Abstract

Pengembangan pendidikan Aisyiyah melalui Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini mempunyai peran krusial dalam membentuk karakter, moral, dan kecerdasan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis manajemen pendidikan Aisyiyah yang berkaitan dengan tumbuh kembang anak usia dini dan peranan organisasi Aisyiyah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan model evaluasi Context, Input, Process, Product (CIPP). Subjek penelitian adalah kepala sekolah, bendahara sekolah, guru, komite, siswa, ketua Cabang Aisyiyah Serpong Utara, Tangerang Selatan. Teknik  pegumpulan data dengan snow ball, observasi mendalam, interview dan triangulasi. Keabsahan data dengan 7 Langkah: perpanjangan pengamatan, meningkatkan ketekunan, triangulasi, diskusi dengan teman sejawat, member check, analisis kasus negatif, menggunakan bahan referensi. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa manajemen program pendidikan Aisyiyah di TK Islam Ananda telah berjalan dengan baik, mencakup aspek konteks, input, proses, dan produk, meskipun kerja sama pada aspek konteks perlu ditingkatkan, sementara implementasi pembelajaran berbasis Kurikulum 2013 yang terintegrasi dengan nilai-nilai Islam telah memenuhi kriteria pengembangan kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotorik melalui koordinasi struktural dan berkala dengan kelembagaan Aisyiyah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran kepuasan mitra terhadap kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan oleh tim dosen program studi magister administrasi pendidikan yang diukur melalui tiga indikator, yaitu  (1) relevansi, efektivitas, dan efisiensi layanan yang diberikan; (2) koordinasi, koherensi, dan pelaksanaan dalam    melangsungkan kegiatan akademik, dan (3) dampak strategi dan keberlangsungan di SPs UHAMKA. Metode penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survey. Populasi penelitian adalah mitra program studi magister administrasi pendidikan, dengan jumlah sampel tiga mitra. Pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang diberikan melalui link Google Form. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menghitung nilai rata-rata dari setiap indikator. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa ketiga indikator dalam mengukur tingkat kepuasan mitra memberikan manfaat yang berkualitas, yang ditunjukkan oleh nilai yang diperoleh terhadap ketiga indikator berada pada angka 87,33 dengan nilai kriteria sangat memuaskan

Abstract

Tantangan yang dihadapi adalah kurangnya pemahaman tentang pendidikan inklusif dan keterbatasan sumber daya (guru pendamping khusus). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis peran dan kekuatan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam mengkoordinasikan program pendidikan inklusif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara (pemimpin sekolah, guru, dan staf pendukung), observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan analisis tematik dengan menganalisis, dan menentukan pola untuk mengidentifikasi topik penelitian. Hasil penelitian adalah kepala sekolah mempunyai keterampilan komunikasi yang baik dan mampu membangun tim dengan para guru dalam mengimplementasikan pendidikan inklusif walau tidak adanya guru pendamping khusus, hal ini dapat diatasi dengan kepemimpinan yang kuat. Kepala sekolah menyediakan sumber daya dan pelatihan bagi guru terhadap pendidikan inklusif. Kepala sekolah menciptakan lingkungan sekolah yang inklusif memfasilitasi partisipasi dari semua pihak terkait untuk mengakomodasi siswa dengan kebutuhan belajar yang beragam dan perilaku yang kompleks dalam kelas, siswa inklusif mendapatkan dukungan dan kesempatan yang tepat untuk berhasil. Kepala sekolah berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas pengajaran melalui dukungan, kolaborasi, umpan balik, dan pengembangan profesional. Kesimpulan/implikasi adalah kepemimpinan instruksional yang efektif merupakan kunci utama dalam mengkoordinasikan pendidikan inklusif untuk mencapai keberhasilan, sehingga diperlukan pelatihan kepemimpinan instruksional yang berfokus pada pendidikan inklusif

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of target setting management on the academic development of teacher careers. This study uses a quantitative method with a survey approach. The sample technique is a systematic sampling based on the order of teacher data as many as 108 respondents. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires through googleform. Data analysis was carried out with validity and reliability tests, linear regression analysis. The results of the study obtained the value of the correlation coefficient which was included in the sufficient category, and a positive value, and there was a significant influence between the target setting variables on the academic development of teacher careers. Determination of target settings in the form of increasing knowledge and skills refers to the SMART model that can be used by teachers to achieve success in career development.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the implementation of inclusive education at SD Negeri Cikampek Selatan 1, Cikampek District, Karawang Regency. A qualitative descriptive approach using the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) evaluation model was employed. Data was collected through interviews, observations, and documentation from teachers, the school principal, and the school committee. The context evaluation shows that the school has the required permission and guidelines for inclusive education, serving children with mild to moderate special needs. The input evaluation reveals inadequate special facilities, modified curriculum, uneven special training, and no special assistant teachers. The process evaluation indicates that teachers' competencies in handling special needs students are good, with individual handling, funding from BOS funds, and no further monitoring from relevant authorities. The product evaluation shows that the academic and non-academic achievements of special needs children are average, with 8 students being served. Based on the findings, the evaluation recommends: 1) Context: Ensure a legal basis, supported by an Inclusive School Implementation Decree; 2) Input: Conduct assessments during student admissions to categorize prospective special needs students; 3) Process: Modify the curriculum to meet the needs of special needs students; 4) Product: Provide additional life skills for special needs students to meet their needs.

Abstract

The problem that has occurred in schools is in managing education operational aid funds in the current year is not in accordance with the recording of recapitulation of data for students who receive funds resulting in each area in use there is a difference or the remaining funds and less effective in managing expenditure per student by comparing school districts which is based on the previous year's budget that has already happened. This study aims to analyze the management of school fund management towards school development. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research by explaining the function of management. Data collection techniques in this study were interviews with the principal, deputy headmaster of the curriculum, the head of school administration, observation, and documents relating to the accountability of funds. The results of the study are grouping funds according to school programs, there is no waste of funds based on the percentage of funding funding per quarter. The Principal builds a system of monitoring the use of funds in an accountable and accurate manner in achieving the vision and mission of the school

Abstract

Selection of outstanding school librarians due to increased information literacy has an impact on student achievement but in the implementation of the scientific skills assessment some participants do not understand the testing standards and have difficulty interpreting the principles of the measured test. The research objective was to examine the relationship between academic ability and scientific skills. Respondents amounted to 35 school library staff using purposive sampling. Validity and reliability were analyzed from the highest assessment of each level of education based on the top three rankings using the Spearman rank correlation. The results showed a significant relationship between academic ability and scientific skills of outstanding school library staff with ρ value = 0.784 and ρ table at α = 5% was 0.683. That is, high academic ability results in an increase in the scientific skills of outstanding school librarians. This research has implications for maintaining the professional balance of library personnel who are integrated with technological developments that have a positive impact on schools in dealing with the transition to electronic-based systems.
