Abstract

Penelitian ini mendeskripsikan Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah Dan Disiplin Kerja Guru Terhadap Kinerja Guru Di SMA Negeri 6 Prabumulih bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja guru secara parsial maupun bersama-sama. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data, angket, dokumen dan obeservasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru SMA Negeri 6 Prabumulih yang berjumlah 58 orang. Karena populasinya kurang dari 100 maka pada penelitian yang dijadikan sampel adalah semua guru di SMA Negeri 6 Prabumulih yang berjumlah 58 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh langsung yang positif dan signifikan kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja guru baik parsial maupun simultan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan proses pemerolehan bahasa pertama pada anak usia 2 tahun pada tataran fonologi dan morfologi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu teknik simak, teknik rekam, dan teknik catat. Data penelitian yang diperoleh yaitu berupa kata-kata yang diucapkan oleh Qiana dalam berkomunikasi dengan orang yang ada disekitarnya. Data yang diperoleh melalui hasil simak, rekam, dan catat yang telah dilakukan. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu teknik analisis deskriptif. Pada penelitian ini peneliti mengkaji hasil rekaman dengan memutar hasil rekamn secara berulang untuk mengetahui hasil pemerolehan bahasa pertama pada anak usia 2 tahun meliputi tatarn fonologi dan morfologi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pemerolehan bahasa pertama pada anak usia 2 tahun pada pemerolehan bunyi vokal sudah mampu dikuasai oleh anak seperti vokal [a], [i], [u], [e], [o], serta beberapa huruf konsonan seperti [b], [d], [t], [m], dan [p] namun pada huruf konsonan yang belum bisa diucapkan oleh anak yaitu belum mampu mengucapakan fonem [r], [f], dan [g]. Dalam hal ini sering ditemukan adanya satuan fonem yang hilang dan juga perubahan fonem pada penyebutannya fonem yang sulit diucapkan contohnya pada kata [cucu] yang berarti [susu], [nak] yang berarti [enak], dan [maw] yang berarti [kamar]. Pada pemerolehan morfologi anak yang lebih sering muncul yaitu pada morfem bebas seperti kata dasar yang berupa kata benda, kata kerja, dan kata sifat. Jenis kata yang diucapkan anak sudah cukup banyak sehingga kata yang diucapkan sudah bisa dipahami oleh orang yang ada sekitar.

Abstract

Chaeacter education is a human activity that trains abilities with educational actions in order to lead to a better life for the next generatuon. The objektive of this research is to describe and find out the value of character education contained in Tere Liye’s novel Rasa. Character education in this study can teach how a person must instill good attitudes or character from an early age so that human beings with good character are formed so that they can distinguish between what is good and what is bad so that differences between individuals are formed. In thid study the method used is descriptive with a qualitatuve research form. The focus in this study is the value of character education contained in the Tere Liye’s novel Rasa, while the subfocus is examining the value of character education contained in the Tere Liye’s novel Rasa. Data analysis used documentation techniques which then conclusions can be drawn from this analysis. The result of this study are 9 values of character education from the novel Rasa by Tere Liye which include: (1) relihious, (2) tolerance, (3) discipline, (4) hard work, (5) independent, (6) creative, (7) curiosity, (8) fond of reading, (9) friendly/communicative.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan stilistika khususnya majas  dan citraan pada antologi puisi Kita Adalah Sekumpulan Patah Hati yang Memilih Matahari karya Astri Apriyani. Metode penelitian yang digunakan deksriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik dokumentasi dan catat. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini yaitu puisi yang terdapat dalam buku antologi puisi Kita Adalah Sekumpulan Patah Hati yang Memilih Matahari karya Astri Apriyani. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan hasil analisis yang didapatkan oleh peneliti yaitu berupa gaya bahasa berjumlah 19 dengan pengertian dan kegunaanya yaitu simile, metafora, personifikasi, alegori, metonimi, sinekdoki, repetisi, paralelisme, anafora, polisidenton, asidenton, asonansi, hiperbola, litotes, paradoks, ironi, antitesis, klimaks dan anti klimaks. Selanjutnya berkaitan dengan citraan bahwa terdapat 5 jenis citraan yaitu citraan penglihatan, pendengaran, gerak, perabaan dan penciuman.

Abstract

Penelitian yang dilakukan bertujuan mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis nilai karakter tokoh dalam Novel Si Anak Kuat karya Tere Liye. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan metode perpustakaan (Library researce). Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kepustakaan. Instrumen pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mencatat seluruh informasi yang ada hubungannya dengan masalah yang diteliti di perpustakaan dan juga mengumpulkan data secara online dengan membaca buku-buku yang berkaitan dengan sastra. Hasil penelitian didapatkan terdapat 18 nilai pendidikan karakter dalam novel, yaitu religius, jujur, toleransi, disiplin, kerja keras, mandiri, kreatif, demokratis, rasa ingin tahu, cinta tanah air, cinta damai, peduli lingkungan, peduli sosial, gemar membaca, bersahabat, semangat kebangsaan, menghargai prestasi, dan tanggung jawab.

Abstract

The problem in this study is the Crisis of Language Civility Among Kpopers in the X / Twitter Application. This politeness crisis was studied to address the problem of decreasing the quality of polite language use, because people, especially young K-Pop fans, use less polite words as insert words used in everyday life when using social media. This study aims to determine and describe the crisis of language politeness among kpopers in the X / Twitter application. In this study, researchers used Leech's theory which consists of ten maxims of language politeness. The type of research used is a qualitative descriptive method. The source of data in this study is found on Kpopers in the X / Twitter application. The methods used to collect data are Listen, documentation, and record. Data analysis techniques use descriptive analytical techniques, then the data validity technique used is source triangulation. From the results of research on the crisis of language politeness in kpopers factories in the X / twitter application, 9 forms of language politeness maxims were found from 10 Leech language politeness maxims.

Abstract

Innovation in learning, particularly in the development of instructional media for prose fiction, plays a critical role in enhancing the quality of the learning process. However, many educators still face challenges in utilizing technology due to limited knowledge and skills in creating digital-based learning media. This study aims to develop Student Worksheets (LKPD) integrated with augmented reality (AR) for teaching prose fiction (fantasy stories) at SMP Negeri 21 Palembang. The research adopts a development approach using the ADDIE model, which includes five stages: 1) Analyze, 2) Design, 3) Develop, 4) Implementation, and 5) Evaluation. The findings of the study highlight that the design of LKPD assisted by Augmented Reality emphasizes the use of technology in learning activities, thereby increasing student engagement and understanding of prose fiction material. The use of AR offers a more interactive and engaging learning experience, aligning with the demands of the digital era 4.0. Results from pretest and posttest assessments indicate a significant improvement in both critical thinking skills and language proficiency, particularly in the comprehension of prose fiction. In conclusion, the LKPD based on Augmented Reality is deemed feasible, practical, and effective in enhancing the critical thinking and language proficiency of grade VII students at SMP Negeri 21 Palembang in prose fiction learning. This media is recommended for further development and broader application in educational activities to support the improvement of education quality.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the use of ChatGPT as an aid in extemporaneous speech learning and its relationship to student engagement and speaking skills. This study used a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, questionnaires, interviews, practical assessments, and documentation. The results showed that the use of ChatGPT supports a more structured learning process, especially in helping students find ideas, organize key points, and develop speech outlines. The use of ChatGPT is also associated with increased student engagement and positive responses during learning. In addition, there is a tendency for improvements in aspects of material mastery, speech structure, and student confidence, although speaking skills such as expression, gesture, and improvisation still vary and require continuous practice. Thus, ChatGPT plays a role as an aid that supports student readiness in practicing speaking, but the development of speaking skills still requires direct practice and teacher guidance.  Keywords: ChatGPT; Public Speaking Learning; Extemporaneous Method;Speaking Skills; Learning Media.

Abstract

Local Wisdom is a noble value contained in the cultural wealth of traditions in community groups from generation to generation that are passed down from generation to generation. Therefore, people must understand the value contained in the traditions they carry out. Based on this, the problem in this study is how local wisdom in the nganggung tradition in the study of religious values and traditional values in the nganggung tradition. The purpose of this research is to know how to describe the local wisdom in the Nganggung tradition in the study of religious values and traditional custom values. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The results showed that the Nganggung tradition has religious values, namely reciting prayers, listening to lectures, helping, and strengthening friendship. As for the value of traditional customs, namely that the nganggung tradition is a hereditary tradition that has been carried out by the Sekar Biru Village Community. The nganggung tradition has provisions for the day of implementation, food to be brought, as well as reading prayers and lectures that are tailored to the day of the nganggung implementation.
