas Koni Kota Jambi Tahun 2020 dapat diterima. Untuk meningkatkan mutu pelayanan dan kinerja di Puskesmas Koni Kota Jambi, sebaiknya Puskesmas dapat mempertahankan penerapan fokus proses yang baik.

Abstract

Indek Kepuasan Masyarakat di Puskesmas Pakuan Baru Jambi tahun 2018 terjadi penurunan yaitu 3,28 menjadi sebesar 3,17 tahun 2019, dilihat dari Kotak saran 3 bulan terakhir pasien mengatakan waktu menunggunya lama, pasien mengeluh pelayanan lama, serta pengambilan obat waktu tunggu lama. Penelitan ini untuk mengetahui hubungan waktu tunggu di Puskesmas Pakuan Baru Kota Jambi. Penelitian mengunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan rancangan cross sectional, teknik pengambilan data puposive sampling. Subyek penelitian adalah 95 orang responden rawat Jalan di Puskemas Pakuan Baru Kota Jambi Tahun 2020. Penelitian ini dianalisa dengan Uji chi-square diperoleh nilai P-Value sebesar 0.322 >0.05 maka tidak adanya hubungan yang berarti antara Waktu Tunggu Terhadap Kepuasan Pasien. Dari wawancara dan observasi lansung yang dilakukan dipuskesmas Pakuan Baru Jambi waktu tunggu pasien rawat jalan dimana rata-rata waktu tunggu pasien dalam kategori cepat ( 31,90) dan kepuasan pasien dengan interval 235-263, dan 5% pasien mengatakan tidak puas. Waktu tunggu pasien rawat jalan dimana rata-rata waktu tunggu pasien dalam kategori cepat ( 31,90)¸ belum adanya Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) yang baku atau yang telah disepakati di pelayanan atau pun diloket pendaftaran diPuskesmas Pakuan Baru Kota Jambi

Abstract

ABSTRAK Tuberkulosis adalah suatu penyakit kronikmenular yang disebabkan oleh bakteri Mycobacteriumtuberculosis. Tahun 2020-2024 jumlah penderita TB di 20 Puskesmas mengalami peningkatan. Salah satu Puskesmas di Kota Jambi yangmemiliki banyak penderita TB adalah Puskesmas Simpang Kawat, dengan capaian suspek TB Paru sebanyak 541 (91,85 %) dengan prevalensi 1,9 sedangkan 62 pasien TB (+) yang mendapatkan layanan Kesehatan. Menjadi tugas penting bagi petugas kesehatan serta kader Posyandu dalam mencegah terjadinya peningkatan angka kejadian TB Paru. Tujuan pelaksanaan kegiatan yaitu adalah meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan mitra tentang SKrining pencegahan dan pengendalian TB Paru. Kegiatan diawali dengan FGD bersama Mitra kemudian dilanjutkan dengan pemberian materi tentang diabetes mellitus dan skrining ulkus diabetik serta pengenalan dan penggunaan tentang aplikasi SIFAR-TB. Metode pendekatan untuk mencapai target luaran adalah knowledge transfer dan technology transfer. Terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan pada peserta tentang skrining TB Paru baik secara manual maupun dengan aplikasi SIFAR-TB. Kegiatan skrining dan edukasi pada kelompok keluarga rentan TB dapat dilakukan secara berkesinambungan agar penularan TB dapat dicegah sejak dini.  Kata Kunci: Tuberkulosis, Skrining,Edukasi  ABSTRACT Introduction: Tuberculosis is a chronic infectious disease caused by the bacteria Mycobacterium tuberculosis. In 2020-2024 the number of TB sufferers in 20 Community Health Centers increased. One of the Community Health Centers in Jambi City that has many TB sufferers is Simpang Kawat Community Health Center, with a reach of 541 (91.85%) suspected Pulmonary TB with a prevalence of 1.9 while 62 TB patients (+) who received health services. Partners have posyandu cadres for several health service activities in the community with a total of 35 people. Routine activities carried out by posyandu cadres are coordinated by partners such as cadres for infectious diseases and non-infectious diseases. The description of the sanitation conditions of the patient's house includes the physical condition of the house which is vulnerable to becoming a breeding ground for tuberculosis bacteria, thus causing an increase in the prevalence of Pulmonary TB. Objective: The purpose of implementing the activity is to increase the knowledge and skills of partners regarding early detection of TB prevention and control and to improve the quality of partner services for Pulmonary TB sufferers. Method: The approach method to achieve the output target is knowledge transfer and technology transfer. Output targets: increasing knowledge, skills and health services Results: This activity was carried out in August 2025, starting with the FGD of the Community Service Team with the Simpang Kawat Health Center Health workers, then mentoring and education for Health workers and Posyandu Cadres as well as screening activities for the TB-vulnerable community in the Simpang Kawat Health Center work area. Conclusion: Screening and education activities for TB-vulnerable family groups can be carried out continuously so that TB transmission can be prevented early. Keywords: Tuberculosis, Screening, Education

Abstract

The occurrence of unwanted pregnancy (UP) among women of childbearing age (WCA) has been reported to be increasing in various regions, however, this incidence has not been assessed among the adolescents of 15-19 years age group, in Jambi City. The factors influencing this occurrence includes individual, family, and environmental determinants. This study aimed to determine the prevalence of UP among WCA (15-19 years) in Jambi Province. A cross-sectional design was used, while the participants (307 women aged 15-19 years) were selected in Jambi City and West Tanjung Jabung District, using the Multistage Random Sampling. The analytical method used was the Multiple Logistic Regression of alpha 5%. The results showed that the prevalence of UP among WCA (age 15-19 years) was 1.6%, compared to 50% of those that were married. The dominant factor of UP includes the use of contraceptives with an adjusted-odds ratio of 74.5 (95% CI = 3.58-1,549.02), while the control used were the job of WCA, knowledge, dating behaviour, accesses to information media and health facilities, as well as family education. Therefore, it is suggested that creative, innovative, informative promotions, and education were needed via the social media. Besides, the optimization and strengthening of the Gen-Re go to school program should be carried out, as well as synergizing the cross-sectoral activities, government, private sector, and the community (especially parents).

Abstract

Keluhan terkait musculoskeletal disorders (MSDS) merupakan salah satu permasalahan yang umum muncul pada pekerja dan dapat mempengaruhi produktivitasnya. Salah satu industri berpotensi besar untuk pekerjanya mengalami penyakit akibat kerja adalah perusahaan karet. Pada aktivitas nya mulai dari pengangkatan dan penurunan karet dilakukan oleh pekerja dengan berat beban tertentu secara terus menerus. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor risiko pada pekerjaan yang bagian apa bisa terjadi keluhan musculoskeletal disorders (MSDS). Jenis penelitian ini adalah analitik dan observasional dengan desain penelitian cross sectional dengan menggunakan data primer. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 55 pekerja yang dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (RULA) dan Kuesioner Nordic Body Mapping (NBM) yang diisi dengan tanya jawab atau wawancara secara langsung. Data dianalisis secara univariat dan bivariat dengan uji Chi-Square. Hasil penelitian didapat variable yang berhubungan dengan keluhan MSDS, masa kerja (p-value 0.02) dan variable factor pekerjaan (p-value 0,001). Perlu dilaksanakan sosialisasi dan Pendidikan aktif bagi pekerja tentang cara bekerja dan sikap kerja yang tepat dengan prinsip ergonomis. Complaints related to musculoskeletal disorders (MSDS) are one of the problems that commonly arise among workers and can affect their productivity. One of the industries with great potential for workers to experience occupational diseases is rubber companies. Activities ranging from lifting and lowering rubber are carried out by workers with a certain weight continuously. The aim of this research is to find out risk factors in work where musculoskeletal disorders (MSDS) complaints can occur. This type of research is analytical and observational with a cross sectional research design using primary data. The research sample consisted of 55 workers selected using simple random sampling techniques. The research instrument used the Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (RULA) questionnaire and the Nordic Body Mapping (NBM) questionnaire which were filled in with questions and answers or direct interviews. Data were analyzed univariately and bivariately with the Chi-Square test. The research results obtained variables related to MSDS complaints, work mass (p-value 0.02) and work factor variables (p-value 0.001). It is necessary to carry out socialization and active education for workers about how to work and proper work attitudes with ergonomic principles.

Abstract

Suku Anak Dalam (SAD) merupakan suku terasing yang ada di Provinsi Jambi yang tersebar di beberapa Kabupaten, Kecamatan dan Desa, salah satunya di Desa Dwi Karya Bhakti, Kabupaten Bungo. Kesehatan masih menjadi masalah pada komunitas SAD, khususnya kesehatan ibu dan anak. Posyandu merupakan salah satu upaya efektif berbasis masyarakat untuk meningkatakan kesehatan masyakat. Namun, Komunitas SAD membutuhkan pendampingan secara khusus, melalui Posyandu yang dirancang secara khusus dan disesuaikan dengan kondisi dan kemampuan dasar komunitas ini. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah melakukan pendampingan edukasi kesehatan ibu dan anak serta pencegahan diare pada komunitas SAD di Desa Dwi Karya Bhakti, Kabupaten Bungo. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan melalui upaya pendampingan komprehensif dengan menempatkan 5 mahasiswa tinggal bersama mitra selama 6 bulan (bulan Juli s.d. Desember 2023). Kegiatan ini dilakukan melalui beberapa langkah yaitu pendekatan kepada pemuka adat, pendampingan interpersonal kader Posyandu Khusus SAD, edukasi, pengadaan media edukasi, dan pemantauan tumbuh kembang bayi dan balita, serta kegiatan pendampingan edukasi KIA dan pencegahan diare. Untuk memperlengkapi kader posyandu, maka telah dikembangkan media edukasi berbahasa lokal. Kegiatan pendampingan edukasi KIA dan pencegahan diare kepada kader di posyandu khusus SAD telah terlaksana dengan baik. Terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan tentang KIA dan pencegahan diare dari komunitas SAD serta kemampuan dari kader posyandu khusus SAD dalam melaksanakan kegiatan posyandu. Kegiatan ini diharapakan dapat berkontribusi dalam peningkatan kesehatan masyakat komunitas Suku Anak Dalam di Desa Dwi Karya Bhakti Kecamatan Pelepat Kabupaten Bungo.
