Abstract

Islamic Banking applies the pattern of gold investment, because of rapid development. This study aims to determine how the public reactions to KLM products in Islamic Banking and what preference drives people react positively or negatively to KLM products in Islamic Banking. This study is a qualitative research and the sampling was purposive sampling method. The data collection techniques is through distributing questionnaires to the respondents. The data analysis technique used is the descriptive statistical analysis techniques and analysis of discrimination. Based on the research results, the public reaction to the KLM product in Islamic Banking known at the high category (positive) with a yield of 72% of the 100 respondents. The results based onfive indicators of reaction, four indicators are at high­level categories, ie: indicatorsof resources 59%, personal reference indicator 53%, culture indicator 61%, and theindicators of moral, economic, age 56%. While indicators of thoughts and feelingare at a low level category by 51%. Based on the results of discriminant analysis, itis known that the preferences that drive people react positively to KLM products inIslamic Banking are preference personal factors, resources, moral, economic, age,and culture. While the preference that encourage the public to react negatively isthought factor and feeling that on the lowest coefficient of discriminant analysis.

Abstract

Usaha Penggilingan Daging Bakso Alex di Pasar Aur Duri Kota Jambi menjadi salah satu sektor industri makanan halal. Tujuan Penelitian ini dilakukan adalah menganalisis Usaha Penggilingan Daging Bakso Alex dalam upaya melakukan perbaikan proses produksi untuk mencapai sertifikasi halal. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan kombinasi teknik pengumpulan data, termasuk observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan analisis dokumen. Berdasarkan hasil observasi ditemukan bahwa Usaha penggilingan daging bakso Alex belum memiliki sertifikasi halal, Usaha penggilingan daging bakso alex belum melibatkan pengelolaan yang cermat mulai dari pemilihan bahan baku, proses produksi, dan penyimpanan. Hal ini penting dilakukan untuk memastikan bahwa adonan bakso yang dihasilkan sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip halal dalam Islam.

Abstract

Dalam ajaran Islam proses pemotongan hewan harus mendapat perhatian yang khusus sehingga pemotongannya benar-benar sesuai dengan syariat yang sah. Untuk itu harus mengetahui dan menentukan dengan jelas bagaimana pemotongannya, profesi penyembelih, proses pemotongan pada hewan, alat pemotongan, tata caranya, penyebutan (tasmiyah), niat serta hal- hal yang berhubungan dengan pemotongan termasuk syarat-syarat sah dan syarat-syarat yang bersifat etis. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengungkapkan proses penyembelihan hewan di Rumah Pemotongan Hewan Sesuai dengan ajaran Islam atau Tidak. Hasil penelitian dirumah pemotongan Sapi di daerah Simpang rimbo Kota Jambi mengungkapkan bahwa sudah sesuai dengan syariat dan sudah mendapatkan sertifikat halal dari Majelis Ulama Indonesia, juru penyembelih nya juga khusus yang sudah terampil dan bersertifikat.

Abstract

Purpose – This study aims to simulate a Halal Value Chain for processed fish food products achieving halal certification standards. The products we chose were Pempek and Tekwan which are the most processed fish foods in Jambi City.Methodology - This study is qualitative research. Halal Value Chain of processed fish food products is simulated by using data from MSMEs owning Halal Certification.  We conduct the research with three stages. The first stage was determining the MSMEs that would be researched, where the business products had received a BPJPH halal certificate, the second stage was observing and identifying production houses and the third stage was processing the data and information that had been obtained and simulating a halal value chain.Findings -. We have succeeded in simulating a Halal Value Chain for processed fish food products, especially for Pempek and Tekwan products by MSMEs owning Halal Certification. This simulation can be used for the same business, we also found that the halal value chain in processed fish food should always be maintained by halal management. MSMEs needs to create operational standards in monitoring and evaluating the halal value chain.Keywords: Halal Value Chain, Halal Certification, Processed Fish Food, Pempek and Tekwan

Abstract

This research aims to show that halal certification for pempek Furqon food in Jambi City has a positive impact on Muslim consumer preferences. The decision to obtain halal certification reflects a commitment to Islamic halalness, winning the trust of consumers who increasingly prioritize halalness in purchases. Product quality has also proven to be a major factor in influencing consumer preferences, highlighting the need to maintain high quality standards to build and maintain consumer loyalty. In its method, this research applies a qualitative descriptive approach. Interviews and observations were used to collect primary data, focusing on active consumers of Pempek Furqon after obtaining halal certification. Apart from that, the interview subjects also included the management of Pempek Furqon. The results provide significant insight into the factors that influence Muslim consumers' preferences regarding halal products. As a suggestion, Pempek Furqon can continue to improve maintenance of halal certification, strengthen marketing strategies, product innovation and adjust pricing strategies.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the indirect influence of Self-Confidence on Learning Outcomes through the economics learning motivation of Class XI Students at SMK Negeri 2 Jambi City. This type of research is causal associative using a quantitative approach. This research was conducted at SMK Negeri 2 Jambi City. The method used is a survey method through distributing questionnaires from a population and sample of 124 people, using a saturated sampling technique or census. Data processing uses SPSS Amos (Statistical Product and Service Solution) version 17.1 for Windows 8. The results of this research show that: 1) There is a significant positive influence between social support on learning outcomes of 0.455, t count > t table, namely 5,640 > 1.67. 2) There is a positive and significant influence between self-confidence on learning outcomes of 0.402, t count > t table, namely 4,849 > 1.675. 3) There is a positive and significant influence between motivation on learning outcomes of 0.419, t count > t table, namely 1.675 > 0.05. 4) There is a positive and significant influence between social support and motivation of 0.272, t count > t table, namely 3,119 > 1,655. 5) There is a positive and significant influence between the work environment on work motivation of 0.844, t count > t table, namely 10.177 > 2.015. 6) There is a positive and significant indirect effect between support for economic learning outcomes through motivation of 0.559, F hit > F table or 518.919 > 2.698. 7) There is a positive and significant indirect influence between self-confidence on learning outcomes through motivation of 0.504, F hit > F table or 18.919 > 2.68. This research concludes that there is a positive and significant influence between social support, self-confidence, and motivation for the economic learning outcomes of class XI students at SMK Negeri 2 Jambi City. Without ignoring other factors that can also influence Economics learning outcomes. In an effort to improve economic learning outcomes, students should increase their sense of ownership and awareness of responsibility and comply with applicable policies for the common good

Abstract

This research aims to improve the sharia economic sector, which is important in Indonesia's economic progress. This research is field research with a qualitative approach. This research uses two types of data sources: primary and secondary. Data collection techniques were carried out using observation, interviews with people, and documentation. The research results show that the halal value chain in the development of halal tourism products in Kampoeng Radja in Jambi City still needs improvement, such as tourism assets that are not yet sharia-based, especially culinary delights that do not yet have a halal certificate

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the halal value chain in developing halal tourism products and increasing the income of Kampoeng Radja in Jambi City. The halal value chain in the sharia economic sector has an important role in economic progress. However, the economic potential has not been exploited optimally. Jambi City, as one of the areas that has potential in developing halal value chains in the halal tourism industry sector, has also not utilized this potential properly. This research is field research with a qualitative approach. This research uses two types of data sources, namely primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques were carried out using observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that the halal value chain in developing halal tourism products and increasing the income of Kampoeng Radja in Jambi City still needs improvement, such as tourism assets that are not yet sharia-based, especially culinary delights that do not yet have a halal certificate.

Abstract

Tujuan penyelenggaraan jaminan produk halal sendiri adalah untuk memberikan kenyamanan, keamanan, keselamatan, dan kepastian ketersediaan produk halal bagi masyarakat dalam mengonsumsi dan menggunakan produk, juga untuk meningkatkan nilai tambah bagi pelaku usaha untuk memproduksi dan menjual produk halal. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan di Kabupaten Sarolangun tahap pertama penyuluhan dan dilanjutkan dengan terjun langsung pada warga sekitar guna meningkatkan pemahamananak. Pada tahap pertama dilakukan dengan metode ceramah, diskusi dan Tanya jawab. Dengan adanya sertifikasi halal, masyarakat atau konsumen dapat dengan mudah mengetahui bahwa produk yang mereka konsumsi sudah terjamin kehalalannya. Oleh karena itu, untuk memastikan bahwa produk yang dihasilkan benar-benar halal dan terpercaya, sertifikasi halal menjadi hal yang wajib dan tidak boleh diabaikan. Disimpulkan sebagai berikut: 1) Terdapat banyak Usaha Kecil Mikro (UMK) yang belum bersertifikat halal; 2) Akan dilakukan pedampingan oleh penyuluh agama Kabupaten Sarolangun kepada UMK yang memenuhi kriteria sertifikasi halal self declare.

Abstract

The main objective of carrying out this service is to increase public understanding of the potential and value of recycled coconut shell products, encourage active community participation in coconut shell management and integrate Islamic values ​​in sustainable natural resource management practices. The implementation method used is through outreach and training to the community regarding the use of coconut shells as raw material for recycling coconut shells, an Islamic perspective approach to protecting nature and resources, providing technical support in the production process, and monitoring and evaluating program progress. The results obtained can increase the number of recycled coconut shell products produced by the community, and increase community participation and the application of Islamic values ​​in natural resource management practices.
