Abstract

Abstrak Keputusan pembelian merupakan proses konsumen yang akan melakukan pembelian terhadap sebuah produk, dengan mempertimbangkan berbagai pilihan alternatif yang ada untuk menghasilkan satu pilihan yang dianggap paling tepat terhadap produk yang akan konsumen beli. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen Startbucks Coffee di Kota Tangerang yang meliputi Starbucks Cofee Tangcity Mall Tangerang dan konsumen Starbucks Coffee DT Cipondoh. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini termasuk ke dalam populasi tidak terbatas (infinite population). Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik Simple Random Sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 96 Konsumen. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner atau angket dan analisis data menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan program IMB SPSS Versi 22.0. Hasil penelitian dan pembahasan adalah: 1) Berdasarkan hasil estimasi regresi menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial brand image tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian. 2) Berdasarkan hasil estimasi regresi menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial kualitas layanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen starbucks. 3) Berdasarkan hasil estimasi regresi menunjukkan bahwa, secara parsial harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen starbucks. Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh secara simultan antara sumber daya manusia, infrastruktur sekolah terhadap prestasi belajar yang dimediasi literasi digital dan variabel kontrol sosio ekonomi siswa/i di SMAN 5 Kab. Tangerang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dan menggunakan analisis path. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh terhadap 134 siswa/i.Adapun hipotesis pertama dari hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh sumber daya manusia dan infrastruktur terhadap literasi digital secara simultan dengan nilai signifikasinya sebesar 0,00<0,05. uji F hipotesis kedua menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh sumber daya manusia dan infrastruktur terhadap prestasi belajar secara simultan dengan nilai signifikasi sebesar 0,218 > 0,05. uji F hipotesis ketiga menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh literasi digital terhadap prestasi belajar secara parsial dengan nilai signifikasi sebesar 0,811>0,05. Uji F hipotesis keempat menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh antara sumberdaya manusia dan infrastruktur terhadap prestasi akademik yang dimediasi oleh literasi digital siswa dengan variable kontrol sosio ekonomi keluarga dengan nilai signifikasi sebesar 0,173 > 0,05. Kata Kunci: Sumber daya manusia, Infrastruktur, literasi digital, Prestasi belajar, Sosio ekonomi keluarga.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of factors of socioeconomic status, gender, culture on the entrepreneurial intentions of SMK students in Legok District. The population in this study were grade 12 students at SMK PGRI 31 Legok and SMKN 12 Kab. Tangerang, totaling 530 students. Sampling was carried out using the Simple Random Sampling technique with a total sample of 84 students. Data collection techniques using online questionnaires (google form) multiple regression analysis. The results of the study show that partially, socioeconomic status and gender have no effect on entrepreneurial intentions, while culture has a significant influence on entrepreneurial intentions. Meanwhile, it simultaneously shows that socio-economic status, gender, and culture have a significant effect on students' entrepreneurial intentions. Abstract

Kegiatan wirausaha berperan penting bagi perkonomian Indonesia dan memiliki pengaruh yang kuat terhadap produk domestik bruto (PDB) dan penyerapan tenaga kerja di dalam negeri. Kompetensi wirausaha berperan penting dalam menciptakan seorang pengusaha yang sukses salah satu yang mempengaruhinya yaitu peran orangtua dan juga pendidikan kewirausahaan melalui mata pelajaran produk kreatif dan kewirausahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan  untuk menguji pengaruh peran orangtua siswa dan mata pelajaran produk kreatif dan kewirausahaan terhadap kompetensi kewirausahaan siswa di SMK Patriot Nusantara Teluknaga Kabupaten Tangerang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan ukuran sampel sebanyak 77 siswa/i kelas 11 dan 12 di SMK Patriot Nusantara. Adapun model analisis yang digunakan yaitu model regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan peran orangtua dan Mata Pelajaran Produk Kreatif Kewirausahaan terhadap kompetensi kewirausahaan siswa, dengan kata lain semakin tinggi peran orangtua dan semakin baik pemahaman, pengetahuan, dan keterampilan mata pelajaran Produk Kreatif dan Kewirausahaan maka kompetensi kewirausahaan siswa akan mengalami peningkatan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi empiris kepada orangtua hendaknya mengambil peranan sekaligus arahan dalam penguasaan kompetensi kewiraushaaan. Selanjutnya bagi guru hendaknya meningkatkan kontribusinya dalam pembelajaran yang berorientasi kepada peningkatan kompetensi kewirausahaan. Kata Kunci: Kompetensi, Orang tua, Produk Kreatif dan Kewirausahaan.

Abstract

The value added of a university is strongly influenced by the high or low number of studies. But unfortunately, the interest of lecturers and students in writing scientific articles is still low. This training activity aims to improve the research and publication skills of lecturers and students. This activity was attended by 134 participants consisting of lecturers and students. Methods of implementing activities include the stages of preparation, implementation, evaluation, and reporting. The training implementation technique is carried out online. The results of this training activity showed that the participants were quite satisfied with this activity. During the activity the participants actively participated in discussion activities. This activity is able to contribute to lecturers and students to improve the quality of research and scientific publications in Higher Education.

Abstract

Teacher personality competence must be continuously improved in order to support a good quality of learning in the classroom. This training activity aims to strengthen the teacher's personality competence, to find out participants’ perception of training, and the level of learning quality. This activity was attended by 38 participats of SMK Lab Business School, Tangerang. The training methods used in this study were direct teaching, discussion, brain storming, and assignments. The results of the PKM implementation as measured by facilities, materials, methods, instructors, and organizers show that the training could run well and smoothly with participant responses in good category. In addition, participants felt very satisfied. The teachers considered that there was an increase in knowledge and competencies. The results of the post-PKM monitoring show that the teacher’s quality, using three dimensions of learning quality: classroom management, student support, and cognitive activation, was in good categories; although there were still some indicators that must be corrected by the teachers. Therefore, the results of this activity recommend that schools can carry out similar activities to strengthen the competencies of other teachers. The learning quality should always be maintained by teacher, so that the learning objectives can be achieved properly.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah Status Gender, Status Pekerjaan dan Status Perkawinan berpengaruh terhadap prestasi akademik mahasiswa Sistem Pendidikan Ekonomi / UNIS Tangerang FKIP baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan analisis regresi logistik (Regresi Logistik). Sampel sebanyak 168 siswa diambil dengan menggunakan proportional stratified random sampling dari populasi 289 siswa jurusan ekonomi / administrasi bisnis FKIP UNIS Tangerang. Instrumen pengumpulan data jenis kelamin, status pekerjaan, dan status perkawinan (variabel bebas) menggunakan kuesioner berupa data pribadi siswa. Sedangkan data untuk prestasi akademik (the dependent variable) fakultas dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian dari 3 variabel yang diduga mempengaruhi prestasi akademik (gender, status pekerjaan, dan status perkawinan), hanya variabel gender yang secara signifikan mempengaruhi prestasi akademik. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan uji wald yang menghasilkan p-value (nilai probabilitas) 0,000 <0,05 dimana perempuan memiliki peluang lebih besar terhadap prestasi akademik di atas rata-rata 6,103 kali lebih banyak dibanding pria. Sementara itu, status kepegawaian dan status perkawinan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi akademik, dengan nilai probabilitas status kerja 0,451> 0,05, dan nilai probabilitas status perkawinan 0,597> 0,05. Sedangkan hasil pengujian simultan menunjukkan bahwa variabel gender, status pekerjaan, dan status perkawinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel prestasi akademik dengan signifikansi 0,008 <0,05. Abstract

One indicator of sharia financial management is funding made by students. However, not all students manage their finances well. This study aims to examine the effect of Islamic financial literacy and lifestyle variables on students' Islamic financial management. The authors utilized a cross-sectional survey. The sample size used was 104 students of class X Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Tangerang Regency and census as the sampling technique. As for determining the size of the questionnaire using google form through the student's WhatsApp group and having tested its validity and reliability. The author utilized a logistic regression model for testing. The results showed that sharia financial literacy was a significant determinant in improving Islamic financial management. In other words, the higher the student's financial literacy, the better the possibility to manage finances in a sharia manner for students. This showed that the higher student knowledge about finance, managerial ability in sharia would increase. Likewise, students' lifestyles were also a significant determinant in improving students' sharia financial management. The lifestyle in question was that students carry out positive activities, had high interest in learning, had a positive opinions, allocated money appropriately, and utilized money according to their needs. Student lifestyle had a higher influence than financial literacy in determining sharia financial management. The findings of this study provide scientific contributions, especially in the field of education and help students to have good attitudes and behavior in managing finances inside and outside school.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of leadership, personal abilities, and school culture on the performance of school principals. The data used in this study are primary data obtained from questionnaires distributed to teachers in private high schools in Sukadiri district. This study had a population of 200 teachers and a sample of 67 teachers. The analytical method used a multiple regression analysis. The results showed that leadership, personal abilities, and school culture had a positive and significant effect on the performance of high school principals. It meant that the leadership, personal skills, and school culture would result in a good performance. The implication of the research results is that a good principal's performance must be supported by the creation of good leadership, abilities, and school culture. Principals are expected to encourage school programs that are directed at improving the achievement of a leadership model that is accepted by all school members. In addition, the principal can encourage all school members to create an academic culture at school.

Abstract

In the last decade, poverty patterns in Banten Province have tended to increase. There have been many poverty alleviation programs provided by governments at all levels that focus on education, social security, and so on. This research aims to examine the role of education, internet use, and internet access on poverty in Banten. Using static and robust panel analysis shows that education contributes significantly to poverty reduction in Banten’s districts/municipalities, as does the use of the internet for information/news and social media. On the contrary, internet access harmed on regency/municipality poverty in Banten. This research contributed to providing academic information about the importance of education in reducing poverty.
