Abstract

Bunga telang merupakan salah satu bunga yang dapat dimakan dan digunakan sebagai pewarna alami makanan. Bunga ini juga berpotensi sebagai antioksidan dan prebiotik akibat kandungan antosianinnya. Namun ekstrak bunga telang mudah terdegradasi. Stabilitas zat warna bunga telang dapat dipertahankan dengan teknik enkapsulasi menggunakan maltodekstrin dan gelatin. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui rasio maltodekstrin dan gelatin yang menghasilkan stabilitas enkapsulat bunga telang terbaik selama 15 hari penyimpanan dan potensi prebiotiknya. Ekstrak bunga telang diperoleh melalui metode maserasi dengan pelarut etanol 70%. Rasio maltodekstrin dan gelatin yang digunakan adalah 1:1, 3:1 dan 5:1, dengan kadar ekstrak bunga telang 1%. Stabilitas enkapsulat dianalisis dari kandungan antosianin dan antioksidan dengan waktu uji setiap 5 hari selama 15 hari. Kadar antosianin diukur dengan metode pH differential. Aktivitas antioksidan diukur dengan metode DPPH. Potensi prebiotik diuji menggunakan Lactobacillus bulgaricus. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa enkapsulat ekstrak bunga telang dengan rasio maltodekstrin dan gelatin sebesar 3:1 memiliki stabilitas enkapsulat terbaik dengan kadar air 6,863%, kadar antosianin 0,217 mg/g, dan daya redam radikal bebas sebesar 54,858%. Enkapsulat ini juga terbukti berpotensi menjadi prebiotik yang ditandai dengan pertumbuhan L.bulgaricus sebesar 2,85 x 109 CFU/mL.

Abstract

PT TPS Surabaya is a company engaged in terminal handling, especially containers. In carrying out operational activities to transport containers from the dock to the company's container yard, it uses eighty head truck fleets. Operational activities for transporting containers are carried out 24 hours a day so that maintenance is needed. Therefore, the operational head trucks do not experience sudden damage and disrupt operations. The malfunction of the device can occur due to damage to the components in the device. The design of the component replacement and the inspection intervals on the components is needed to avoid sudden component damage. Calculation of interval replacement and component checking is done by calculating the damage distribution followed by searching for index of fit and goodness of fit using Minitab software. The result showed that the inspection time interval of 1091 hours for the air system and 398.45 hours for the transmission system components. Besides, the replacement time interval for the component of the air system is 62 hours and the transmission system is 124 hours after inspection.

Abstract

Freight forwarding is a logistics company which provide land delivery services rely heavily on trucking vendors. The available trucking vendors may not fulfill the company's expectations. Therefore the research was conducted to analyze the performance, selection process, management and development of 26 trucking vendors. The research began with the formation of a Critical Success Factor (CSF) and its development, namely a Key Performance Indicator (KPI) in accordance with company objectives. Then the CSF and KPI was weighted through the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method, determined the optimal performance value of each KPI, measured the performance of each vendor through the scoring method, analyzed the performance of the trucking vendor that was not optimal through Root Cause Analysis (RCA) by looking for the cause based on fishbone diagrams and FMEA tables, as well as providing suggestions regarding the management and development of trucking vendors. The results of the study were 11 CSFs and 28 KPIs that were formed. Based on the selection process conducted on 26 trucking vendors, there are 3 excellent vendors, 4 very good vendors, 11 good vendors, 3 matching vendors, and 5 unsatisfactory vendors. Furthermore, researcher conducted root cause analysis (RCA) of vendor representatives “matching” and “unsatisfactory” categories with fishbone diagrams and FMEA tables. Where the 5 highest RPN values from the FMEA table were given suggestions for improvement. Meanwhile, the excellent, very good, and good vendor categories are developed through strategic plans for the future.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Desa Kembangsri, Ngoro, Mojokerto mengenai pentingnya pencatatan transaksi keuangan yang tertib dan efisien dengan menggunakan aplikasi SIAPIK (Sistem Aplikasi Pencatatan Informasi Keuangan). Metode pelaksanaan meliputi sosialisasi dan praktik langsung penggunaan aplikasi kepada 18 peserta UMKM. Peserta mengikuti pre-test dan post-test untuk mengukur peningkatan pemahaman. Hasil analisis data menggunakan uji Wilcoxon menunjukkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,001 (<0,05), yang mengindikasikan adanya peningkatan pemahaman peserta pasca-pelatihan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan menunjukkan peningkatan literasi keuangan dan keterampilan digital bagi pelaku UMKM, sekaligus mendukung upaya digitalisasi pengelolaan keuangan di tingkat desa. Ke depan, Rekomendasi kegiatan selanjutnya adalah pendampingan berkelanjutan agar UMKM mampu menyusun laporan keuangan secara mandiri dan berkelanjutan sehingga dapat memperoleh pendanaan dari lembaga keuangan

Abstract

This study examines the implications of the WIPO Treaty on Intellectual Property, Genetic Resources and Associated Traditional Knowledge (GRATK Treaty) and analyzes the challenges of implementing its provisions within the Indonesian legal system to prevent biopiracy. The research focuses on the compatibility between the Treaty's international norms and Indonesia's domestic legal framework, particularly in relation to the patent regime, communal intellectual property, and access and benefit-sharing (ABS) mechanisms. This study employs a normative juridical method using statutory and conceptual approaches. The legal materials analyzed include the WIPO GRATK Treaty, Indonesia's Patent Law, Government Regulations on Communal Intellectual Property, sectoral regulations governing genetic resources, and relevant international instruments concerning the protection of traditional knowledge. The data were analyzed qualitatively through a systematic interpretation of legal norms to assess the harmonization and implementation of national regulations. The findings indicate that Indonesia has incorporated several provisions of the WIPO GRATK Treaty through the obligation to disclose the origin of genetic resources and/or associated traditional knowledge in patent applications, as well as through benefit-sharing provisions introduced under the amended Patent Law. Nevertheless, the implementation of these provisions continues to face significant challenges, including regulatory fragmentation across sectors, the lack of integration between genetic resource databases and the patent examination system, limited verification and enforcement mechanisms for disclosure obligations, and inadequate institutional coordination in implementing prior informed consent (PIC) and access and benefit-sharing (ABS) arrangements. This study concludes that the effective implementation of the WIPO GRATK Treaty in Indonesia depends on cross-sectoral regulatory harmonization, the strengthening of a patent examination system supported by integrated genetic resource databases, and enhanced institutional capacity for monitoring and enforcement. Such integration is essential for establishing an effective, coordinated, and sustainable legal framework for preventing biopiracy.
