Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the principal's leadership and the role of the committee on teacher discipline at SMA Negeri Muara Enim . This research uses quantitative methods with correlational research type. The population was 179 teachers who were in sub-district 7 Muara Enim Regency with a sample of 124 teachers. The sampling technique is a sampling area. Data collection techniques use questionnaires and documentation. Data were analyzed using correlation analysis techniques and multiple regression . The results showed that: (1) The leadership of the principal has a significant and significant effect on the discipline of SMA teachers in Muara Enim Regency (2) The role of the committee has a significant and significant effect on the discipline of teachers of SMA Negeri in Muara Enim Regency; and (3) The leadership of the principal and the role of the school committee together have an effect and are significant on the performance of SMA teachers in Muara Enim Regency.

Abstract

The main objective of this research is to define and explain, through the provision of facilities and extracurricular implementation, the enhancement of student learning achievement. The data collection tool is observation, questionnaires and documentation. Quantitative research is the type of research performed in this study. The sampling technique in this study was purposive random sampling, namely all 125 students of MTs N Sekecamtan Sekayu. The approach used is the methodology of descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression. Using SPSS version 23 for windows, the data was analyzed descriptively.From the results of the analysis test shows that; The simultaneous influence of the provision of infrastructure and implementation of extracurricular activities on improving learning achievement. There is a substantial rise in the provision of learning achievement facilities. The implementation of extracurricular activities on student achievement is dramatically growing

Abstract

Abstract

The main objective of this study is to define and explain the impact on teacher performance of the leadership style of the head of the Madrasah and job motivation simultaneously. Quantitative analysis is this form of study performed in this study. Techniques for qualitative data collection, questionnaires and documentation..“ Using different linear regression models, it was analyzed. With the help of the version 21 SPSS program. A saturated sampling technique was used in this analysis, where all 49 respondents were tested. From the following conclusions, the findings of data processing and interpretation are drawn: The principal's leadership style has a positive and important effect on the performance of teachers. Motivation for work has a positive and meaningful influence on the success of teachers. At the same time, the leadership style of madrasah principals and job motivation have a profound influence on teacher performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and work discipline on the performance of public elementary school teachers in Cluster I, Rambutan District, Banyuasin Regency. This type of research is quantitative. The sample in the study was 55 respondents with data collection techniques in the form of a questionnaire (questionnaire). The results showed that: 1) there is a significant influence of leadership on teacher performance, 2) there is a significant effect of work discipline on teacher performance, 3) there is a significant influence between leadership and work discipline on teacher performance.

Abstract

This study aims to discover the significant influence of Organization Culture on teacher performance in cluster 1 Rambutan Subdistrict, Banyuasin Regency . This research uses quantitative methods. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. The data was analyzed using multiple linear regression formulas.The results of this study show that there is a significant influence of Organization Culture on teacher performance of elementary school with a t count value of 4,182 and t table of 1,998 where t count > t table then Ha2 received. The conclusion of this research is that good organization culture where they would actualized teacher performance.

Abstract

The main objective of the analysis was to evaluate the Strategy of the Principal in Preparing to Enhance the Standard of Education at MTs Negeri 1 Musi Banyuasin. In carrying out the vision and mission and obligations, namely through the enhancement of religious values of students and programs of teacher competence. Qualitative analysis is the research used. Via evaluation, interviews and reporting, data collection was carried out. Data analysis methods have resulted in data reduction, data presentation and conclusions being drawn. The findings of this study suggest that an improvement in religious values by increasing the completeness of facilities and amenities is the principal strategy in preparing to enhance the standard of education To promote a special space for the Tahfidz AlQuran students for the learning process and to build teacher competencies through a Memorandum of Understanding. Improve teacher competence, teacher success and teaching and learning quality for student performance. In education and training, teachers are assigned to participate, If it is done by the school itself or by the assistance of other educational institutions.

Abstract

AbstrakPermasalahan dalam penelitian ini mengenai apakah ada pengaruh model pembelajaran Outbound terhadap kemampuan menulis puisi. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh metode pembelajaran Outbound terhadap kemampuan menulis puisi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Design Only Posttest Control. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini model pembelajaran Outbound dan variabel terikat yaitu menulis puisi. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu 6 kelas, sampel penelitian siswa kelas VIII.6 kelas eksperimen dan kelas VIII.3 kelas kontrol. Pengumpulan menggunakan teknik tes, teknik analisis data menggunakan uji t. Berdasarkan kriteria pengujian hipotesis bahwa Ho diterima jika thitung < ttabel dan Ha diterima jika thitung > ttabel oleh karena itu thitung dengan nilai 11,71 lebih besar dibandingkan ttabel dengan nilai 1,66 sehingga ada pengaruh metode Outbound dalam menulis puisi siswa kelas VIII MTS N 1 Empat Lawang.Kata Kunci : Model Pembelajaran Outbound, Menulis Puisi

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan manajemen berbasis sekolah di SMA Negeri 4 Prabumulih ditinjau dari manajemen kurikulum, manajemen sarana prasarana, manajemen kesiswaan, manajemen mutu guru. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Sumber data penelitian ini kepala sekolah dan guru-guru. Teknik pengumpulan data: (1) observasi; (2) wawancara; (3) dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa: (1) Pelaksanaan Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah di SMA Negeri 4 Prabumulih ditinjau dari Manajemen Kurikulum, bahwa memberlakukan kurikulum 2013 dan melakukan perevisian terhadap dokumentasi tersebut, begitu juga dalam implementasinya; (2) Ditinjau dari Manajemen Sarana dan Prasarana, sudah sesuai dengan standar yang ada sebagai persyaratan yang terdiri dari: ruang kepala sekolah, ruang guru, Laboratorium, Perpustakaan, Mushollah/Masjid, Ruang Kelas, WC, Lapangan, sarana olahraga, sarana kesenian; (3) Ditinjau dari Manajemen Kesiswaan dapat dikatkaan baik, yaitu: pendataan peserta didik baru (setiap tahun ajaran baru); Mendata lulusan jumlah peserta didik; Mendata jumlah peserta didik setiap rombongan belajar (rombel); Menyiapkan data kehadiran peserta didik; Mengurus administrasi pindah bagi peserta didik; (3) Ditinjau dari Manajemen Mutu Guru dikatakan baik, yaitu: (1) Jumlah guru yang ada berjumlah 39 orang guru, yang terdiri dari 28 orang guru PNS dan 11 orang guru honorer. Dari 28 orang guru PNS yang sudah memiliki sertifikat pendidik sebanyak 25 orang guru PNS (89,29%) dan 3 orang guru PNS (10,71%) belum memiliki sertifikat pendidik.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan manajemen guru mengajar dalam memperbaiki mutu pembelajaran di SMA Negeri 4 Prabumulih, kendala yang dihadapi, dan strategi yang diterapkan guru mengajar. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Sumber data penelitian ini kepala sekolah dan guru-guru. Teknik pengumpulan data: (1) observasi; (2) wawancara; (3) dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa: (1) Manajemen guru mengajar dalam memperbaiki mutu pembelajaran di SMA Negeri 4 Prabumulih dapat dikatakan baik. Guru dalam merencanakan pembelajaran mengacu kepada kurikulum 2013 yang ditetapkan. Guru dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran disusun berdasarkan kalender akademik 2020/2021 yang terdiri dari kegiatan minggu efektif, per semester (semester ganjil dan semester genap); (2) Kendala yang dihadapi adalah keterbatasannya sarana prasarana yang ada di SMA Negeri 4 Prabumulih yaitu infocus, buku pegangan guru dan buku pegangan siswa, alat peraga sebagai media pembelajaran, komputer yang ada di laboratorium; (3) strategi yang diterapkan guru mengajar guna untuk memperbaiki mutu pembelajaran di SMA Negeri 4 Prabumulih, dijelaskan sebagai berikut. yaitu menggunakan buku elektronik dalam menyampaikan pembelajaran, guru-guru menerapkan literasi digital sebagai pengganti terbatasnya sarana yang ada seperti infocus, buku pegangan guru, alat peraga sebagai media pembelajaran, guru dalam menyampaikan materi pembelajaran memvariasikan metode-metode pembelajaran yang ada, sehingga dapat terciptanya suasana belajar yang aktif, kreatif dan menyenangkan.
