Abstract

Indonesia is the 4th most populous country in the G-20 with 86.9% of population being Muslim. The Muslim population growth is increasing every year. In Indonesia, Halal product guarantees regulated in Law No. 33 of 2014 classify slaughter services as the third group that must be halal certified in October 2024. The results of our research found that the obligation of halal certification for the first group is on food and beverage products and the second group, raw materials, food additives and auxiliary materials for food and beverage products are also heavily influenced by slaughter services, particularly for processed meat products.Slaughterhouses (RPH) that already have halal certification will facilitate certification for restaurants and processed meat businesses, thus halal certification in slaughterhouses (RPH) will be sustainable to achieve halal value chain of the restaurant and meat-processed food industry. This study aims to answer the problems of slaughterhouses (RPH) in Indonesia in terms of halal certification and the impact of fulfilling halal slaughterhouses (RPH) for sustainable halal certification. In this study, the authors used a qualitative descriptive approach with observation techniques and literature studies.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari religiusitas dan word of mouth terhadap Keputusan Masyarakat dalam menggunakan layanan bank syariah (studi kasus pada kelompok majelis taklim ibu-ibu di kecamatan jambi luar kota). Dalam penelitian ini data yang dikumpulkan yaitu dengan menyebarkan kuesioner terhadap 67 responden yaitu ibu-ibu majelis taklim yang sudah menggunakan bank syariah untuk mengetahui tanggapan responden terhadap variabel yang ada. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa religiusitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan masyarakat dalam menggunakan layanan bank syariah. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai thitung variabel religiusitas (X1) sebesar 3.816 dengan ttabel sebesar 1.669 maka terlihat bahwa thitung>ttabel (3.816>1.669) dengan taraf signifikansi 0,003 lebih kecil dari 0,05 (0,003<0,005). Dan nilai thitung pada variabel word of mouth (X2) sebesar 3.466 dengan ttabel 1.669 maka terlihat bahwa (3.466>1.669) dengan taraf signifikansi 0,003 lebih kecil dari 0,05. Selanjutnya, nila koefesien determinan (R Square) sebesar 0,637. Ini berarti pengaruh variabel religiusitas dan variabel word of mouth terhadap keputusan pengguaan layanan bank syariah sebesar 63,7%, sedangkan sisanya 36,3% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diikutsertakan dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mendorong nasabah menggunakan program Tepat Pembiayaan Syariah Kelompok di BTPN Syariah dengan metode kualitatif menggunakan data primer melalui observasi langsung, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa mekanisme pemberian pembiayaan program tepat pembiayaan syariah kelompok di BTPN Syariah melalui tahapan pre-marketing, sosialisasi, pengecekan data diri dan BI Checking, survei, wawancara, Pelatihan Dasar Keanggotaan (PDK), pembentukan kelompok, serta monitoring dan evaluasi. Faktor-faktor yang mendorong nasabah menggunakan program ini adalah pengetahuan produk, kepercayaan, dan sosialisasi. Bank memberikan informasi yang membantu nasabah memahami produk dan proses pengajuan yang mudah serta pelayanan ramah meningkatkan kepercayaan. Sosialisasi rutin juga berperan penting dalam keputusan nasabah. Upaya bank BTPN Syariah dalam meningkatkan pemberdayaan ekonomi ummat melalui pemberian akses pembiayaan yang mudah, pelatihan kewirausahaan dan pendampingan rutin bagi nasabah, pelaksanaan akad murabahah sesuai dengan fatwa DSN-MUI, sistem tanggung renteng sesuai dengan akad kafalah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor yang mendorong peningkatan omzet penjualan dan strategi peningkatan omzet penjualan pada Home Industry Bumbu Diva dalam perspektif etika bisnis Islam. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif, informan dalam penelitian ini adalah pemilik Home Industry Bumbu Diva dan konsumen Bumbu Diva. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa harga jual, produk, promosi, saluran distribusi dan mutu merupakan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi peningkatan omzet penjualan pada home industry Bumbu Diva. Strategi yang dapat digunakan home industry Bumbu Diva untuk peningkatan omzet penjualan yakni ada strategi SO melalui optimalisasi kualitas produk dan cita rasa untuk memasuki pasar yang lebih luas, stratetgi WO melalui peningkatan kemasan inovatif, strategi ST dengan menjalin kerja sama dengan petani lokal dan strategi WT melalui peningkatan formula kemasan yang lebih baik.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the relationship among halal image, halal quality, halal value, halal attributes satisfaction toward overall satisfaction and loyalty in halal tourism issues. This type of research is quantitative research which used primary data (questionnaire) obtained through 200 respondents who have travelled halal destination in Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta, the analysis in this study used the Structural Equation Modelling method with Lisrer 8.80 software. The respondents should choose one of ten halal destination’s categories which has been specified on the questionnaire. In this study, we examine the determinants of tourist overall satisfaction and loyalty. The findings confirm that halal value and halal attribute satisfaction contribute to generating tourist on overall satisfaction. The results also show that only overall satisfaction has significant and positive effect directly enhance tourist loyalty. this study offers the novelty on the explanation of the opportunities and challenges in developing and marketing halal tourism through tourist loyalty.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the Values ??of Local Wisdom from the Aspect of Legal Norms and Customary Economy in the Wedding Ceremony Activities of the Air Haji Village Community, Pesisir Selatan Regency, West Sumatra Province. This study is included in the type of qualitative research using descriptive methods. The data in the primary data study are in the form of recordings of the wedding ceremonies of the Air Haji Village community, Pesisir Selatan, West Sumatra. Secondary data are in the form of interviews with traditional leaders. The data were analyzed using content analysis theory. The results of this study include three things, namely 1) the stage of activities before which must be carried out in the maresek wedding ceremony, manampiak bandua, maanta siriah, while those that do not have to be carried out are babako activities. 2) the stage of wedding day activities that must be carried out in the manjapuik marapulai wedding ceremony, akad nikah, basandiang di pelaminan, while those that do not have to be carried out are maanta marapulai activities. 3) the stage of activities after the wedding that must be carried out in the wedding ceremony, namely manjalang mintuo.

Abstract

This community service aims to provide information to students as prospective teachers so that they are able to use the Project Based Learning (PBL) model in learning. The methods used in this socialization are lecture (presentation), question and answer (discussion) and modeling (demonstration) methods. In line with these objectives, this activity also provides several benefits and results, including: 1) to provide an understanding to students as prospective teachers regarding tips, tricks, and how to apply the Project Based Learning (PBL) learning model in learning; 2) to cultivate students as prospective teachers to be able to use the right learning model in all learning situations; 3) to optimize the role in learning in the classroom. The expected output from this community service activity is an increase in the ability of students as prospective teachers to use the cooperative learning model in learning in the classroom.

Abstract

With the rapid development of information technology, many changes have occurred in the way of human life. This requires humans to always adjust their lifestyles to technological developments. All buying and selling activities or transactions carried out using electronic media (internet) in the term e-commerce. The usefulness of information technology is to improve organizational performance, increase the effectiveness and efficiency of time, energy, costs, increase production, promotion and sales. Marketing carried out using internet technology is known as e-marketing. One of the leading products of MSMEs in Jambi Province is Batik. So far, the batik marketing strategy that relies heavily on capital accumulation, protection, and high technology has caused polarization and dualism in the distribution process of Batik in Jambi Province. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the marketing capacity of the creative batik industry through e-marketplaces by using them as a forum for interactive electronic business communities that provide a market where batik can be introduced nationally. E-Marketplace is an internet-based online media (web based) where business activities and transactions between buyers and sellers are carried out. Buyers can search for as many suppliers as possible with the desired criteria, so that they get according to market prices. Meanwhile, suppliers/sellers can find out companies that need their products/services. The approach used in this study is the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method, a systematic approach to designing/planning, designing, implementing and evaluating a system related to e-market place.

Abstract

Halal is the main requirement for Muslim consumers when consuming food products. The halal guarantee system is a mechanism that must be implemented by producers if they want to apply for halal certification to BPJPH (Halal Product Guarantee Organizing Agency). The problem currently experienced by small and medium businesses in the Angso Duo market is that there is no halal certification from BPJPH. Manshurin 354 Meat Mill is a meat mill production house that grinds chicken and beef. The second partner is Manshurin 354 Meatball Printing, which is a business unit that produces meatball printing. This activity aims to fulfill the assignment for the halal product management course and to find out whether the shop has halal certification or not. The result of this activity is awareness of partner business units to implement a halal guarantee system in their businesses. Suggestions for the sustainability of the program include comprehensive outreach to traders' associations and food product producers regarding the importance of halal certification and collaboration between academics and halal certification institutions regarding the management of halal certificates.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the implementation model of Reddoorz Jalan Ahmad Yani Telanai, Jambi City, as well as identifying the obstacles faced in the implementation process. This research uses qualitative methods, with a field research approach, namely mapping the potential and existing conditions of the Reddoorz Hotel/lodging on Jalan Ahmad Yani, then looking for connections with the phenomenon and concept of sharia lodging. The data collection methods used are divided into three: First, observation in the form of direct observation regarding the existing condition of the Reddoorz Inn on Jalan Ahmad Yani as a halal accommodation. Second, interview the person in charge or the innkeeper. Third, documentation studies sourced from articles and references relevant to the research topic. The data analysis technique uses an inductive approach to help interpret the various data obtained. The results of this research show that there are 5 indicators of halal lodging that have been implemented by Reddoorz Jalan Ahmad Yani Telanai, such as (1) Services that adopt Islamic principles. (2) Lodging service providers have discipline and understanding of Islamic teachings. (3) Tourist activities and activities do not conflict with Islamic principles. (4) Availability of a halal kitchen. (5) Availability of Muslim facilities for praying.
