When investors want to invest in a stock on the stock exchange, the first thing to look at, apart from the company's fundamental performance, is the stock price. One of the ratios that is widely used in making investment decisions is the ratio of stock prices to the company's book value (Price To Book Value). The book value of the company is the value of the company's assets divided by the number of shares issued by the company. In other words, the book value of the shares is the fair value of the issuer's shares, which reflects the company's fundamental performance. This study aims to determine the effect of Firm Size, Financial Leverage, Economic Value Added, Market Value Added on Price to Book Value with Dividend Payout Ratio as an intervening variable. The research subjects are companies that are members of IDX 30 on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2017-2021 period. The method of data analysis is multiple linear regression using R Studio software. The results showed that Firm Size had an effect on the Dividend Payout Ratio. While Financial Leverage, Economic Value Added, Market Value Added have no effect on the Dividend Payout Ratio. Financial Leverage and Market Value Added have an effect on Price to Book Value, but Firm Size and Economic Value Added have no effect on Price to Book Value. Dividend Payout Ratio is only able to mediate Firm Size on Price to Book Value.

This study aims to analyse the effect of profitability and Asset Structure on the Value of Companies with Intellectual Capital as Moderation of Empirical Studies on Manufacturing Companies in the Food and Beverage Industry Sub-Sector Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 Period. The total population are 32 companies, and the sampling technique with purposive sampling collected sample was 16 companies. This research used analysis multiple linear regression with moderation variable. Statistical software for calculated data is Rstusio. The results showed that profitability and asset structure proved to have an influence on firm value. Variable intellectual capital moderating has also been shown to have a moderate effect on profitability and asset structure on firm value.

The high rate of population growth in big cities which is not matched by an increase in welfare, results in higher social inequality that occurs in the social environment. As the population density increases and is not followed by an increase in per capita income, the community bears a heavy burden in meeting their basic needs. There are children who come from underprivileged families so they do not get their right to education. This is what happened in the slum area where families mostly work as scavengers in the Pondok Ranji area, Bintaro, South Tangerang. This community service activity program for street children consisted of simple English for children, making various creative creations, and watching the Folklore film together, which was attended by 25 children ranging in age from 3 to 13 years at the Save Street Child Foundation, Pondok Ranji, South Tangerang. By increasing the capacity and basic knowledge provided, it is hoped that it will increase curiosity to continue to improve knowledge and skills and increase enthusiasm for children to go to school.

Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan di Kelurahan Cipadu Jaya, Tangerang bekerja sama dengan warga RT 005 RW 006 di daerah tersebut yang memiliki permasalahan mengenai pemanfaatan pekarangan rumah, Selain itu, kombinasi dan kerjasama antara mahasiswa peserta KKN-UBL tahun ajaran 2020-2021. Kegiatan PKM ini bertujuan: 1) peningkatan pengetahuan mitra tentang intensifikasi pemanfaatan pekarangan rumah yang lebih asri dan indah dipandang mata; 2) menghasilkan sayuran yang layak untuk dikonsumsi; 3) meningkatkan pengetahuan mitra tentang cara bercocok tanam yang baik dan efektif. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah pendekatan dan partisipasi dari mitra, dimana tim bersama mitra langsung terlibat secara proaktif, dan menggunakan pendekatan solusi berupa pelatihan dan pendampingan sebagai pemecahan masalah utama pada mitra. Target utama dalam pelatihan ini adalah budidaya sayuran dengan sistem hidroponik Hasil dari kegiatan ini yaitu meningkatnya pengetahuan mitra mengenai pemanfaatan pekarangan rumah yang lebih asri dan indah. Hal ini terlihat dari beberapa warga setempat yang telah memanfaatkan pekarangan rumah mereka dengan membudidayakan sayuran yang berkualitas dengan teknologi hidroponik.

Purpose: This Community Service (PKM) aimed to strengthen integrity values by taking preventive measures and promoting educational programs about the dangers of corruption, its causes, and systematic prevention. Method: This PKM was delivered to the academic community, consisting of Chancellors, Deans, Lecturers, and Students at several campuses throughout the DKI Jakarta Province. This PKM activity was made possible through the PSKK Grant (Work Competency Certification Program) under BNSP. Results: The added value of participating in the Anti-Corruption Instructor BNSP Certification Program is not only effective at systematic socialization of corruption prevention, but also serves as a Certificate of Companion Diploma (SKPI) for students, lecturers, deans, and rectors. Additionally, according to the survey’s graph, recipients of the BNSP Certificate quickly get hired.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguj i pengaruh Capital Structure terhadap Return on Asset dengan Firm Size dan SalesGrowth sebagai variabel moderasi. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan BUMN yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2017-2021. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dengan kriteria. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis statistik menggunakan Software Rstudio dengan query. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda, dapat diketahui bahwa Capital Structure memberikan pengaruh negatif terhadap Return on Assets, sedangkan Firm Size mampu bertindak sebagai variable moderasi Capital Structure terhadap Return on Assets. Namun hal sebaliknya Sales Growth yang tidak mampu memoderasi Capital Structure terhadap Return on Assets.

The main objective of this paper is to examine the effect of intellectual capital, company size, and capital structure on stock prices and their impact on financial performance as intervening variables. This paper uses the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach using Smart PLS software. The analysis in this paper consists of two measurement models, the outer model or measurement model and the inner model or structural model. The number of companies used as research samples was 16 during the 2017-2021 period in Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN). The results of the study show that Intellectual Capital has a significant and positive effect on stock prices and also a significant and positive effect on financial performance. Capital structure has no significant effect on stock prices and has a significant and positive effect on financial performance. Company size has no significant effect on stock prices and has a significant and positive effect on financial performance. Financial performance has a significant and positive effect on stock prices.

Penyebaran hoax adalah permasalahan serius di era digital saat ini, merugikan masyarakat karena kurangnya literasi digital. RPTRA Mangga Ulir bisa jadi tempat ideal untuk program literasi digital anak-anak, remaja, dan orang tua. Kurang pemahaman dan kemampuan verifikasi informasi dapat menyebabkan penyebaran hoax yang merugikan. Kesadaran dan edukasi adalah solusi dengan metode penyuluhan. Tujuannya adalah meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat, khususnya anak-anak, tentang literasi digital, bahaya hoax, dan teknologi verifikasi informasi. Hasilnya adalah peningkatan literasi digital di RPTRA Mangga Ulir, dengan peserta yang lebih paham teknologi, mampu menghindari hoax, dan memahami pentingnya verifikasi informasi. RPTRA Mangga Ulir menciptakan lingkungan mendukung literasi digital, membantu masyarakat menjadi lebih waspada terhadap penyebaran hoax, dan memperoleh keterampilan penting di era digital. Socialization of Digital Literacy Through the Introduction of New Technology to Avoid the Spread of Hoaxes in Child Friendly Integrated Public Space in South Jakarta The spread of hoaxes is a serious problem in the current digital era, harming society due to a lack of digital literacy. RPTRA Mangga Ulir could be an ideal place for digital literacy programs for children, teenagers and parents. Lack of understanding and ability to verify information can cause the spread of detrimental hoaxes. Awareness and education are solutions with the extension method. The aim is to increase public understanding, especially children, about digital literacy, the dangers of hoaxes, and information verification technology. The result is increased digital literacy at the Mangga Ulir RPTRA, with participants who are more technologically savvy, able to avoid hoaxes, and understand the importance of information verification. RPTRA Mangga Ulir creates an environment that supports digital literacy, helps people become more aware of the spread of hoaxes, and acquires important skills in the digital era.

Abstrak Permaslahan dalam mengelola keuangan keluarga sering terjadi dalam kehidupan rumah tangga. Sehingga, tidak mudah bagi seseorang untuk mengatur keuangan rumah tangga. Agar kebutuhan keluarga terpenuhi, pengelola keuangan keluarga perlu merancang anggaran secara tepat dan tepat. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui adanya perubahan perilaku pengguna terhadap penggunaan aplikasi Tabungan Ibu. Aplikasi Tabungan Ibu merupakan ekosistem layanan terpadu pengelolaan keuangan keluarga dengan membantu mencatat transaksi harian, melihat histori keuangan, serta laporan keuangan baik harian, bulanan maupun tahunan. Aplikasi Tabungan Ibu dikembangkan oleh Pengusul Bersama mahasiswa pada tahun 2018, dan sampai dengan saat ini masih terus eksis di Google Play. Pengembangan aplikasi Tabungan Ibu diharapkan mampu menyelesaikan persoalan yang ada di masyarakat khususnya bagi Ibu dalam mengelola keuangan keluarga. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Ibu-Ibu PKK di Kecamatan Pondok Kacang Timur Kota Tangerang Selatan yang sudah mendapatkan pelatihan pencatatan keuangan keluarga dan program pendampingan penggunaan Aplikasi Keuangan Ibu oleh tim dosen Universitas Budi Luhur. Total sampel penelitian sebanyak 75 responden. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa Perceived usefulness dan Perceived Ease of Use memiliki pengaruh terhadap actual technology use dan Attitude towards using technology dapat memoderasi pengaruh perceived usefulness terhadap actual system use aplikasi Tabungan Ibu. Kata Kunci: TAM; Moderating; Behavoiur changeAbstractProblems in managing family finances often occur in household life. Thus, it is not easy for someone to manage household finances. In order for the family's needs to be met, the family financial manager needs to design the budget properly and precisely. The research objective was to determine whether there was a change in user behavior towards the use of the Tabungan Ibu application. The Ibu Savings application is an integrated service ecosystem for family financial management by helping to record daily transactions, view financial history, as well as daily, monthly and yearly financial reports. The Ibu Savings application was developed by the Proposer with students in 2018, and until now it still exists on Google Play. The development of the Ibu Savings application is expected to be able to solve problems that exist in society, especially for mothers in managing family finances. The population in this study were TP PKK in Pondok Kacang Timur District, South Tangerang City, who had received training on family financial recording and assistance programs on the use of the Tabungan Ibu Application by the team of Budi Luhur University. The total sample of this research is 75 respondents. The results of the research show Perceived usefulness and Perceived Ease of Use affects actual technology use and Attitude towards using technology can moderate the effect of perceived usefulness on actual system use of the Tabungan Ibu application.Kata Kunci: TAM Models; Moderating; Behavoiur change

This study aims to determine: (1) the effect of ease of use on consumer attitudes in online shopping at online Lazada.com stores, (2) the effect of usability on consumer attitudes in online shopping at Lazada.com online stores, (3) the effect of risk perception on consumer attitudes in online shopping at online stores at Lazada.com, (4) the influence of convenience on consumer attitudes in online shopping at online Lazada.com stores, and (5) the influence of ease of use, usability, risk perception and convenience on consumer attitudes in online shopping at Lazada.com online store. The population in this study are internet users in Tangerang. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling with a sample size of 200 people. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The analysis technique used is multiple regression. The results show that: (1) there is a positive effect of ease of use on consumer attitudes in online shopping, (2) there is a positive effect of usefulness on consumer attitudes in online shopping (3) there is a positive effect of risk perception on consumer attitudes in online shopping (4) there is a positive influence of convenience on consumer attitudes in online shopping.
