Abstract

Al-Washliyah is an Islamic mass organization that pays great attention to the world of education. The Al-Washliyah educational institution prioritizes spiritual values in the implementation of learning so that it is able to answer the community's need for the importance of religious education and strengthening morals. The aim of this research is to find out the process of introducing Al-Washliyah to early childhood carried out by teachers and how the introduction of Al-Washliyah is related to strengthening children's morals at RA Al-Washliyah Kisaran. The method used in this research is qualitative with data collection techniques using participant observation and in-depth interviews. All existing data is analyzed using the stages of data condensation, data display and verification. The research results stated that the process of introducing Al-Washliyahan to early childhood at RA Al-Washliyah was delivered by maximizing the quality of educators in delivering Al-Washliyahan material in an interesting and enjoyable form of learning. As for the activities carried out, such as prayer programs, remembrance and prayer memorization, Al-washliyahan material is integrated with developmental aspects that can strengthen children's morals. Simple and fun forms of activities can strengthen children's morals.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji penerapan pembelajaran agama inklusif pada anak usia dini di TK Bunga Pandan Batubara serta dampaknya terhadap perkembangan karakter sosial dan spiritual anak. Pendekatan pembelajaran agama inklusif berfokus pada penanaman nilai-nilai moral universal seperti kasih sayang, kejujuran, toleransi, sopan santun, dan tolong-menolong, tanpa mengedepankan dogma agama tertentu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran agama di TK Bunga Pandan dilaksanakan secara kontekstual, menyenangkan, dan inklusif melalui berbagai kegiatan seperti bercerita, bermain peran, diskusi sederhana, dan aktivitas kelompok. Guru berperan penting dalam menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang menghargai perbedaan serta membimbing anak dengan keteladanan. Anak-anak menunjukkan perkembangan positif dalam interaksi sosial, empati, dan sikap toleran terhadap teman yang berbeda latar belakang. Pembelajaran agama inklusif terbukti efektif membentuk dasar karakter spiritual dan sosial anak sejak dini serta relevan diterapkan di lingkungan pendidikan anak usia dini yang beragam. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan agar pendekatan serupa diterapkan secara luas dalam sistem pendidikan PAUD di masyarakat multikultural.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan mendeskripsikan bagaimana pembelajaran agama yang bersifat inklusif dapat membangun keharmonisan sosial pada anak usia dini di PAUD Permata Bunda Air Joman. Keharmonisan sosial merupakan kemampuan anak untuk hidup rukun, saling menghargai, dan menjalin hubungan positif dengan teman sebaya, tanpa membedakan latar belakang agama, budaya, atau sosial. Pendekatan inklusif dalam pembelajaran agama berfokus pada pengenalan nilai-nilai universal seperti kasih sayang, toleransi, empati, dan saling menghormati. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran agama inklusif yang diterapkan secara konsisten dan kontekstual mampu menumbuhkan sikap sosial yang harmonis pada anak. Anak-anak mulai menunjukkan perilaku kooperatif, tidak diskriminatif, serta memiliki rasa empati dan kepedulian terhadap teman yang berbeda latar belakang. Peran guru sebagai fasilitator sangat penting dalam menyampaikan nilai-nilai tersebut dengan pendekatan yang menyenangkan dan sesuai dengan tahap perkembangan anak. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pendidikan agama yang inklusif di usia dini dapat menjadi fondasi penting dalam membentuk masyarakat yang toleran dan harmonis di masa depan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan proses dan hasil pengembangan karakter spiritual anak usia dini melalui pembelajaran bermakna di RA Alwashliyah Meranti Asahan. Karakter spiritual merupakan aspek penting dalam perkembangan anak yang mencakup nilai-nilai religius, seperti keimanan, kepatuhan dalam beribadah, kejujuran, dan sikap saling menghargai. Pendekatan pembelajaran bermakna digunakan sebagai strategi utama, di mana materi disampaikan secara kontekstual, menyenangkan, dan relevan dengan kehidupan sehari-hari anak. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran bermakna yang diterapkan oleh guru mampu menumbuhkan karakter spiritual anak secara signifikan. Anak-anak mulai menunjukkan perubahan positif dalam perilaku sehari-hari, seperti membiasakan diri berdoa, menunjukkan rasa syukur, serta bersikap jujur dan santun. Keberhasilan ini didukung oleh peran aktif guru, suasana pembelajaran yang kondusif, serta kerja sama yang baik antara sekolah dan orang tua. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan agar pendekatan pembelajaran bermakna terus dikembangkan sebagai metode efektif dalam membentuk karakter spiritual anak sejak dini.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of parents in encouraging the habit of daily worship among early childhood children in the Istiqomah Kindergarten (KB Istiqomah) community in Mandailing Natal. The research method used was descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results indicate that parents act as role models, motivators, and guides in the process of habituating worship, such as prayer, reciting prayers, and greetings. Supporting factors include a religious family environment and good collaboration between parents and schools. Obstacles faced include parental busyness, lack of religious literacy, and the influence of digital media. This study concludes that active parental involvement is crucial in forming early childhood worship habits. Therefore, strong synergy is needed between families and educational institutions to create an environment that supports the development of religious character from an early age.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the role of teachers in helping children overcome fears while adapting to the Kisaran Qur'an IT Kindergarten. Fears often experienced by young children during the transition to school include separation anxiety, fear of new surroundings, fear of unfamiliar teachers and friends, and fear of failure in learning activities. This study is a descriptive qualitative study, with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. The results indicate that teachers play a crucial role in assisting children through the adaptation period, employing various strategies, such as individual emotional approaches, active communication with parents, creating a pleasant and Islamic classroom atmosphere, implementing playful methods, and providing positive reinforcement. These strategies help foster a sense of security and comfort for children, enabling them to gradually overcome their fears. Furthermore, teachers' role as role models, demonstrating patience, gentleness, and compassion, significantly contribute to a successful adaptation process. The role of teachers is crucial to the success of early childhood adaptation to the school environment. Teachers who understand children's emotional needs and provide appropriate support can help children navigate the transition with greater confidence and readiness to participate in school activities.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of educational games in developing emotional intelligence in early childhood at Asmaul Husna Private Kindergarten in Asahan. The research method used was descriptive qualitative, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation with teachers and children. The results indicate that educationally designed play activities can improve aspects of emotional intelligence, such as the ability to recognize emotions, manage feelings, show empathy, and build positive social interactions. Role-playing, group play, and creative exploration have proven effective as media for emotional learning. The teacher's role as a companion and facilitator is also crucial to the success of this process. Educational games play a crucial role in developing emotional intelligence in early childhood and should be an integral part of learning activities in early childhood education institutions.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the role of teachers in developing emotional intelligence in early childhood at Cinta Bunda Kindergarten in Batu Bara. The research method used was descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results indicate that teachers have a good understanding of the importance of emotional intelligence and actively integrate it into learning activities. The role of teachers is reflected in several aspects, namely as emotional models, facilitators of play and socialization activities, providers of individualized approaches through emotional dialogue, and providers of positive reinforcement for good emotional behavior. Furthermore, teachers also collaborate with parents to consistently support children's emotional development at home. This study concludes that the active role of teachers significantly influences children's ability to recognize, manage, and express emotions in a healthy manner, which in turn positively impacts children's abilities to manage stress, communicate, and build social relationships. Implications of this study emphasize the importance of teacher training in socio-emotional aspects and synergy between schools and families in shaping children's character from an early age.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the role of the school environment in shaping the Islamic identity of early childhood children at Cahaya Asri Kindergarten in Sei Dadap, Asahan. Islamic identity is an important part of early childhood character formation, which includes the introduction of basic Islamic values such as monotheism, morals, worship, and social behavior. This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation with teachers, principals, parents, and students. The results showed that a conducive and Islamic-nuanced school environment plays a significant role in shaping children's Islamic identity. Habitual religious activities such as reciting prayers, memorizing short surahs, practicing ablution and prayer, as well as teachers' role models in behaving in an Islamic manner have a positive influence on children's religious behavior. In addition, parental involvement in school activities also strengthens the process of internalizing Islamic values at home. A consistently supportive and Islamic school environment can be an effective medium for instilling Islamic identity in early childhood. Collaboration between schools, teachers, and parents is the key to success in shaping children's religious character from an early age.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the internalization of Islamic values through educational play activities at Babussalam Kisaran Private Kindergarten. Employing a descriptive qualitative method, the research involved 10 early childhood education teachers and was conducted over a three-month period. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings reveal that educational play activities—such as Islamic role-play, Islamic-themed educational games, and singing Islamic songs—serve as effective mediums for value transmission. The core Islamic values internalized include faith (iman), worship (ibadah), moral conduct (akhlak), and social interaction. Teachers utilized various strategies including role modeling, Islamic storytelling, positive reinforcement, and interactive play-based approaches tailored to the developmental stages of early childhood learners. A key contribution of this study lies in its practical demonstration of how Islamic character education can be innovatively embedded into daily play activities in PAUD (Early Childhood Education), offering a culturally relevant and pedagogically sound model. Despite its promising findings, the study is limited to a single institution and a relatively short observation period, suggesting the need for broader and longitudinal research in future studies.
